Why this is only a four star we do not know. We have been staying in five stars down the road that are rubbish compared to this hotel. If we are being really picky the bed sheets are a bit sweaty. A sheet under the duvet would be great and that is it. Our best stay in Morroco.

The hotel is very calm with plenty of open spaces. The food is great and it's nice to get bottles of wine on the table included. The guests are mainly German as are the majority of the TV channels and signage, some activities and food.

**The good:
Rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished, practical
Pool area is very nice with lots of sun loungers, the beach is beautiful
Garden and overall grounds are well kept and spacious.
Beautiful views along the coastline or Agadir Bay. Views from all restaurants and many rooms are excellent!
Breakfast service was great, the staff at the cooking station were happy to reheat cold msmen from the buffet and overall very friendly

**The so-so
Location is far away from center, transport is needed (which is clear from the map)
Loud entertainment until midnight which is audible all over the resort (to be expected in a club hotel)

**The bad
Service at lunch and dinner was not existent. Staff was standing in groups chatting, whilst there were no plates or cutlery. Had always to ask to get some water, was never offered any wine, the one time I’ve asked for it the waiter forgot, as another waiter forgot to bring salt and pepper
Food was mostly lukewarm to cold, which is a real pity as the quality seemed good. Choice and taste is not bad, but definitely not great. Very limited choice of vegetable dishes.

No one bothered to ask me how my stay was when I’ve paid my bill.

I’ve seen from other reviews that service can be good, but my dining experience was dismal, leaving me very disappointed.

Such a lovely hotel and resort. We will definitely return. Staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Rooms are lovely and our view (partial sea view) was amazing. A lovely position with its own beach unlike the rest of the hotels along the sea front in Agadir. We walked into Agadir daily. It’s a long walk but was a nice walk to do.

We have just returned from a week's all inclusive, and we had a wonderful time. It's hard to fault the hotel at all. The faciltiies were excellent, the food was very good throughout - and it's clear that they put a lot of emphasis on this being not only of high quality, but also putting a lot of care and attention into it with every dish expertly crafted and presented - we very much enjoyed the excursions we took, the accommodation was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff extremely warm and helpful. We would very much recommend it and hope to return.

Feedback from my recent stay at this wonderful hotel from 25 of June to 04 of July 2024. First and foremost, I was genuinely pleased with the incredibly friendly and hardworking staff. They went above and beyond to cater to all customer needs, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

While I found the food to be generally good, I would suggest offering a bit more variety in the fruit selection, such as mango, pineapple, and watermelon. On the other hand, the juices served in the morning were simply excellent and delicious – a perfect start to the day.

I also noticed that the staff is quite diverse, with many employees being locals from Morocco and some from Germany. It's heartening to see that many of them are studying at the hotel academy, which adds great value to their experience and to the service provided. However, I understand that their salaries are primarily based on tips. I strongly recommend guests to tip, as the staff will be very thankful and grateful.

This hotel truly offers a family-oriented atmosphere with different activities every day, numerous pool options, and a private beach, which makes it a perfect destination for a family holiday.

Rest assured, I will definitely come back for another stay.

Excellent for adult family holiday

We are a family of 6 adults and this was the perfect location and the hotel being all inclusive was perfect for a group like us. Loads of activities with something for everyone from yoga to tennis and surfing. We all loved it. The food was of a very high standard and varied everyday which was welcome when you have a buffet everyday. We only left the resort once in the week we were there as there was so much to do. Also I have to call out the cleaning staff. The hotel is spotless and all the cleaning staff we were nice and friendly. There is also lots of space. And generally the vibe is very chilled with everyone respecting each other so no real noise by the pool. Also the entertainment staff really made a huge effort to ensure everyone is entertained with different themes every night. One note to remember is that this is primarily a German hotel. All exercise classes , entertainment etc. are in German. It wasn’t an issue for us as you can still follow along in exercise classes. My only suggestion for improvement is to reduce the amount of plastic bottles. The hotel is very generous with bottles of water but this results in a huge amount of plastic use. A suggestion would be to provide all guests with a reusable bottle for the duration of the stay and then provide multiple water points to refill the bottles. Currently there is only one water foundation location at the gym. I highly recommend this hotel and we’ll definitely be going back. Thank you.

