I rarely leave reviews but I wanted to do so here as the place was just horrible, there was dirt on floor of the corridor the for the 3 days we were there ,the breakfast service was terrible queuing 15 mins for an omelette which was about the only thing worth having. I have never had to drink out of a paper cup before in a hotel, maybe at a kids party when I was 10 !. no cutlery and all of the staff waiting around not doing anything plates everywhere, just a dirty hotel I paid the city tax on arrival and they would not give me my key until I did, then on the way out I was charged again which I refused to pay.

This place is incredibly good value the food is fantastic and the staff just so lovely. Lots of entertainment if you want it easy to access the free bar and the restaurant if you choose the right spot does feel like a restaurant table service and great waiters. We loved this place and will definitely be coming back

Room was supposed to be a privilege room although looked nothing like picture was much smaller and balcony wall paint was coming off, air con did not work it just made the room hotter so had to sleep with patio door open all night. The pool bar was hardly ever staffed and a lot of people complained about this. In all bars drinks were served in paper cups, as never enough glasses left. There were never enough pool towels for people at the pool. Went to the spa which was not clean disgusting mould dripping from the roof into the heated pool. Food in Italian speciality restaurant was over cooked and dried out, Moroccan restaurant food was very bland. Main buffet was nice but repetitive. ended up with extremely bad stomach bug on last day which could have been down to the mould dripping in spa pool, or food who knows? The beach photos on the website bear no resemblance whatsoever to the sad row of beds on rocks with umbrellas propped up against the sea wall. When I queried with the staff in reception about the room we had received they were extremely rude and could not have cared less. All in all quite a disappointing experience and definitely would not rate 4 star as per Hotels . com website

This is a nice hotel in a good position. Unfortunately the first room I was allocated was next to major building works (which I was not pre warned of). When the water then went off the next day and did not come back by the evening, I had to move rooms, the room I was moved to had a leak from the bathroom above. Some of the team were unprofessional and even rude in handling these matters. I understand these things happen, it’s always how it is dealt with that matters. The manager Lara is great and when she became involved the service improved.
The food is quite basic and repetitive and not always clearly labelled.
The entertainment team were great, always bright and bubbly and put on a good show. They also weren’t too pushy.
Were it not for the issues I had, which are unfortunate, I would give a higher rating.

The staff are the star of the hotel.
Samia at reception very helpful very friendly, she worked tirelessly to make our stay enjoyable, and Rizlane too.
The nurse Salwa was caring about my son, when he was unwell.
Sofiane the chef was very hospitable, he cooked special dishes for my unwell son.
The room service and cleaners were cleaning the room every day, very professional.
Achraf and entertainment team were amazing and full of fun, they kept us very engaged with lots of activities.

I struggled with this originally but I am going to keep to it just because of how terrible check in was for this hotel. Other than this, the hotel was overall good, however it started terrible and not a great way to start a trip.

On check in, there was only 2 staff members on which meant it took well over 30 minutes just to get our room cards. Then once we finally got our rooms, 2 of them were not what we booked.

So we went back to reception to get them changed after waiting ages for the queue of people to die down again. We got our new cards and went back only to find left over food in one of the rooms as well as having a balcony door that was broken and so could not be opened.

So going back to complain, another one from our group was also there because there toilet did not work and was still not flushed from the last time...

When we voiced our complaints, the one remaining staff member, clearly stressed with being by themselves, said they would not deal with us because of the other guests already there trying to get their own rooms sorted.

In total it took nearly 2 hours just to get our rooms sorted. Absolutely ridiculous and easily the worst check in I have ever experienced. We would not go back.

This hotel is well maintained thanks to a core of dedicated hard working team. The 3 pools are clean and rooms are lobby area are clean.
The let down is with the food, which is very basic for a 4* hotel, food allergy labelling is none existence. You are having to wait for plates that simetimes have cracked edges.
Food is only served for a restricted period which is very dissapointing for an all inclusive hotel. Entertainment is available but in-house and poor.
Overall, this is a beautifully located accommodation with a great team and a place worth visiting.

