Perfect hotel location for the main town centre and the bus services for getting around the island.
The hotel room (315) was really spacious and clean, it had clean comfy twin beds and a lovely big bathroom and shower.
There was fridge which was really good for our medication and for our water.
There was a large desk/table and a large wardrobe in the room with 8 fixed hangers, some shelves and a safe that unfortunately didnt work.
My only critism with the room and its a minor one is there was no other storage. I would have liked some hooks, (It rained whilst we visited) and we had no where to hang out wet coats
There was no kettle for our room so we asked for one. We could then have our own tea and coffee in the mornings.
We had a balcony, but the iew was out into a side street and facing another very tall building so we hardly used it. Also it was very slim and high walled. It would not have fitted any seating on it and there wouldnt have fitted, also the air con was very good so not needed.
I saw mosquitos on the net curtains so in warmer weather I wouldnt have wanted it open anyway.
In any future visits I wouldnt book a room with a balcony in Gran Canaria.
The breakfast was not included in our booking. Be we went to the restaurant everyday. There is a really good choice of food, its buffet style, tastes fantastic and really well presented. Although this is €9 per peson. That said it is not cheap to eat in Laspalmas anyway.

Hotel unable to respond to messages on Expedia so couldn’t organise parking .. already parked in car park nearby when they say actually there’s a parking space .. would have been good to know beforehand (they say email as Expedia messages don’t work)
Staff pleasant just shame the room felt stuffy and no way to control the air flow
The tv channels didn’t work at all either

I’ve stayed here before. Everything was very good. However!!! This time I ended up
In a third room as the first one the shower was full of long hairs. Changed room.Second room the safety deposit box was broken. Third room fine.
This took a long time to arrange as there was the poor lady on reception checking people in,answering queries etc Staff are very friendly BUT the cleaner needed to clean. Not impressed.

No problem with staff as they were professional albeit the cleaner who did not do their job.

Great hotel in Central London

Fantastic hotel. Spotless room, great bathroom with amazing shower. The excellent buffet breakfast up on the 6th floor overlooking the park and the ocean was particularly wonderful. Right next to San Telmo bus station, if you're getting the bus to our from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spotless, spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable. There was a walk in, powerful shower. We had breakfast, which had a nice selection of bread and rolls. Cheese's, ham and salmon. There was fresh fruit and yoghurt. The staff at the hotel were friendly and the hotel was a great central location with the bus station just across the road. The old town was beautiful and within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect hotel by San Telmo Bus station

Just the perfect spot for our overnight stay in Las Palmas. Next to San Telmo bus station, easy walking distance to the historical old city, the shops and fabulous restaurants. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was quiet considering the main road is nearby. Coffee shop on site with good coffee. Would highly recommended and will definitely come back when we are next in Las Palmas.

This hotel has pretty much everything you need. Great location near to lovely bar and restaurants. Super clean. Decent furniture in good condition. Helpful and efficient staff. No frills or fripperies but really solid. In the UK I’d liken it to a smart Premier Inn (in a good way!). Only niggles would be lack of a kettle or balcony furniture. Finally, the shower is the best I’ve found in a hotel - ever! Rainfall but really powerful (but fully adjustable). The location is near a busy road but the double glazing sorts that out and it’s worth it for the sea view. If you want a good night’s sleep and a great area to explore in the morning I’d highly recommend.

Good location, but service in their terraza restaurant was very poor. Twice we tried to go there. Waited 5 to 10 minutes, could hear staff joking in the back, but no one came to greet us or give a menu. Too bad, nice looking but we walked out 2 times

Restaurant was closed during our stay and we were not aware at time of booking. Seems it’s closed every weekend!! Receptionist on check in was not very helpful Asked for kettle and cups and told to look in room first then was only given kettle -asked for ice for room and told to go to supermarket. Elizabeth who was on later got cups and ice for us. Back there next week. Will wait and see but nice location

The hotel was in a wonderful position for exploring the old town and for an opera performance at the Perez Galdos Theatre. As a bonus, from our balcony we also saw the end of the last procession of Carnival 2024! The bus station is just across the way and there are shops and cafes within easy walking distance. It is a simply-furnished city hotel, with modern fittings and friendly, helpful staff. There are noisy roads nearby, but tne soundproofing is good. The breakfast is not lavish, but good quality and well worth the extra charge!

Not bad value, but not an outstanding hotel

The advantages of booking here are that the hotel is reasonably priced and if you want to be near Las Palmas it's not in a bad location. It's actually right next to the santelmo bus stop so if you don't feel like paying for a taxi that's a plus. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great.

On the downside my room was not exceptionally clean with stray hairs and dust found in certain places. The exterior of the building is quite dated and the air conditioning unit in my particular room was rather noisy. Also it's at a busy intersection so it's not uncommon to hear traffic from the street even if you're on the 4th floor.

For 80 dollars a night it's not a bad choice but there are certainly better options.

Good hotel in the town centre

Very nice hotel in the centre of town. No noise issues. Ideal if you are planning to use the buses to explore the island as close to the main San Telmo bus station. If you are looking for a beach holiday then this one is not for you, although it's easy to get a bus to Santa Catalina (10 minutes)

The staff person who welcomed us was 5 star. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is very nice and near to transportation, across from a park and the area is very nice for walking about. Having the upper floor - which was open for breakfast only - open later for sitting, coffee, and taking in the view would have been nice. We only found Spanish language TV, so we watched news and late night movies on our laptop. There was not tea kettle, but the staff very kindly brought one with cups and spoons.

Great location, nice rooms but small, balcony very small and no furniture so not worth extra money. Bar on ground floor lovely. Great Japanese restaurant next door for dinner. Breakfast good although I wish they had teapots and jugs for milk as a tea drinker. Staff were helpful and friendly. Mini bar fairly priced. Across the road from bus station with great sea views from sixth floor restaurant. I will be back

I loved that the hotel was convenient to the bus station and walking to the main streets for shopping and restaurants. The hotel was clean and offered a bistro and breakfast which was wonderful. A little of everything to choose from with a great view of the ocean and harbor. I had not stayed in Europe yet and the small beds surprised me, but the room was nice and clean and accomodating.

Quanto la resto
1) sarebbe senz'altro meglio chiudere il ristorante.
2) Per il servizio di caffetteria dovreste invece cambiare l'addetto, non soltanto perché su 4 richieste ne ha sbagliate 3, ma anche e soprattutto perché ha osato risentirsi per averglielo fatto notare.
Detto per inciso il nostro spagnolo è quasi perfetto.

Nuestra experiencia de check-in fue realmente excelente. El personal que nos atendió demostró una gran amabilidad y eficiencia, haciendo que el proceso fuera rápido y sin complicaciones. Nos encantó un detalle especial en la recepción: una centralita telefónica manual, un artefacto fascinante que representa una pieza importante de la historia de las telecomunicaciones.

La habitación resultó ser muy amplia y confortable en general. Como único punto a mejorar, notamos que la entrada es un poco estrecha, lo que dificultó un poco el manejo del equipaje al principio. Sin embargo, una vez dentro y con la puerta cerrada, este detalle no afectó nuestra comodidad.

La limpieza de la habitación fue impecable, un aspecto que siempre valoramos mucho y que aquí cumplieron a la perfección. En cuanto a las almohadas, personalmente encontré que el grosor no era suficiente para mi gusto, aunque entiendo que esto es una preferencia muy subjetiva.

El hotel ha sido recientemente renovado. Cama cómoda para una pareja. La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, junto a la estación de autobuses. Triana está a 2 minutos a pie. ¡Una elección perfecta!
