This is the 3rd year I have stayed at this hotel. The twin room was large with sea view. I had the breakfast which was a vast improvement on last year with an omelette chef. I will be going back next year!

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH, I CHECKED IN AND I SWEAR TO GOD I REFUSED TO SLEEP AT THIS HOTEL! IT IS NOT A 4 STAR! I WOULD JUST ABOUT GIVE IT A 3. I CHECKED OUT AFTER MAYBE 2 HOURS THE STAFF MEMBERS DID NOT EVEN ASK WHY OR TRY TO MAKE THINGS BETTER. THE BEDS WERE BROKEN THE TOILET WAS LEAKING, SMELL THROUGHOUT THE ROOM, SCREW HOLDING THE BALCONY DOOR ON SO WAS UNABLE TO OPEN, NO ROOM SERVICE AS PHONE DOESNT WORK.

Hotel was fine, but not 4 star worthy. WiFi didn't work in all the public areas, such as the pool or restaurant. Rooms are very noisy and kind of old. You can hear everything in the rooms around you and also whatever noise is coming from outside.
Also we hoped the pool would be heated because it was around 19 degrees celsius outside during around our stay, but they were not. We were staying half board. Breakfast was fine. But dinner was not maroccan cuisine as they mentioned on their site. But was also fine, their is enough food to choose from.

Our room was located near the pool however the view from
The balcony was the main road and was difficult with a baby as the noise was too loud, the AC did not work properly came on randomly when it suited itself, and sometimes wouldnt come on at all, the receptionist is very arrogant, we had requested towels everyday which they only gave one for 3 people, we also had our room cleaned twice in 7 nights although we had the sign out each day. The wifi only works near the reception area and a little by the pool side. This was our second stay at moggador and i have to say that the service has really dropped compared to the way it was.

Great location to the beach and other attractions. Front desk staff were sharp with us. Pool, waiter and other staff were all great. Food at breakfast was the same each morning and everything seemed to be low or had been all gone. Facility was impressive and the pool was great.

What a surprise! GREAT hotel! Unbeatable price!

The hotel is beautiful and located very close to the beach. The hotel also has it's own area for laying out with beach chairs and umbrellas free for guests. The pool is beautiful, the views are magnificent, the reception and doormen are very helpful and friendly. For the price I paid, I was blown away by how this hotel exceeded my expectations. I could watch the sunset over the ocean from my balcony. I had read many reviews before committing to stay here, but I'm' really glad that I did. The ONLY downside (and this is every hotel in the area) is that there is no wifi in the room. You must connect in the lobby. Find out from your mobile service provider if you will have service in Morocco as most do not when they arrive. But here, the lobby is spacious, clean, and open - yet room for privacy to use the wifi if you do need. I RECOMMEND this hotel highly and am a frequent traveler. This is a heads up if you're a first time visitor and are white - expect to be hounded by sellers and beggers in the area. It was too much. I wouldn't go back to Agadir, but if I did, I would without question stay here.

Location is perfect, good pool and 5 mins walk to beach and the main seafront restaurants. Only gripe was toilet was a bit smelly (new grouting on floor tiles needed) and hairdryer/safe didn’t work. Breakfast adequate but could have more fresh fruits. No wifi in rooms and slow to none existent around pool. All that said it was a great base and weather was brill!!

Good hotel but could be better

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. I disliked that cleaners arrived to your room to clean from as early as 9.30. Knocking on the door and then walking straight in. One/two days when we were not up they would not come back and give us fresh towels. Breakfast and dinner was cold. Location was great, very central and quick walk to the beach. Those that worked around the pool were always so friendly and quick to get you a sun lounger and towel.

Not enough car parking spaces for all the guests. No WiFi available in the guest rooms. And the hotel policy forbids guests from bringing food or bottle of drinks even bottle of waters to the hotel.
This was a disappointment to me.

Average but good location. Much cheaper in Winter!

