We (a group of 10) loved staying in the resort. The food was great, friendly staff. Drinks was a bit on low side, but still ok. Pool was good though a bit deep for the ones who can not swim. As an overall, very pleasant experience.

The staff were friendly, there was good amenities. One of the outdoor pools was heated which was needed in February.

The drink and food selection was average. The lunch buffet by the pool was a poor.

They made a massive effort for valentine's day by putting on special cocktails, offing out single red roses, and had the dinner table set up with candles and rose petals.

Every member of staff from beginning to end were friendly and kind and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere and super attentive and accommodating. Lots of people visiting to go play golf or surf. Small outdoor children’s pool was lovely and warm, other outdoor pools were much cooler (one adult heated but still fairly cool) but very deep. Bring inflatables if not confident with swimming! Caught some wonderful weather with highs of 31 degrees. Food great and brilliant entertainment. Only one thing, the children disco could be a bit more engaging with lights etc but again kind staff making the effort made it special enough. Thanks all!

I'm sorry to give a negative comment but several things didn't go well: the check-inn was completely overloaded with around 40 clients waiting. Although, this hotel is all inclusive there was no drink, not even water in the refrigerator and the machine at the floor wasn't working! When we called the reception to give us something to drink they told us, that they couldn't. The rooms are great but the problem is situated in the management of this place.

The hotel itself is really nice and well kept, close to the beach and private access. The sunset views are amazing from the hotel and beach. It was also really nice to have a view of the Kasbah Oufella from the beach side, perfect for an evening stroll. The staff were helpful and kind and we appreciated the security at the hotel which made us feel extra safe. The spa was very nice! Had a really nice a relaxing massage and would recommend getting a treatment from the spa. However, I would not recommend booking an all-inclusive or eat at any of the restaurants the hotel offers - you are better off eating outside! I got terrible food poisoning from the Moroccan restaurant on site and my friends also ended up getting food poisoning from the main hotel restaurant. This meant we lost a day in our activities that we paid for. We also found it strange that you have to pay daily to use the safe in the rooms. Other than that we did have a nice stay.

Chambre magnifique ! Par contre sèche cheveux pas très efficace pour un 4 étoiles et douche mal conçu avec l écoulement donc inondation chaque soir
Mais sinon c était top super emplacement face a la mer et piscine magnifique et qualité des repas très bonne .
Par contre il y a énormément de monde donc si vous’ aimez pas le bruit il faut faire un autre choix c est un 470 chambres .

The location on the beach front was stunning.
The beach and promenade was very pleasant and felt reay safe.

The hotel itself is immaculate and the staff team are fantastic in every aspect of the hotel. There is a very relaxed vibe.

The family room was very large and impressive. We had a pool view and were very close to the heart of the hotel which meant there was some noise from the evening entertainment, which may disturb smaller childrens sleep at night.

The food was really excellent and as a family we ate well for the week.

The pool was great the only improvement would be to have a pool that graduates in depth as the two large pools are very deep.

The childs pool is heated and perfect for little ones.

We really had a fabulous time at this hotel and the value for money was superb.

We will return to the property in the future as we enjoyed it so much.

My stay was wonderful. Everything from the room, food, amenities, staff and beach was great. Food was delicious, a wide variety and well displayed. I had a relaxing time. Security was excellent and not intrusive in any way. Pools were lovely and it was perfect having a heated one as the weather was chilly at times. (The inside pool is only accessible to guests between 12 and 2 p.m)

It would have been helpful to know about the timings of access to the outside pools, the towel pool hut or when any entertainment that was going on around the hotel. It was not displayed anywhere and I was not made aware of any timings or where things were being held particularly for the evenings.
All in all a brilliant stay. Thank you very much.

Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a well maintained resort with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff that I interacted with were all excellent and very helpful. It is very well managed as they were both friendly and yet still very professional. The breakfast and evening buffet food was very fresh and a wide variety is available, with the catering teams constantly on the move never stood around, again well organised. The only detraction for me was the lack of any amenities such as shower caps in the bathroom and a tissue box included somewhere in the room. The water refill stations are a great and sustainable idea, but they should come full rather than empty the first time. I travel frequently and have high standards, this was an excellent stay.

