I was welcomed by Mr.Ray, he was very professional and friendly! But throughout my stay the fire alarms went off 3 times, my room had no service, the phone to the hotel stopped working and the housekeepers were rude. The knock at the door was viscous as if there was an emergency and when we said we don’t want any services she was unhappy/annoyed. When asking for a late checkout they only allowed us one hour. The food was good but menu was very limited. Location and room was nice and view was beautiful but not my favourite place to stay. 4/10. Experience could have been better.

Property is very nice, and our 1BR unit with full kitchen and great ocean view was terrific. We enjoyed the private beach areas and an amazing inifinity pool alongside the ocean.
Surf was a very good dining experience, both food and service.
Tops of all were the staff -- all were wonderful without a single exception. Extremely friendly, welcoming, and took care of everything you need help with when traveling.

Room was outdated, only one restaurant in the whole hotel which was overpriced. Hotel did not have any vending machines to purchase drinks or snacks so if you wanted something outside of restaurant hours good luck, there aren’t any food delivery apps either which sucks! Closest thing to a shop was the gastation market which was about a 10 min walk with no side walks. Overall stay was overpriced and not worth it at all. To get a taxi to the nearest city which is about 10 mins away you’re going to pay about $30 one way. If you want to rent an electric car for 1 day you’re paying over $200. Personally I would never return. Staff was nice and locals are friendly but overall the price was not worth the hotel or location. Could have gotten better else where.

The hotel is very beautiful and nice. In my opinion, this is the best looking resort/best architecture in Bermuda. The pools are beautiful, the furniture and styling is modern, high quality and nice. Also, our room felt very private which was super nice, no one could see us and the balcony was private.

Few downsides:
1. Our room was clean but there was a stain on the ceiling of the bathroom + the drawer of the vanity was broken
2. Wifi didn't work at the pool by the beach and cell didn't really have signal.
3. Not much to do around the resort, only 1 restaurant.
4. The heated pool wasn't super hot and the pool by the beach uses the sea water and it not heated, so a bit cold in November.
5. There was supposed to be a yoga class that we wanted to attend, but they decided to cancel it without telling us.

Leaking refrigerator in the room left puddles. Notified front dress. Workman came and promised to replace it, but never returned. Frig kept leaking. Finally replaced after 2nd day. Also, we had the ONLY patio, out of many dozens, without a lounge chair. Again, front desk acknowledged but did nothing. We got a small credit at end of stay against food in dining room. Modest breakfast for 2 came to $100 with tip, so credit didn’t go far.

The property was nice and clean. There was no ability to obtain our own ice for the room. Had to call front desk and it would take up to an hour to get ice. There was no beach. This was an area from multiple steps to get to no beach but an infinity pool. The pool was slippery from the sand to get into it. The nearest bathroom was upstairs. Not convenient.

The staff in general were very helpful, and the facilities are lovely with easy access to a pristine private beach, and several infinity pools. Andrew at the bar and Samuel on staff were especially helpful and provided great service. Only sour note was the lady at the front desk who was in general unfriendly, and especially so while checking out. When we happened to ask about the Rum Swizzle which they had given us on arrival, she rudely said it’s for check-in only!

We loved the location, and the view was breathtaking. We spent our mornings enjoying our coffee on the patio, which was very private and had a fantastic view. Our favorite pool was on the top terrace, where we spent our afternoons.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel's pick-up and drop-off service to and from the airport was an added bonus.

We would highly recommend this property and would happily return there again soon.

go there if you have any disabilities. Our bill showed $40/day for housekeeping which was never mentioned and tips were given for service as is customary. I found this outrageous $20/pp per day. There is no shop on premises for sundries. Room service comes in paper bags

The customer service at the front desk was very disorganized and disappointing. We received no details upon the directory and had to realize for our own that there was a QR code in the room. The menu for room service was not in the room and couldn’t utilize that service because online the menu is wrong as the staff in SURF stated. Samuel was wonderful and the cleaning lady did very well. Other than that, poor service.

Dining was enjoyable and food delicious but the evening meals you need to make sure to reserve dinner in the restaurant as there is limited seating.

The pools are located at various locations and a little difficult to get to and are on the smaller side. Getting drinks at main pool is fine but the others is tricky and takes a bit of time.

In room spa treatment was great but would be nice to have a spa on site.

TV in rooms is just terestrial TV and would prefer if there was streaming services.

This is a beautiful property. The views are amazing. The rooms are extremely comfortable and while minimalist, very tastefully decorated.

I have no mobility issues, but nearly fell numerous times around the property because the stone walkways were slick from humidity or rain. The walk down the stairs to the beach is an adventure, the walk back up a slog. The steps are \"natural\" steps and spaced just far enough apart that it is inconvenient to walk them, they are steep and not uniform, and because of the plant life that forms walls around them, they are hot. Absolutely no breeze. The stairs up to the pools are almost as bad.

The hotel is near nothing. You are going to ride the bus, take a cab, or rent an electric vehicle to go anyplace. You aren't walking to anything.

The property itself is not interesting enough to just stay there. The restaurant is ok, but way overpriced.

Honestly if we were to return to Bermuda, it wouldn't be this property.