This is our second stay with Robinson Agadir, and we love this place. Staff are very friendly, food and drinks were amazing with wide cho8ce from breakfast, lunch & dinner. Lots of sports and wellness activity inc swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) and sauna.
The hotel is on the beach and they also have private sunbed area :)
We love Robinson Agadir and we will definitely return again very soon :)

A great relaxing stay apart from dinner times which is chaos and a fight for tables. As a couple, it was near enough impossible to get a table by ourselves and on a number of occasions shared tables with other families. Don't mind this on the odd occasion but every night meant that we ended up heading into Agadir to eat and spending more money than anticipated. You were able to book a table for two but in order to do that I was told I had to purchase an expensive bottle of wine. Rather than sort this issue out, they see it as a means of making further profit. Emailed them for feedback on two occasions but received no reply. Aaprt from this, the facilities were great including a large pool, tennis courts and lovely access to the beach. The staff were also great.

German Hotel Club. Aa a single Brit felt somewhat alone, from holidaymakers, but the Staff are brilliant. Resort is that big you can get buggy around site. If you want to can do all sports and activities for free with inclusive. Food is AMAZING, lots choice. Such helpful friendly Reception staff, always!

Not sure it still deserves the high rating! Majority of staff are friendly. However, at dinner one waiter took my order and then disappeared. My room was a good size but the A/C did not work properly. TV had only 2 English speaking channels. The pool is very small for the size of the hotel. Food was good.

I stayed here for 4 days recently and was very impressed by how nice it was.
The whole place is very luxurious, the food is very nice. The staff are helpful and look after you.
The beach and pool area are stunning…
I only have one critique! No kettle in the room, which I know you don’t really need because it’s all inclusive!
However I would definitely return and probably sooner rather than later…

Essen vielfältig leider mit wenig marrokanischen Elementen.
SEHR weitläufige Anlage.
Wenig abwechslungsreiche Aktivitäten.
Mitarbeiter mit unterschiedlich spürbarer Motivation.
Altersdurchschnitt der überwiegend deutschen Gäste wohl bei 60+
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Alles in allem nichts besonderes, aber für ein paar Tage zum relaxen ok.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Agadir. Das Sportprogramm im Club war wie immer sehr professionell.
Bei den Mahlzeiten ist mir aufgefallen das es nicht mehr ganz so abwechslungsreich ist wie in der Vergangenheit.
Auch die Qualität war schon besser. Eine Rinderlende ist für mich Rinderfilet und nicht ein Stück Rindleisch in Form eines Rinderfilets. Fisch wurde immer nur als Fischfilet angeboten, das heist die genaue Bezeichnung des Fisches wurde vermieden außer der beim Galaabend servierte Tunfisch, der im übrigen sehr lecker war. Das man in der Bar für einen Campari mit Orangensaft oder einen Aperol extra zahlen muss gab es früher auch nicht. Mir scheint schon das an den eingesetzten Rohstoffen gespart wurde.
leider etwas schade wenn man das als Gast merkt.

Attention au choix de la chambre, la vue mer n’est pas une vue front de mer !
Une bouilloire en chambre et la mise à disposition d’une bouteille d’eau chaque matin serait appréciable
Dommage que les serviettes soient changées tous les jours alors que nous ne le demandions pas. Pourtant une pancarte prônant l’écologie et les ressources en eau précise qu’elles ne seront changées qu’à la demande du client. C’est assez contradictoire

Sportprogramm ist gut und mit Paddle Tennis besser geworden. Sauna wurde renoviert.
Fitnessgeräte quietschen und niemand interessiert es. Typische Geräte fehlen.
Über die Qualität des Essens haben sich eigentlich alle Gäste beschwert mit denen ich gesprochen hatte.
Die Betten sind unbequem und die dicken Kissen ergonomischer Unfug!