Pool and sun lounger area was good. The beach was nice and I liked the long promenade for walks and running.

Our room looked a little tired but we only used it to sleep in as we were outside all day.

Its a regular Iberostar all-inclusive at one end of the Agadir beach. Not close to the busy part of the beach, but right on the beach - and since there is everything you need inside the resort itself, its a good option. Food quality is decent, variety is big. No complaints on the variety - icecream stations were always busy and you had to wait.

The pools were too cold to enjoy when we stayed, although there were children who were in the water. Take an oceanview room and the view is worth it.

There are a couple of nightclubs close by if you want to party late, and the town isn't too far, taxis waiting anytime you need one.

Overall - I would stay here again.

The staff were all amazing. Calling out certain names would be unfair as it’s a fantastic team effort from the check in team, cleaning staff, dinning team and the entertainers for the kids. It was a wonderful stay. Not expecting anything, I was left wanting to stay here again. I previously stayed at Tikida Palace which was a 5 star hotel. However, this hotel even though 4 star was amazing and where I will stay aim to again.

I would like to say the staff, the lay out, the food and location makes this one of the if not the best hotels in Agadir or Morocco, absolutely amazing.

Recharging The Batteries

Couldn't have asked for more. This was a 4 day get away to recharge the batteries after a long and busy year.
If I have one complaint it is that there are no facilities at the heated outdoor pool for guests who have mobility issues. I suffered damage to my knee and leg after slipping on the ladder style steps. My knee was already suffering, but this slip has made it worse. I did see that there were steps into the unheated pool, so why not the same facilities for the heated one?

In general an excellent choice for those looking to be well looked after in Agadir. Food was good and the entertainment team and staff in general were awesome.
The only thing I would improve is the Spa. Whilst the staff were excellent the price was jaw dropping compared to other places in town.

From staff that checked us in until we left we were looked after … my mother is 83 and was well respected and looked after … we weren’t great fans of evening buffet… needs labels etc the pool bar food was amazing and they had a fish night there was the best meal of holiday… we also had the Moroccan meal in restaurant which was nice but not the best … room and pool view bottom floor was lovely clean comfortable… room ladies and all staff thank you for a lovely few days … was misty and sunshine… the day we left was amazing sunshine ☀️… if we did return I would stay more central saw a couple hotels and maybe be better not going all inclusive which we did to make it easier for my mother … also the wine flowed well .. water fillers conveniently around nice and cold … pool beautiful and nice warm temperatures

Séjour d’une semaine en famille début juillet. A l’arrivée une des chambres n’était pas prête, pas grave nous en avions deux et avons pu poser nos affaires. Nous sommes allés au restaurant et avons découvert ce que nous appellerons pour la suite des vacances la cantine! Une grande salle, trop bruyante, des repas pas variés, sans goût, toujours les mêmes plats midi et soir, des personnes pas respectueuses qui se servent, goûtent et remettent dans le plat! Des assiettes renversées non nettoyées… nous étions 5 et tous avons été malades à cause de la nourriture médiocre.
L’hôtel est sale, les murs, les sols, les rambardes des escaliers sont collants de saleté. Le ménage en chambre est fait très sommairement, le sable ramène de la plage est resté une semaine dans nos chambres!
Les chambres sont mal insonorisées et bruyantes. La literie est confortable mais nous avions une chambre de 3 personnes et la 3e un ado de 12 ans devait dormir dans le canapé non convertible et pas confortable du tout alors que j’avais payé pour une chambre triple!
Les cocktails au bar sont mauvais, ils sont fait avec trop de sucre et des jus reconstitués, horrible, au bout de 3 jours tout le monde a arrêté d’en boire.
Quelques serveurs sont aimables, les autres non.
Nous ne pouvions plus accéder à nos chambres une journée avant le départ, la réception s’est trompée de date sur nos cartes, nous avons attendu longtemps avant de pouvoir y retourner…
En résumé a éviter, plus jamais je n’irai dans cet hôtel

