It was a sliding wooden door but no lock. That is truly the only complaint that I have. Other than that, the hotel and room were amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

It was one of the best rooms, only downside was there wasn’t as many things to do near by as staying in Times Square but the hotel itself made it worth it.

The hotel staff is wonderful. The breakfast was hot with many selections thst change up daily. My issue was the \"international \" visitors that were puttiing 10.yogurts in their pockets or holding up the line to make 7 waffles to take back upstairs eat later. The staff worked hard to maintain supplies with these behaviors. The evening bartender was very pleasant. He was prompt with service and very accommodating with making sure the kids had plenty of hot chocolate and popcorn when they arrived back to the hotel. He was always smiling .... made good drinks and would find you your sport station of your choice.

The room is good, within the limit yes, however, there was no hot water, we spent Christmas night, we arrived tired, there was no water (yes my husband was without taking a shower)... I took it and my son because we took a shower early he left it for later neither on Christmas night nor the next day (morning), there was water for bathing..., the place is not safe at all ... super dangerous! We walk with fear of the day to the subway even more afraid at night, in front there are beggars and the hotel locks the doors. Summary: don't go! They had to give me back 65.00 because there is no water, let's see.

The hotel has 14 floors and approximately 1,400 rooms, while the breakfast area only has about 30–50 seats. One way to solve this is to take breakfast to your room, but then you need to use the elevator, which can also take time due to long waits and high number of guests.

They were able to give us a room much earlier than the usual check-in time, and even store our luggage after check-out on the last day. The hotel is very nice and well managed. It's a good hotel in all aspects. Two things to know. First, there is huge construction site across the street. If your room facing it, expect noise starting 5 am. The hotel is close to the F train which is excellent but the 5 min walk from the station to the hotel was a bit scary. doesn't feel too safe. But nothing happened so I am not sure if it's just a feeling. Otherwise the hotel was very good and stuff was very kind.

It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel in my life. They sold me a place to sleep which was impossible to sleep in. There is major construction across the street. Night shift starts at 2am. Then there is a day shift. They didn't care. They would not let me cancel the u used nights. Plus they had me wait 5 hours from 4-9 to check in because \"they didn't know if the photo of it on my phone is real\". They stole my money.

I ACCIDENTALLY LEFT MY VALUABLE PURSE ON THE BED. HOUSE KEEPING STOLE IT AND CLAIMED NOT TO “FIND OUT” I TOLD THE FRONT DESK TO CHECK AND TO FIND IT. NOW I HAVE TO SUE BECAUSE THEY WERE NEGLIGENT. I AM GOING BACK TO LOOK FOR IT AND I NEED IT TO BE IN THE FRONT DESK AND THEY WILL BE GETTING A POLICE REPORT AS WELL AS LEGAL ACTION.
