The staff and service was incredible. Every person we encountered was extremely friendly. The food is incredible at the steakhouse. The Italian place is ok. Breakfast is really really good. Our favorite was probably the private beach, well worth it.

The Rosewood Bermuda was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The property was beautiful and very well cared for. The service was exceptional. The one thing tha made this place stand out above all else was the people. You will be hard pressed to find a more welcoming, polite and genuinely caring group. Beautiful room with an unbelievable view. Comfortable bed with good 100% cotton sheets. Ample towels and bathrobes. Excellent housekeeping both for daily cleaning, turndown service, and sundries like free bottled water. Staff incredibly friendly and efficient. For a fancy place, not at all snobby. The restaurant was better than expected with an extensive menu including all manner of steaks. The grounds are vast and the private beach amazing. On-property spa is super clean with really wonder staff. Only negative was a mild mildewy odor in the room, no doubt a hazard of being by the water.

I enjoyed the pool but was disappointed that the sauna was inoperable. I was presented with the option of the hot springs in the spa but that was inoperable too. &, no hot tub :(

Arrived at the hotel around 11.30. Check in was disappointing as there wasn’t actually anyone at the desk. Rooms were not ready so did a pre check in and spent some time adding the information we gave in order to text us when the rooms were ready. Another party arrived at the desk for check in whilst we were there and had a very different experience with an another receptionist. Greeted, offered welcome drink, at which point, the lady who had been dealing with us for some 10 minutes or seemed to recall what we assumed was proper protocol and offered us a drink. No text. Went back to the hotel at 3.30pm to find one room was ready but none of the information I had given at pre check in had been recorded / saved … hence no text. The second room wasn’t ready until 20mins past official check in time.

The property is in a beautiful location, but is showing its age and lack of attention: Noticed chipped paint on many surfaces. The signage is very poor.

My final bill was very confusing. It had many erroneous restaurant entries and then reversals. I spent 15 minutes trying to get a straight answer from the front desk, only to be told after several calls that they were due to “glitches“. The clerk who checked me out was highly annoyed that I dared to question my bill. The front desk needs to work on its communication and interpersonal skills.

This property does not deserve 5 star status. While the property itself is beautiful - the staff are untrained lazy and rude. Unable to complete basic tasks such as booking taxis. We would not stay here again and would recommend the VIP Access status is revoked as there is nothing VIP about this hotel.

Beautiful location. Dining options good. We enjoyed the golf course meal the most. Service is very good but not as amazing as other Rosewood properties we’ve stayed at.
Room was faboulous as was view. Lots of multigenerational families and resort seem to cater to them. As a couple we found it a bit boring.
We would come back with our kids but as a couple again we would probably stay at the Loren as it had more a vibe

No complaints, everything was amazing and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday there and they did so many nice things to make it special. The room was a dream, the views are to die for, and the food was incredible. Our meal at Sul Verde was a highlight of the trip, highly recommend! There are so many things to do on-site, there is no possibility of being bored. Bermuda is amazing and Rosewood was icing on the (birthday) cake. I really hope we can visit again someday!

Beautiful Hotel and Lovely Stay

We had a lovely trip and stay at the Rosewood Bermuda. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and extremely hard working. Our room was exquisite, well appointed, and with a great view. We were able to use a golf cart on the grounds for the duration of our stay, which made getting down to the Beach Club very easy.

We also enjoyed that the hotel was a bit out of the way from the main tourist areas of Bermuda, but still an easy taxi ride to St. George’s and Hamilton.

Booked and paid for hotel stay , arrived told it was full and we were on harbour villa 10 mins away not five star nearer three hospitality zero it’s can’t do not can do . Thrown out of room at 12.00 flight at 19.50 so waste of a waiting around afternoon.
Food indifferent with extortionate prices. Stayed at Rosewood in various places this has not been a great experience.

The property was beautiful including the buildings and landscaping and of course, the water views. The staff was wonderful - helpful, friendly and welcoming. There were several pools to choose from and restaurants as well. Taxis to take us off property to dine and golf were ready at the front entrance so transportation was never a problem. We had an issue with running water in a pipe behind a wall that kept us up one night, but the staff was quick to remedy this and the manager adjusted our bill accordingly. I would highly recommend this property!

The property is beautiful but really is catered to golfers and the golf community. The amenities for others hoping to have a beach vacation are not overly impressive. The food at all restaurants is also pretty subpar- we didn't feel like any of the meals met the standard of the property.

The hotel is lovely, the view is spectacular…It is pretty far from
alot of the local sites but they are worth seeing…The staff could have been better..one issue was that they held my deposit for weeks after I went home and I tried to call and resolve to no end..Also they had men working and talking loud right by our balcony the first day and part of the second..unbelievable for the kind of money we all spend for peace and tranquility…..but if you go to the website they don’t say they are working in the hotel..
The restaurant had very friendly people and helpful…food was great! So if you go the island is amazing to see just know that they will keep your deposit for a month after you get home.. I am very disappointed in this practice at Rosewood..so rating went way down for a few reasons..still really enjoyed the island of Bermuda very much!!

