Not my normal spot for Narita. I'm glad I tried something different. I was very impressed. The included breakfast was good and adds value. Small but usable seating area in the room. HDMI port placed under the TV adds entertainment options. A great stay.

This is a standard budget hotel, well situated near both Narita stations. From here it takes less than ten minutes to get to the Airport stations.

Despite the low cost the staff are polite and helpful, plus online check-in and contactless checkout is quick and easy. When you factor in the included breakfast this great choice for a quick stopover in Narita.

The staff were so lovely at reception; super helpful and very caring. The breakfast and additional amenities available, including sleepwear, was communicated to us after check-in was completed.

We stayed on the 3rd floor which was pretty quiet, you couldn’t hear the busy street below. There was an ice machine and vending machine on our floor which was handy.

There are lots of things within walking distance and if you wanted to go to the larger Aeon Narita Mall, the taxis are close by or there is a bus that will take you directly there. The station lockers are super handy if you have time to burn before heading off, as we did.

The buffet breakfast was really tasty and lots of options. There is also free tea and a coffee machine available until late at night. We’d definitely stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located across the street from Narita station. The room was clean, the staff very friendly, respectful, and helpful. The included breakfast had both some hot meals as well as typical western breakfast. The room was a bit small but for 1 night that we stayed there it was ok.

We spent our final night of a 2 week trip in Japan here. We choose this hotel because of its’ proximity to the airport and also to local restaurants and shops. There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but there was also nothing great about it. I can also only compare it to the other places we stayed in Japan. However, the price was good, free breakfast was ok, location was good as it was only a 7 minute walk to the train station and only 2 stops away from Narita terminal, and the room was very big. The hotel seems old and needs sprucing up, and it was noisy and you can hear everything in the hallway.

Nice stay at Narita

Stayed one night at Narita before our evening flight out the next day and would recommend. We got the room for a good price with breakfast included. The hotel is located a short walk from Keisei-Narita station, is an easy walk with elevator and lift access if you have baggage. Check in on machine was straight forward, they have a drink station open till midnight and a large seating area. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was basic and dated but clean. The complimentary buffet breakfast had a really good spread with many drink choices which was a nice surprise! We left bags at reception to check out the main walking street, which was really nice relaxing end to our trip. The strip had Kyoto vibes without the crowds, and on the weekend they block car access so really nice walk. At the end you'll reach the temple which is 100% worth a visit.

Comfort Hotel Narita was close to the JR Narita Station and lots of restaurants around the area. Room service was provided daily. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of foods from eggs, breads, yogurt, fruits, salad and even smoothies. A welcome drink was a great touch along with loaner umbrellas for the rainy morning we experienced. We had a later than expected arrival but everything was in place for us and someone was at the front desk to take care of us too. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff were all friendly and very kind and helpful. I was surprised at how wonderful the breakfast was, and at the variety of food available. Especially considering it is included in the cost of your stay. The room while small was well thought out with a safe, hairdryer, slippers etc. The washroom was small but a good use of space with sink and bathtub sharing a moveable faucet. Very ingenious! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. I also loved that it was completely smoke free, something you don’t always find in Japanese hotels. I would stay here again and try a bigger room. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

I loved my stay at the Comfort Hotel. The room was small, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were absolutely wonderful: polite, efficient, always available. The breakfast buffet was far better than I had expected for a small Comfort Hotel: eggs, sausage, excellent rice, a full salad bar, and additional hot entree options. For the reasonable price, the Comfort Hotel is a great deal.

The rooms were quite small - just enough space for a bed and desk. The staff were very nice and friendly and the all you can eat breakfast was excellent. The issue was it got dark by 5pm in November and navigating through the area was difficult. We walked 15 min to the Narita county downtown and could find barely any restaurants open at 5pm on a Sunday and almost the shops in downtown were closed. Suggest dining nearby the hotel if you are arriving like us on a Sunday afternoon -- there are lots of restaurants open near the hotel

Convenient and extremely easy to get to the airport. Nice place, but needed a little updating. Various places with paint peeling and looked worn, however, the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helped us with the self-service check-in. Breakfast was adequate, but not great. The bed was comfortable and the room cooled off nicely with air conditioning. Check-out is 10:00 am and if a later check-out is requested the charge is ¥1500 per hour.

