We stayed in this hotel last year and it was excellent. That is why we went again this year. It soon became apparent that the breakfast service did not meet that of last year. Several times having to ask more than once for coffee tea etc, and we were not the only ones to notice this. Perhaps a shortage of staff or inexperienced staff? Still an excellent location, with many staff outstanding.
The beachside cafe across the road was very nice, but totally spoiled by loud music throughout. However still hope to come again next year.

I found the hotel to be very welcoming this was my second visit and I must say what makes this hotel is the staff, special shout out to Mehdi, Ismail, Ayoube, Aymane and Abderahim always had a smile on their faces and as a solo traveller always open to chat. The reason I gave 4* instead of 5 is I don't feel the rooms are of 5* quality. My room was always spotless just like the rest of the hotel. Paul

1) Our douple-room was comfortable & clean but there was one mug & one glass & one tea-cup. The room lights were inflexible (either on for whole room or off, & no subtle bathroom lighting), twice were returned to no hand towels, we had t-bags & uht milk for only the first day, there was noise from outside until 8pm, there were no prices on the menus for Restaurants, the shower leaked onto the floor, the toilet brush was broken, & there were few hangers;
2) the Pool was nice & there were both a range of & enough sun-bed, but when we ordered a drink it took 30 mins & coke was served as a can with a straw (no glass), and towels weren't available when the pool opened at 9am,
3) Breakfast was nice & staff friendly, but twice tea was served with one teabag in a teapot for two people, tables didn't has a teaspoon, & tea was sometimes served not hot;
4) the Concierge was friendly but re a trip we booked through them, we were given no written details & no transparency about the price, the trip arrived late to collect us, & the trip we got was different from the one we were told (eg were were told we'd gt a meal & we didn't)

I very rarely leave a review for a property, however in this case The View in Agadir deserve one. Their service is exceptional even for a 5*. This is the second time we have stayed here and it won’t be the last. Excellent dining, great mock/cocktails. Fantastic staff. Can’t wait to come back.

Another excellent stay with the highlights being breakfast and area surrounding the pool. Only one negative was with housekeeping where the lack of towels was a continuing theme - one day only one bath towel the following none - both rectified when i drew this to the attention of reception but not what you expect with this standard of hotel.

This hotel was absolutely stunning, everything was very new and clean. Food was a bit pricier than other restaurants, but it was so much better quality and definitely worth the price! Staff and service were absolutely amazing! Breakfast was also incredible. The only negative point and something to avoid - ensure not to book any of the excursions through the hotel, as they lied about trip times etc and charged us double the price for a trip that was exactly the same as the ones sold outside the hotel with other people who had paid a lot less!

Very good standard all round and great location for a relaxing break with interesting local tours along with a nice pool and gardens
Probably visited when the occupancy rate not too high so not sure how that compares to my experience
My only minor gripe as a vegetarian was that the Moroccan restaurant on site had no vegetarian options

My friend and I stayed for a weekend at The View. It was the best experience we have had, starting from the customer service we received when we arrived to when we left, they really made us feel like home. It was clean, walkable to the beachside. The swimming pool view felt like paradise which it looks exactly like the pictures and there was a variety of options for breakfast. The spa massage was great! It was also safe, and a good spot to stay at. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Agadir.

We stayed over New Year 2024/5. The hotel is stunning and the refurbishment has transformed it into a fabulous place to stay. The decor and the landscaping is beautiful and it is set in a perfect place on the beach close to all amenities but still quiet. The breakfast buffet is faultless and is as good as it gets. The gym was excellent and the gentleman who runs it is a major asset to the hotel. The only downsides were that the hotel turns it's aircon off in winter so you can't get the room cold, reception moved us to a better room and gave us a fan but worth noting for those that like the room cold. Also the hotel dinning options were a little expensive so were a little quiet. These things aside I would highly recommend this hotel

Magnificent. Without doubt one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast buffet was lovely as were the other dining options. The service was excellent from minute 1. I don’t often feel like I would go back to a hotel I’ve stayed at before, but The View I would go back to every time. 10/10

Stayed as a birthday getaway! From start to finish staff were amazing, breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, rooms cleaned daily to a very high standard.

Staff are really friendly and always happy to help, location is on the beach so this is perfect being in a good location and very close to food restaurants.

Facilities were excellent with great pool size, clean and service at the poolside. The spa is highly recommended.

I will definitely stay here again on my yearly return to Agadir.

Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful which was a breath of fresh air.
The hotel is in a great location with fabulous looking spacious rooms. The pool and surrounding area is perfect for relaxing in and with a great food snack bar catering for all your F&B needs.
Of an evening the The View has 2 restaurants, Moroccan & Italian both serving amazing a la carte food. Alternatively the hotel is located close to other restaurants that serve great food. If you want guaranteed sunshine, comfort, friendly staff in a great hotel this is it.
We will definitely be returning

Fantastic location within easy reach of the souk and the marina. The hotel is utterly stunning and the room we had was an incredible view. Lovely service with massive shout out to the bar staff who couldn’t have been more friendly or attentive.

Definitely a 5 star hotel, let me get that straight. Perfect location, friendly staff and nice comfortable rooms. Very good air conditioning which is something needed in Morocco, 35 degrees in November. Nice pool area though a bit curious that one pool was heated (maybe a bit too much) and the other wasn’t heated at all and essentially too cold to use.

But there are little nitpicks for them to improve a bit. Dining options on site are limited, an all day/lunch buffet type option would be great. When it gets a bit busy, the service does go downhill, we had to wait 30 minutes on breakfast for someone to take our drinks order and then had to remind them twice to get them another 20 minutes later and then got a wrong order. This happened twice.

Most days, our towels were taken from the room without replacement, leading us to call for towels when we found out there are none late in the evening. We didn’t use their spa despite wanting to as they’ve priced themselves out, it’s about 4-5 times more expensive than tourist hammam/massage with less services being offered.

If I did come back to Agadir, I would come back and stay at The View without hesitation. As I said, a great hotel, the points above are nitpicks during the stay.

Fantastic hotel next to the beach with the best outdoor pool and lounging area I’ve ever seen. Also has its own private secure beach area although that wasn’t very busy as most guests stayed near the pool. Breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of food from cooked omelettes to fancy cakes. Downside was the service as we requested a number of things which we had to remind staff to do such as brining an extra tea cup…which took 5 hours! Also the toilet door was broken and my friend was locked in there for 30 minutes…the hotel did not do anything to compensate us!

Beautiful 5*hotel and service with amazingly friendly, considerate and fun staff. Went out of their way to make this birthday trip a special memory for us Simply the very best luxury place to stay for an amazing holiday in Agadir. Central location with lots to visit in walking distance but everything on site if you don’t want to leave the hotels exquisite facilities. Vast choice of breakfast buffet and its honeycombs a highlight!

The room itself, staff, service and pool areas are amazing, the only reason for the 3 star is the food ,beverage prices are extremely high and the italian restaurant didn't like at all and for almost 1,000 MAD was outrageous, so we ate outside the property for half the cost and better quality.
