Spotlessly clean, reception staff super helpful especially with onward travel. Quiet and everything you need. 10mins drive from airport. Beware free shuttle bus doesn’t run after 10pm and return bus is by appointment and only if seats available. Great hotel though and right next to Keisei Station.

Good place to stay for early flights as it is very close to keisei narita station. going to tokyo it would take around 70 minutes to go to akihabara from here via train. Overall everything was good. Friendly staff and clean. Would stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay here even though it was one night. The hotel employees were very sweet and helpful. The room was very clean and the location is nice as well. The tub is deep and I was able to enjoy a relaxing bath the morning I left.

If you choose the breakfast option, remember to bring the tray back to the tray return area. The inn is located in a convenient area but the men only onsen is too small to be comfortable if there is more than one person. The room is quiet but not sound proof. I can hear people talking if they are in the hallway. Overall, great value for the money.

The room is small and the building is old. I booked two rooms. All are small and one of them is even smaller. Hard to place a luggage. Our rooms are on 2nd floor, one of them facing a mechanical pump which made the noise whole night.

A lot of vending machines and laundry facilities. Convenient to shopping and 7-11, train and bus literally a 5 min walk. Very clean. Breakfast was a very small fee, all you can eat traditional Japanese breakfast, loved it. A lot of small restaurants within a 3 min walk as well. Staff so very helpful. Would definitely book again! It’s a c’est property, but a bit too small and outdated compared to the hotel next door (APA) which is around the same price. The staff are nice and helpful. Good location, shuttle service is available. However they only have 3 or 4 shuttle service per day.

It's a great experience to stay in this hotel, the room size is compact but comfort, the staff is friendly to help, I stored my luggage after I check out, staff are take care my luggage. They provide shuttle bus between airport and hotel, even it's really convenience to take train. The elevator from train station will off between 12am to 6am, but you still can access hotel from another exit without step.

The size of the room is catering to one person if two people would be a bit tiny to move around. We stayed for 12 nights so it's a bit challenging to handle our large baggages and etc. Short stays is recommended for the price and convenient stores are near the hotel.

It’s in a fabulous location and the room was spotless. Very small but for all I needed it for as a solo traveller it was perfect.

Fairly new non smoking hotel near the train station and city hall. Rooms are a bit small which is typical for a budget hotel. Breakfast was better than expected. Has small onsen for men on the second floor. Aeon supermarket is a ten minute walk and a Lawson two doors down. The Richmond Hotel across the street is better but will cost a more.

Too hot in the room during our stays and there’s no way to turn down heat. The receptionist told us to open window to cool down the room!! The room becomes noisy and dusty!! Hard to breathe is my main issue!!
