Really helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices and such a lovely view of the sea. Rooms spacious and good and very clean. The pool and beach areas are great and walking distance to fishermans village which had lots of restaurants and shopping. We traveled to koh Tao for a few days and we loved this hotel so much we came back to stay again before heading home to Uk.

I could not fault the NH Peace Resort in Bophut and would recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Koh Samui.

The rooms were very comfortable, all the staff were very helpful and courteous.

The resort has an excellent swimming pool area and easy access to the private beach.

What a gorgeous hotel. Our bungalow was spotless and set on the most beautiful grounds. The hotel is a stones throw away from fisherman’s village and the busy street, but it’s set back towards the ocean and surrounded by trees, you can’t hear any noise at all except nature!

The beachfront was spectacular - a really amazing pool / beach combo. The breakfast was delicious and the spa / massages were my favourite!!! It was just amazing.

We loved every second of our stay and would not hesitate to return if we are ever back in Koh Samui!!!

We stayed for a family trip with our two children (ages 9, 11). We didn't see a lot of other families at the hotel or on the island, but it was nonetheless a very family-friendly location. Our kids LOVED the bunkbeds, swimming pool, and breakfast (we had to limit sweets because there's a 'kid's corner' area to get special donuts and to add sprinkles and things). The staff were the most friendly, welcoming, and accommodating of any hotel staff I've ever had in Asia - every single staff member from desk to food service to cleaning to groundskeeping staff were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. Our bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing - and if you like super hot showers, then this will be heaven! The bathing and pool towels alike were extra large and really soft. The gym was nice (2 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 ellipticals, weights, etc.) and had chilled towels and a beautiful view! If you have mobility needs, be sure to contact the hotel because we did encounter a fair amount of stairs and the gym, for example, appears to only be available by stairs. Since they are a resort hotel, they have a lot of cool stuff to do on-site that is more expensive than it is elsewhere on the island, but nothing was outrageous and we mostly just took care of food and transit on our own. We had a lovely stay!

Everyone here was so welcoming on arriving and nothing was too much trouble. Farah who met me gave lots of tips as to where to eat Mr Kai’s kitchen was a great recommendation. The massages were very reasonably priced and excellent too. It’s a great location very close to Fisherman’s Village and as a single female traveller I felt very safe there

Tv stoped working with 2 days to go and couldn’t get resolved.
When checking out and about to depart for airport we were asked did we use mini bar, we answered no but we were asked to wait until house keeling confirmed. Dissappointing considering over the week we tipped a value multiple of entire mini bar

I LOVE THIS PROPERTY!
Where do I begin? Staff.. amazing. They were continuously accommodating, friendly and helpful! You are steps away from fishermans village which has nice restaurants but dont overlook the ones on the mainstreet that you need to walk along going to the village strip. Property pool was always a perfect temperature the breakfast was always delicious. If I get the opportunity to return to Koh Samui, I would 250% return to this resort.

NH Samui Peace resort is a wonderful resort, very tastefully designed over all. The individual \"villas\" while slightly on the small side are great as they are stand alone meaning you do not share any walls with other accommodations giving a feeling of peace and seclusion. The facilities are top notch but the very best feature of this resort are all of the wonderful staff! Professional, helpful and hard working always serving with a smile, reception, restaurant, pool and beach side and housekeeping staff enhance the experience. The on site wellness massage were 6 star too! Highly recommended

Fabulous place to stay. As a single traveller, the hotel was safe and quiet and also close enough to walk to Fisherman's Village and the Night Market for bars and restaurants. The inhouse dining was also a great option with a fabulous view over the water. The included breakfast had everything you could want and more, amazing number of options. The staff were amazing and really responsive and the beach and the pool were perfect for 10 days of relaxation. Would come back again in a heartbeat.

