As soon as I open, its dirty. Tried cleaning it without opening the bathroom. As soon as I open, it is dirty there was a mark of dirty toilet and very old shower. I cannot recommend this with children if looking for cheap hotel stay. Just stayed there 5 minutes and decided to leave. Did not get a refund cause I tried to clean first the counters and floor without checking bathroom condition. Toilet is so old and dirty. Light is dark so you wont see how nasty it looks.

I don’t understand why housekeeping feels the need to knock on your door at 9am. I checked in very late Monday evening. Tuesday at 9 am housekeeping is knocking on the door waking me up. My check out was Friday at 11 am once again knock on the door at 9:30 am. How difficult is it to wait the hour and a half until the guest leaves the room?

Room is very tiny if you have small children this is a terrible ideas, no room or space for anything! We were tripping over our luggage, no fridge which is a must for younger kids. If it's a solo travel over night it's fine but besides that will not recommend. Also had people next to me screaming cussing in the middle of the night fighting. Stay away!!

The room was clean overall. Bedding was not stripped/checked as one of the beds (2 beds in room) smelled faintly like urine. I also received the wrong room that I booked. I ordered a non-smoking room with one queen bed. Was placed into a two bed room that circulated smoke smell heavily!

Lights around & above the bed didn’t work. Towel bar was on the floor when I checked in. USB port didn’t work to charge my phone. Drapery curtain hooks with sharp pin like ends to hang shower curtains with large plastic circle rings don’t work! Ouch! The curtain doesn’t glide around the capsule shaped showers. Watch out for those pinpricks when trying to close it around to shower. Great way to get Hapatitis A /B!

Neglected room and property. Two beds with no comforters squeezed into a closet of a room. No amenities. All florescent lights. Tons of homeless people and cops on property both days. Mostly it was the room that made us want to cry and leave. It was beyond sparse. Just awful. Literally about 18\" between the two needs. No room to move around with 2 adults and a dog. Nothing but regrets. Never again.

They are great for the price. Location is what you should expect for the price. They are serious about checkout time 1130. So be paid up for next day or be out on time or be ready to eat your 50 deposit. Play by there rules you'll get your deposit back.

Original room I booked was dirty, smelled like cigarettes and was missing the hotel phone. Front desk upgraded me when I informed her.
Main office is closed after 6 pm so you have to use a small window. Makes you feel like the area and motel are not safe for travelers.

The room was very small. The walls, sink, restrooms where dirty. The area is very sketchy with multiple transients passing by at ofd hours of the night. Our last night there, room next door was hosting a get together and smoking even though its advertised as non-smoking rooms. I am providing 2 stars due to staff, they were amazing, even house keeping was friendly and professional.

The office, cleaning and maintenance staff at this motel is top notch. I haven't had a single issue that they have not been able to fix and immediately at that. Identification is always thoroughly confirmed before giving any information or replacement room keys out and because of the drugs and users in the parking lot and property, I really appreciate that measure. The only downside is the rampant drug use and drug users in the parking lots and on the property. The police come through on a regular basis and I like to think that scares that element away. Were it not for their generous animal in my case cat allowance, I wouldn't

This location is failing. All of my items were pulled from my room while I was at work one day even tho Expedia reservation was paid ahead as always several more days. Young guy at front desk yelled at me he didn’t recognize my name!
Another example of his poor knowledge is that he challenges prepaid online thru Expedia debit card purchases with company name on card and cancels stay leaving me without a room elsewhere. No vacancies I had to sleep in my car! I have stayed here several years.

Restroom was filthy, shower was filthy, toilet was dirty, the bed literally smelled like feces under the blankets so we slept on top with our own blanket, it was the wrong I called for the second night and was told I ordered a wheelchair accessible room and I couldn’t change it then I got hung up on, never again will I stay at a motel 6 especially this one.

Check in was sketchy. It took over 5 minutes to come to the window. It was about 9pm and lobby was locked. The room didn’t look like the photos. The beds were awful and on metal frames that were loud every time you moved. Towels were stiff and thin. No tissue or Kleenex. Door wouldn’t securely shut or lock. Homeless/strung out man in parking lot talking to himself and taking off his pants. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

Shower dirty, toilet did not work, bedside tables not cleaned. Literally needed to get few hours of sleep before I continued driving. Slept with my clothes on and DID NOT step foot in that shower.

Dishonest staff at the desk, will save a customers info and communicate with other locations to commit acts of prejudice and bear false witness on the property just to harass colored Latino or black, veterans or tattooed customers with racist attacks. I was setup an another property and based off me standing on my my hard earned money and how I was treated the chain communicated with this location and made up a water problem that didn’t exist. Even got multiple random tenants involved to help make the lies more believable. Do not Trust anyone working at this location or turn your eyes for a sec.

Was refused service based off a story that was made up by staff. Recognizing and or saving customer info from previous or other locations is insane. An honest man who expects the same service as any other honest customer. Unfortunately that’s not avail here if you have to stand on your feet against a staff setup of theatre and agitators. The company has the ability to remove the loathing if it’s not as promised but instead will take a conspired attack against honest customers who want basic honest service. Do not trust this staff

The first few stays were ok, until it came to the attention that the staff save customers of choice info, and will make false claims such as water is out, or retaliate against a customer with communication and conspired efforts of racist attacks. To lie straight to the face of an honest customer is insane. A part of the community for over 30 years and refused service through false claims of property water issues or parties. They should not list a room on the 3rd website for availability it the rental is not as promised. The fact they can take the rooms off the sight but continue to list them and then when the customer arrives hit him with bs stories and save the customers personal information to attack him or his family at other locations is insane.

We booked this room last minute and the price was reasonable and accommodated pets for free. The room was mostly clean but the bathroom had a bad smell and shower wasn’t the cleanest. The ceiling vent also had dust accumulated in it.

Water pressure in room 106 was very weak. Shower had weak stream on warm setting and the toilet never flushed properly. The WiFi did work in my room because the signal was too weak. The lady that checked in was in a foul mood. The manager in the morning was very nice. Overall it was a decent stay and the most important amenity is that they are dog friendly with many areas for your dog to sniff around.
