Room was very comfortable, it was one of the larger rooms with a super king size bed.
Staff on reception were always there and very helpful.
Roof terrace & bar is a bonus. A lovely place to relax during the day and great for drinks in the evening.

Really helpful staff on reception, and cheerful cleaners who did a good job.
Spacious room , could do with more lighting and there was a window in the shower into the bedroom which was odd, but very comfortable.

The staff in the hotel are extremely helpful.
The room needed some painting in places and the lighting is very dim.
The bathroom is large but no handle on the heavy sliding door makes it difficult to manoeuvre at times, it also needed a good clean due to many previous occupants fingerprints
The rooftop bar is lovely and the staff there were very good

We had an excellent stay at the Cordial La Peregrina. Our room was clean, with a lovely modern ensuite bathroom and was very well placed to explore the Old Town. Shout out for Alexander on reception who was very welcoming and gave us a detailed run down of locations to explore and recommendations for eating (including maps) which helped us maximise our time. Many Thanks !

We had a wonderful stay at The Boutique hotel Cordial La Peregrina. It is location in the old historic part of the city, which made everything walkable. We could not have picked a better location. The staff were also absolutely wonderful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Gran Canaria.

A Modern Gem in a Historic City

This hotel is a beautiful modern gem in a historic city. Room was spotless, bed was super comfortable and you can even sign into your Netflix! Tea/coffee and water was provided complementary and there is a mini fridge too where you can keep your drinks/snacks cool.

The roof top bar/pool was just perfect. A quiet retreat during the day, with a small pool to dip in, and a chilled ambiance by evening, with cocktails and snacks available to purchase.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful in providing us with support and information about getting around and travelling to the south of the island.

Very well located. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around and a super market just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I come back to Las Palmas.

Lovely hotel in the older part of Las Palmas. Room was midern and clean. Hotel staff excellent. Surrounding area had plenty of really good restaurants to chosse from. Bar on the roof of hotel was good and reasonably priced. Gad a great four days.

This hotel is on a pedestrian street so our cab dropped us a couple blocks away, but helpful locals directed us to the hotel entrance. We arrived early in the day but we're able to check-in and store our bags. The hotel staff is friendly and extremely helpful. When our rooms were ready we received a text. The hotel is within walking distance of many historical sites and numerous restaurant choices. I recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel location, with impeccable check in and initial welcome from desk staff. Elevator convenient and the roof bar was an enjoyable end to a day. We didn’t use the pool, it was too involved in the bar drinkers and blended into bar area as a water feature than for real use. Cleanliness beyond the daily room servicing needs to be addressed throughout the property including stairwells and common areas. The decor in the rooms needs refreshing. Wallpapered bathrooms was always going to be a design faux pas, especially in a frequently used hotel property with internal bathrooms and ventilation, but the wallpaper in bedrooms is peeling from the walls also. It isn’t nice to find dirt in with the teaspoons, nor the volume of dust and debris under the bed. Other guests toothpaste and shampoo on walls is not acceptable for a hotel offering at this level. There was definitely room for improvement here. Unfortunately there was an incessant beeping from outside our room heard from the window are to internal courtyard garden. It was like a control panel fault alarm and as a result we had no sleep. We purchased earplugs on day 2 which resolved the issue for us but we wouldn’t stay here again without issues being addressed. Excellent location but there are other hotels locally that may offer a slicker service and better nights sleep. Should also mention that the drink staff member in the hotel bar dripped red wine all over my trouser and jumper - 30€ cleaning bill.

Yet another super stay

We recently enjoyed a wonderful 5-day stay at Boutique Hotel Cordial La Peregrina and couldn't be happier with our experience.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay. Upon arrival, we encountered a mixed booking issue and were missing one night, but the team handled everything seamlessly. To our delight, they even arranged for us to stay in the same room as last time, which made us feel right at home.

A special thank you to Ovidia, who went out of her way to assist us in securing a doctor's appointment for my mum—her kindness and efficiency were truly appreciated.

Roberto and Alexander were, as always, incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

To top it all there is a super nice rooftop bar Rocktop at the hotel with an amazing atmo and attentive staff.

This hotel is not only beautiful and well-maintained but also staffed with some of the kindest people we've met. We highly recommend Boutique Hotel Cordial La Peregrina and look forward to returning again soon.

Hotel is very central to the old towns and historical buildings and was close to a shopping street and many bars and restaurants. The room had a contemporary look and all the facilities you would need. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the roof terrace bar and breakfast. Would throughly recommend.

