I wouldn’t rebook!

So, a nice Hotel, not The cheapest. But appeared to be good value for-money.
When I book a hotel as we are on a motorcycle trip, I book hotels with a restaurant and if possible a swimming pool. When we got there, the restaurant was shut-down and so was the swimming pool. There was no mention in the website or on Hotels.com or an email maybe to tell us that we couldn’t eat there. They are not centrally located so it was a long walk to the nearest open restaurant. The staff at the front desk just didn’t seem to care. You got the feeling that we weren’t rich enough or important enough to bother with.

I was not aware I would not have any of the amenities that were listed (pool access, gym, etc) I would have stayed at another hotel if this had been communicated. Additionally, the air conditioning was broken in our room and it took me three times talking to the staff before we were moved. Lastly, the staff was not welcoming which made the stay uncomfortable.

The location was lovely, the beds were among the most comfortable we encountered in Italy, and we imagine it's generally a lovely place to stay.
However, we booked our stay here in large part due to the beautiful swimming pool advertised in it's listing on hotel.com, and when we arrived there was a sign up that said the pool was closed for the day due to a private party. We'd had a very hot day and we were very much looking forward to a refreshing dip, but the gal at the reception counter promise that we could check out late the following day so that we did at least have plenty of time to enjoy the pool before we left. This was a bummer, but acceptable.
We then realized that the private party was a very loud wedding that went very late into the evening, and you could hear the music everywhere on property. Again, a bummer.
The next morning I got up early eager to go swimming in the lovely pool with the waterfall, but when I got up there it was clear the hotel staff had not cleaned up the night before. When I got down to reception, there was a sign up now saying that the pool would be closed this day as well for cleaning. When I let the staff at the front desk know that I've been promised the day before that I would be able to use the pool today I was met with an indifferent shrug of the shoulders and an answer that it's not possible. When I ask to speak to a manager, I was told that there were no managers on property.

Liked the hotel in general, but especially the restaurant at the hotel, good quality food.
Sauna was nice, but temperature could not be regulated upward.
The only downside of this experience was the extremely loud music/sound at the gym/sauna, I like to have my sauna in peace, not with high volume music. Beyond loud.

Relaxing night before a flight

8 of us stayed for a night prior to getting a plane from Bologna. Great hotel if you don't want to stay in the city. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice pool, pleasant bar and only 5 minutes walk in to the town where you can find restaurants and a fantastic ice cream booth

BEWARE!! This hotel will CANCEL YOUR RESERVATIONS

We were in Italy and got a call that our reservations were cancelled and we had been moved to another hotel... apparently we booked the rooms at too good of a price because some of our friends paid more and were not cancelled... If you are in Europe and need to count on a reservation you can be kicked out even if you have a confirmation... BEWARE!!!

We were traveling with group and we were the last to book at $460 plus rate others were booked at $200 rates. All 5 of the other rooms were cancelled by Admiral Park and given rooms 14 km away near airport. We tried in advance to cancel our room due to the fact we were traveling together and were given a cancellation number by Travelocity. Then we received email that Admiral Park had refused to cancel and we would be charged full amount. We went by the hotel regardless of the inconvenience with entire group to cancel and they blamed Travelocity. Whilst there they said they were on phone to cancel for full refund. We are still waiting to see if this happens. Americans stay away from this one. Not a friendly place. They do not care.

Terrible staff and no concern for their guests

This is a very nice hotel, very clear and very modernly decorated. The restaurant serves good quality. Parking is convenient and free for guests.

One of the main reasons why we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool. Right in the middle of the summer heat wave we wanted a hotel where we could arrive after a hot day and relax in the pool. Unfortunately when we arrived to check-in we were notified that the pool was closed due to a “private event”. How can the hotel reserve the hotel facilities, which are open for all guests to use and are included in the rate, for a private event??? This was really disappointing and the staff did not seem to care at all about us expressing our disappointment.

Another issue we experienced was that at the moment of checking-in our passports were required, for ID purposes, but after handing them in the man at the front desk told us that we would be getting them back when we checked out of the hotel ?!?!?!?!?! Of course we did not agree to this and after an irritated complaint from our part, he had to give the passports back to us at that moment, with a very upset expression in his face. He was very rude, so were the rest of the staff at the front desk.

This is a very nice hotel, in terms of the building itself, but I would definitely not recommend it due to the mediocre staff and their lack of interest in providing a pleasant stay to their guests.