Nice beachfront location on Agadir's superb beach and 6km and very wide boardwalk (great for running, cycling, walking).
Friendly and helpful staff but not super well organised.
3.5/5 as facilities are getting a little tired. Main issue with service relating to queuing at bars, temperamental experience with self service drinks areas. Poor relaying of tables in the restaurant, a much worse experience if dining at the second sitting.
Good service and conversation from Mostafa &Team (pool bar), Hassan & Noradene (pop up/lobby bar) and Yassine (Guest Relations). Entertainment team were friendly and encouraged participation without pestering.

Wonderful holiday with out four children aged 7-4. The hotel had everything we needed and we felt extremely well looked after during our stay. An abundance of food to suit different diets and preferences (and I’m vegan!) and so many activities and wonderful facilities. Evenings were magical with super after dinner activities, fun for kids and high quality performances from the dance team. We would highly recommend. Thank you Iberostar!

There should be lifts in accommodation areas as it's not ideal to use staircases for people with difficulty. Restaurant buffet needs more vegetarian food and also all dishes must be labelled in detail so people are able to see what the meal is, this was very disappointing not knowing what the meal or dish is.

The hotel was wonderful and the staff were so helpful and friendly, particularly in the restaurant and bar and all the entertainment staff were such fun and so enthusiastic. I didn't need them myself but I saw them helping less mobile people and being wonderful with children too.

The atmosphere was so good and it rubbed off on all the holidaymakers from all different countries too.

The food was exceptional, some of the best I have ever had in any hotel and have stayed in ranges from B & B's to 5 start hotels. The buffet was so varied and vast and fresh fish cooked changing daily, salads and theme nights. There literally was something for everyone.

The hotel clean and the gardens lovely. Plentiful sunbeds and a great choice at lunch for food too.

The hotel is set right on the beach and we were not hassled a firm no and you are not bothered at all. They were friendly and just trying to sell some things. It was a beautiful promenade and we also found some great restaurants for lunch.

I will definitely recommend this hotel, actually already have and will one day visit again.

Lovely hotel, clean, affordable, well kept gardens, right by the beach, fairly good food (apart from A La Carte, wouldn’t bother again as service wasn’t great and it was basically the same food as buffet restaurant), great staff, hammam experience was wonderful and overall we had a great time. Shame the toddler pool was cold so we couldn’t use it and shame the heated pool was so deep as I couldn’t stand up and therefore couldn’t take my daughter in it without an inflatable.
Overall would recommend!

Great location on the beach. Beach is great. A private section and overall, the beach is not too busy. Hotel is nice. Food is very good for buffet standards. The vegetarian concept is not clear with much mixing of spoons etc especially in the pool bar. Evening entertainment is really good with a mix of singers on the main bar and dance shows in the theatre. Pools were too deep to enjoy. Not sure why you would have both pools 135cm upwards. Would make more sense to have one shallower so that the tiny kids pool was not overused. Finding sun beds was quite often an issue. Toilets in the reception were sometimes horrible but generally the place is clean. To note, Agadir tends to be cloudy in the mornings - apparently mainly in July. We did have a couple of cloudy mornings. 30 mins from the airport. Nice holiday.

Room was standard. Restaurant staff need slightly more training on what \"Vegetarian\" means, some said yes just because some dishes had vegetables - but on the later days met with the chef and he showed me around all the different options.

When we got to the room, there was already an opened bottle of water there - looks like housekeeping did not clear it.

One person from housekeeping takes the towels and another brings new ones. Took over 90minutes and me going to reception twice for towels to come to my room for changing - not acceptable when I wanted to shower children.

The children's pool is ok, quite small, especially when it is busy. The adults pool is not heated and can get cold. The entertainment around the pool and hotel is good.

