Comfortable hotel and close enough to Cenang

The room was perfect in size, areas was quiet, it has two restaurant and a 24h mart right infront. McDonalds is just opposite the hotel so access to convenience is covered. The reception was professional and also polite which makes the overall experience better. The only thing I would complain is that I found ants in the toilet area and also the room gets very hot during the day cause of its roof. Only one key is given so you can't leave the aircond on when you're out but there are other ways to keep it on like using one of your bank cards to leave in the slot.

Peaceful room close to beach

Rooms are a bit tired and basic but both room and ensuite were very clean and rooms were cleaned every day. The site is very quiet and peaceful even though it is a two minute walk ti the very busy main street. The beach which is amazing is a 5 minute walk. I would have no hesitation returning here.

I stayed in the chalet during weekday which has lesser crowd, ideal if one craves for quietness. I cannot say the same for weekends. Walls are thin but if everyone is mindful of their tone, and not speak in barking manner, this is not an issue. Kak Rodiah epitomises excellent service & a great representation of this property. Her deep knowledge & recommendations from dining options to daily activities made my trip truly memorable. Casa Fina Management, I hope to see your younger staff learning from this veteran.

Easy check in and out. Need to pay tax which is unavoid. Requires deposit. Nice and big room. Very Clean toilet. Comes with toiletries. Day time air- con not cold enough. As roof is zinc sheet. At night mosquitos problem. Reception has insecticide spray avail. Iron and board upon request. Room cleaning svc everyday. Very peaceful surrounding. Reception and room svc staff very friendly.Hotel is very near to restaurants and cafe and fast food like McDonalds,Subway,MaryBrown. Overall nice hotel for family and couples. 4 star hotel.

Staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate.
The room was ok a little worn down but overall presentable.
Biggest issues were: The AC was not working well... Was letting out warm air .... Had to keep resetting it in order for it to work. This made getting ready and sleeping very uncomfortable.
Second issue was the front desk only provides one room key....very inconvenient. And lastly mosquitos has easy access to the room as there were cracks in the door frame and below.

Overall a good experience. Basic amenities provided. Good location, with a taxi stand just opposite the road and close to the beach. Their reception closes at 11pm (after that the security guard will assist with check in). I arrived slightly after 11pm but the nice reception lady stayed on to help me with my check in :)

Perfect Staff that makes for a pleasant stay

Nice little chalet. Clean room and 5 min walk ti the beach. It's right in front of McDonald's and there a re a lot of food varities within the vicinity. Underwater World is also a 3 min walk away.
The most I like about this hotel is its staff, particularly a lady called Dee who was very helpful and informstive in every way possible. From helping me book a car to tours, she does it seemlessly without ecen batting an eye. Such a lovely person. I would definitely recommend this place to those who would be visiting Cenang beach

Hotel is really good at first. Until we ready to sleep. Their quilts and pillow case are raised! And pillow case has lots of yellow stain which is really disgusting. Also no hair dryer for us, told us we we will be only getting hair dryer if there is someone who returned. Alright we waited until checked out still couldn't get it

The staff are really friendly, suitable for couples, walking distance to most of chenang's beach restaurants.

The condition in garden view is not as good as expected. Room in garden is too small, not worth for its price. And, i don't understand why the wardrobe is placed IN the bathroom. The room is dark, the lamp is extremely dim, not suitable for reading or even playing handphone. To me, suppose, new mineral water should be provided as we pay for the room. However, i was told that mineral water was only provided for the first day, the rest of the day, we need to refill it using RO water provided. In addition, the tv was also not functioning well.

Wasn't much available in langkawi in our price range. This place was OK. Great location. Pretty peaceful but room (cabin) was very hot,day and night, and not really that comfortable. I'm not one to complain too much though, for the price, service and location it seemed fine.

Beds are confortable. The location of the entrance is in a very touristic street with a lot of different restaurants and a duty free shop (alcohol is so cheap there) but the \"casas\" are not near that street and the enviroment is way more relaxing. You will find a water boiler and a set of coffee and tea in the room. There is a small fridge in the room (very usefull for this weather). The aircon is disconnected when the \"casa\" is left.

