Great place right across from the beach. The hosts provided excellent information about the area and provided a shovel for hot water beach. The location is ideal for walking to the town centre and restaurants. Endless pathways along the beach for morning and evening walks. The apartment provides all amenities one needs, though laundry must be done 10am-4pm. Our favourite town of our New Zealand vacation.

It was our first time visiting the area and loved the apartments for the location, views and space. Very friendly staff at the hotel. We took advantage of the convenience of walking across the street to the beach , shops and food. We didn’t have to touch our car on arrival. One thing we didn’t realize was that the ac was just for the living room and not the bedroom areas. The back bedroom got a bit toasty but was nothing major just something to note.

This is a very centrally located apartment block straight across the road from the beach and easy walk into the town centre. The apartments are very basic and need some work but you can't go past the location.

Fabulous stay in the penthouse apartment. Wonderful views of Buffalo Beach. Plenty of room in the spacious apartment. Lovely big bathroom with a super big bath which is unusual these days and good shower. Very comfortable bed. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants, bars and marina.