A gorgeous property with great staff, a lovely breakfast, pool is very small, the worst thing about the stay was the noise outside your room from 9-1 on out last night screaming drunk people until 5am the worst part is the windows are awful and don’t cut any noise out we thought they were open on our first night. They are heavy double glazed window but don’t seal so don’t cut any noise what so ever out. We were in room 202

Fantastic hotel in a great location

It was fantastic stay throughout.
Super kind staff that took extremely good care of us.
Expecially Roberto and Alexander whom sorted out keeping an item i forgot at the hotel back in February and arranging us to stay at the same room as then.
But the warmth of the happy smile and and great hospitality delivered by Ovidia at the front desk was exceptional.
Great rooftop bar the Rocktop at the hotel was a very nice place to visit.
We are returning in two months again.

Coincidimos con una boda y tuvimos un escándalo sobre la cabeza hasta las dos de la mañana, totalmente inaceptable, aunque el staff trató de compensarlo no hubo forma.

Amazing hotel and great staff

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and great eco friendly bathroom products. Hand soap/ shower gel was very high quality, similar to L'Occitane products.
Staff were amazing, so helpful and gave us great info for traditional restaurants and places to visit.
We had a fun, full packed three day's, and really enjoyed drinks on an evening on the roof terrace.
Can’t rate this hotel and staff high enough.

The hotel is conveniently located near Old Town. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as grocery stores. It is a little far to the beaches, but the bus station and bus stops are a couple of minutes walking away.

The breakfast is OK (it is a typical hotel breakfast). I wish there was parking on site, but there is parking nearby in different lots and/or parking decks.

The only suggestion to management: allow bottled water for guests not just for the first day!😟 Glad that the water comes in glass bottles, though, instead of plastic.👏

Beware the outer perimeter

The first night was spent switching between rooms. Our room was on the ground floor directly in front of a noisy restaurant (don’t let the daytime slump fool you, it’s a vibrant social hub in the evening); if ever the restaurant had a capacity issue all they would need to do is pull back the curtains to that room. They immediately placed us in another room located towards the back of the hotel, but with some reservations - stating that it was an upgrade. If you decide to book your stay at this hotel make sure that you adamantly refuse to accept any room located along the perimeter of the building, behind the front desk.

Comfortable standard room and perfect for one person. There is no door separating the bathroom and the room so I wouldn't recommend for a couple! The room was quite dark being on the ground floor. The rooftop is beautiful and it is very well located to visit the old town.

La mejor opción al centro de la Vegueta.

Hotel boutique muy limpio, bonito, bien diseñado y amplio. Tiene una terraza en el techo con alberca y por las noches música viva. Está en el vecindario de l ceguera que es de los más ambientados para vida nocturna bohemia. Ya sea caminar sus pequeñas calles o para comer tapas este vecindario vale la pena vecitarlo y este hotel es la mejor opción. Los únicos dos puntos malos los lleva que la comida que sirven en la terraza es malísima y que la habitación no está 100% insulada para ruido y se escucha la música; pero a pesar lo recomiendo ampliamente.

This is a great hotel but slightly noisy. School kids (I think) start walking through the neighbourhood pretty early and you can hear their earl morning chatter if you have a window facing the street. You can also hear doors closing and people moving around in other rooms. The only other item that would have been a bit weird if I was sharing a room was that there is no door on the bathroom or to the toilet. So there is no privacy if there is more than one person in the room. All other aspects of the hotel were great from the staff, to the breakfast to the location!

The front desk personnel was absolutely amazing, extremely helpful and courteous. It was a pleasure to rely on their expertise and help. Their recommendations for restaurants were spot on: Qué leche, Santullan and Triciclo are outstanding places to eat nearby. They were also amazing handling the coordination to take the antigen test. They should be given a salary raise!!!

We were checked in by friendly Isaac, he couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a couple of issues with our room but were immediately moved to another room. After this we had a wonderful stay, Maria and Isaac were brilliant. The rooftop pool, terrace and bar were fantastic. The hotel is in a brilliant position with many attractions, shops, restaurants and bars on its doorstep.

By car you won’t find it! Just park and then look for it because is located behind the d frog plaza passing the Burger King. Nearby there are bars and restaurants. Breakfast is pastries, tortilla española, yogurt, fruits, bread, cheese and ham. The bed is super comfortable, pillow top! I would change the bath gel/shampoo since it smells manly. I had my own, but just be aware, no hair conditioner supplied. La casa de Colon is just 5 minutes walk, you can’t miss it, it’s just 2 euros per person.

Because of the circumstances could not try all the services normally available but amazing location (although I suspect, in a covid-less situation, i.e., without movement restrictions, it might be a bit noisy at night)!!!! Hotel super neat and nice. High-level service throughout the stay. Overall, a great stay and truly recommendable hotel in the area!

Läget på hotellet är riktat gr bra om man uppskattar de gamla stadsdelarna. Nära till historia och bra restauranger. Personalen är vänlig och hjälpsam.
Men hotellet börjar bli slitet. Det skulle gå att hålla hotellet fräschare med enkla medel.