Location wise, I chose this hotel over Fave owing to its proximity to many restaurants and shops along Pantai Cenang. The rooms itself were very rudimentary with just the basics. Staff was courteous and polite and rooms were cleaned promptly everyday. The only gripe I had with this place was the metal roof of the rooms. During the Intense heat of the day, the room heats up and feels like an oven by early evening. The A/C barely cools the room in its entirety. It takes a good 3-4 hours for the Bed area of the room get cooler.

The metal roof has another disadvantage. At nights when there is a tropical thunderstorm, heavy patter is heard which disturbs sleep.

Oh and this one is just a personal issue, .. there are several lizards/geckos lurking around the front porch. I am terrified of them and had a tough time getting to my room.

I have booked for double room but turn out to be double single bed room. As for the check-in moment, I have waited at the lobby for more than 40 minutes for check-in preparation, although I am on time for the check-in time.
The room condition is not as expected as the wallpaper of the room all tear off.

Lovely little complex

Arrived from the ferry. Reception staff especially Maria are fab. Really pleasant stay. The rooms are a bit scruffy and need painting, rooms cleaned daily. Towels are a bit thin and stained. TV had few channels in English but hey ho, we're in Malaysia so didn't watch it. WiFi a bit hit and miss with the signal being very bad and slow, sometimes dropping out completely, also a bit of a pain. They did try to reset it but I think it's a Malaysian thing, it's pretty bad wherever. Kettle stopped working but it was replaced immediately. Need an iron? Just ask and it'll appear in your room. Nice veranda around each little chalet. Quiet complex with restaurants nearby. The beach is only about 10 mins walk so good.

One thing that did irritate was, before refunding our deposit of 100 ringgits, the room was checked. Now come on Casa Fina, you don't have anything worth stealing. You need to replace the old, stained, grubby, threadbare towels and there isn't anything else to pinch.

It is definitely a very good budget hotel. It has everything we need except for the wifi. The wifi was so slow that was equal to none. But, the MacDonald and Starbucks nearby have free wifi. The size of the room is just nice, not too big and just nice. The interior is modern and simple with spacious bathroom. Location is superb and near to almost everything one may need i.e. shopping, massage parlor, restaurants and the beach is just a mere 3 - 5 minutes walk. It could be nearer if you know of any short cuts.

I will be back!

We booked two rooms, one in the cabin bunks and another in the shop lot above the neighbouring restaurant. The cabin bunks were quaint, clean and professionally done if ever I should return, it would be for the cabin bunks. The one above the shop lot (usually for occupancy of more than 2) was noisy in the morning but it was very much more spacious compared to the cabin bunk. The staff were moderately friendly and they were accommodating to our needs. We will be back.

Avoid standard room that has no window which is located above the shoplot if you are particular on getting sunlight into your room. Overall it was still a great experience staying with casa fina.

Located around a small green area, quiet although central at Cenang Beach, close to all sorts of restaurants and duty-free shopping. Small number of one/two-rooms \"bungalows\" with a little porch suitable for cheap sundowners with your friend(s). Max 10 minutes walk to a clean beach with fine sand and clean water, not muddy (river silt) as other places on Langkawi. Hotel offers no food services but not to mind, plenty available close by. Hurry to Langkawi before everything pristine is smashed by insensitive construction of holiday concrete monstrosities and artificial socalled \"tourist attractions\".

Affordable Chalet Style Hotel

We arrive at this hotel at about 12pm and was told the room is not ready. Not a big deal for us and we just proceed with pre-registration. We went out for lunch while waiting for our rooms.

After about 80 minutes, I received a call from the hotel reception team, telling me the room is ready. Good follow up from them by calling their guest to notify on the room status.

We went to our room and it's a very basic room with basic need. Air cond took a longer time to get cold and the air flow was not strong. Suspected that they have not clean the filter for quite sometime and my guess was right.

Took out the filter and clean it, let it dry and turn on again. Much better after that. If you intend to sit outside the room and chilling with drinks, please prepare repellent or mosquito coil. You do not want your blood being sucked dry.

