Good new hotel. Superb helpful staff. Breakfast more than good enough to start the day. Room service food reasonably priced and good quality. Our room was above the restaurant, and was noisy with chair dragging and other noises. But the biggest disappointment was no alcohol license so we ended up spending most of our meals elsewhere.

No washcloths in bathroom, matress was rather hard, and i found it difficult to regulate the room temp. Staff was friendly. Most places I stay make breakfast available by at 6:30; here, 7:00, which is inconvenient for earlier flights out or meetings. Certainly not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but not 4-5 star quality.

Best hotel in Agadir, in our opinion!
It’s our second time here, we love this hotel!
Staff is extremely kind, helpful and professional.
Room is spacious and clean, with a super comfortable bed.
Breakfast buffet is superb with many choices.
Located in a quiet and calm neighborhood, perfect to reach every part of the city.
SPA is wonderful, we had a relaxing massage and the hammam, very good service, amazing treatments. SPA staff is very nice and professional too, special mention to Madame Nassira, she’s a great manager, very helpful, a lovely person!
Very recommended!

The Reciption stuff was very bad and unprofessional. No welcoming, smile even checking the reservation information. She immediately said you have to pay extra in a bad attitude then realised she was wrong but didn’t even apologise. It was the worst chicken experience I ever had.. we had two rooms and my friends were told they cannot visit me in my room. How ridiculous is that?

The hotel has a lovely ambience. The staff are mostly friendly and polite. Overall the hotel is clean and well kept. But i feel the drains in the shower were giving a foul smell . Breakfast was not too bad. Fresh omelette made to our preference. And fresh crepes . Although lots of fruit flies around the salad and flies in general around while eating our breakfast( i think maybe invest in fly zappers around the property) . One of our last days the sausages weren't cooked all the way through so we left with upset tummies. The waiters were lovely and did bring coffee and juice to us daily at the table.
There was no kettle with tea/coffee available in the rooms like most hotels have. Only 1 coffee pod machine with 1 pod (had to pay extra if topped up) That was a little disappointing that if i wanted a tea/coffee i would have to order room service. When we arrived there was only one small bottle of water even though there were 2 of us.
The lights to the pool were never on in the evening so couldn't really sit by the pool in the night.
We did get a hammam in the hotel spa which was very nice.

I had a great stay at Dominium Hotel Agadir. The staff were incredibly professional and always quick to respond to any request. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including excellent fresh juices made daily. The restaurant also featured live music on some evenings, which created a wonderful dining atmosphere. The location is excellent as well, just a 5 minute walk to Agadir Bay where there are plenty of restaurants and cafés along the waterfront. Overall, the service, food, and ambiance were exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights and each time they cleaned the room they never replaced the towels. I had to ask for it. Another thing was no hot water during the night only luke warm. I did tell the reception but they didnt fix it. The breakfast was limited.

Got given a room at the front of the hotel, and it was extremely noisy, even with balcony doors closed. The balcony doors were not airtight, and had a large gap in the middle. It was like a window is constanly open and you can hear everything! Really terrible night.

My stay at the dominium hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel staff were polite and friendly and a lot spoke good English. Front of house staff particularly M’barek, Chaima & Ghaizlane were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Housekeeping staff in particular Hafca was always willing to support anything regarding our room and demonstrated how to operate devices and open the balcony doors which were initially a challenge, whilst always maintaining a lovely smile.

A Point restaurant has a diverse dinner menu options with flavoursome food and delicious fruit mocktails at an affordable price. Breakfast is buffet style and has a variety of options including freshly made crepes & omelette daily.

The convenience on the mini supermarket attached to the hotel is an added bonus.

The only downside is there are not smart tv’s in the room’s, also there are no irons or steamers however they do offer a dry cleaning service. The steam room and sauna is chargeable for hotel guests however there is free access to the pool and gym room.

Overall this is a great modern, aesthetically pleasing hotel which I would definitely recommend. If I return to Agadir I will stay at the Dominium Hotel again.

The hotel is very well maintained, I'd recommend just booking one night online and the rest when you get there. In December 2024 I paid £220 for 2 nights on Expedia. And when I got there I paid another £195 for 3 nights. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is 5 mins walk from one of the busiest streets for food in the area. 10 mins walk from the beach. The only drawback to this hotel is in December pool area does not get any sun at any point of the day. Maybe this is different at other times of the year. Otherwise I was really happy with my stay. The people in Agadir are in general very kind and welcoming people.