It’s a peace of heaven. Everything in the hotel is so nice, the staff working at the pool/beach is amazing, probably understaffed as they are working too hard and are not able to have a rest. The gardeners are doing the best job ever with the nature around the hotel, just amazing! The cleanliness is spotless! Amazing work by the cleaners.

Amazing resort and wonderful staff.

We stayed here for a week, and weren’t disappointed. The beach is very chilled and uncrowded unlike in the NE, but still plenty to do. The resort was great as was the food, but the best thing is the wonderful friendly staff, who couldn’t do enough for you. A particular mention for us has to go to Sandra who runs reception ( I think ) We had an accident leading to my wife being in hospital and all out grand plans having to change/Cancel. Sandra was incredibly professional and kind, going out of her way to help us with our issues and liaising with the airlines etc for us. She ( and her staff ) were a credit to the hotel. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We have been upgraded to the 2 bedroom villa with private pool. The villa is in great condition, clean, spacious and beautiful. The beds are comfy and we have good sleep every single night. There are different varieties for breakfast everyday. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. It is also a nice easy stroll along the beach to the famous fisherman village. It is also close to 7-11, mini big c and ATM machine. I would strongly recommend this resort.

My family and I recently stayed at an NH Collection hotel for the first time, and we were absolutely blown away by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive to every need, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. The room exceeded our expectations, offering comfort and style.

I must admit I was unsure what to expect from a smaller hotel chain, but this stay has left me thoroughly impressed. A special shoutout to the assistant manager and the hostess who greeted us each morning with a warm smile and an infectious positive attitude. Their dedication to going above and beyond made our family of four feel genuinely welcomed.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel—10 out of 10! We’re already planning to return within the next two years and can’t wait to bring friends and family to experience this outstanding establishment.

Beautiful bungalow, but not much of privacy. Other guests that walk by can see into room and neighbors can see into bathroom. No full lenght mirror, which made it hard to dress. Beautiful location looking onto the ocean. Dinning room is beautiful looking into the ocean but the food was not very good with limited selections. Besides these minor down can't complain much as all the workers were all very kind, helpful and professional.

My first visit to Samui. What drew me to the resort are the private, stand alone villas/rooms from the usual big building resorts. Location is great, just a short 7-10 min walk to the Fisherman’s night market, and plenty of restaurants within steps of the hotel.

The resort is seriously lacking in the most important feature for guest visits: the pool. I noticed pool loungers easily gets filled up early in the morning, and guests unfairly stake good spots (draping towels over the loungers) as they leisurely have their breakfast whilst guest who are ready for the pool are left with the shady areas. What’s even sad is some guests don’t have the consideration of others and still keep their pool spots while they lay out on the beach! Maybe signage needs to be put up to remind guests they need to be considerate of others…

Overall, staff hospitality is exceptional: professional, courteous and warm. Would I stay here again? It’s a hard call, and would say it’s neutral. Guests typically spend 1/3 of the day (to sleep) in the room, and the rest outside. Maybe they should focus more on redeveloping the major attraction that is their pool/pool space than whatever major renovation they’re currently doing. I would definitely consider returning on my next visit, but I’d have to flip a 3 sided coin to determine that… yes it’s not a typo, a 3 sided coin.

Pros:
- mostly friendly staff. Although one very rude waitress at the restaurant.
- essentially a private beach.
- nice looking resort.
- safe. It's far off the main road and has security.

Cons:
- for the price you're paying, it's not a premium resort.
- room doors and windows have gaps around them. This means mosquitoes can get in (staff would leave our front door open while servicing our room and bugs would get in).
- bed sheets were ripped. Towels were ripped. Walls were marked. Floor was chipped. I wouldn't complain if this was advertised as a standard hotel. It's meant to be a luxurious resort.
- we paid extra for a room with a balcony that had a bath tub on it. The bath tub leaked so was unusable the entire trip.
- the pictures are misleading. Unless you book a hut, your room is in a small block of essentially flats. Our room was only separated from our neighbours by a flimsy cupboard style door which was not soundproof at all.
- they have a price list for absolutely everything in the room in case you break anything. Which is fine, but doesn't give a good impression.
- the biggest issue was smokers. If you're a non smoker and don't like the smell of smoke then don't stay here. The hotel does nothing to segregate smokers from non smokers. Guests can smoke on the beach, by the pool, in the open air restaurant, on the balconies etc. It's disgusting. There is no escaping the smell of smoke. Even in your own room as neighbours' smoke from their balconies waft in the gaps.

