The hotel is very close to the beach, staff are all very nice and eager to help. There are restaurant options on ground, the Moroccan restaurant was our favourite as it came with local entertainment.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Agadir Beach Club Resort Hotel. I do believe my favorite part was the daily breakfast buffet. It is one of the best buffets I’ve ever had during my travels. I also enjoyed the Italian themed dinner buffet. The lasagna was absolutely amazing.

My room was beautiful and bright and overlooked the pool. The Hotel is a little older, but it is very well maintained and very clean. The location is amazing. It is literally steps from the promenade and the beach. There are amazing restaurants nearby. My favorite restaurant is O Playa.

The staff members were kind and helpful, especially Latifah and Khadijah. The only little concern I had was with the cleaning crew. They’d knock once and then enter my room without waiting for me to respond. I suggest they knock wait at least 10 seconds before opening the door. The Wi-Fi needs a little work. The signal is not as strong as it should be. The IT Guy has promised to work on it for me.

Overall, this is an amazing hotel with an amazing staff and a great food. I love it here. So much so I returned to stay 5 more days.

The hotel is quite dated. The room was fine, although I had contacted the hotel prior to arrival asking for a cot to be provided. When we arrived there was no cot, they didn’t bring it until gone 10pm which was so late as the baby couldn’t go to sleep until it arrived. They also only provided 2 towels for the 4 of us so we had to ask for that too. Our balcony was huge but it was shared between 3 rooms and so people would just walk past our room so not much privacy.

The pool was freezing cold so couldn’t really use it. The gym was really rubbish and shut for a lot of the day. The sauna you had to pay extra for and was only open certain times and my husband got asked to leave because it was women’s session even though no one was in there. The hammam I had was really nice, but the staff didn’t speak English so I had no idea what to do or what was going on. I have had hamman in the past where you can get a massage with it too but they didn’t seem to want to do that, really weird.

The kids club, which was mostly the reason why we picked this hotel was rubbish. We went one day and the staff left so we were unable to leave our child there. The next day it was shut and then the last day it was open but no one in there. When I went to seek them out they said they weren’t going in the kids club but would be playing football which my daughter wouldn’t want. It was really rubbish. They should have a timetable like other places and stick to it.

The location of this hotel is excellent
Across the road from Agadir beach and 5 minute walk from restaurants
Unfortunately our room was the worst I have ever stayed in when booking with Expedia
It smelled of wet dog and the beds were very grubby
We had to leave our balcony door open during our stay including during the night as the smell was unbearable
The shower over the bath was tiny and difficult to use
I would not give this hotel a 4 star rating

The hotel has many positives:
The location is fantastic, especially sea view rooms are amazing. The property is well kept and very clean, lots of plans and greenery and fountains.
The staff is the real stand out: super friendly, helpful, quick and there is enough staff that you always feel looked after. The hotel has real moroccan character, with small details like lamps, furniture and pictures, unlike most of the newer hotels.
The breakfast is good quality and food is fresh and hot. The Moroccan restaurant is amazing, highly recommended! It serves the best couscous I had anywhere and great tagline, live music makes it a real experience.
The pool location, whilst not allowing sea views, is well protected and therefore usable year round.
However the hotel clearly shows its age. Whilst everything is kept in good conditions and clean, the rooms are in need of refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. The mattress was as well surprisingly hard, a mattress topper would add greatly to the comfort.
Those points wouldn’t stop me staying again, as overall the value for money is guaranteed and the positives make for an excellent stay.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional, and definitely made up for some of the the less impressive aspects. The hotel is ok - the public areas are nice, but the rooms are quite tired and need updating. The pool area is ok, although the sun loungers could be better. There are loads of restaurants around the hotel offering good quality food at a reasonable price. I think there are better hotels available, but you have to consider the price difference!

Very relaxing days with amazing night at the bar

Amazing experience with very welcoming and helpful people in a beatiful old Maroccan style immeculate clean hotel. I felt loved and cared for everywhere in the hotel. Great staff, wonderful pool and beach, very clean spacious room with a small balcony facing to the main street. There are better rooms but I used the room for sleeping only as I spent most of my time on the beach/pool or exploring the area.

