The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the pool, hot tub and the corner tub in our room was very nice and convenient.
3 stars is due to the non-complimentary breakfast (I must have just assumed it would have it and didn’t check to see if it was an accommodation), the mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were super thin with very little fluff to them.
They do have a Bistro so you can BUY food there for breakfast/lunch and also they serve Starbucks drinks. Just be aware there is no complimentary breakfast.

Room was fine and quiet, but the front desk attendants seriously need some training. The biggest issue was while I was using an empty meeting room to have a Zoom meeting in the middle of the day, the front desk woman was really out of bounds. I travel almost nonstop and have never had anyone throttle me over an empty conference room before. She threatened to charge me if I didn't leave right then. I had no problem with leaving, it was just that she was so loud and domineering at every turn our entire stay.

We left and spent a grand staying somewhere down the street because of the bad guest service.

If you could remind the room crew to be sure that the alarm clocks DO NOT have a time set in them. My room alarm clock went off at 3:45am. I ended up unplugging the darn thing as I could not figure out how to turn it off. I was not able to fall back asleep. Not being woken up in the middle of the night would be extremely helpful

Everything was perfect, clean and comfortable. The room was spacious with all the amenities. The only thing that was a bit of was the shower. It was a handicap room but the shower head did not go higher than 5 foot.

We had a reservation and were turned away at check-in. Employee stated that they overbooked and suggested we go to the nearby Hampton Inn as they had been contacted. Upon arrival at the Hampton, they were not expecting us. Very frustrating situation

We were not asked if we wanted housekeeping so it was not provided. We were also not informed that our credit card would have a $20 hold for incidentals each night stayed. The hotel was clean and nice but the mattresses were old and uncomfortable, which was surprising for a Courtyard.

The room that I paid for was king room with whirlpool and extra sofa that is for 3 people but received room with only one king bed and no sofa so I had to sleep on the floor. Whirlpool was full of spiders and room is nothing like the picture I paid for. They dont have free coffee and breakfast is horible only had bagels and muffins. Staff wasnt nice so I ended up checking out the following day and went to different hotel as I couldn’t stand sleeping on the floor and room full of spiders . Room was so small you could barely fit 2 people a not 3 at all.walls were dirty with so many oil stains and dry bugs it was horrible

A microwave would be nice, a full length or partial full length mirror outside the bathroom would also be nice. furnishing were clean and comfortable again only a minor suggestion would be to have furniture that sits taller as well as an ADA toilet height.

Overall, room was overpriced. Expected at least a bigger fridge, microwave and fan in the bathroom for the cost of the room. Room had fruit flies, and a weird pink substance around the ring of the toilet. Long black hairs were in my bed, which to me indicated my sheets weren’t changed from the last guest. My room was by the lobby and parking lot, so loud noises from other people just walking around were heard all night. Shower had good pressure, although my toilet was loose and everytime I sat down I almost rocked it off. Very friendly staff, but that’s the only good thing about my stay.

There are some things it is hard to find out when booking online. These are the things I appreciate most:
✅Comfortable seating area that faces the TV
✅Blackout curtains that work
✅Extra pillows and blankets available
✅Firm, comfortable bed
✅Plenty of electrical/USB outlets
✅On-site restaurant and bar (also options nearby)
✅3 or more towels, hand towels and washcloths
✅Suitcase stand
✅Streaming options available on TV
✅Good water pressure
✅Noon checkout time
✅Good Wi-Fi

This room managed to pack all the features I like most into a very compact footprint. The only things I could improve on are:
- No fragrance in the toiletries
- Two sinks (in bath or a kitchen sink)
- Blackout blinds rather than curtains
- Room service

Both the staff and the website were very helpful. I will seek out this chain for future stays. 🥰

I have stayed here for a few years now. The hotel remains in very good repair. The outside of the property is clean, landscaped well and has two very nice outside seating areas to relax (one facing the freeway by the indoor pool and one on the street side). I did not utilize the dining at the hotel. I prefer a larger choice of options so I did eat out. TV selections were very good with many choices. Bathroom was clean and bright and well stocked. The shower had bottles of product on the wall to make it easier to use then the little bottles that most chains still use.

I have mixed feelings about our stay. Some parts were fine and other parts needed immediate improvements..Particularly the room accommodations and some of the front desk lack of customer service skills. In addition, the cost of snack items were extremely high. Three items stood out. 1. Poor window seals which caused a frosted glass in room. 2. TV disrepair. 3. No trash removal or towel replacement after 3 days. I did bring these issues to the attention of the General Manager. This was extremely disappointing as we have stayed at this facility for over 25 years. It used to be one of our best hotels. There is NO RESTAURANT as the review states, it is a tiny indoor bistro with very limited items and only one person trying to take care of drinks, cooking and everything else pertaining to the bistro. After driving 11 hours and hoping for a good meal without leaving, we settled for a salad

Tje cjeck in was okay, however we did not have any Wifi in the room, we spoke to their technicians and they told us they are having problems now and will give us a call when it ia foxed. Of coirse it was never fixed and we never recieved a call back. In addition there was hair all over the shower and old soup whtapers around the sick. We didnt have trash bags in the bins and the fridge had dried food all over it. It was not a clean room at all.

Everything was great until the morning. We went to have our breakfast that was included w our stay & the lady behind the counter was extremely rude! Asked us where our masks were. When we told her we had forgotten them back in our room she said she refused to serve us until we had our masks. She could’ve politely asked us to go get them but chose to be rude so we left.

The beds and blankets were wonderful.
Room had all the necessary amenities (hairdryer, iron, plenty of hangers, coffee, fridge, tv with access to streaming services, etc.)
Quick and friendly check in/out.
On-site bistro for coffee/meals and a 'market' for incidentals.
Very close to chain restaurants and right off the freeway.

Overall the hotel was nice however there are several items listed online that the hotel did not have - no rooftop terrace, no room service and no breakfast for 2 as listed in our room description. A couple of the staff weren't the friendliest either when we asked. We chose this hotel based on these amenities as it stood out from a few others on our list. I responded to an email asking about my experience and never received a reply.

No one at the front counter for 5 minutes for check in with a sign on the counter saying \"helping another guest, be right back\". That's fine but when the agent appeared from a backroom behind the counter he was putting his cell phone away. We seemed as if we were an annoyance to him, no greeting or welcome but \"whats your reservation?\". Gave the agent our info and he handed the room key to us while telling us and pointing the elevator is over there. I've never felt like I was such an annoyance at a hotel in all my life. Absolutely poor customer service.

I had paid for the breakfast for two in advance but when we went to have breakfast, the counter agent (different person from the night before) told us to go to the bistro and the person working that would have the information for what exactly \"breakfast for two\" entailed. Went to the bistro counter and the guy informed. My wife and i that breakfsst for two meant we could get two cold drinks and one hot breakfast item or one hot drink and two cold breakfast items. I think i laughed and said no thanks because that is absurd and ridiculous. We went back to the counter and informed them that we were going elsewhere for breakfast because the breakfast for two is ridiculous. The lady at the counter didnt apologize but hurriedly checked us out and said were all set to leave. I will never stay at a Courtyard again, we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express the previous night and thats where we will stay in the future going forward

The hotel is very pretty, clean, nice pool, felt safe, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The bed did hurt my back, but its because I'm used to my own bed. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, and the small exercise room was useful, but the weights were always left out all over the room. Lots of large open lounge spaces to gather in, but the food options are quite limited.