Hotel was very poorly managed with no one adhering to times, took us 2:30 to do check when arrive at midnight, 1 person on the desk to multiple arrivals. pool closes at different times to suit staff, 6pm , 6:30 or earlier. Gym closed and no one knows where the keys are, food is to be served form 7am till 10am but only have food on the tables after 8am. reception left unattended multiple times, anyone can get in even if is not checked in hotel, anyone can come in, you will not be safe with your family. Is a free for all we had AI and others not even had a wrist band and can get the same as us. If you traveling to Agadir, please don`t go there unless you want to be on unlimited long waiting times and get your family in a unsafe environment.

* 70% of staff not nice and actually quite aggressive or non responsive.
* ants everywhere, receptionist advised me this is normal. Looked at me like an alien.
* cutlery dirty, tables dirty. Tables wiped with dirty cloth and dirty mat not changed
* no spoons
* tiles up on nearly every floor space
* pictures a lies, none of the pictures are a true reflection of hotel, they must be from around 10yrs ago?
* glass in whole hotel not cleaned apart from new gym area.

The all inclusive food option was not varied and was hardly any options there. The staff were fantastic. The upgrade to sea view was fantastic and was really nice to be upgraded. Everything was really good apart from the lack of options on food. But would definitely recommend.

Beachfront resort (private section for hotel), large but low-rise accommodation surrounding large pool, with other smaller pools, including a mini waterpark, three a la carte restaurants (booking expected), huge buffet hall with many rooms, four bars including pool bar,... Most guests are on all-inclusive and there is a great choice of many cuisines and menus. Rooms are spotless, well equipped and modern. Comfy beds, smart bathroom, sky tv ,safe, minibar fridge. Great relaxing holiday.

Lovely beach hotel stay

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were very welcoming. There was entertainment throughout from yoga in the morning to poolside DJ’s and dancing in the evening. We had breakfast at the hotel, the food was fresh and a wide variety. Overall fantastic stay and I would highly recommend!

It’s ok, you get what you pay for I guess. Stayed there in early December 2024. The pool and the garden area overlooking the prom are nice. The breakfast omelette station is nice. The entertainment team are highly energetic. And it’s clean and as you see in the photos. And I went in low season. My niggles are all small, but enough to niggle especially when combined.

1) The food is very samey, limited, and luke warm and sat under lamps.

2) the wifi doesn’t work in your room and when you ask you’re told it’s for the communal areas only.
3). The showers are warm but not hot.
4). The showers lack pressure and leak to the floor as they dont drain quickly enough.

5) there is no security at the beach and street sellers (potential theives?) - are stopping to talk to holiday makers all the time, helping themselves to step in to the roped off area unchallenged - so I stayed by the pool. There was a guy sleeping on a sun lounger in a yellow t-shirt I couldn’t tell if he was staff or not but he wasn’t doing anything.

6) I did arrive early and was told my room was available, then was told it wasn’t and to come back later (fair enough but I did later wonder if he was wanting a tip). Then when my room was available, I was told, walk to the pool and turn left. It’s a big complex and my room was at the bottom of a couple of corridors, but no offer to help me find it.

7) December so at night time I was freezing!! Theres 2 two outdoor heaters but declined my request to turn on.

The hotel has some great features - it is on the beach and has sunbeds there for hotel guests. The pool is fantastic – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, which made a big difference during my stay. Breakfast was also great selection of food and nice quality. Another standout feature was the shower in my room – incredibly powerful and just what you need after a day at the beach or exploring the city.

However, there were a couple of downsides to my stay. One major issue was the Wi-Fi. Despite being advertised, it is unusable. The only place I could connect was in one small corner of the hotel, which was neither practical nor comfortable. For a modern traveler, reliable internet is a must, and this was a significant letdown.

Another issue was the entertainment. While I understand many guests enjoy evening shows and music, it was so loud that it made sleeping nearly impossible. Even with AirPods in and playing a podcast, the noise was overwhelming until it finally stopped around midnight most nights. For anyone looking to get to bed earlier or simply enjoy some peace, this would be a dealbreaker. Also if you are not on all-inclusive it is very hard to get lunch, it's easier to go off-site.