We had a short weekend and we would have loved to stay longer but we had to get back to work! Getting away to a warm climate was priceless. Golfing for my boyfriend was a big bonus. Having a beautiful golf course on the premise was great. The rosewood hotel was beautiful. The king sized unit with your own balcony was a paradise. We didn’t use the pool because it was in the 60’s. We would definitely come back to the rosewood.

The Hotel is a beautifully scenic property with great onsite amenities. Rooms and public areas are nicely decorated and overall well kept. Some of the staff are exceptional.
Unfortunately my initial room had an infestation of ants which was only discovered when I woke up with them crawling across my face. The room I was transferred to had a plumbing issue. When I decided to indulge myself with a soak in the wonderful bath in my room the water was brown and full of sediment. As this was late on my final night of stay I just decided to forget the idea rather than switch rooms.

The property overlooks a bay not the Ocean but it's absolutely gorgeous. The view from my room was stunning. Food was excellent but very pricey. Service is outstanding. Within the first two days, the staff recognized us and knew our drink orders without us telling them. They were incredibly helpful

The Rosewood Bermuda is a phenomenal place. Everyone was great, very helpful, and attentive. Management went above and beyond and took care of any requests we had. They have (3) pools, one by the beach (look no further), one by the main building (beautiful but allows kids), and the adult pool on the harbor side. If you play golf Tucker Point GC is awesome and wait till you see the houses! Crazy money. Highlight is the beach. Just go there. Cocktail & food service in your beach chair, pink sand, crystal clear blue water, no drop off and you can walk out in shallow water, nice breeze with some small waves, pool if you want it, and a restaurant. Winning! I would be remiss if I didn't mention the food, which was outstanding, but be prepared for a large invoice. I get it you're on an island, I'm just saying... I will absolutely go back and highly recommend...can't wait.

The staff was wonderful and the activities planned are great, do your best to book in advance to make sure there is availability. We did experience some difficulty with shuttle timing (you have to shuttle to tennis, golf, and the beach) but overall everything was great! Would probably give the food an 8/10, and prices are high but I think thats most places in Bermuda. Once again, thank you to the amazing staff as they were incredibly kind and welcoming.

Luxurious and wonderful Resort!

Rosewood Bermuda

Loved our stay at the beautiful and luxurious Rosewood Bermuda. Our ocean view room with big balcony was beautiful and spacious. It was nice to wake up from the bed and see the ocean and beautiful blue sky. We enjoyed our lap swim at adult pool with ocean view every evening. My husband had a great time with gin tasting one evening. The restaurants were nice both inside and outside on the patio and the food was great as well.

The beach club was amazing. The hotel provided free shuttle to the beach club (5 minutes ride). The private beach is gorgeous. We spent great amount of time in a lounge chair on the beach. The restaurant at the beach is so inviting. The pool at the beach club was awesome. It face the ocean. What a beautiful setting!

We played golf at “Tuckers Point Golf Course”. Wow! I saw many beautiful golf course by the beach before but this is the only one that has over 50% of the holes with ocean view. It was well kept and we had a great time.

Rosewood is located at the best location :between Hamilton and St. George. We went to snorkel at Tobacco Bay. Awesome! I love it. Stopped on the way back at Swizzle Inn bar. It was great. It is easy to find a taxi around here so we made an excellent decision to stay at Rosewood.

The staff across the board were wonderful. We had a wonderful 3 nights here. I chose to stay in Hamilton Princess for 2 nights. Though the property is beautiful but Rosewood gave us a special feeling of Berm

A solid 4 star experience at a 5 star hotel.

The location of the Rosewood Bermuda is spectacular with beautiful views from many vantage points. Our one bedroom ocean view room was stunning and the complimentary golf cart was a pleasant surprise. However, this facility and service were not the 5 star experience we have come to expect from other Rosewood properties. Numerous business groups and loud families with children spoiled what we thought would be a more elegant couples experience found at other Rosewood resorts in non-holiday periods. In addition, reservations made by the concierge for us on an itinerary on a few occasions we found not to have been made.

The Perfect stay in Bermuda

We had a wonderful time at the Rosewood! The door men were really above and beyond friendly! And Charolette in the bar was very sweet! There was also a male server we had twice who was great! Thank you for the hospitality. The room was beautiful and spacious, and my view was beautiful and It felt very private. The last day, the maids came to service the room and really did some detailed things that didn’t go unnoticed. I would absolutely return and can’t wait to do so 😃

Gorgeous property with excellent customer service and variety of incredible restaurants. The private beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. Our only recommendation is to add hot tubs. The pools close down for a few months in the winter but hot tubs can be utilized year-round. Would love to stay again soon but will probably wait until pools open in the early spring!

Looking Forward to Our Return

Wonderful property with excellent service. Everyone was very friendly, with the exception of the lady bartender at Tucker's Bar the last 2 nights. She was as cold and standoffish as Andre was warm and engaging.
It also seems the hospitality staff, while very friendly, is stretched rather thin as we saw the same people at virtually every venue at different times of day.
While the food was adequate, we were somewhat surprised how simply adequate it was. Perhaps we were simply expecting so much more...
