The property was clean, well appointed, just what we needed. Our suite had a microwave, dishes, silverware, cups and mugs and a toaster. We were able to make allergy friendly breakfasts and lunches which saved us.

The property is about a 10 minute walk to the subway which was good during the day, but I wouldn’t do that in the evening. The nearest restaurants and fast food are not that close as well as grocery stores.

We had a good stay. The rooms were relatively quiet. Beds were comfortable.

Amazing breakfast (especially Luis who was kind and helpful, going the extra mile for us), beautiful view of Queensboro bridge from PH rooftop, always cold water and coffee/tea available, great service from all staff (again shout out to Luis and Christina). Would definitely stay again. Room was great, loved it. Area near 21st street subway was a little rough but didn’t feel unsafe. Amazing Korean restaurant Gimbap Story around the block.

The breakfast crew led by Christine was exemplary. The variety of food was good. Plenty of toppings for the waffles and oatmeals but the strawberries for waffles were usually frozen though. Front desk was also very good. They were friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and modern. The only complaint is that there wasn't enough storage for clothes. We were there for 6 days for a family of four but only 2 drawers and a coat closet.

The neighbourhood of the property is very rough and unsafe. Big construction is going on in front of the building, all night, heavy equipment is operating, and I failed to sleep at all. Breakfast was very basic. Overall, definitely not going to stay there again.

My stay here was a very unique situation. I was not on vacation. I stayed here because my daughter had been discharged from hospital after surgery and we wanted a calm non-chaotic environment for her to do her first week of recuperation. Christina and Walter the front desk staff couldn't be any better. I would give them an A+ plus. I dealt with Christina before I checked in arranging for the appropriate room for my stay and Walter was at the hotel every single day that I was there and just gave the best service, always with a smile always pleasant, always helpful and always happy to help. The front desk staff really made this a great stay.

The area is sketchy, be careful during hours of darkness, be sensible; subway less than ten minutes walk away. Travel into Manhattan very easy.

I do not eat pork or red meat; the hotel only served pork, pork, and more pork bacon. I was told by the kitchen staff that turkey or chicken sausage would be served the next morning for two days which was NOT served only that damn pork!

There is no stove top in the kitchen. You have to borrow a high plate from downstairs. There is nowhere to store your clothes. If you’re there for an extended time, you have to leave everything in a suitcase because there’s no drawers except those on the nightstand. If you have to leave earlier than 630 you’re unable to get breakfast which you paid for there needs to be an early departure to go meal for those that can’t that won’t be there for the regular breakfast.

I recently stayed here and had a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. With easy access to public transportation, getting around the city was simple and stress-free.

The room itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the thoughtful layout, which made the space feel both functional and inviting. The views of the skyline were a nice bonus and added to the overall experience.

Service was another highlight. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything I needed! From check-in to local recommendations, it really made a difference and added a personal touch to the stay.

All the front desk staff were very friendly and followed up on my requests, like getting new towels, right away. The interior of the hotel and guest rooms were clean and updated. I didn't see any mold or mildew in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast room was clean and had at least 10 tables as well as 5 or so lounge chairs without a dining height table. While big, it was not big enough. I often had to eat at the lounge chairs or wait to eat because there was no seating. The food was good quality for a high end free breakfast but it ran out of several items, including coffee, on the mornings that I didn't get there before 8 am. That is something this hotel really needs to work on. Another problem is the location. I chose to take the train to visit a friend in the hospital and the walk to catch it is sketchy. I walked past a few parked cars that had electrical cords running to them from the nearby building 5 days in a row. The smell of marijuana on this sidewalk, very small local grocers and pharmacies, gave the impression that I would not be safe walking here any time except daylight. Walking the other direction, towards Vernon Blvd., did not have the same run-down and crowded feel but there were no restaurants or recognizable grocery stores in that direction. Ultimately, we chose to leave this hotel early and check into another one so that walking out of the hotel was less questionable. The next hotel did not have as nice of amenities but better location.

Literally all they had to do was keep their word I even declined purchasing an expensive valise in Manhattan but I guess consideration isn’t a thing there. Disgraceful professionalism

The bathroom door doesn’t lock, we need room service because our newborn got our sheets dirty, and they said okay we will but never came and changed sheets, we had to clean ourselves like we’re at home, I wasted money coming to this hotel which has the worst parking possible, and the valet is too expensive but I still did it for 1 night, hot water from sink was white which is disgusting, everything else was fine like breakfast and the bed, that’s kind of it and also no warning about laundry only taking coins which is very very messed up….

The hotel itself is clean and the staff is amazing. The rooftop deck was a nice surprise. Breakfast was a great way to start a day of adventure. There is a two block gauntlet you need to traverse to reach the subway. During the day it was not an issue. At night we just Uber back to the hotel.

Location was a bit risqué - I wouldn’t walk alone in the area. Love the fact they had breakfast and coffee every morning. Can’t say enough about the very professional and kind staff ! This property is located in a very seedy and industrial and very low income housing part of Long Island City. After about 8:00pm the streets are literally deserted. You do to want to be walking around. Even during our morning walk to the subway, the drugs were being passed around along p[parked cars on the street. We paid over $43.00 to commute to the (Mid-town) city via Uber so consider taht in the cost of the hotel.