I would not return to this hotel. It is an all inclusive resort which sells rooms to fillbits quota. As we were not on an all inclusive prigram we could not eat at any of the restaurants except the buffet. Which did not have enough serve wear for the guests. The waiters hoarded the spoons! So you got one only if you demanded one for the cereal!!! And the rooms were so cheaply built that you could hear people upstairs. The bathroom was so poorly designed that the floor was very wet from a a shower. Not a good hotel.

Hotel ok but definitely not 4 stars, huge complex, very nice location close to the beach. Rooms are clean but they need some upgrades.
Reception working very very slowly all the time is queue. During our stay only one person was working -and in the queue was aroud 20 guest. Staff nice and friendly.
Nice clean and deep swimming pool with bar but only soft drinks. You can borrow a towel but you need special card and you have to pay deposit for this card. We haven't been informed abot this during check in.
Hotel has 4 different restaurant but even if you have all inclusive you can eat only in one, the rest of them are extra charges for everything and you need to book one day before. Nobody iform us about this during check in. In that one restaurant which one is included food is tasty but not a lot of choices, sometimes cold, breakfast most sweet things, every day the same food.
If someone like animation are every evening.
If I will come back to Agadir in the future definitely I will choose another hotel.

Might have been a 4 star property/experience once but certainly isnt now. Disrepair, many things broken, service was almost non-existent...

An example: Breakfast was served from 7am... but most of the food, plates, etc wasnt even out for another 2hrs. Even the dining hall food area was dirty.

Suspected bed bugs following a VAST number of bug bites in the night over and over again.

This is as honest as can be based on my experience alone. The property is well presented in a fantastic location just off the beach. About 10-15 walk along beach to restaurants/cafes and supermarkets. Check in staff were very helpful and were able to check me in early. The room was a sea view king and the view was fantastic. The room was clean , bed comfortable , but the air conditioning was broken which may upset many but I never use a/c. The sink tap had no force and the shower weak- but nice and hot. The gardens are excellent and well kept. The pool is big and plenty of sun beds and no hogging of sun beds either which was great! But- The activity staff and music played at the pool are very very loud mid morning until lunch. It really does spoil the area. Breakfast was - ok. Eggs plentiful as were pastries and bread and fruit but that was about it unless you want a full salad- really a more continental bfast offering. Lunch and dinner was more or less the same food, edible but repetitive. Pizza, paella, pasta , salads chicken/beef dish. Lots of use of single use plastics (spoons) everyday for coffees and deserts. Single use plastic cups used at pool for all inclusive drinks - they really could do more to improve sustainability. If they spent some time with room maintenance and sustainability in food and beverage this hotel would have scored excellent.

Check in was terrible - so slow, we waited for an extra 45 mins after the time listed on Expedia for check in which was 2pm. There was a mishap where the hotel hadn’t checked us in properly and then let another guest come into our room as their system showed the room as available and not occupied even though we were already in the room for several hours. This made us feel unsafe at first. The bathtub wouldn’t drain and the room is need of an update as it looked quite dated. However, the staff we friendly and nice and the hotel is in a great location.

We were ignored by rude and dismissive reception staff when we arrived to check in. We needed to wait until 3 p.m. to get our hotel cards and discovered the cleaning staff had still not finished cleaning our two rooms for our family when we arrived. We opened a closet door and found a horde of tiny bugs crawling around at the bottom, and had to point it to the cleaning staff. The next day our request for another room was granted after we provided photographic evidence of my husband’s bug-bitten back. It appears the hotel has a serious bug infestation problem they need to resolve.

Great location right on the beach. A nice enough hotel although nothing fancy, nice pools. Service leaves much to be desired however. Reception staff were dismissive and not very welcoming. They also moved us to a different room on the first day, and tried to put us in an unclean room, they then moved us again to a room that was different to what had been paid for. They were not very apologetic and almost dismissive and seemed annoyed at us for making a fuss! For being upset at them trying to put us in a room that hadn't even been cleaned after it's previous occupants. Very cheeky and rude

Nice property, but during my stay a lot of things were closed and not working, no indoor pool, outdoor pool freezing and not heated.