Hotel is not fancy new but with reasonable rate. Just 1 train stop from Narita Airport. Steps away from Keisei-Narita station. We booked a 2-bed room and it was very spacious. Clean and quite. Staff were very friendly and able to communicate with English. Breakfast was included but not too much of variety. Hotel is 15 minutes walk to Naritasan Omote Sando, worth to spend couple hours there. Would stay again for the next trip.

Had a great two week stay as we toured around Narita.

Planning to stay again on a return visit.

The breakfast buffet was very tasty and plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful and would use a translating
device when needed, which made communication easy.

Parking is available nearby but with only one daily in/out privilege, we had to arrange our days accordingly.

The room, a standard twin, gave us a bed to store our opened suitcases on, which helped as closet space was limited.

We felt that Comfort Hotel Narita met all our needs at a reasonable price and getting around from there was most convenient, both on foot, by car or public transit.

The hotel itself was just okay. Small non-descript rooms, nothing special. Staff was nice and accommodating. We paid a small fee for late check-out. It was an easy walk to both the train station, and the wonderful Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple.

Great hotel stay for tourists & close to shopping

Very clean hotel & very good customer service. The customer service representative English wasn't very good but we understood each other fine. The bathroom was a little small but was engineered to utilize the space efficiently. The hotel was in walking distant of all of the restaurants and shopping. We will return next time when we visit Narita.

It was a short walk to the Narita train station, with a nice little elevated sitting area in between. And of course a short ride to Narita Airport. The room was nice and clean and efficient, and the staff was nicer than at the bigger place I stayed at later.

Nice hotel for a short stay in Narita

Living up to their name, hotel was comfortable, and it is convenient to the Keisei Narita Station. About a 20 minute walk to Narita-san Temple. Staff is up the usual high standard of Japanese service. Firm but comfortable bed, usual small rooms found in Japan, but I've been in smaller, and breakfast was not bad. Only issue I had was my room was situated at the 'back' side of the hotel right adjacent to another building, killing my mobile reception.

Stayed two nights. Just around the corner from the Richmond Hotel. Unlike the Richmond Hotel, there is NO shuttle bus to/from the airport, but as the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Keisei Line railway station, it is still very easy to get to/from the airport. Breakfast was included in the price and was very good. Staff were excellent. My room was somewhat smaller than the Richmond, and less efficient use of the space. Bathroom had an enormous step up into it - could be an issue for someone with mobility issues. Wifi was worthless in my room, but worked ok in the lobby. Not as elegant as the Richmond, but perfectly acceptable.

Nothing to complain about here! I had a Mifi router shipped here for my trip. Upon handing over my passport I was given my package within seconds. Check in only took 3 minutes and we were on our way. Room was very clean, bed wasn't bad either! Of course the room is small, but completely normal for Japan standards. If you're heading into Tokyo, this place might be worth a stop if you'd like to visit the nearby temple!

The free breakfast wasn't bad either!

Great breakfast, both in variety and quality. Both western and japanese options. Provides everything you could possibly need for a stay. It was pouring during my one night layover and I had planned on visiting the nearby temple....no problem! They had umbrellas free to use.

Great location, but not the most comfortable

I stayed at this hotel the night before flying to Sapporo on an early flight. The hotel is very convenient, right near Keisei Narita station. The hotel itself was fairly clean and staff were helpful. The room was quite small (even by Japanese standards) and the bed was not the most comfortable (the pillow, in particular, was poor). Complimentary breakfast is a bonus, but fairly average. It's not a bad hotel, but I would most likely choose another hotel next time.