Great location and well run hotel. The staff are SO friendly, helpful and kind - they really are the key to this hotels success. Food was plentiful but a little repetitive. Cocktails were a little sweet and watered down. The a la carte restaurant was poor. Paying for the safe and a deposit for hotel towels are a nuisance particularly having to find cash for the towel deposit. We would revisit but aware that All inclusive is a gamble.

Had a grest stay and didn't want to come home!

Travelled as a family of 4 adults, 3 older teens and 2 children and we all had a great time.

All of the staff we friendly and attentive throughout our stay, the pool areas are clean and there's plenty of loungers. There's also a nice indoor pool in the spa area that is free to use with children between 12 and 2 each day.

Our 7 year old attended the kids club a few times and the staff were excellent with a variety of activities each day.

Food could be a little repetitive however there were lots of meat and vegetarian choices and all of it was cooked perfectly.

I cant fault anything about our stay ao highly recommended it!

The hotel is well located, on the beach and in walking distance to marina and port. There is good choice of food and chefs are very accommodating if you have any dietary restrictions. The only thing was the labelling of the food, which they had taken on board by the end of the holiday. The staff all all very friendly and helpful. The hotel have an app that list all the services, however a couple of boards around the hotel/pool area listing the activities and time would be helpful. Would we again - Yes.

Really lovely time at this hotel. Staff are super friendly from check in to check out. Lots of variety of food - we always found something to eat. Indoor pool lovely and warm but sauna is paid, not complimentary. Drinks available all day, some self serve and others ordered by the bars. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The staff is just so unfriendly ! Especially at the front desk- super rude! The dipping is meh! Not really any shopping to do. The food is soooo bad, the sodas were flat no gas, the same food all meals just changed up. The room wasn't super clean the sheets were stained. You have to pay to get pool towels, The cocktails are not drinkable, there is nothing to do in the evenings except stand around a full lobby. They advertise restaurants etc but they are booked out so we couldn't go. The location is nice, on the beach the pool are gorgeous at night it's very nicely decorated and lit up. We were staying there for the food and drinks but both those sucked and with the not warm welcome we received it was a bad experience. Oh and one elevator only super far away so if you're on the ground floor like us? You needed to walk a lot to use the elevator with a stroller. We will not be coming back to this hotel plenty of other options to look into

Security box should be free. Why charge customers for basic feature that is found free in many hotels. Safety of belongings should not require an extra fee. If the hotel is serious about its customer safety which should be priority number onenthen they wouldn't charge for this. It also protects your staff from being falsely accused if items go missing.

I read reviews about the buffet. It did get quite boring. In fact a couple of days we missed it and went out to eat as it was the same stuff every day. Most hotel buffets have a themed night like different cuisines or at least a different variety every day but this was quite repetetive. In a 5 day stay we got bored pretty quickly.

It stated outdoor pool was heated but either it wasn't or it was too low as it was far too cold to get in to.

Odd rules like you can't get hot drinks in restaurant during other meal times they turn the hot drinks machine off including normal hot water. It's only for breakfast and tea time.

Quite long queues at the bar. Sometimes only 1 person serving. If you just want a bottle of water you shouldn't need to queue in a long line of people who are ordering multiple alcoholic drinks.

Indoor pool was really good. Spa was top. Especially Salima. One of if not the best massage we've ever had we ended up going back twice! Grounds are fantastic and hotel staff were friendly. Kids clubs was good too. And kids show at night could be more child friendly rather than just belly dancing. More Kids songs

Things have changed here

I am very sad to see they offer pork as foods in the buffet restaurant. I wonder if they are contaminating with other halal foods. I will definitely be looking at another hotel next time

Great location, friendly staff but few niggles.