Description includes blackout drapes, but there were no blackout drapes, tvis was quite important for us, we woke up with headaches every day

Breakfast area is crowded sometimes and staff shortage or they don’t clean fast to allow others to sit , tables are not monitored as I put my plate full of food and went to grab water then I found 2 individuals taking my table and my plate is still in front of him talking and spitting while talking , the staff didn’t do anything and I had to confront them to leave the table , then they said is it private table table for you , I don’t blame them if they have no class and manners but I blame the staff for neglecting their responsibilities . Guest relation Hind is Amazing I had small upgrade because she recognized me for second time . I booked for 2 nights then 1 night then another 2 nights because I liked my room in front of the beach , but every time I book online the cashier didd et je allow enough time to receive the payment as it’s paid full , so he keep arguing that I haven’t paid and he require payment every time and I refused to give him my card again as I showed him that my card was debited in each time but they don’t get the payment right away and they are not patient when you book online while you’re there . The big picture nice hotel , nice pool , breakfast ok for 4 stars , room very clean view is amazing , but staff need more training and be concerned about the customer . Maybe little raise will be sufficient . Thank you

Es bastante difícil comunicarse si no se sabe el francés, ya que el inglés no es un idioma muy hablado por aquí. Como fuimos en temporada baja, algunas actividades del hotel no estaban disponibles y si es bastante poco amigable con el ambiente. No tienen opciones de no lavado de toallas y toallones por lo que lo cambian todos los días y a veces sin necesidad y también mucho uso del plástico de un sólo uso como las cucharas para postre y desayuno descartables, pudiendo utilizar metálicas u otras opciones no plásticas. Eso es lo único que no me gustó pero el resto es super recomendable en relación precio calidad. Gracias.

This place was a chaotic scene of ticked off Moroccan families with extremely territorial tendencies. Loud music. No amenities in the rooms. The longest check in experience and no parking. Children running everywhere with no supervision.

Housekeeping stole money from my room

I left £110 in my makeup bag, I didn’t need to use the money so I thought that would be a safe place to put it, I checked the makeup bag on Sunday and the money was gone, I never took it out of the bag and I did not misplace it, told the reception they said they would look into it, so they found out that no one other than the same housekeeper came into our room, but since she has worked there for a few years they can’t do an investigation on her. Hotel did not help me any further. The money did not fly away, obviously the hotel would never want to put fingers on their own staff but clearly that housekeeper did take the money, you should have atleast reimbursed me from her salary. I did not make any mistake that is exactly where I put the money, no one other than the housekeeper came into my room so clearly she has taken it, no one would ever admit to it. It’s happened to me before in Holland where I left my ring on the sink and it went missing and when I got the managers involved she found it in the hoover, no one hoovers sinks, so if that happened to me in Europe it definitely happened to me in Africa regardless of how much you trust your staff, you should have taken proper action for my money going missing but you did nothing, can’t even do a proper investigation on the staff, the matter was just thrown away like it was nothing. I have just read the reviews that other people have had money stolen from this hotel too, wish I had seen this sooner.

I liked the beach chairs the hotel provided for its guests. Other than that, I couldn't wait to leave.
Here's why: This is a hotel that doesn't like tourists. In fact, it's passive-aggressive about it.
It is clean, the grounds are nicely kept and the rooms are clean. It's all fine. Until you get to the details and the staff. For example, it puts in a large bathroom but without enough space to have toiletries out. It gives guests a fridge but no water or way to boil water (which is pretty standard at hotels). It has many entrance points out to the boardwalk but only keeps one at one end open.
I'll be honest – I don't really do package vacations. I stayed here because the Amadil next door was fully booked and I needed to be in Agadir for a night. Having said that, when I stay at a hotel, I expect the staff to be courteous, helpful and efficient. I do not expect them to be disorganized, harried or rigid or rude. Here it was the latter. The worst part was when I asked for an upgrade to a seafront room. Most hotels just give it to you. Instead, they charged me 12 euros. Fair enough except that I am pretty sure the desk clerk pocketed the cash I gave him for the upgrade when he took me to my room.
Also, as a woman traveling alone, I don't mind a little flirting but I get really annoyed when male hotel staff continually proposition me or touch me – basically I am paying for the privilege of being hassled in my own hotel. That was the case here.
There are better options here.

