I was warmly greeted by a lady upon arrival to the hotel lobby. She was warmed and friendly while assisting me to check in. I am unable to catch her name tag as it was written in Japanese but I will remember her face and smile. Friendly and approachable yet professional in her work.

Hotel was clean and neat upon arriving. The shuttle bus amenity to airport and Aeon Narita is superb and super convenient.

Breakfast choices was good with wide selection of both international and local choices.

Room was clean and neat too and comes with bathtub which is convenient to use.

Our flight to Narita airport was cancelled by the airline, so we proactively contacted the hotel the day before our booking through Expedia requesting to either cancel and refund, or transfer our reservation to another property closer to Haneda airport (which is where we were rebooked to fly into). We sent 2 messages through Expedia as we were in transit outside of Japan, and zero response from the hotel.
Then we used the chat feature in Expedia, who attempted to cancel and refund our reservation for us. A declined response was received from the hotel the following day because the reservation was missed. This was a very poor experience and we received zero support from the ANA Crowne Plaza due to a cancellation outside of our control. It seems like reservation fee was more important to the hotel than supporting travelers who were scrambling to find new flights and hotels due to cancelled flight.
I don't believe IHG will be supportive if anyone encounters unexpected itinerary changes.

The check in staff was very helpful! Got a few extra perks for being an IGH member.
The only issue we had was that only 1 restaurant was open. Its seems they close both the other restaurants every Tuesday, the only day we are here. We really would have liked to try the tapanyaki.

The room was spotless and the staff excellent… one of the best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel. The Eggs Benedict were excellent… I travel to/through Japan several times a year and usually stay at Hotel Niko … until now. I think I’ve found my new favorite hotel. I will be staying with ANA Crown Plaza again in a few days and look forward to it.

Conveniently located close to Narita Airport, this hotel is a great option for a quick stop between flights. While the property is a little dated, it’s clean and well maintained. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this hotel for an easy, comfortable layover stay.

The room we initially checked in was very old and not well maintained. The ceiling looks like it had mold growing in the corners and the restroom smells damp and like urine. The next morning, I submit a complaint and requested a change of room and the front desk was very helpful and switch us to another room. The room was much better. Although furniture is still worned and old the room was overall very clean, no signs of mold or dirt/dust in the ceilings and restroom definitely does not have the same horrible smell. Overall, it was the wonderful employees that save this hotel. They really did whatever they can to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Slightly worn-out overpriced old-school corporate hotel. No night-time shuttle to the airport (Taxi for the early flight was about $8.50). Pool and sauna close relatively early and on schedule.

Helpful staff. Overall he hotel is clean. When everything else nearby is booked, it had to suffice.

This is a property close to the airport. We stayed here to relax a couple of days before we caught a flight home. The service people were very friendly and they spoke English well which was nice. The gym was pretty good and they had a nice pool to relax in. The breakfast buffet was very good with nice variety. The restaurant at the top had a nice view and the food was tasty, a nice way to end our trip. I would highly recommend this hotel as an affordable, convenient and pleasurable place to stay.

The airport shuttle was very convenient, excellent schedule, and drive assisted with stowing luggage under the bus. Super diamond class breakfast - huge choice and made to order omelets. The staff was exception in my opinion - profession, delightful courtesy, and well trained. The concierge was \"platinum\" level experienced and helpful. If fact, he solved an important issue regarding where we were to meet our transportation to Yokohama with Holland America Line (HAL) regarding the correct terminal meeting area. If it was not for the concierge help we would have gone to the wrong terminal and most likely missed our transportation - kudos for his help.

Airport shuttle services to and fro efficient and easy to locate at airport. Once at hotel the concierge will assist you to check in. Tim, chief concierge was super helpful and speaks English well. Staffs at checking in very polite and friendly. Hotel is a little aged but clean. Overall nice hotel to stay in.

Although my room was non-smoking, I did smell cigarette smoke very strongly. They placed an air purifier, but it didn’t help to get rid of the smell. It was quite unpleasant. Front desk should strongly emphasize the non-smoking policy to the guests when checking in.

Facility is old but cleaning crew do great job. Bed was very comfortable, and amenity was great.

The cleaning staff always left us with dirty coffee cups. The furniture is past due for replacement. The staff especially the concierge were very good. The free transportation to the airport ,
Mall and Narita was good. But very typical of most hotels in the area. I would recommend but be prepared for worn out furniture.

Place is nice and the room was nice. Nothing around the area. Restaurants are closed Tuesday and Wednesday some of them. Not too convenient. Also, got most of the day, the shuttle is only once an hour to the hotel. That’s not good. But we did like the hotel. Room size was good and it was very clean. Staff quite good but nothing around the hotel.