Fair price for very good location in the middle of the beach strip. Stayed in early July 17, room 414, nice large room with double bed and mod cons. Outdated but good for the price. They say all rooms have balconies.. This is a lie really, they have large floor to ceiling doors that open onto a hand rail. You cannot stand in it really let alone sit outside on the balcony, so don't book if you want an actual balcony. WiFi only useful in reception and some areas around the pool although it was slower there. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. There was a music festival on in agadir so it was loud at night, double glazing would have been good for the busy road noise below. We wore ear plugs. Pool was lovely although weird set up with the pool towels, they're hidden away under lock and key so you always have to ask to get one and I assume you're expected to tip the pool guy for the privilege of getting it for you. Also, a strange policy is that you can't bring drinks back into the hotel from the road back entrance (even a water bottle!) but you can if you walk through the reception entrance? Very bizarre but bottled water is very expensive at the hotel (3x normal price). We had bnb and we found breakfast plentiful with lots of lovely pastries. The hot bits were local style but at least they had hot options. We didn't eat lunch or dinner here with so many places out that were amazing and cheap like Daffys, Chichi kebab etc. Staff were very friendly towards us, despite our limited Arabic/French

Hotel says it has wifi which it did not have in the rooms only the hotel lobby.
Cockroaches in the rooms. Room service is impossible to get unless you speak French.
Staff are next to useless.

Great place to stay

My family and I found this hotel to be great.
We drove so it was a little difficult to find at first, but when we arrived at 11pm, the reception staff were very helpful and had us complete the necessary documents and we were in our room shortly after.

Breakfast we found to be very generous in choice and the restaurant staff were cheerful and friendly everyday.
Look out for Abdul-Kaber who is a real charmer and can help you with local knowledge for pretty much anything you might need.

We loved the diversity of the guests that the hotel welcomes from all over the world.

Location wise it's perfect!
The beach is really easy to get to and the swimming pool is well kept for adults and children.
Rooms are fairly clean as is the rest of the hotel.

We asked to change our room after the first night because of an uncomfortable spare bed and they kindly relocated us straight away.

In terms of feedback, the only thing I'd suggest is perhaps double-glazed windows to reduce outside noise and wifi connectivity in bedrooms. Other than this, we were all very happy with our stay.

I will definitely be recommending and staying again at this hotel.

Close to agadir strip, great for those on a buget!

Was a good experience on a budget. The hotel is a bit old but pretty clean. They could be a little cleaner. The balcony was large and the view of the gardens and pool was lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped with luggage and set up the baby crib right away. Wifi was not available every where but was great In the area were is was.

Good location and good swimming pool facilities

Apart from he location and swimming pool the hotels has nothing else. The rooms and facilities are outdated, there's no internet on the rooms, cero wifi - you have to go to the main reception or swimming pool to get a pretty bad reception in plenty of ocasiona the internet at reception didn't even work. Customer service is very average/bad - I can only said good things about the maids, they always did a good job and the security guards that were always there to help.
In general I will not recommend this hotel.

Winter holiday with family and friends

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. The hotel is very well located with the beautiful beach a couple of minuets walk with all the shops, restaurants etc..

The Hotel's pool and general surroundings are excellent, and we would have no problem in recommending the hotel for young families or for the more mature person. In my opinion it provided fantastic value for money, and we very much look forward to going again..

New Year Break 13/14

Before booking and paying up front you need to be aware that this hotel is DRY. No alcohol, which is a bit of a nuisance over New Year celebrations! The staff informed us, however, that bringing beer and wine to the pool, room or restaurant was accepted.
All staff, especially Pool Man and chamber maid, were really excellent; however, the two most chatty of the restaurant staff clearly had tips in mind and Reception let the remainder of the staff down by being downright rude on occasion.
The hotel had a nice Moroccan feel and the room was spacious and comfortable. A bit tatty in places but cleanliness excellent. The pool area was very nice but water in January cold! A nice place to spend a week.
Overall would use the hotel again because of location and room.

Wir mussten beim check-in etwas auf unser Zimmer warten, weil dieses noch nicht gereinigt wurde. Das war aber halb so schlimm da sich die Mitarbeiter zwischenzeitlich gut um uns gekümmert haben und sich für die Verzögerung entschuldigt haben. Das Frühstück hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können.
Alles in Einem war es ein super Aufenthalt.

Très bon hôtel mise à part le personnel à la réception qui n'est pas aimable dutout, le reste du personnel est très accueillant, surtout le messieur de la piscine. Petit déjeuner convenable mais pourrai être amélioré. Chambre propre, hôtel sécurisé et raisonnable niveau tarif. Attention a ne pas se faire avoir avec les activités proposées, bien réfléchir avant d'accepter dés le premier jour, comparer les prix ! Je recommande, très bien situé.

