Christian and the lady staff in front desk were very warm and helpful in getting us settled . Night shift ( Eliot ) was so nice to bring our down our luggages and made coffee for us @ 230 am check out .

It was great that even though we arrived early that the staff held our luggage for us until it was time to check in. The room was clean & the bed comfortable. Traffic noise made it hard to fall asleep. The water pressure for showering was sub-par. Breakfast choices were limited. The staff were friendly & courteous.

Elliot was amazing. We came in super late and he was so friendly. He gave us recommendations for food, how to get to the beach and was very helpful. The room was great! Just a few minute walk to the beach over a bridge, totally worth the walk to save hundreds of dollars to be ON beach. Love this place and will stay again. Breakfast and coffee was offered in the morning and even fresh fruit.

Very quick drive to airport. No shuttle. Excellent, welcoming, helpful staff.AC was good. Pool looked nice but didn't use. Easy walk to beach. Room lacking some maintenance. No weather stripping at all on door so we could see daylight coming thru all around it. This also made freeway noise louder.

The staff was friendly but the hotel is more like a motel. Right next to the freeway so I heard the noise all night. Very basic. Ok for the 1 night I stayed. Wouldn't recommend it since you have to walk up and down 2 long flights of stairs to get over the freeway to go to beach or dining. My door was difficult to lock and it was an outside room so didn't feel very safe. The breakfast was ok. At least there was coffee and orange juice.

BEWARE!! Major renovations needed. Broken bathroom floor tiles that lifts - must wear shoes or you’ll get injured. Towel holders are worn and rusted. Broken door to balcony that’s connects to next business rooftop very unsafe. Had to secure with hangers/chair. Chair totally worn out. Second floor wicker chairs in foyer no cushions, but there once I complained it will be posted on Expedia w/pictures. Front desk only shrugged, this is more like an hourly hotel rather than B&B. FALSE ADVERTISING!

Room on the second with two beds needed some work. Water pressure in the shower and in the sink were woefully low. One couldn't even use the shower because of that.
Needed extra blankets as the beds just had 2 sheets.
A couple of lamps needed new bulbs or total replacement.

After all that said, the staff , especially Christian, who checked us in, were TERRIFIC ! Everything was attended to right away except the water pressure issue because we didn't notice it until quite late.

The morning staff were equally proficient. We arrived for the Free breakfast much after the closing time due to our clock being wrong. They still brought us bagels and orange juice, coffee and fruit.
Talking to other hotel patrons, we learned that they none of them had water issues.

There were several places nearby giving us lots of choices to eat.

We would still go back to this hotel again (but only after checking the shower.)

The AC kept the room cool; the structure of the room was poorly thought through; the furniture was beyond old and worn out with visible rips in the chair; the electric socket was exposed and dangerous to say the least, the food for breakfast was microwaved at best with exception of some fresh fruit and yogurt! The orange juice was a plus but was served in tiny cups ie alcohol cups (free ones)! There was no elevators but Elliot was to the rescue the first night since he took the luggage up! However, overall this was not an experience I would like to do on repeat! I do want to give a shout out to Elliot who was very kind, friendly, selling the property amenities and breakfast ….man he has a talent for words! The lady in the morning was sweet too!

It was a horrible experience. The photos show it one way, but in reality, the rooms are very ugly. They have overflowing water, broken sinks, cracked ceilings, and a musty smell. At the end of my stay, they charged me $25 for a stain on a small sheet. They would refund it if the stain came out, and I never received my money back.

Room was one of the cheaper ones in area. I picked for location, breakfast. and pool. We came home from dinner after 9 so the pool was closed when we got back.We left at 4am andi didn't get the breakfast. So that's all me . But they did give us a 1st floor ada room because my gf is disabled. But the bathroom is very slippery when it was wet. Overall front desk was helpful for restaurant information.

This space was booked last minute for a day and honestly it gave me everything I needed. A warm clean bed, an AC for the PR heat, a balcony, a walk way right to the beach, a pool. I was very happy with my stay, the staff when checking in was super friendly even the check out staff there was super helpful and friendly. I’d definitely stay again. The only con I have is my tv didn’t connect to the remote but while in PR what do I need tv for? Also, a thicker blanket would be nice also. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

This place was a complete NIGHTMARE!!! The pictures are extremely deceiving and they lied to us from the very beginning. My husband and I came to this inn and we booked this place for three nights, but this place was such a literal roach motel that we had to leave by the second night and fly back early, There were literally roaches all over. They only gave us two towels, no wash cloths, no hand towels. The inn was very hot and the bathrooms were dirty. The A/C was high up and you couldn't change the temperature. There were holes in the doors.There may have been termites. The carpet was scratched up and dirty. This place was a nightmare and I will never go back there again!

Low service, I found the amenities and facilities very low quality, I usually get more for the same price. There was no towels in the room, took too much time to get a pair and all the noise of the street get into the room. In the morning a burnt bred smell invaded the room and my wife and my self ran out of the place, the smell was from the toaster in the lobby.

The photos on Expedia are very misleading. My room looked nothing like what is being portrayed on Expedia. My room was on the ground floor and there was no privacy. Transparent curtains were covering the window. My room was very run down and it looks like a place where shady stuff goes on. Then I checked out early, because there was no way I was sleeping there. They had the nerve to try to charge me a fee for early checkout after I only stood for 2 hours. I didn't even ask for a refund and just left. Paid for another night somewhere else.

We stayed two nights and three days and we couldn’t use the pool because it was empty for reasons they didn’t tell us. The employees are a solid 10/10 but the facilities 5/10. Also, we stayed in the room 12 and people walked during the morning talking very loud at 6 a.m. I recommend this hotel if it’s only to sleep and go out during the day.
