positive: the staff here are very sweet and professional. having a family mart on the premises is very nice! the free shuttle to the airport is great.

negative: the rooms are very old. it smells very old and stuffy in the hallways and the rooms. there is paint chipping everywhere with stains and possible mold in the bathroom. the hotel felt very depressing. my father in law also might have had bed bugs, he woke up with many bites over his body after our one night of staying there. the staff was very nice and provided him with anti-itch cream to help with the discomfort.

overall, we would not stay here again even though the price was great.

No AC in the hotel room, the portable fan turned off every 15 min. Breakfast buffet was mid. Staff was friendly but it was very difficult to get an extra pillow. On a positive note, I’m sure this hotel was super cool and nice in the 80’s but now it feels super outdated. Worst hotel out of all 5 that we stayed at in Japan this 16 day adventure

C'était un bel hôtel avec de bons services mais nous aurions apprécié pouvoir regarder Netflix ou Amazon prime sur notre compte en soirée mais ce n'était pas possible vu que ce n'était pas un tv intelligente. Cet hôtel est très bien pour terminer son voyage si on veut être à l'avance près de l'aéroport et avoir le service de navette inclus.

The staff were extremely polite which was very nice after a 10 hour flight. The convenience store was perfect for snacks and the shuttle bus made it very easy to commute between the airport and the local Aeon mall. I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms were way dated and in poor repair. Worn carpet, peeling wall paper, stained ceilings. Of course, for $45 USD, what was I expecting??? Good in the restaurants was pretty good. Bus transport to NRT was good too.

Bed bug problem!

We stayed here because of the flight delay. Initially, they put us in the dump with mold on the ceiling and walls. We made the complain and wanted to look for a different hotel. They then gave us some better rooms on the 8th floor. I woke up at 5am with some bite marks on the back of my thigh and they looked like the bed bug patterns and became itchy as the day goes by. I hope I am not bringing any bugs home!
The onsen was nice. I was not impressed with the breakfast.

Staff were very helpful and polite. Airport transport was a stress free win. A convenience shop inside the hotel. Our room was super dated and retro but did the job. Clean and functional. Lovely gardens. Frustratingly the queue for breakfast was huge and the restaurant had spaces. It was just inefficiently organised.

Staff were friendly. Shuttle bus to and from airport and Aeon mall was convenient. Onsen was excellent. However, rooms were a bit rundown. Some areas definitely need renovation. We were in the garden wing (older). Washroom can use some bleach to rid mold near the mouldings.

I'm very pleased of staying in this hotel. I would give 5 stars, but the negative comments of others are true (old furniture at least at the rooms and stained carpets at least on the way to my room 4th floor). I went once to the 11th floor as there is a bar there and it seems a completely different decoration and higher level of luxury (dark and shiny colors). I couldn't enter at the bar as it was too early, but just by getting out of the elevator, it was like a different hotel. Anyway, the price, service, amenities, extras, for what I got were just great! The room I stayed in had what I needed (except maybe for a microwave) but there was 2 available close to the reception. The exterior, reception and lounges are really good! I particularly appreciated the shuttles (town and airport) as there where available almost each hour. Also, every time I interacted with the reception employees, each time they solved my questions or demands. I only went once to the restaurant (breakfast) and I wish I tried for lunch and used the service more times. The onsen was good and with a second entry included for the next morning. I already said it, but I want to insist that the price was really good! I paid for 9 days, what I would paid for 2 or maybe 3 days almost anywhere else! So, in general great place to stay.

The room and hotel (apart from lobby etc) was extremely outdated, however the bed was extremely comfortable and had best sleep of the trip. Decent sized room for family of 4 and very affordable accommodation option before flying out. Shuttle to and from airport was convenient.

Breakfast was delicious so many options and all farm fresh. The rooms were a little dated but comfortable. The airport shuttle was so useful for the luggage, very convenient. And everyone at the hotel was so respectful, kind and helpful. Because of Jet lag we missed the opportunity to use the onsen but the did look nice.

The wing/room we were assigned to was very old, shabby and desperately in need of renovation. Bed is uncomfortable to sleep in. Ended up leaving early at 5 am because I can't stand to stay in the room further. The pictures in the website is totally different from the actual room/wing we stayed at. The only good thing and I appreciate is, the service bus from and to the airport.

Hotel lobby is fancy but the room is terrible, very deceiving. The room smells mossy especially in the bathroom is broken. Bathtub, water faucet and toilet seats are broken. The room is not clean. It’s good we stayed only for one night. Not recommended and not coming back.

I reached out beforehand to see if we can leave out luggage before check out and hang at the hotel since they have restaurants and such. When the day came, I learned the restaurants are reservation only because they were booked out the rest of the day. So i tried to make a reservation for lunch the next day and they said theyre booked, but we can go to their special new years weekend dinner which sounded overpriced so we passed on it. I then inquired about breakfast because I remember seeing breakfast included, and they said nothing is open before 11:30. Im like ???? Because how did no one communicate that reservations are recommended because they book in advance and that there is no breakfast. So we hung out in one of the lounges and ate some food from the familymart. When I complained because I chose a hotel that we can stay at and eat in so we didnt have to leave and for us to have to leave to eat at another hotel is ridiculous because then we could have just stayed in one of those hotels instead. Its mostly hotels and their restaurants in the immediate area. Suddenly an opening for lunch became available. Then we checked in and were told different information, that there was breakfast and the info on that. Idk maybe the online staff is different? In person staff seemed to know info.We get to the room, the carpet looks outdated and ready to be replaced. I can tell either the previous guest or a current neighboring guest was a smoker, because we smelled it even in our hair.

does not look at all as advertised. The hotel is totally dated and not well kept, rooms are apparently clean, until you take a closer look at the showers, which are all yellow, stained and moldy, with old not well kept carpets, and old furniture filled tiny rooms. Åt some areas it looks as a safety hazard, like it could collapse at any point, specially near the garden wing, the elevators leading to the garden, or the emergency stairs are in terrible conditions. To check in or out you have to wait in line, I waited 1 hour in line, 20 persons in front of me just to check in, same thing for check out and bus to the airport was about to leave. awful experience

Beds were comfortable but the room was extremely warm and there wasn’t any way to cool it. Room was clean. Air ducts appeared to have mold which was a concern. Hotel isn’t walking distance to anything. Wasn’t aware or was told that a bus takes you to the city mall for free. Staff were friendly.

The staff were very friendly. We appreciated the little market open all night (jet lag hit us hard at 3am). We LOVED all the amenities including robes, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, comb, and more little things that made us feel welcome. The room was cozy and inviting after a long travel day.

Conveniently located near the airport. They offer a free shuttle bus to and from Narita airport and also to and from the local Aeon Mall. Friendly staff, decent rooms. I think my only comment is that the Air conditioning isn't that strong in the rooms. We had to sleep with no blankets because the room wasn't cool enough. Also, being a foreigner, we experienced an earthquake while we were staying here. We went to the lobby to get instruction but the front desk didn't show much concern. I mean maybe because earthquakes are normal there? But on the customer service end maybe some type of instruction or concern on the situation would be helpful.

The hotel is very nice, a bit outside of the main road but its very quiet and good place to relax before a hectic day of flying. There is an Onsen, which is perfect to melt away the stress, just wished it was open a bit later. Overall a great hotel, would definitely come back.

Airport shuttle was nice but that doesn't make up for the oldest room I've seen in real life. It was straight out of an 80s movie. No outlets near the bed, had to charge my phone in the bathroom. Went to the buffet for dinner, host was very standoffish but food was decent and the rest of the staff i interacted with were very nice.
