Rooms quite compact but spotlessly clean.

Staff were absolutely delightful and very helpful.

The only downside the hotel was exceptionally hot. The only way to cool the room down seemed to be opening the window.

I recently stayed at the Continental hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The facilities are quite dated and in need of updating. The overall decor felt old-fashioned, and several areas of the hotel seemed worn out and in disrepair.

One of the biggest issues was the fluorescent lighting in the rooms. It was far too bright and harsh, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, we were unable to turn off all the lights completely, which made it very challenging to get a good night's sleep. The constant light was quite disruptive and detracted from our overall comfort.

While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the outdated facilities and lighting issues made our stay less enjoyable than expected. I hope the hotel considers making some necessary updates to improve the guest experience in the future.

Really nice hotel, if you have a car

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel, and I can't really complain, apart from the fact that is far from everything. Links to Bologna are scarce. You need a car.
I booked it to be close to Unipol Arena (It's 35 min walk), again no public transport to link to the venue, so unless you like to walk, it's not suitable.
If you have a car, please book ahead.
The hotel staff were really friendly.

In Bologna on business

On business for one night in Bologna. As business hotels go, this offered the barest of essentials. Semi large room was quiet and the bed (2 twins pushed together) was comfortable. The TV was the size of a laptop computer's screen. The bathroom was of adequate size but contained a miniature shower. The restaurant's offering was quite limited with typical Italian style bright lights that offered no warmth or ambiance. Front desk staff was very polite and engaging. Friendly. As Italian non-chain hotels go, not too bad, but not up to par with typical US business road warrior hotels.

Nice modern hotel.

We only stayed one night as we needed to be in the area very early the next day. It was nice to find a modern and spacious room. The hotel is situated in an industrial area of Bologna and it was the most modern hotel we stayed in in Italy, nice surprise.

Perfetto!

Accogliente, pulito, personale gentilissimo, comodo con percorso pedonale per il vicino all'Unipol Arena. La camera ha arredi nuovi, letto comodo, molto pulita. La colazione è abbondante e hanno comunque continuato il servizio anche a ridosso delle 10. Parcheggio interno un plus!

I called in advance to confirm to availability to reserve taxi for airport, and the staff told its not difficult to get it so its OK to ask front when we arrive at hotel.However, i asked
taxi to reserve when I arrived, the staff said its too difficult to find taxi around here.And the staff said i don't gualantee the reservation.
it was very not consistent.
And there was opened bottle water in fridge and used solid soap remained at shower room. It was very bad memory staying the hotel.

Da dove iniziare....
Più che Urban direi Jungle Continental Hotel.
Dopo un primo inizio promettente, si sono verificati una serie di eventi spiacevoli. In primis le basse temperature di stagione che non hanno trovato ristoro con la climatizzazione all'interno della stanza. Richiesta assistenza alla reception che prometteva di alzare la temperatura, cosa che non è stata effettuata (abbiamo sofferto il freddo durante la notte), scoprendo solo l'indomani, alla richiesta di un piumino da letto, che era anti economico chiamare un manutentore per modificare il condizionamento spento una settimana prima in vista delle temperature primaverili.
Un consiglio importantissimo: chiudetevi a chiave nelle camera perché quando meno ve lo aspettate, il personale delle pulizie, alle 7,30 di mattina apre la porta della camera in maniera arbitraria solo per lasciare i teli puliti, dato che tutto il resto delle pulizie giornaliere non viene fatto e non sappiamo il perché.
Dulcis in fundo, i prezzi folli per dormire in un igloo... Questa è stata la mia esperienza, addolcita solo e per fortuna da una buona colazione.

Ho prenotato per 3 notti una junior suite e mi hanno assegnato una stanza base, molto piccola, attrezzandola con 2 accappatoi...della serie: si prendono gioco del cliente...inoltre stamattina non c'era posto per fare colazione...insomma, zero serietà e professionalità...considerando la tariffa di più di 400 euro a notte...io non ci tornerò MAI PIÙ!

Siamo stati in questo albergo per un evento alla Unipol Arena di Casalecchio (che volendo è raggiungibile a piedi, anche se non agevolmente). La struttura è ottima, dispone di parcheggio interno, ma nelle vicinanze non ci sono molti servizi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Disponibile nr 1 solo ferro da stiro in tutto l'hotel: un po' poco se il cliente ha necessità di usarlo e lo stesso staff non sa in quale camera si trovi.
Personale molto gentile, colazione di buon livello.
A causa dell'alta richiesta di camere di hotel per una fiera a Bologna, il prezzo pagato nel mio viaggio è stato troppo alto rispetto al livello dell'hotel.

Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile.
Non abbiamo apprezzato la scelta della camera per i disabili, risultando abbastanza scomoda soprattutto per il bagno. Consiglio il cambio dei cuscini in quanto veramente bassi e una parte del letto (erano due letti uniti) era molto pendente. Pulizia buona, anche se c’era un po’ di polvere sulla testiera del letto.

Ottima soluzione vicino al palazzetto congressi

Ho alloggiato solo una notte, ma ho trovato la stanza funzionale e pulita. La posizione è comoda per alloggiare vicino all’Unipol Arena (mi sono fermata dopo un concerto, sono 5 minuti in macchina di distanza). Colazione buona e molto varia, con anche opzioni vegane. Staff molto cordiale.

Good Hotel outside of Bologna

The hotel is located in an industrial area but is not far away from Bologna city. The breakfast was decent but they end it too early (so on day 2 we had hardly any breakfast as we came at 09:55). The rooms are nice and they offer good facilities.