Alors, le personnel très gentil et a l'écoute.
l'établissement en général un peu vielli et trop d'escaliers pour les poussettes bébé.
les chambres vraiment très vieille, vitreaux cassé à la chambre 133 donc on entendait tout le bruit d'extérieur, mais les lits confortables.
la piscine plus jolie et plus grande que dans certains hôtel de la même catégorie.
Le petit déjeuner complet pour la catégorie également.
Encore une fois le personnel vraiment très bien, merci.

La situation bonne. Établissement typique non pas froid et moderne. Le service ménage est moyen mais le personnel est très gentil, de meme au restaurant il vaut mieux manger dans les petits restaurants marocains dans les alentours. Le séjour y a été globalement agréable.

L'architecture est superbe et typique loin des hôtels impersonnels, les jardins et la piscine très bien entretenus, par contre les chambres auraient besoin d'être repeintes, nettoyés à fond, et que dire de la salle de bain, les murs et les plinthes ne sont pas propres, le linge usé. Dommage, car le lieu est agréable et la vue des chambres sur la baie d'Agadir trèsbelle. ET ENCORE PLUS DOMMAGE ON NE SERT PAS de vin ni D'ALCOOL, cela limite la fréquentation et ça manque d'ambiance, le personnel s'ennuie en attendant les clients/

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique et l’ho En général. En réservant on disait qu’il y avait un service de navette depuis l’aéroport, nous avons donc envoyé 2 courriels à cet effet qui sont malheureusement restés sans réponse, pour nous rendre compte qu’il n’y a pas ce service.
Aussi c’Est un établissement sans alcool ce qui n’est mentionné nulle part.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette hotel.Trés bon accueil,le personnel super et au petit soin .l' hotel est trés beau j ai beaucoup aimé ,la proximité avec la plage et les differents sites à visiter .
je recommande vivement et j y reviendrai avec plaisir .Merci à l equipe pour votre gentillesse et votre dsiponibilité;Nous avons logé dans la chambre 140 avec mon conjoint et notre petit garcon de 2 ans et demi .Trés grande chambre avac 2 grandes terrasses un grand lit ,placard commode frigo plus une autre chambre dans la meme avec 2 lits 1 personnes et des banquettes fauteuils et une table basse dans les deux chambres .Pour mes 40 ans un sejour inoubliable .Grand merci hotel Mogador .

Bra pris för boendet, bra läge, nära till stranden. Lite dåligt att man inte fick ta in mat och dryck på hotellrummet. Inget wifi på rummen, endast i lobbyn. När städerskan varit i rummet fanns inga nya handdukar, vi fick säga till för att få nya. Personalen var mycket trevlig.

Ylellisen tilava huone, josta meillä oli merinäköala. Hyvä sijainti keskustan ja rannan välissä. Ihana sisäpiha altaineen. Patja ja tyyny melko kovia, mutta kyllä niissä nukkui. Heräsin linnunlauluun.
Aamupala runsas ja monipuolinen (\"leikkele\" tosin melkoisen kummallista, mutta ainakin paikallisia elintarvikkeita tarjolla :D).
Parina viimeisenä yönä naapurihuoneen brittipojat metelöi järkyttävästi aamuyöstä. Eli seinät *pahvia*, mutta sille ei voi mitään...
Wifi vain hotellin yleisissä tiloissa.

It was clean, breakfast a bit boring every day the same. All the pastries dry and like few days old. The service normally good, but the restaurant staff was a bit too serious and didn’t know how to say thank you or please ? In the spa no option for male masseurs which is strange if you are male and you want to have a male masseur not possible.

Et alright sted med udsigt til vandet og lækre grønne omgivelser. Vi fik dog brugte håndklæder når vi spurgte om rene ved poolen, og da vi skulle booke tur til Paradise Valley fik hotellet en guide ind som tog dobbelt pris af konkurrenterne i byen.

الفندق والإدارة وموظف الاستقبال غايه بالسوء والمفروض يكون نصف نجمه فقط
وصلنا عروسين 1 بالليل غيرو لنا 3 غرف بسبب الرائحه وعدم النظافه والفرش سيي والتكييف لا يعمل الصراحه لا انصح بهدا الفندق ابدا

Un beau hotel et comprenant un beau piscine.L'hotel est proche de la mer avec un acces rapide donnant sur la côte à 2 min à pied de la mer. J'y ai séjourné une semaine fin aout debut septembre 2018 tout c'est bien passer.