New resort, which is not completely a hotel . It is a residential development , where the owners must make a room available for resort guests. Both my husband and I felt that the Azura lacked the full feel of a beach resort. There are 4 pools . The main pool is nice , however the small roof pools are very hard to get to. Lots of stairs to the roof top pools and to the beach. This is not easily managed with children or seniors, or anyone nursing an injury or physical disability.

Everything about this property is exquisite. Gorgeous views everywhere you look, staff that are amazing and attentive, food that is delicious but a bit pricey, and super quiet and relaxing.

The bedroom was so comfortable and if we had one piece of constructive feedback we would say it would be to have complete partitions between our room garden and the nearby rooms and suites.

I would 100% recommend this property to someone wanting to relax and unwind and enjoy the full experience of Bermuda.

Very new facility so things look spotless. Friendly staff. Great view. All in all excellent stay in every aspect. I can add the following nit picking points that hopefully the hotel can improve: 1) one day the towels were not replenished at the ocean level pool, despite multiple calls; 2) In our guest room at least, one can use a few more hooks to hang robes, towels etc; 3) also in our room, just one very small trash can by the toilet, would recommend one more in the living room, and maybe one more for recycling; 4) 4 pools yes, but at least one is so small it should be called a big hot tub :-) As I said, nit picking.

The Azura was exactly what we were looking for on our anniversary weekend. It was quiet, there was never a wait for food, drinks, towels, call for taxi, etc. The location is amazing - it is located right between Elbow Beach and Horseshoe Bay, so the beach and the water were spectacular. The view from our room was amazing. The room itself was large, clean, and made up twice daily. Every person who worked at the resort went above and beyond. I definitely recommend.

The Azura was the perfect place to stay for a quiet vacation. The location was not necessarily walkable to much but getting Transporation to get anywhere was easy with the assistance of the staff. I wish there were more dining options but what was offered was delightful.

My only concern was around an issue with one of the bathrooms in our room. Upon reporting issue, they sent someone to check while we were out and upon returning, we found that the water had been shut off and we could not use for the duration of the trip. While they did offer us some compensation, I would've liked some notification, update, etc. rather than just returning back to resort late at night to find out water was shut off. Just minor inconveniences.

All in all, this was a beautiful resort & the experience was amazing. Will most certainly return.

Azura is a stunning hotel set on a breathtaking property. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always eager to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. The views from our room were absolutely spectacular — a true highlight.
One note for future guests: while the private beach and infinity pool are well worth the visit, they’re located at the bottom of a very long and steep staircase. For those with mobility or accessibility concerns, this could be a challenge. If stairs are an issue, you may want to consider alternative accommodations.

Absolutely stunning views of the truly aquamarine-colored water, tan and pink sand, and blue skies from the room as well as from the entire campus. Amazingly friendly and warm and attentive staff. Great beach access for swimming and even snorkeling. Room could use blackout shades to help us not wake up at the earliest sunrise. Bar drinks were a little small and a little expensive. The Surf Terrace menu's burger was fantastically juicy and ample while the charcuterie plate's meats were skimpy. Easy to hop on public busses to go anywhere on the island. A few different off-campus great restaurants were accessible by walking or short bus trips - Lost In The Triangle; Paraquet; and Ice Queen.

I loved having multiple pools around the property, with amazing views in every direction. Even a breathtaking view from the fitness center. My favorite part was being able to swim laps in the pool by the ocean. Snorkeling right off the beach was a bonus, being able to enjoy the ocean in the pool, even during high tide was a plus. We could always get a chair by any pool area and the hotel did not seem crowded. The moon shining on the water every night was beautiful. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, because we could easily get to either the beaches or Hamilton to change buses to another location.

We appreciated having a coffee maker, fridge, sink, and dishes so we could prepare most of our own meals and eat on our balcony. The island is very expensive, and we chose to spend our money on this fabulous hotel. We were able to buy groceries to make our stay more affordable and flexible.

I do wish someone had been more realistic with us about the bus system. We bought unlimited bus passes but didn't get to use them enough. When buses were full with cruise passengers, they often didn't stop for us, and when we were out later in the day, some buses only came once an hour. When the schedules and connections worked easily, it was so easy to get around and the bus drivers were so helpful in not only telling us when we arrived at our stop, but gave us helpful tips before we got off the bus.

The staff were exceptional and always did there best but the facility was a death trap for anyone over 55. Stair pitch and access to rooms too steep. Access to the small beach area impossible for seniors. A Glass toilet door with ( No Privacy ) what idiot thought this was a smart design.
Tile throughout the facility and especially the bathroom areas ( was very slippery if wet ) NO shower mat to prevent falls and low grade non-functional furnishings in room. Totally impracticable for guests paying $945 per night. This property is a money machine Timeshare rental property and not a Hotel. Food was excellent ,sadly too expensive and limited choice. EXAMPLE ( Could not order a piece of toast ) you had to order a $30+ breakfast that included a piece of toast. I have been an international Business traveler for 44 years, flown 12 million miles, stayed in the best hotels and dined in the worlds best restaurants and this was the first time I have been financially conned thinking I was staying at a hotel.The cost and fees of staying in this timeshare property are outrageous and not a good value proposition. I have visited Bermuda 10 times with my family and sadly to say will never visit again nor use Expedia for any travel arrangements ever again, nor recommend them to collegues.We were celebrating my wife's survival of a second Cancer operation and the 7 days we spent at the AZURA Timeshare were hell for us and a huge bitter disappointment. Sorry but I have to be honest.