Wir waren das erste Mal im Robinson. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage war sehr ansprechend. Das Zimmer groß genug und schön. Das Personal mehr als zuvorkommend. Bei der Überraschung für den 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes wurden verschiedene Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt. Es war alles hervorragend.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Robinson Agadir. Das Zimmer war super, das Essen Robinson-typisch sehr gut und der Service exzellent. Viele der Robins gehen die Extrameile und haben stets ein Lächeln für die Gäste übrig, durch die Hotelschüler hat man aber auch sehr viel Personal pro Gast. Auch die Sportkurse waren super und wir haben gerne teilgenommen.
In Teilen merkt man dem Club das Alter aber an und es muss etwas getan werden, um den Club wieder an den Standard anderer Clubs anzugleichen, wie z.B. im Saunagarten.
Einige negative Bewertungen nicht deutschsprachiger Gäste kann ich nicht verstehen. Nahezu alles wird übersetzt, selbst die Shows sind anders als in anderen Clubs auf Englisch.

Diese Unterkunft ist leider gar nicht auf Kinder eingerichtet, sehr späte Essenszeiten, begrenzte Poolzeiten und lediglich Pommes mit Nuggets als Kinderessen.
Ansonsten wirkt die Unterkunft leider auch sehr schäbig und abgenutzt, eine umfassende Renovierung wäre hier notwendig.

Eher ein mittelmäßiger Robinson Club im Vergleich zu vielen anderen. Schön sind der Strandabschnitt und die Terrasse. Dafür ist es im Hauptrestaurant und im Zimmer zu heiß und der Fitness Bereich könnte auch mal renoviert werden. Dass man 10 Tage lang denselben Käse oder Schinken angeboten bekommt, ist in anderen Hotels nicht besser.

Kaum ist der Uli Thöne als Manager weg, funktioniert der Laden nicht mehr und promt sind alle Mahlzeiten nicht mehr gut. Die Speisen im Club sind mittlerweile nur noch Mittelmaß und teilweise NICHT genießbar.

-Fleisch:Rinderleb(d)er statt Steak.
-Hähnchen(Brust oder Keule) NICHT
genießbar.
-Würstchen: Verbrannt...
-Hackfleisch Bällchen: trocken wie
Schuhsohle & geschmacklos
-Käse:Industrie Käse.
-Fisch Auswahl: wochenlang immer eine Sorte Fisch.
-Nudeln: teilweise eine Pampe.
-Pizza: Mittag gut am Abend schlecht.
Was kann man da falsch machen?
-Suppe: 5 v 7 Tagen Rinder Consomme -
wahrscheinlich Vertrag mit Lacroix -
Rinder Consommé Suppenpulver GmbH!
-Salate: matschige Tomaten, teilweise
dreckige Salatblätter usw(seit Jahre
immer das gleiche).
-Brot: in der Früh frisch am Abend hart
wie ein Stein.
-Obst: Altes geschmackloses Zeug.
Erdbeeren, Bananen, Mango sogar
Mandarinen geschmacklos und nicht
empfehlenswert.
-Eis: Auswahl sehr dürftig. Oft 4
manchmal 5 verschiedene Eissorten!
Insgesamt war die Auswahl der Speisen
MISERABEL!!!
Leute irgendwann müsst ihr doch aufwachen was tun. Die Qualität insgesamt geht den Bach runter und ihr pennt. Wenn irgendwann die \"alten\" wegsterben und nicht mehr zum golfen kommen, werd ihr doof aus der Wäsche gucken. Auf die mit Kinder braucht ihr nicht setzen. Die sind heute da und morgen weg.

Aber ich weiß es, dass ich Januar 2025 wieder die geschmacklose Pampe eine Woche lang ertragen muss.

Das Essen ist OK, man legt viel Wert auf die Optik.
Täglich ist aber bis 1 Uhr Nachts laute Musik, schlafen geht nur bei geschlossenem Fenster, was sehr schade ist.
Der Strand ist gut, man wird aber zu oft Angelabert um etwas zu kaufen. Das Hinterland ist sehr Schmutzig und viel Müll liegt Rum.