Location was good, with so many options for F&B outlet just few steps away. The setback is, we were only given one key instead of two. Would suggest the management to look into this matter. Other than that, no issue with this hotel and will recommend to my friends and family.

\"Motel like\" accommodation in Langkawi

Very nice \"Motel like\" accommodation in Langkawi. About 5 minutes walk to 2 beaches and directly next to great restaurants and services. The Casa Fine Homes is a small complex set in pretty gardens. It does not have a pool but the beaches are so close this does not seem to matter.

I stay here for a night and check-in at 7pm, after that i went to buy the chocolate & souvenir nearby. Very convenient! There is a Mcdonald next to Casa or you can try Tomato restaurant which is very famous. The room is clean but i think they didn't clean the fitting sheet where i found a hair... Overall is good, i would recommend for overnight stay.

The location of this hotel is good. The price is fair relative to similar accommodation nearby that is more expensive. The big negative with this hotel is the room-key access to one's lodge. The room would get very hot during the day but you could only air-condition the room when the room key was in the electrical device. The fridge would turn off when you leave the room and you are not able to recharge your camera battery or phone unless in the room. This is because the electricity to the room is only activated when the room key is in the room key slot. As one is only provided one room key per a lodge... when you leave the accommodation for the day... you cannot have the air conditioner or any other electrical device on or charging.

The location and the service is spot on. You wouldn't find a better place to stay then this. You can reach a lot of shops and restaurant plus the amazing beach from the hotel, all within walking distance. We do enjoy our stay but one down side is the hotel is not so clean as compare to other properly clean hotel room. You still can see dust and hairs in the room but having said that it is still a nice place to stay if u don't might about the dust and hairs.

Für die Verhältnisse am Chenang Beach auf Langkawi war die Unterkunft in Ordnung.Ist ein bisschen wie Mallorca.Wer ein Sauberkeitsfanatiker ist wird fast überall Probleme haben.

Great location

I stayed here 3 nights and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and the location is perfect. The hotel personnel was friendly and service-oriented. I highly recommend this place.

This hotel is not for rest.

In reality, the room doesn’t look as beautiful as in the photo. The bed linen is old, synthetic and has a gray color. The towels are old and have stains. The receptionist, who works in the evenings, was very interested in selling us excursions. She needed to talk to the manager before printing two boarding passes for us for free and finally last night she said two pages would cost about 1 euro. And I'm not sure that she spoke to anyone about it..

Man får det man betalar för.

Hotell nära chenang beach på langkawi. (Cirka 200m)
Insekter i badrum, dålig ljudisolering, obekväma utemöbler samt högtlåtande AC förstör upplevelsen. Wifin är dessutom väldigt ostabil.
Personalen är dock väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Hotel agak gelap penerangannya, tidak diberi air minum hari ke 2 dan ke 3 saya nginap, kasurnya sih besar tapi keras

Kein Frühstück und zu Dunkel

Wir waren 2 nächte dort. Das hotel war in Zentral und nicht weit von Underworld Aquarium langkawi. Leider gib es kein Frühstücken auch Reseptionist ist nicht 24std verfügbar. Ich muss noch 100RM als deposit bezahlt aber dann als wir früher check out waren wir könnte nicht unser Geld zurück haben weil noch zu ist. Ich kann nur mit dem Security reden aber dann die Damen in Resepzionist hat mir ein nachricht dürch whatsapp geschickt und wollte mein deposit geld zurück geben aber ja wir sind schon in singapore.
In gesammt das Hotel war ok, staff waren auch freundlich und Nett. Biite noch mehr Licht im Zimmer, es ist leider zu Dunkel da!

Super til prisen og perfekt beliggenhed

Til prisen er dette sted helt perfekt, det er selvfølgelig ikke luksus til den pris!
Rigtig god placering med ca 5 minutters gang til stranden.
Restauranter og indkøb lige uden for døren.
Værelset har egen lille terrasse.
Gratis koldt drikkevand fra en automat, det burde alle have så vi sparede alle de plastic flasker.
Vores AC stoppede med at virke den sidste dag og efter forsøg på at lave den blev vi flyttet ind i et andet værelse med det samme, super god service.