Positives- Close to the beach. Pool and palm trees make the hotel look nice but that's only the exterior.

Negatives - AC didn't work. Rooms were boiling at night. When I asked the receptionist why it wasn't working and that it was very hot she replied its cold not hot. The weather was 29 degrees which is hot from someone in the UK. I had to sleep with the patio open due to the heat at night which led to bugs coming in and biting me leaving me marks all over my hands and face

Rude female receptionists in the Spa and reception. The female staff were very stuck up and rude. For example we would like to use the jaccuzi (which there is a 80dh charge for per person) and the lady very rudely said we can't if my wife wore a burkini. We understand if this is the rule but at least explain it nicely.

Breakfast selection was very poor. Most of the hot items were not labelled so you have to ask what everything is. For example the sausages which looked like chicken were pork.

In a 4 star hotel you would expect WiFi to be free in the rooms. Not a major issue as data in morroco is very cheap. 5gb data sim with calls for 50dh approx £4.20.

Definitely not a 4* hotel.

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
Sehr nettes Personal, super Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen.
Das Hotel ist sofort am Strand liegend mit eigenen liegen.
Ich wäre gerne länger gewesen, weil ich die Unterkunft spontan gebucht hatte, war der Zeitraum schon ausgebucht.

Ich komme bestimmt wieder. Nochmal ein Herzlichen Gruß an die nette Dame von der Rezeption, die mir entsprechend meines Bedürfnis ein tolles Zimmer gegeben hat.

Un emplacement exceptionnel, sortie directe sur la plage. Merci au personnel, de la réception a l'équipe d'animation, de la restauration au personnel d'entretien des chambres et l'extérieur. Merci pour votre gentillesse. Bel hôtel qui se maintient à son niveau de club et se rénove. Très bel espace piscine. Buffet très diversifié, manquant un peu de plats typiques à mon goût. La chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée et l'espace terrasse est un plus pour apprécier l'extérieur.
Encore un grand merci à tous.

Services de chambres très bien. Qualité dans le restaurant bon, mais la variété laisse à désirer.
Les desserts sont minables. Cuillères en plastique😡 Les serveurs agréables, sauf un serveur nommé OMAR dans la salle ACACIA qui nous a traité de voleur de menteur devant tout le personnel et les vacanciers, pour une raison dont nous étions pas responsables.

Vi hade ett ganska fint rum med fri utsikt mot havet, men rummen och utrustningarna är någorlunda slitna och i behov av renovering.
Servicen är bra, maten var så där, men för det mesta bra, och det finns tre A la cart rest också.
Personalen som är otrolg snälla och mycket tillmötesgående får ändå högsta betyg.

Our room was not very clean and had stoppage in the sink. Told the reception numerous times until we had to beg them to get it fixed. Food is horrible so the all inclusive is just waste of money.

Only good I would say would be the accessibility to the beach, because it is close to the so called hotel.

A notre arrivée ,la chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée , ça sentait mauvais, les toilettes étaient pleins excréments, de l urine ...
Ça grouillait de fourmis.
Nous avons fait intervenir le personnel pour remédier au problème et que cela restait inadmissible de trouver la chambre sale.
On nous a changé de chambre. Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement nella la gouvernante qui a pris les choses en mains pour regler le problème, qui a su être à notre ecoute, bienveillante encore merci.
Mais cela reste inadmissible d'arriver dans de telles conditions vue notre état de fatigue...

A fuir !

Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir et le checking etait extrêmement long malgré un check in deja effectué en ligne (une seule personne etait en charge de tous les clients).
Arrivés dans la.chambre le 2eme lit (car nous etions 3) netait pas prêt. Nous avons du relancer et attendre des heures pour avoir des draps...
Plus de 50 moustiques etaient dans la chambre et pas de solution de la part de l'hôtel...
Pas de taies sur les oreillers, pas de shampoing ni gel douche, une forte odeur d'humidité, pas d'ampoules dans la majorité des luminaires...
Bref une nuit tres compliquée et nous etions heureux le lendemain de quitter l'hôtel.
Une expérience que nous ne renouvellerons jamais.