I want to be honest, this property is not a 4star hotel and the all inclusive package is not genuine! We paid for all inclusive, we phoned the hotel to confirm what our all inclusive package included and they said local alcohol list plus wine and beer. when we arrived they tried to charge us for the wine. Then we went to reception to ask what this mistake was and they said we are not all inclusive! I had terrible experience Agadir hotel the staff in the restaurant were extremely rude,this was my main issue as I have always experienced lovely people on holiday of nothing else. one morning I went for breakfast I was feeling quite poorly. I called to ask what time breakfast was going to finish and they said 10.30 so I went down for 10am and they said I was too late for eggs.I said okay and got myself other things.I went to sit down on a table and one waiter said I have to sit outside as they are clearing all the tables now (it's a massive restaurant with tables everywhere) I said I cannot eat outside as it's freezing and I'm not feeling well. He was arguing with me over it and then I went and sat on a small table in a corner. I saw other locals come in get there breakfast and sit in the middle tables and noone said anything to them . Another morning we went for breakfast they said it was to early for eggs.They were continuously rude and did not want to accommodate any kind customer service or good general holiday experience. The shower did not work properly!

The beach was excellent but could have done with toilets nearby and a bar for drinks. Pool was nice but needed to be heated as ice cold when swimming.

Some staff nice in the restaurant near the pool but often closed early so no access to drinks after 5pm.

There is a tip culture present at the hotel. Your level of service from staff is directly proportional to the amount you tip. No tip, very poor service with an accompanying scowl.

Main restaurant okay for food but often the staff where quite ignorant and walked in front of guests to pick up food orders for tippers and left you standing there.

Also closed the breakfast and removed food at 10.05 when it finished st 10.30am.

Smoking is permitted everywhere in the hotel, especially the cocktail bar. For non-smokers, there is a disgusting permenant cigarette stench in the hallways of the hotel.

Entertainment is limited in the evening. Singers in the cocktail bar. There is nothing for children to do, except breathe in second hand smoke.

Plenty of things to do in Agadir. Beware though, conmen are everywhere and try to lead you astray or have a money making acheme.

I recently stayed at Agadir Beach Club Hotel and had one of the worst experiences imaginable. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude and unhelpful. After a long wait, I was finally given a room, but it was downhill from there.
The room itself was too old. The furniture in the room appeared quite old and worn, specifically the refrigerator. The bed linens were clearly not washed, there was dust on the closet and surfaces, and the bathroom appeared to have been only superficially cleaned. When I called the front desk to complain, they dismissed my concerns and told me there was nothing they could do.
Overall, this hotel was a complete disaster. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend that others avoid it as well.

Worst stay..only stopped for one night and had to leave and look for another hotel, even that one night was horrible. Dirty, had to pay for water to drink aswell even though to was half board. Could bring my own water from outside and the bottle of water to buy at the hotel was £2.50 a bottle!! Absolutely ridiculous.
Staff were terrible and unfriendly, and the air conditioning in the rooms weren't even working. Wouldn't recommend at all

A huge hotel with a great big pool that never felt crowded lovely beach out front with a private area for residents. Rooms were good size with a small balcony and a fridge could probably do with an update. Food was of a good standard there was the usual buffet, a Moroccan restaurant, an Italian and a seafood restaurant which we tried and was quite good. Unfortunately not many other people used them so they were lacking in atmosphere.Most important is the quality of the staff so friendly but also very professional with high standards of service and plenty of them so you never wait for anything.
The hotel is in a good spot on the beach promenade with a few independent restaurants and little shops in the vacinity
All in all a nice stay

The hotel is old ( approximately 30 years plus), room condition is very limited, tired air condition, bathroom needs improvement, there are no spare Electric socket in the room one bed side lamp control’s the sockets and lights, if you switch the lamp off the complete electric system will be switched off, you can’t change your mobile device at night,we had to unplug the main bed lamp and leave one light on so we could change our mobile phone. Balcony needs improvements.
There is limited entertainment in the evening. The hotel management needs to improve food choices, if you are going out early morning before 8:00, there is limited choices for breakfast.
I paid £150.00 to upgrade my room (sea view) which was waste of money.
The only thing which was good was the staff were very friendly.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was exceptional with something for everyone. Beach was a stone throw away and there were multiple restaurants in the locality. I would recommed this hotel. However the only downside to my stay was that my room faces a road for pedestrians and everynight without fail we were woken up. Did not feel fully rested the following morning.

Had a great time here. The room was clean and spacious with all amenities including a fridge/freezer. It had a good-sized balcony with a small table and two chairs. The staff were very helpful and organized two excursions for us. The hotel is on the seafront and has a lovely promenade for walks.