Just got back from this stay. Hope my review helps people. Firstly the hotel is about 30 mins from the airport via taxi the cost is 200 dirhams (approx £17). The location is beautiful situated on the beach front. Rooms are spacious and clean, lovely bathroom, staff are constantly cleaning so the hotel is always very clean, all toilets clean, the pools, loungers, hallways are always spotless. Only 3 downsides for me. Firstly there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, you can only get Wi-Fi at the reception. Secondly the food was okay, but just okay, could definitely be improved. If you were staying more than 3/4 nights you’d get bored and lastly the wasn’t really any entertainment, just the same guy singing the same songs (quite badly) on the main terrace. Maybe because I went in January and may be different in school holidays. But apart from them small faults the holiday was brilliant. I would recommend going on the cable cars up to the mountain, great views. I also did quad biking, these can be booked from in the hotel. I paid 650 dirhams for Quad Biking (around £55). I would say this holiday is perfect for a 3/4 night get away if you want to chill by the loungers, read a book and get a tan. I would return again. Also January is very cheap and still pretty hot (I’ve got a nice tan). Enjoy Agadir!

We have stayed here once before and this is our second visit at this hotel. From the positives; I would say it’s good they have an indoor heated pool facility for 2 hours a day, good range of food selection at the buffet restaurants and reasonably good section at the snack bar and finally they have reasonably good entertainment nights. We were however out off by the fact that despite being in a Muslim country, they put out pork in the buffet area (which was accidentally picked and eaten by a member of my group). Although it was labelled as pork, we didn’t think we would have to look out for this kind of thing in a halal country. Serving alcohol in mixed glasses was bad enough, but offering pork in a halal country amidst the buffet was just extremely disappointing. We normally let the kids go out and pick their own foods, they could have easily picked it too. Makes you wonder if they care about contaminating their foods with non halal foods at all; because they seriously don’t care when it comes to alcohol. We thought we found our place in Agadir, but it seems we need to reconsider.

Hotel was lovely and clean. However the room facilities were limited and required a deposit for a kettle and beach towels. Which was unusual for what I’m use to. Room heat was sufficient during the day due to the days heat, however was cold in the night… heating didn’t seem to work. Nonetheless was a pleasing experience.

We enjoyed our stay here very much, there were some hiccups in the beginning with check in and other issues. But all in all it was a good place to stay and the staff were very welcoming. We enjoyed the food very much, plenty of choices for everyone. There's 4 choices of pools, the small baby pool was heated although i don't think its always the same as the 2nd time we went in it was alot colder. The smaller pool facing towards the sea was also heated but weirdly it was very deep so we didnt get to enjoy it as we were with the little one. And theres also a indoor pool which was heated which the public can use at a certain time which was very helpful.

Xmas holiday

On arrival we had to change cash to get pool towels as they would not take a deposit on a credit card. We were not advised about that. Booked 2 rooms as a family and were put on opposite sides of complex. After 1st day room with children was overrun with ants. They were cleaned but not completely. Took another 2 days to change room. Cocktails not good and very limited. Said whiskey cream on available list of drinks but they didn't have any. They did get in Baileys which you had to pay extra for though. Wine available was of a very poor quality. Air con not working in family room. No shampoo in family room.
Evening entertainment same every night. Same 5 dancers dancing to music. No variety.
Food good. Nothing special though for Xmas day dinner.

Perfect for a relaxing stay, need good AC and Bed

We stayed there for 3 nights. Nice resort,we took all inclusive which was perfect . We enjoyed the food served and the different drinks including alcohol. The only issue we had was the bedding and the air-conditioning which wasn't great and could not sleep due to feeling very hot and the uncomfortable bedding. We couldnt have stayed there for more than 3 nights due to these two issues. Overall good stay and loved all the activities. The boys who was organising these activities, hats off to them.
Will definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel

Had a fabulous stay. The hotel is in excellent condition and is immaculate. Our bedroom furnishings looked brand new. It was spacious and well equipped.
The landscaped gardens were beautiful. There are several pools one is heated so warm enough to swim in butbothersxare cold.
Staff were lovely.
We've been to Agadir 4 times and this was best food we've had.

We had a great experience at this resort. The food and the entertainment team were the highlights of the stay. Private sandy beach area reserved for the hotel right outside. The rooms and the premises were clean and tidy. The Spa treatment could have been better, I wouldn't recommend it. The staff is very polite and helpful. For instance, the flight from London got delayed and we reached quite late at around 11 pm, the main restaurant was kept open for late check-in with food like pasta, bread, a variety of salads, cold cuts, fruits and lots of desserts.