A lovely hotel

Used the hotel as a base for travel in central Italy. The hotel was very clean and efficient. The rooms were large and the double bed was massive. The bathroom was very large with a bath and walk in shower. The aircon worked very well.The only negative was that the restaurant was shut in August due to it being the holiday. Would certainly use this hotel again.

A great hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and included toiletries etc. The cost of drinks were a bit on the expensive side and unfortunately the restaurant had shut for evening meals etc for a few weeks so we had to drive out. The pool was nice and the hotel had a gym which we did not use. Breakfast is ok. It is buffet style with scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon as hot items then there are a variety of cereals, breads, fruit, conserves etc and a toast machine.

Not so \"business class\" after all.....

Very disappointed after reading all the other reviews. No WiFi in room, was told \"is too busy with other users\" but actually I was connecting just then no service. Was told if I needed they would open a meeting room. Defeats the purpose of booking a business class room (even standard should be with WiFi but I had to book business room due to availability). Staff not too concerned otherwise to help. \"you can connect in reception\", ... aye, thanks. Room carpet stained, mouldy shower cabinet sealant. Otherwise, comfy bed, good sized room. Breakfast nice and redeeming factor was the waitress at breakfast who was bubbly and smiling to all.

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable thanks to the spacious room and the swimming pool. We were also very positively surprised by the beautiful natural surroundings with rabbits wandering in the parking area. The only slightly negative note was the cleanliness of the rooms with some dust on the carpets and spider webs in the corners. Overall we were well satisfied with our stay.

This is a fantastic hotel. Perfect in every way. Hotel is very clean And looks new. The staff are so keen to please. When we arrived the restaurant was closed for Fiera Agosta but the hotel staff had a set menu available, typical of the region, which was amazing, and relatively inexpensive. The courses just kept coming and coming!! The rooms are very clean and the beds are huge - must be queen size. There is a beautiful rooftop pool. There are nature walks available around the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style and the selection is vast. Perfect for an overnight stop as we did as part of a long journey but also as a holiday location.

This was one of the best hotels that we stayed at in Italy! The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The AC was a pleasant change from the other hotels we stayed at in Italy--we slept so good that night. Breakfast was delicious, including scrambled eggs, capuccino, along with all the typical Italian meats, cheeses, breads, etc. They also had free drinks and appetizers in the evening. Staff was helpful and spoke English--they helped us determine the best way to get to the centro of Bologna. They also directed us to a fabulous family restaurant called Nuevo Colombo about 5K from the hotel--it was the best Italian dinner during our week long trip!

Ho riscattato la camera con la notte bonus. Ebbene, tra tutte le stanze a disposizione, ci è stata assegnata una camera a piano terra, con bagno per disabili! Inutile descrivere le difficoltà riscontrate, soprattutto per il water e la doccia. Il bagno inoltre non aveva alcun servizio di cortesia, nemmeno una cuffia per la doccia! Va bene che ho riservato una camera economy ma, per un 4 stelle… tutto ciò non sembra accettabile!

Hotel bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, an bestimmten Stellen konnte Schimmelspuren und Abnutzung gefunden werden.
Stromausfall halber Tag der alle Geräte lahmgelegt hat.
Kleiner Pool war ok da nicht viele Gäste da waren.
Im Zimmer nicht mal ein Wasserkocher.
Frühstück (mit Strom) war sehr gut.
Ansonsten alles normal.

Prenotato un’ECONOMY? Ti do quella per disabili

Il fatto di prenotare una economy non significa dare una camera per forza con accesso ai servizi per disabili anche se non lo sono. Il problema è un altro che mi hanno cambiato stanza il giorno dopo dandomi di una camera con letto grande ma con esattamente gli stessi servizi igienici. E quindi doccia aperta, tazza rialzata etc…inoltre il riscaldamento va sì controllato con una temperatura ecosostenibile e via dicendo ma se uno ha freddo deve avere il diritto di aumentare a proprio piacimento i gradi del termostato. Vado non spesso ma capita di passare per lavoro. Stavolta deludente! PS cambiamoli i teli bucati!

L’hotel è veramente bello e curato in ogni dettaglio. La posizione della struttura lo rende facile da raggiungere e lontano dal caos della città. Una colazione molto curata e variegata, personale cordiale e disponibile. Unica nota negativa, per me, è stata la possibilità di non poter gestire l’aria condizionata dall’interno della stanza e questo purtroppo ha condizionato il mio riposo.

Estuvimos dos dias 2 adultos y 2 niños, habitacion amplia y comoda.
En pleno verano no funcionaba el frigobar, pese al reclamo realizado no fue solucionado.