The hotel was great staff friendly and over all very clean breakfast was tasty but it was a trek to find a resturaunt that served alcohol with your meal and the hotel was tea total also. this my not effect some people but i would have like to have know this before booking as i might have looked elsewhere.but this is a choice by the hotel and doesn't make it a bad place to stay

We had high hopes for this property beautiful by appearance but the problems continued. Our first night the shower drain was stopped up and flooded the bathroom. No hot water. After moving to the other room we notified the desk that the house keeper didn't clean our room. Daily we were given one bath towel for 2 guests. Daily we had to find the maid either for toilet paper or towels. The day of check out after breakfast the maid took all of the 3 towels and said they needed them since we were checking out. Considering we had not showed she had to find towels for us. Beautiful pool except the water is ice cold because there is only 3 hours of Sun at the pool from 12-3pm and you have to move lawn chairs several times to catch the sun. Breakfast is plenty. Disappointed for many reasons as it just kept going down hill.

No refund for booking error, resort fee char

My rating would have been higher if i was not ripped off by the hotel and given the run around by both the hotel and expedia/ hotels.com.

I booked an extra night in error. I had injured myself, had bad wifi and was trying to book quickly while i had relianle wifi and someone who could help me walk. Because the window had closed for reservenow, pay later, it was a final booking.

I immediately contacted the hotel for a refund. The hotel told me i had to contact expedia, which i later learned was hotels.com

Hotels.com told me the hotel had to agree to the refund. They did not. Money gone. First time using it too

In addition, i was charged a resort fee. The booking said i would be charged one, but i was speaking with a your guide that said that was illegal and it should be included in the price. I know this may differ all over the world, but this was not a resort. It was a hotel.

On the positive side, the room was very modern, spacious and initally looked spotless. What was not clean was the card that has the TV channels. It looked like someone used it to kill a bug as there was some brown thing smeared on it. That was gross. A couple of days later, i noticed some flying insect in the room. I destroyed it, but how did it get in there when i never opened the door or window?

The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and hot water.

The star of the hotel is the restaurant. Breakfast and dinners were great with excellent and friendly service.

Excellent hotel. All the staff from the cleaner to spa were polite helpful smiling giving excellent service. Spa manager Khawla went the extra mile to make sure everything was spot on. Her staff Assia and Fatima were very good and really looked after us. But the star man was Houssam at the door. He was always smiling and helpful non stop through my stay. An absolute joy. All the staff were really good. A credit to the management at the Dominium.

I loved this hotel we were upgraded to a city view room . The location was very good hotel in quiet area about 10 minutes walk to the beach and beautiful hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Anas, Mohamed no 1, Mohamed no 2, Yousef and Abdullah were all amazing, they really made our stay in Agadir very enjoyable. They are the best team really went the above and beyond to make our stay comfortable . I got ill with cold a couple days torwards the end of our stay and Mohamed no 1 and Yousef really took good care of me making sure I was okay. I will definitely stay here again! P.S The breakfast buffet was very good with good quality of healthy foods to choose from. Thank you to all the staff.

Dominium was a really nice, clean and modern hotel. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was really good, the room was clean and brand new and the neighborhood was calm. My own piece of feedback is the WiFi was very spotty. It was also hard to get cell service here so the WiFi is crucial for its guests to utilize. Thank you!

Let me begin by saying that the ladies at reception are very friendly and always smiling. They do an excellent job. The gentlemen at the entrance are also very polite and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and the restaurant staff are all outstanding. 10 out of 10. However, there are many things wrong with the hotel that do not fit the standard of a 4-star hotel. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, towels are old and falling apart and you have to chase up the cleaning staff to get enough (or get any at all, as in one occasion, I was left without any towels whatsoever). The curtains have holes in them and the balcony doors don’t close properly in any of the rooms we booked. My parents’ bed wasn’t made one day and the bins were not emptied on another… Things that one would not expect from a 4-star hotel. The bit that annoyed me though was that someone drank half of my bottle of sparkling water that I left in the mini-fridge and they put it back as if nothing. The bottle was unopened and there is nobody in the room but me, so not sure who did this. I prefer they would outright take it than drink some and put it back. It was rather creepy, not to mention totally inappropriate. The hotel location is good but it’s totally overpriced given the issues with the rooms, the facilities and the subpar level of cleanliness.