A very enjoyable stay in Morocco.

The hotel was excellent, the staff are the stars however, always happy to help, always willing to go the extra mile. Excellent staff all over the hotel. Location is superb, right by the beach. Everything is clean and well looked after. The food is excellent with a lot of choice. Highly recommend this hotel.

The resort has beautiful and clean spaces, and there were a lot of delicious options for the food at the buffet which was nice. The beach is clean and there’s a section for resort guests to lay out under umbrellas. The pools are huge and there was plenty of space to move around. The staff were all very friendly and helpful as well! A few things that could be better are:

- the parking situation and grounds out front. There is street parking in front of the resort and it was a bit tricky to find a spot. No one was there to help us park or bring our luggage in which was a bit odd.
- the alcohol was pretty weak and you had to pay extra for name brand alcohols, even cheap ones like Bacardi. This seems typical of Moroccan restaurants and hotels/resorts though, but it’s still frustrating if you’re trying to have a decent drink at an all inclusive.
- there are no meals being served between 3pm and 7pm, just a light snack and tea from 4-5pm, which I had never experienced at a resort before. Keep that in mind if you check in on time.
- you can’t get a pool towel after 4:30pm, even though the pools close at 7pm. Not sure if this is a daily thing, but after we arrived and settled in we went to the pool and the section where you’d get pool towels was already closed.
- the rooms felt pretty clean, but the floors were dirty and turned my socks grey/black.

Overall I would consider staying at this resort again! The food and pool/beach definitely make it worth the price.

I want to start off by thanking Iberostar for my 4 days spent with them in May. Travelling Morocco alone as a young female was very challenging but after arriving at the resort I felt peace for the first time in two weeks. The staff are very friendly and kind. Shout out to Ayoub from the front desk for all his help and friendly smile, I am confident he will go far in the tourism industry. I would also like to thank the kitchen staff for all of their hard work and creativity! I am passionate about food and can be hard to please but I was highly impressed by the flavors and variety. I never ate the same thing twice although I would have loved to as it was all delicious. The hotel atmosphere is calm and relaxing. For the most part, people keep to themselves which is a plus for me. The pools were amazing and I had no trouble finding a lounge chair. Overall, Iberostar exceeded my expectations and I would love to stay with them again. Thank you so much, I am very grateful :)

The property itself looks fantastic and the rooms were decent. Our concern was with the lack of air conditioning power but then this seems to be a general fault with all the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful although they seemed to be very relaxed at this resort and in smaller numbers as the front desk was frequently sparse of manpower. Overall the stay was pleasant and the beach waves made up for what was lacking.

NIGHTMARE!!
OVERRATED OVERPRICED CROWDED UNDERSTAFF, DIRTY ROOMS
Since my family stepped short staff, dirty rooms, dirty furniture, AC doesn’t work , we moved from room to room till six clock , changed whole sheets, cleans entire two rooms and call technicians to fix AC which wasn’t working and still so weak.
Crowded with local people who called us name and discriminated , manager didn’t call the police and cover up. Stole pool towels.
I’m been Iberostar star in DR and Mexico, that one can’t be one of them!!!
I send email to the upper management of Iberostar and the customer service of Expedia is horrible to even pick up the phone to cancel!!!
Even they upgrade the rooms , we can’t wait to run out from the hotel.

Décevant. Le séjour a mal commencer, pas de parking, il faut se garder assez loin et avec un gardien qui vois harcèle pour se faire payer.
La suite junior est loin d’être une suite ( 2 lits + un canapé-lit). La séparation est juste un rideau en bois. Le soir si vois sortez, impossible de trouver de la place pour se garer (il faut marcher).
Seul aspect positif, le personnel est accueillant.
Ne vaut pas le prix…il y a beaucoup mieux ailleurs à ce prix.
