Property is in poor conditions. Bed mattress is sagging in the middle and room was musty with a smell of mold. Outside doors did not close and lock properly causimg a possible security issue. Large dogs were in certain rooms that barked. Television remotes did not function properly. The staff was very kind, polite, and tried to accomodate my needs. The problems associated with this property is NOT a staff problem but instead a corporation issue that should be addressed. I have stayed in Motel6 properties that are basic but this property does not meet expected standards.

The parking area is tiny and there is a lafy that is riding around on her bicycle in the evenings offering her services. BUT the AC worked fantastic we would leave the AC on during the day and when we would return in the evening the room would b cold enough to turn off the AC. There was something underneath the bed that looked like bodily fluids whcoch should not have been there. We had tiny roaches come out, there was mold in our shower, the bed is NOT comfortable at all. It was just a horrible experience will NOT be returning.

Everyone is so friendly, room cleaned everyday. Location is great and private. Car was safe, no loud people, pet friendly(didn’t have a dog but loved seeing the dogs) would recommend to anyone needing a stay.

But in the morning, when I woke up, I had water all over the room to the refrigerator a water lake.

I have stayed at many Motel 6’s over the years traveling for work. This one was by far the worst. Roaches everywhere, no hot water (when I cashed the front deal he told me to try the Knox in different positions then blamed it on everyone showering at the same time), and I couldn’t get my pre booked stay refunded even though I only stayed 2 nights of a week long reservation. I didn’t think to take pictures when I left to show the bags of trash in the hallways, the roaches, the microwave that had cooked in food in it. Not to mention the tweeker in the parking lot breaking open batteries and doing something with a butane tank. I should have canceled then, but I had to start work an hour after I checked in.

The building is not well kept. Upon entering my room, there were cockroaches traps set up on counters and in corners of the room, holes in the floor where flooring was missing, and an awful odor in the room. I didn’t say but 10 minutes and then I walked out. I requested a refund due to the deplorable conditions of the room and the owner was incredibly rude and started yelling at me. I will be going through hotels.com to request a refund since I had to go elsewhere in town to stay for my work trip.

I booked for a non smoking room. When I checked in to the room it had cigarette burns on the bed and ashes in one of the dresser drawers. I woke up to loud music playing at 4am. I showered then started brushing my teeth and seen two baby roaches crawling on the counter. So I go downstairs to check out and see no one at the desk so I walked closer and somebody was laying on the floor sleeping with a blanket/cover. I just left the keycard on the desk and left.

What a Dump!

When we arrived there was a strong odor of weed all around the lobby inside and outside! Later we saw 5 young people outside the front door smoking weed! The fridge in the room had dirty cups inside of it. The comforter was full of burned cigarette holes, the pillow cases and sheets had stains on them. The tv remote was broken and had no batteries in it. The toilet seat was broken. There were food stains on the floor in the bath room and around the fridge. There was something gritty like salt or sand all over the chairs. The light was missing in the bathroom. There were wall plugs hanging out of the walls. The parking lot needs cleaning and restriping!! What a dump!!!!!!! I booked through Hotels.com and was non refundable. We left immediately and did not stay there!!!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK HERE! This place is FILTHY! Shady people, Roaches , incompetent staff, lets just say If I could give it zero rating I would! Also I IMMEDIATELY LEFT! I check in on July 17 at room 134 a soonest I walk in I notice a strong smell off humidity and cigarette smoke I was so tired I lady down in bed and I fall asleep right away and I woke up around 10 pm at night and I went to the office and requested to put me on a different room but unfortunately because of the ability it was imposible to be put in a different room I being told come back next morning

I Iimmediately had concerns about my stay as there was a group of three adults with plastic bags of belongings, household items camped out to the right of the main door, all sitting on the ground on their phones. But, I hoped my room would be satisfactory as the online photos reflected a new and modern appearance.The kitchen stove was dirty and inoperable. The bedside tables were sticky and scuffed. The walls and pain were scuffed and unclean. The floor has not been mopped. The bathroom shower area grout was broken and heavily stained. There was a 'dining table' which was also not cleaned and was holding the full size microwave. I still stayed since I was exhausted from a day of work and felt if I could just sleep that was my only priority at that point. From 7pm until approximately 12:30am there was the sound of dogs barking, yelping down the hall. I stuck my head out my door to identify the direction and it was toward the right from my room. I called and complained to the desk at about 11pm.
I stepped on a cockroach in the bathroom and a second one scurried away. I tried to check out early in the morning and the employee tried to hold my charges hostage. I’m still waiting on a refund on days I did not stay. The worst hotel experience in my 40 years of traveling!!

The room was good and spacious, the lobby reeked of cigarette smell, however the rooms did not had any foul smell. The room we got was really spacious and enough space for just the two of us which was really surprising. The major complaint that i have was the noise. We could hear a lot of noise throughout the night. I am unsure because we were given a room closer to the lobby or what, but it was really noisy in the entire night. There was a lot of movement that kept going on. Also we could hear the voices from adjacent rooms too. If not for the noise, i would have definitely given a 4 star rating to this motel.

When I spoke to the front desk lady, there were roaches on the carpet and on the wall of front desk.