Lovely property. Gardens well cared for and staff were very friendly. Only thing in our accommodation was the lack of a wardrobe. Place to hang clothes but no drawers/shelves for small clothes/underwear. Also needed 2 bedside tables (only 1). Fisherman’s Village was only a 10 minute walk from the resort. Evening markets held every second day. Good food and souvenirs. Lots to see and.

The property is in a great location with very good facilities and quiet considering the entrance is on a busy road.
Some features such as the bathrooms whilst very clean and well equipped could be better thought through for example it was too dark to shave properly.
Also the hours for the gym and games room were too short and should be extended.
Staff were excellent and very helpful and the breakfast overlooking the bay was great.

The Peace resort was on the whole, great. The service, restaurant, breakfast, beach, and pool were awesome, very friendly. Breakfast and all food was awesome! The bungalows were clean and comfortable, except the area to store clothes was lacking room. There was not enough light or space in the bathroom sink area. The shower setup let too much water out. It was easy to get lost trying to find our bungalow. More signs needed. The location was great, walk to Fisherman’s Village. Loads of restaurants and shops. Absolutely lovely hotel with great facilities. Staff very welcoming and could not fault the place. I read the reviews regarding the busy round but it really isn’t a problem at all. Close to night market and everything you need. They provide lots of mosquito repellants and really look after you! I left my safe open one day with all my money etc in and came back to room and nothing was touched. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful few nights at this beautifully presented and lovely hotel as a stopover for us on our travels.
From the lovely personal touches in your room, and the really well designed areas throughout the hotel and the amazing staff we really did relax. After travelling around it was so nice to come and have everything done nicely for you.
The massages are great as is the breakfast plenty of choice and all really nice quality.
If you want busy then the fisherman wharf is only 10 minute walk.
The beach is kept nice and tidy and there are lovely views also from the pool area overlooking the beach. You can also use their complementary paddle boards and kayaks to explore the sea!
One of the nicest kept hotels we have stayed in across Thailand that we have stayed in.

Our room (Premium bungalow) was beautiful, very clean and modern, there was some building work going on next to the pool which I fully understand has to happen from time to time however it would of been nice to have been informed of this before we arrived.
The service was very hit and miss, I found the service at breakfast poor, we only had breakfast twice in the week we were there, preferring to eat breakfast outside of the resort.
I have to give a special mention to Patrick who’s service was excellent around the pool area, he is a credit to the hotel.

Great place to stay, excellent staff. About 10-15 mins walk to fisherman’s village.
Great choose for breakfast. Staff super friendly especially with our baby.
Would deffinately stay here again.
Only slight negative was there were some renovations going on by the pool area which blocked the sea view which we were unaware of before we came, but it looks like they’re improving it for the future so probably will make the are even better going forward, just a shame it was happening whilst we were there

We had one of the sea breeza villas. It was well.maintained during our stay with daily housekeeping and pool cleaning during the stay.

As we have already suggested a map of the site should be given to guest on their arrival. Ours at the chalet was hidden in a box on the fressing table of the master bedroom. Not an obvious place to look for a map.

They smaller bedroom would benefit from a few strategically placed wall hooks to compensate for the limited storage space.

