Everything was really wonderful, almost all of the staff was very friendly and personable. I did find that the drinks were incredibly expensive and maybe not worth the price, I felt like they were a bit stingy with their pours! Love the resort tho!

I stayed at Cambridge during Bermuda's off season and, seriously, I think I was the only guest on the property! Because of that, at night it was almost creepy--deserted and dark even just walking to the property's restaurant!

We loved our stay here. The staff was amazing especially our housekeeper Michelle. The food drink and atmosphere were truly topnotch. It is quiet and beautiful which we were looking for. We snorkeled right out from where we stayed everyday and saw tons of fish. We rented a boat from H2O and it was very fun. We did a 2 hour run but wished we had done the 5 hour run. The massage and facials were great at the spa. We loved the pickleball courts and afternoon tea. The pool was ccrsip and refreshing. We def would go back again.

Location looks remote, but we found it perfect for us! Quiet and special when we wanted to chill. But , we were able to explore the island, walking down to take public transportation into dockyard (buses and ferry).

The “pride of ownership” in Cambridge really shows at this property! They strive to be as special as The Ritz Carlton!

Every detail is well thought out… from the quality of the sheets, to the up scale amenities, from the special touches at each of the restaurants, to the quality of the food and the yummy array of the adult beverages offered.

We had a wonderful stay at Cambridge Beaches. Our room was very comfortable with the most spectacular and ever-changing views of Mangrove Bay. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and restaurant at Breezes and began each day swimming in the heated pool at the spa. The weather was mild and breezy, requiring a light sweater for the cooler evenings, but this only added to the charm of the resort. The property exudes an old English charm, evoking a sense of serenity and tranquility that envelops you from the moment you step in. The resort's architecture and decor beautifully capture the essence of a bygone era, making it a perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and elegance.
One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful afternoon tea experience at The Parlour. The setting was picturesque, with lovely teacups and saucers adding to the charm. The service was attentive and accommodating; when my husband expressed a desire for scones after a few days of biscuits, the staff kindly obliged, which was a thoughtful gesture.
The resort's amenities were also impressive, providing everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The resort's restaurants are truly impressive, offering a range of dining experiences that cater to diverse tastes. Although Breezes was closed for the season, we enjoyed the casual yet delightful offerings at Pastel, and every meal was a culinary delight.
The staff at Cambridge Beaches are genuinely friendly and helpful. The tram drivers were always cheerful and welcoming, while the room service was prompt and efficient.

My husband and I were excited to stay at Cambridge based on reviews, but we quickly learned that the reviews were inaccurate. Our one glow of our stay was our ocean view room. Many reviews bragged about the food, but unfortunately, even being pregnant didn't make me enjoy the meals prepared. We were charged $60 each for Sunday brunch but barely ate because the food was not enjoyable. Sunday brunch usually has a menu of favorites, not buffet style. We also ate at Pastel and the food was average at best, so much so that I wasn't willing to even go to any dinner experience, and lived off pretzels and water for our last night. Prices aren't even available online which also prevents me from wanting to try anything because I refuse to eat what I don't enjoy.

Some personal glows:
I did get a massage and deeply enjoyed that. The room had a bunch of books scattered around, one in particular that I've been meaning to read, and being that there wasn't much to do, I finished it during our stay.

Overall, we don't think we would come back even as a family vacation.

We had the best time at Cambridge! This truly is an incredible place to stay, providing a relaxing get away! It is a bit away from the site seeing of the rest of Bermuda, but if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy delicious food and beautiful beaches this is truly a gem! Everyone was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I loved reading in the indoor pool area, and my husband enjoyed putting on the green. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to visit again before too long!

This was my 13th visit to Cambridge Beaches, including 4 stays in the last 6 years. There is no doubt that the new owners have improved the rooms and we enjoyed our lovely room and the beautiful view. However, the food in the restaurants has gone substantially down hill while the food prices from our last visit in 2022 to now have increased substantially. In addition, the walk ways on the grounds remain rutted and in need of repair and the grassy areas require substantial work. Cambridge can return to being a world class resort, but there is work to be done to get there again.

No need to leave. Every reason to return.

You have to be ready to step back in time to stay here. A time when people are lovely and patient. A time when the beige/white minimalist design revolution hadn’t taken the charm out of every hotel. A time when nature is king. I am so glad my daughter got to visit Cambridge beaches for her 21st birthday because it is an exception resort in every way - two private beaches, every casita has a view of the unspeakably beautiful water. The food while not Michelin starred is the best on the island. Everything you need is in one place; we visited all corners of the island and discovered CB is all we needed. My husband and I can’t wait to return. For reference, we travel a lot and stay in great places. The Dylan in Amsterdam one month ago. The Ritz in Paris two months ago.

Excellent, spacious rooms with beautiful view. Very comfortable bed, separate dressing area, and private patio. Numerous beach options - some like private coves with calm waters. Food was very good, but service was inconsistent. We had to wait 1hr for a salad on one occasion and had wrong entree delivered on another.
Gift shop was tiny and didn't sell flip flops which are needed. Not really an area to walk or jog and gym was small. The beaches needed a few more chairs and umbrellas, and more regular clearing of dirty towels

Beautiful setting and very nice accommodations. Most staff very friendly and helpful.
Restaurant menus were way too exotic for our tastes. After trying both restaurants, we avoided them except for simple breakfast.
Ground transportation was a very expensive problem. The resort arranged taxis (nothing else) but essentially dumped the problem on guests.

Such a spectacular resort and great amenities! Loved every bit of the beautiful island. Thank you to the friendly staff who provided amazing hospitality.
