Overall a pleasant experience, with 7-11 right on the first floor, or \"ministop\" just a 30 second walk. Semi-convenient with complementary bus to the mall or narita airport.

We booked only 1 night here because it was close to the airport and I knew we would be tired after such a long flight. It was okay for only one night. I wouldn't book here again though. Cleanliness is really important to me and for that reason alone I wouldn't recommend to anyone whose preferences are for a prinstine clean room. When we arrived to our room, I saw there was a hair on the toilet seat and in the tub. :( The lights in the room are strange too. You can't dim or shut off most of the

Hotel was fancier than i was expecting considering the price. Very well kept, very helpful and polite staff, and comfortable. Good size rooms, the in house 7-11 was a great unexpected bonus. Buffett was delicious. Gym was great. Location was fantastic for me! I stayed for over a week and found plenty of nature and other things to walk to to keep me occupied.

If im around again im definitely staying there!

Ps. I dont remember her name but the friendly and attractive young lady with the shorter hair about chin length and slightly curly had some great suggestions for what i wanted to see in the area, thank you!

Hotel has shuttle to airport and to Aeon Mall, which is nice. It also has laundry facilities on the basement level, which comes in handy for longer stays. In addition, there's a 7-11 (open from 0700 to 2300 daily), which is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and generally clean; not sure when the last upgrade was, but the hotel could use some remodeling (carpets, furniture, amenities). But staying here is very affordable. The staff are generally very nice and professional.

Room had good space, decent bed and pillow, shower was good too. Arrived after 8 pm the only restaurant was closed but there is a 711 where I could buy snacks and cup noodles. The breakfast was not good I would not recommend it. The shuttle to the aeon mall was really long, took almost 35 min, and back to hotel it took long too with lot of traffic. All in all a good stay it’s a good value for the stay of 80$ plus taxes

The room was clean. Front desk and restaurant service were excellent. The restaurant manager went above and beyond to ensure the food we ordered were gluten free to accommodate my husband's Celiac condition - very patient and kind gentleman. The free shuttle bus from and to the airport was an added bonus. Highly recommend this hotel for a layover, you can't get this kind of service anywhere.

Nice hotel convenient to NRT airport, with free shuttle every hour. I liked that there was a 7-Eleven in the lobby! Service was great as well. I just took a while to figure out where the light switch and electric outlets were, but overall that wasn't a problem.

Stayed for six nights in Jan/2026. Friendly staff, and English speaking. Free shuttle to Narita station, airport, and Aeon Mall. Rooms are much bigger compared to similar hotels. 7/11 inside the hotel, and a Mini-stop right outside. About a mile and a half to Narita station, with multiple restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Walls are pretty thick, I barely heard anything from other rooms. Will definitely stay again.

Room was OK.
Associated Restaurant was a bit over priced, Hotel guests were given a discount.
There is also a 7-Eleven, where healthy food was available, especially if you were on a Vegan Diet.

Make sure you stock up for the day about mid morning, when the fresh refills were delivered.
Staff was great there as well. Beer and Scotch, Sake and some wines were also available from the 7-Eleven.
The staff was helpful.

They will only give you 1 Room Card, and this the one you use for the Room Power activator.

Airport Bus was also available.
If you plan a late check-out, they will charge you by the hour.
Garden Hotel was within a 1/2 hour walking distance of most tourist highlights.
There was 2 Aeon Mall or store; within 30 minutes from the hotel.
There is no Pool, and the outdoor Hot-tubs were not maintained and in operation. There is a Gym.
A lot of Aircrew from a lot of the different Asian Airlines stayed there as well.
Taxis were outside waiting.
Uber was available for transport to a destination. I used a few times.

Narita Station was 1/2 hr walk away.

World Peace Pagoda was a bit further, but worth the walk.
If going to the Aeronautical Museum, which only will take you a 1.5 hr tour visit, take the airport bus, and taxi or Uber from there.

Old school room, with a TV that had no english channels which was inconvenient especially for an \"international\" hotel. I had the twin superior room and it wasn'ttoo bad. The food was average. Seven 11 downstairs is great. Gym is not too bad but enough equiptment in there to get a good pump.. Jacuzzi was out of service.. about 1100yen for a taxi to Narita township.

Clean and comfortable room. Ours was a Superior Twin Room. I was pleasantly surprised to find that our room overlooked a community garden or farmland.

The buffet breakfast was nice. We have been to Japan many times. This is the only hotel buffet breakfast that offers customers the chance to put together their own Tonkotsu Ramen! And it was delicious. You can add sesame and/or shallots to it. The hotel even provides a timer for you to time the cooking time!

And having the complimentary bus from Narita Airport to the hotel and from the hotel to Narita Station is very handy.

Booked here specifically for the airport shuttle. It was easy to read the schedule, and hop on to the shuttle.
The stay itself was very nice. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was easy to navigate. Rooms were very comfortable. Bath tub was a nice size. Lots of space to reorganize suitcases.
The only thought I had about the rooms was that to turn the lights on you need to use the room card key. But there is only 1 card per room. So, if someone wants to go out, they can't take the card with them.
Everything else was great. The location is not a far walk from activities, shopping, and local vendors.

The outlet on the desk is loose and we have to constantly put something to position it. Water pressure is good and the bedding is alright.
Housekeeping only come every 4 days so it's a bit inconvenient.
A few of the front desk staffs are not that polite and that really shocked us. It wasn't like that before!

The shuttle from narita to the hotel and then the big coach from th we hotel to the airport was a big plus!! After traveling using public transportation for a while, it was a welcome benefit. The trains are great in Japan but it was so luxurious to sit in comfort with my luggage.

The room was adequate, nothing fancy but perfectly functional.

The room was spacious and airy; front desk service excellent. Very good lication on arrival at Narita.
Not happy with the evening buffet which was cool and dry as food sitting too long and no one looking after lids down or replenishing food. We were told only the buffet was available at 7.30 pm but that was inaccurate . We had wanted a la carte as we had the first night, which had been good. The restaurant staff member (non Japanese) said later that he thought the buffet would be a better deal and decided for us. Not good.
