Noisy and dirty. Staff members are not very welcoming. The afternoon staff members apparently were too busy chatting among themselves to see to us, and just pointed to the self check-in machine.
The location was quite good. Short shuttle trip from the airport. That was all that was good, the rest was terrible.
The room was so tiny, we barely could walk around. The washroom was cramped and dark, and the toilet had a bad smell. My wife fell trying to get off the washroom, because there was an odd 10cm elevation at the door entrance/exit.
I am tall and muscular, so the lack of space was extra tough on me. The walls were stained and the remote controller for the in-room entertainment was crusty and dirty. The beds were very high and hard. My wife was exhausted after a 16h trip and could not fall asleep, there were crying baby noises all night. The doors are poorly sealed and you can see the light from the corridor, and hear other people in the neighbouring rooms.
There were notices everywhere about the elevator being scheduled maintenance and power and water being cut off for inspection. All in the same week.
I pity the guests staying there for a longer period than we did.

Great conveniences with proximity to the mall, grocery store, 7eleven, Family Mart inside, vending machines inside the hotel that sell food, beer, and ice cream. Great water pressure and airport shuttle. The rooms are very small and the bed is too firm. Great breakfast buffet and the lunch buffet allows you to make delicious pizzas.

Good first stop for the night, staff were super friendly and check in was seamless. It had a convenience store in the lobby with lots of great food options and any supplies you might have forgotten to bring. Good location with a free shuttle to and from the airport but also just a quick taxi ride if your timing doesn't line up and you don't want to wait.

The bathroom had black mold everywhere, you could see it on the shower curtain. You could see it hiding just behind the mirror as well as different spots on the roof. There is many cracks down the side of the tub that could’ve been full of mould as well. After staying there for two nights, we started to feel the effects of the mould and had sinus pain.
All three of us including our 4 month old are still recovering and it has been 5 days.
Until they get this sorted out, I wouldn’t recommend staying there

After 20 hours of traveling, this hotel was exactly what we needed. We really didn’t want to add another hour-plus trek into Tokyo, and this place made arrival easy.

The free airport shuttle was a huge plus. You walk straight out of the airport and the shuttle stop is right there at stop #16. The schedule sign is posted at the stop, so there’s no guessing or stress about when it’s coming.

There’s a 7-Eleven about 350 meters away that’s open 24 hours. We grabbed coffee and snacks there in the morning, which was super convenient. There’s also a steakhouse right in front of the hotel that was surprisingly good. And a Korean restaurant close by.

The train station is about a 10 minute walk. If you’re traveling light, it’s an easy walk and very manageable.

The hotel itself is older, so you’ll notice things like chipped paint and some stained carpets. That didn’t bother us much at all, especially since the price was right and everything was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a buffet and cost about $12 Canadian. There were lots of options and it was well worth it.

There’s also a shopping area about 9 minutes away called Omotesando. We had eel and rice there, which is very traditional for Narita and absolutely worth trying. Beautiful boutiques and small restaurants.

Naritasan Shinsho-ji temple is right at the end of the shopping street

Overall, a great choice if you want something convenient, affordable, and close to the airport after a long journey.

This hotel was the perfect place for an overnight layover. It was a short Uber ride away and the Naritasan Park is an easy 10-minute walk away. The rooms had everything they needed but were small if you are traveling with someone. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Their airport transportation was a great bonus that I wished I had information on upon my arrival, but getting it one-way was a nice surprise.

I just pulled on a jacket cause I was making this food for Mike at lunch. I just brought something from my sister-in-law. OK because I’ve been promising her a partner he’s been waiting for it. OK OK what kind of soup I just came back from Japan I did last minute. I went by myself. I got the courage and I went by myself and when I got there, I sat on the bed. I’m like OK now what you can’t just sit in the room anywhere in the world Expedia they give options for what activities yeah and they gave me actually a deal you know with the hotel and I was just writing a review about the hotel actually.

Free Japanese buffet breakfast was good - rice and curry, mini shumai, mango pieces, canned fruits, pickled veggies, salad, miso and corn soup, etc… They also have some western options, like cereal, sausages, eggs, croissants, toast, etc…

Clean room, air conditioner, hot water kettle, 2 tea packets. No coffee was given. Free toothbrush that comes with a mini tube of toothpaste. Free comb and shaver. Robes and slippers were also provided.

Free shuttle to airport is very convenient (runs every 30 minutes, from around 6am to 10:30am, and then again 2:30pm to maybe 10pm). There is a mini family mart in the lobby.

Extremely accommodating staff! Staff was so kind and gracious! Hotel is very convenient near the temple and shops. I used a taxi because I was on time constraints and that made it easier to get around. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Narita airport which I needed! The shuttle leaves at certain times and that worked out for me also.

They were super polite. Check in and out was fast. And they gave you directions if needed. Super clean. The staff was always greeting you whenever they saw you at all times. Would totally stay here. And a supee plus they have a small little convenience store in the lobby which was super great if kids got hungry during late hours. Loved it.

This is a budget hotel. As such, don’t expect opulence. What you can expect is friendly, diligent staff, who make sure your towels are stocked, your room is clean, your shuttle is ready, common areas are clean. There’s also a Family Mart in the lobby that is well stocked and open for all but a couple of hours late at night.

The staff were amazing as always in Japan but the building is very run down. We were on the ground floor and we had a view of a retaining wall and a spider infestation. Carpets and furniture had multiple stains and the baseboards were in desperate need of repair/paint. Really shocking for Japan where they usually take pride in even the oldest and most humble buildings.

There is a Family Mart convenience store inaise the hotel and nearby restaurants. The shopping mall is about 7 mins walk. Although quite a bit of a walk to the train station and uphill. Clean and friendly staff. You can have daily supply of toothbrush, hairbrush and shave just available at the front office. Availabilility of the coin laundry is convenient as you dont have to bring lots of clothes. Spacious room and daily change of bath towels. Change of linen can be requested.

Overall for like a one day/ one night stay it’s not bad at all. Has a shuttle to take you to the airport if you need. Also has a running trail near by so that’s a plus. Does have a strong cigarette smell to it though 😅 or could just be my room but over all I’d say 8.7/10 not bad at all pretty good.

No shuttle to Narita Station. Was on the smokers floor and room. Dont smoke and it wasn't a very pleasant smell. Im not a smoker and they couldnt change my room. There is a shuttle to Narita Airport and the cost of the hotel was awesome and cheap. Close to shops and Amenities. I didn't add breakfast menu when booking accommodation, but you can purchase a breakfast sitting at the main reception. Has a convenience store call family mart down stairs where you can buy food etc. Didn't watch TV as I don't understand Japanese. The staff are great as per the Japanese people, very polite and respectful and basically go about there own life. Apart from the smokers floor i enjoyed my stay very much.

Wow!! This place is value for money! You will get more than what you paid for. I stayed there one night. There were hotel shuttle buses between hotel and Narita airport which made it very convenient. Hotel was very clean! Most of staff could speak good english and very helpful. They can store and deliver bags to next hotel for you. Bed was comfy. I had a great night sleep there. There was restaurants close by (including unagi). Walkable distance to Narita san, walking street (10 mins) and Aeon mall (around 30 mins walk).

I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back if I stay in Narita area.

Great shuttle to and from the airport—you need to reserve it ahead of time. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but decent for the price. Staff was friendly and spoke great English. Hotel was quiet. There is a family steakhouse right outside the hotel which was nice. Also a convenience store inside the hotel if you need something.

I liked the close proximity of parks and shops . The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable as was the bed. TV, air-conditioning , bathroom - good.