Point à améliorer:
Buffet à diversifier (15 jours la meme chose)
Prix des repas du soir à revoir ( 150 dinars par personne = bcp trop cher par rapport aux repas proposés)
Salle de sport à réaménager et à compléter
Bruit ( chambre donnant coté route): revoir l isolation
Fenetre sans garde corp au 3 eme etage ( extrement dangereux pour enfant en bas age)

price quality ratio was good

When you walk into the hotel it looks like a 4 star hotel. But the rooms where a bit disappointing. They were big, but it wasn't very clean and the bed was not that comfortable. It seemed like it was a luxury hotel in the past, but not kept up to date. But its a really keep hotel. So if you are going low budget and you are not picky its a good choice! Breakfast was okay. Only wifi in the lobby.

Olin varannut huoneen kahdelle viikon loman ajaksi. Valitsin hotelli, koska olimme siellä vuosi sitten.. Saavuimme hotelliin yöllä, vastaanotossa ollut henkilö oli tyly ja päätti ettei voida olla puolisoni kanssa samassa huoneessa, koska puolisoni on Marokkolainen eikä meillä ole marokkolaista vihkitodistusta. Olin jo maksanut huoneen, enkä saanut rahoja takaisin. Olimme lopulta loman toisessa hotellissa, jossa tätä ongelmaa ei ollut.
Worker in reception was rude. You are not loud to have same room with your companion if he/she is moroccan and you don't have Moroccan marriage certificate. Last year we was in this same hotel and it wasn't problem that we are not married, now we couldn't stay same room even I have pay all ready room for two. And I didn't get any money back.. In other hotel we didn't have this problem.

Nice and clean hotel near the beach

I enjoyed my stay in this wonderful hotel. Very helpful and happy staff.
The room is clean. The swimming pool is great and clean. The lifeguard Harakat is a wonderful person who really made my stay great with his advices. I’m coming back this summer inshallah.

1er séjour à Agadir (et au Maroc)

Hôtel très proche de la mer, chambre très spacieuse, personnel très gentil, disponible, accueillant et chaleureux (encore un très grand merci Hocine pour les précieux conseils, l'aide et le délicieux thé à la menthe !!). Depuis la chambre, très belle vue sur un bout de plage et la colline, le soir illuminée, c'est magnifique ! Seul petit bémol sur la chambre: elle donne côté rue, qui est assez bruyante (circulation et piétons jusque tard).. Et j'avais besoin de plus de calme. Mais le lit est très confortable sinon et j'ai quand même pu me reposer. Je recommande aussi plutôt de manger dehors, car les prix sont beaucoup moins chers qu'au restaurant de l'hôtel (ne l'ayant du coup pas testé, je n'ai pas d'informations sur la qualité). Par contre je recommande le salon de thé (pour le thé à la menthe), depuis lequel on a une vue magnifique des alentours ! Le wifi n'est accessible qu'aux alentours du hall de l'hôtel, ce qui je trouve aide à déconnecter et profiter encore plus du séjour (je voyageais seule pour des vacances).

Pas de wifi dans les chambres, et mauvaise connexion dans le hall.
Pas le droit à l’alcohol dans l’hôtel, alors qu’on en vend partout en ville.
Pas d'invités dans l’hôtel.
Bonne situation géographique.

Hôtel bien situé malgré tout, personnelle à l'écoute et prévoyant. C'est dommage qu'il ne propose aucune animation (ni le jour ou en début de soirée) par rapport aux hôtels voisins ou l'en entendait tout. Pour les gens qui aiment le très calme, je vous le conseil.
Le petit déjeuner nous a déçu énormément, pas beaucoup de variété surtout en salé.
La wifi ne capte pas dans les chambres, difficilement accessible en dehors de la réception.
Les chambres un peu vieillottes, et niveau propreté ce n'est pas trop ça.
Mais pour le prix qu'on a payé, ça allait bien.

Kiváló szálloda. 206 szobával. sok variációs lehetőség, 2-3-4-5 személyes szobák, családi szobák, akár 2 fürdős szobák stb. Közel a tengerpart, kb 3 perc gyalog. Jól és könnyen megközelíthető. 5 percre a hoteltől ingyenes állatkert. Tiszta, bár egy pici felújítás ráférne. TV és hűtő is van.