Hello all,
The WIFI in the room was not working at all i talked with the front desk and seems that the agent does not even care about my issue
I requested and I paid for a pool view but I get the view mentioned in the picture
The toilet was running all my stay which disturb my sleep I could not sleep because of that
The housekeeper in the morning entered the unit without even knocking the door
I do not know who run this hotel but it is terrible and they do not care about their costumer and needs
One more thing is the unit has no plugs if you wanna plug your phone you have to give up on of your light when I asked the front desk agent if they can offer a multi-plug he said I can use the plug In the bathroom to charge my phone what a good answer to give to a costumer. Looks like that I am stupid .
I am excepting a refund because of that

Looks great in pics but very run down rooms requires a refurb, location is great on the beach but doors are locked at certain times so unnecessary 5 minute walk around.

In all my years of travelling the world and staying at Hundreds of hotels globally.... This is the first time in my life I was stopped bringing a few water bottles ... advised no water from outside and must purchase from the hotel at 6x the normal price... This is Water! I felt this was appalling and frankly embarrassing for the Hotel, clearly living in a very dark age... which reflects the attitude of the staff and policies. There are much better stays for similar prices in Agadir... would not likely stay here again.
I am a very good tipper (on average 10-15% of my spend! but hate it when you don't tip for bad service and get bad attitude... this Hotel has this attitude!

My wife and two young kids just returned from a 5 day stay at the Agadir Beach Club and we loved the experience! The staff are incredibly friendly and seem genuinely happy you are there. The room was clean and looked like it had been recently painted. Beds were comfortable. The pool is very nice - large space that is just deep enough to be refreshing but shallow enough to relax in. The towels on site are heavy and nice. Great beer and great food as well. The location next to the beach is ideal, we enjoyed family walks every morning before hitting the pool. This was our first trip to Agadir and we will definitely be coming back and will definitely be staying at the Agadir Beach Club. The only downside to the whole experience is the amount of construction going on with the streets, completely outside the control of the resort. It prevents you from walking to some of the stores and restaurants on the inland side. It wouldn’t stop us from going again and I’m sure it’ll be nice when it’s done.

Like a cruise ship, everything is here, no need to go anywhere else. It is clearly older, but well-kept and well experienced at satisfying the resort guests -- however, there are domestic tourists as well, so it is not just a German tour group hotel. It is so big that the outside world is just a memory; the inner plaza is nicely landscaped with varied interesting plantings and walkways and a beautifully-kept swimming pool. The rooms are clearly older, with real door keys, and few electrical outlets, and very weak internet -- but great value for money.

I slept really well, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was lovely and the music around the pool was just right (not too loud.)
I was slightly disappointed with the hot food at breakfast, although the omelettes were good. I did the stretch class every morning which I really enjoyed. I found the food in the Italian restaurant good and reasonable (I stayed bed and breakfast).

he should change all the staff and their policies

Never go back in this hotel they come to check room in middle of night in my friend room hey don’t provide water in room and don’t let us to take water bottles from out side to room just imagine what kind of reception attitude even cleaner got very bed attitude they keep eyes on you that you use the room or not none of there businesses people pay for room and they stay their or not what kind of rights given to the cleaners sorry to tell the truth it’s doesn’t happen to me but I saw in my eyes that they was behaving like that to other people

Location. Near the beach. The food was terrible. I have booked 2 buffet dinner. Paid 400DH . they were little choice. everything is dried& oily. Salads so smelly. Left from lunch time. It was nothing for us to eat . I have made complaints to the establishment. Especially Mr youness. The head manager for FB.he was very unhelpful. rude. arrogant. cheap suit men. the top managers ho running that establishment they don’t care about their guests. They are just scammers. Please avoid. You will be very disappointed

Many of the staff were unhelpful or unfriendly, the toilet didn't work properly we called to get it fixed , instead of fixing it they argued about it, so we stayed two nights without a working toilet, there was no available parking spots , not enough seats for breakfast, the shower's water temperature wasn't consistent, and last but not least we had to fight to get towels and blankets for my son, overall it was not a good experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel

Friendly and attentive staff, especially at breakfast. The hotel is outdated. The location is great. Housekeeping is sub-par. They knock in the morning and open all at the same time. You have to ask for towels, toilet paper, etc. Overall, it’s an ok establishment.

Nothing is good about this property. Very old, smells mold in the rooms. Shower that do not work, old mattresses es. I mean nothing meets the standards of a 4stRt hotel. Just sad

Average one night stay.

Good location and pool amenities. Foyer is good but rooms are tired, could do with an upgrade. No wifi in rooms was the biggest drawback. Breakfast is good and varied. Overall a reasonable stay.

Very good location close up the beach; however, The hotel need to be updated. I booked two rooms as I travelled with a friend. My friend’s room had an funny smell (dampness). I wanted to request for a change of room, but my friend didn’t want to that.