This was our second stay at Peace resort in the last 8 months and loved it. Main pool was being renovated so not many guests which suited us as we had a pool villa on the beach. 2 weeks was not long enough. Planning for next year already could easily spend a month in this villa. All the staff are fantastic from housekeeping, pool, restaurant, bar, reception etc. location is excellent walking distance to fisherman village and lots of little restaurants nearby. One night there was a wedding on the beach so we had a great view from the restaurant of a fire show and fireworks. Also thank you for the birthday cake it was a nice surprise.
Once again Thank you to all the staff.
We will be back!

Nice hotel but a couple of issues which were sorted after a couple of day lack of hot water and drainage issues . Breakfast was a bit hit cans miss and a little lacking .

Ive stayed here several times, it's a lovely hotel and very convenient for restaurants, massages the beach and Fisherman's Village and the night market. The manager, Sandra, was especially helpful with a last day emergency.

WE loved the proximity to the beach. The gardens, easy walk to Fishermans Village. Lots of dining options very close. The staff were always friendly and helpful.Breakfast options were great!

This was our second trip in 6 months. We certainly appreciate times have been tough through COVID- but why still charge top dollar when its not up to scratch?
We found the lack of maintenance was noticeable. Gym equipment out of order for the three weeks we were there. Pool really needs attention- tiles broken. Towels were hard to get each day and were old and tatty.

We enjoyed the proximity of the resort to Fisherman's Village - there are a lot of great restaurants and shops there. We enjoyed our beachfront pool villa - that sort of accommodation was unique in the area and we loved the privacy we had. The staff was friendly but I get the impression that, due to the size of the resort, we didn't get the personal attention that may have been available at smaller resorts. We also were not that impressed with the food - it was typical resort quality meals and instead found ourselves off property for most meals.

Great place to stay, the garden villas are lovely. The pool us gorgeous but we spent all pur time on the amazing beach. Loved having use of the paddle board. Breakfast was excellent. Food available for lunch and dinner was also nice. Great location, short walk to Fisherman Village.

Loved our stay there! The bungalows were big, clean with all amenities. The staff is incredibly nice and warm. The access to the beautiful beach is a big . The massages are amazing. The area, fisherman village, is one of the nicest in Koh Samui in my opinion.

Bungalow style rooms with several different options to choose, nice landscaped pathways . Most of of the villas areas were quite and relaxing, all have showers and cute front porchs. Pool is fairly big and kayaks on request. The pool bar and view is nice , seen better beaches but was a nicer part of this beach area. Overall a good value for the price. Near fisherman village and walking street.

Staff are excellent, breakfast is fine, bed is comfortable.
Difficulty booking taxi online (grab taxi) as drivers say nearby taxi drivers block them from coming in, and then the hotel charges almost double the rate to use their transport instead.
A lot of mosquitoes everywhere around the resort.

Happy days in Samui

We had 14 nights at this resort staying in a beachfront villa with private pool. View was amazing from the room and the pool. Housekeeping staff were excellent along with all the staff from the spa girls to restaurant staff, specially Doy he seemed to always be there and always had a smile. Good variety for breakfast, good selection for evening dinner. Perfect location walking distance to cafes, restaurants and fisherman’s village for the market nights.
Lovely beach to swim in.
Downside … we have been to Samui many times and we have never in counted so many loud obnoxious families, the parents were so loud so the children were also, they had no respect for anyone else, they just yelled, screamed and push passed.
We spoke to other guests from all over the world and they all said the same thing about this certain nationality. Some guests spoke to management about the issue but their hands are tied. We found that most resorts at this time had the same issues.
If not for this issue Peace resort would have been a most peaceful holiday.

We stayed in one of the beachfront villa’s with an excellent private pool. We had a fantastic sea view and very easy access to the beach. Although, the room was not very private, with people on the beach able to look in to the room! The staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests, however, as Muslims, the hotel did not offer an appetising halal breakfast and is an area that could be improved, especially as we gave advance notice of our dietary requirements. The Villa itself was big, comfortable and clean. The hotel is also very child friendly and has a gym, games room and spa for adults to enjoy. Overall a good 4 star hotel!