Oh my gosh this hotel did not disappoint! I left the hotel I originally booked as it was run down as hell (Royal Mirage) and was massively impressed when I stayed at Dominium! The most beautiful hotel, very new and the most welcoming and helpful staff. Mubarak was so lovely and really looked after me during my stay - thank you so much!!!! Was only slightly disappointed with the pool as it looked massive in pictures, but quite small in person.

I asked for a small / flat pillow during both my stays in Agadir ..I stayed x2 in last 10 days and both times I was assured this was available .
But it wasn’t
After phone calls and 2 visits to reception..I wa stole yes ..the pillow would be sent to my room .
Finally when I was asleep and using a folded over towel someone came to my room …3 hours after my initial request ….on check in …to take away my pillow and someone in house keeping would take half the stuffing out of the pillow ..and return it to me later . I had a 4 am wake up call ..so I said ..please don’t disturb me again .
Seems extremely odd that a hotel which labels itself as 5 star doesn’t have a choice of pillow sizes . I pointed out that the IBIS budget hotels have a choice of 3 pillow sizes in EVERY ROOM

Best breakfast in Morocco

I have stayed in this hotel twice when visiting family near Agadir. It is always clean and comfortable. The views are lovely from the balconies. The breakfast is always amazing with the best variety I have had in any hotel in Morocco. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. There is a small shop downstairs which is very convenient for buying extra drinks and snacks. The only thing I can say that is negative is that the showers are a bit slippy so watch out! Other than that it is an ideal place to stay and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Check-in was “interesting”. Reception couldn’t locate my reservation, so just put us in a downgraded room. They were unaware that my husband speaks Arabic. He overheard an inappropriate conversation around room assignment based on them not knowing which room I purchased. Bathrooms are unclean and need revamping. Breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired.

The hotel is clean and in a good location. It has a nice 24 hours Gym GYM which is amazing. It has an OK pool. The crew were very nice but The services provided were not. They provided only two towels. The sage box was broken and they couldn't not fix it as they promised. No water heater to make tea in the room. When I asked fir an iron to press my clothing، they didn't habe an iron table. No drinking watet provided.

The staff at the Dominium are gold. They are well trained, considerate and accommodating. The room was cleaned thoroughly upon our entry and every day. Breakfast was delicious and varied each day. They took notice that I like hot sauce and made sure it was on my table every morning. The little conenience store is super convenient. Honestly the Dominium is of the best places that my wife and I have stayed in Morocco.

Newish property with great facilities (gym, pool, wifi, A/c, fridge, cafe). Is a little remote from beach/ centre of Agadir. Breakfast OK but limited choices. Front desk staff not particularly helpful ie didn’t know if the Souq was open, wouldn’t arrange taxi etc generally indifferent I’d say.

The venue was stunning, from the decor to the cleanliness everything was 10/10.
The receptionist, the ladies and the gentleman at the restaurant, the lady in the kitchen named Fatima was amazing looking after our dietary requests, the pool , the gym. And my personal favourite Aicha she gave me a Hammam massage and she was amazingggg, I recommend everyone to go to her. Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel with very kind staff. We had an unfortunate interaction with the night manager. He came to our room at midnight and knocked on our door until we were awake. He then asked to exchange money, we asked if this could be taken care of in the morning and he said no. Midnight is a very inappropriate time to ask hotel guests about money. After being awoken, we couldn’t go back to sleep as the walls are very thin and we could hear the guests above us having an argument. I hope the night manager works on his customer service skills as the rest of the stay and the rest of the staff were lovely.

The Dominium Hotel is a lovely hotel with pleasant staff! They have a wonderful breakfast though I wished they had labeled the dishes. We did have issues with the air conditioning. The first room had no AC. The second room was great until the whole building lost AC. The price was great and I would recommend it!

Séjour exceptionnel ! Chambre impeccable, propreté irréprochable chaque jour grâce à une femme de ménage adorable et très professionnelle.

Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux, avec un service au top. Mention spéciale aux filles qui préparent les omelettes et les crêpes, toujours souriantes et aux petits soins.

Tout le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquable. Et un immense merci à Hassan, exceptionnel à tous les niveaux : serviable, attentionné et très professionnel. C’est clairement grâce à lui que nous reviendrons.

Klimaanlegget var ikke mulig å bruke, men heller ikke nødvendig.
Vi måtte etterlyse håndklær og toalettpapir flere ganger. Brukte håndklær ble fjernet og glemt å legge igjen rene. Veldig hyggelig personale.
Det stod ikke noe om treningsmuligheter under fasiliteter på hotellet, det burde det gjort, fint og godt utstyrt treningsrom.
