I am a frequent traveller to 5* hotels and must say that this is the first time i gave a low rating.
Important to know: there is a club/bar attached to the hotel premises. Unfortunately there seem to be Prostitutes booking or occupying the rooms on the weekends which meant I was woken by music through their own speakers at 5am both weekends and sex noises.
I have flagged this with the reception the first night and they didnt seem to be bothered too much and after the second weekend where I communicated my unhappiness they only said they are sorry.
At check out when i communicated my frustration they again responded saying there is nothing they can do about this and they hope i come back a second time sooon??? I have never experienced anything like this before and do not expect 5* resorts to tolerate this.
Property feels not secure even though they got security at night and during day.
Rooms are slightly outdated.
Dinner buffet has dry meat every night and not much choice for european visitors. They have pop up stands for dinner that safe that experience a little bit and give you at least one decent dish.
There are also very limited restaurant choices around the hotel as an alternative option.
Drinks are massively overpriced at dinner and pool area and seem to be UK prices.
At the pool non of the staff actually bother to offer you any drinks to order or similar.

The breakfast is good in comparison to the rest of the food.

This was my second and last stay at Sofitel, unfortunately it wasn’t like the last time I stayed here. Firstly like last time and all the other hotels around the stretch there’s no private beach anymore. Breakfast was included in the stay and was until 10:30 in weekdays and 11:00 on the weekends. However after 9:30 most of the items were finished and staff blatantly refused to get any for you by saying sorry croissants are finished orange juice is finished. If you are unable to replenish breakfast items after 9:30 perhaps you should keep the timing till 9:30. Poolside food is way too expensive topping it with rude staff. Won’t be returning and would not recommend

First time in Agadir and first time in Morocco. Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sofitel. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The pool area is beautiful, and the hotel has its own beach area looking out onto the promenade with a sea view. The nearest shops and other restaurants are a bit or a walk but you don’t really need to leave the hotel. Souk El Had was a 50MAD taxi ride away. There was lots of options at the breakfast buffet- I’m missing the fresh bread! Would definitely stay again for a relaxing holiday.

Terrible Experience – Definitely Not 5-Star Quality

We arrived at the hotel expecting a smooth check-in at 3:00 PM, as clearly stated in the booking confirmation. However, the room wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM – over 2.5 hours of waiting with no proper explanation or apology. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, showing no urgency or concern for guest comfort.

The hotel does not reflect 5-star standards in any way – in fact, it doesn’t even meet the expectations of a 3-star. The rooms were outdated, worn down, and frankly, dirty. Carpets stained, bathroom not properly cleaned, and a general lack of maintenance throughout.

The pool area was just as disappointing – most of the sunbeds were broken or heavily worn, and there was an overall feeling of neglect. This place has clearly not been updated or properly managed in years.

For the price and brand name, this was a huge letdown. Would not recommend and will not be returning. There are far better hotels in the same area that actually value their guests and maintain basic standards of hospitality.

This property was excellent and we loved our time here. The breakfast was brilliant and had a good range and staff were very helpful! The hotel smelt amazing and was very clean and the pool and spaces to relax are awesome.

Only downside is the bathrooms do not have a douche and the showers were problematic where it would be hot water then suddenly change to cold and then back to boiling hot. Also this hotel is slightly away from the main strip with restaurants (walking distance approx 1 hr) however, you can easily take a cab there for approx £4 pounds.

Overall we loved our stay here and it was excellent!

Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Amazing food in the buffet restaurant, both breakfast and dinner. Pools beautiful but not heated. In mid April, they were chilly and the water on the beach warmer (there is no private beach and the beach is fairly dirty, but nevertheless enjoyable). The kids enjoyed the kids club for a day, especially the video games! Even our 11 year old had fun. Overall, highly recommended!

The property itself is nice and clean but the room walls are very thin and AC units work at its own mind. The concierge is rarely at his desk, the bellboys are very nice and helpful. The reception staff are unnecessarily moody and not very helpful. Pool catering staff are good but only 1 to manage everyone, so very delayed in getting served or anything. Whereas the reception would have 5-6 people to manage 2 thing. Check in process is very slow, we had to wait 45 minutes. I would recommend the property but they need to change their staff in reception and organization of where to allocate the staff. Otherwise not much near by but a nice place to sit and relax.

I had a wonderful stay and the staff were fantastic. The only disappointment was on check out I was promised that my bill would be sent to me. This did not happen. I emailed several times to follow up the request no response. Luckily I have a friend that lives there and he had to physically go and ask before it was sent. Very disappointing

Really bad experience! I booked a specific category of room and when I arrived late at night they had already checked in a big group so they didn’t have my room category but yet didn’t try to make anything to make it up to me.
I booked a double room with a pool view and ended up with a room with no balcony over looking a construction site!
I informed Expedia and they tried calling the hotel but no one answered them!
I woke up in the morning and left but came back at 4pm to the hotel and I’m at my big surprise the room wasn’t done. I saw a housekeeper and asked why my room wasn’t done yet and she said sorry we have a big group coming we had to prioritize the arrivals. I again informed Expedia but no one answered them!
The hotel is outdated everything is old, the tv’s are at least 15 years old and they didn’t even have an espresso machine in the room
Definitely overpriced for the extremely poor experience that we had with no manager whatsoever who tried to apologize or try to make our stay better

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Agadir Royal Bay Resort, and it was an experience worth raving about! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with an ambiance that was both elegant and welcoming. The décor throughout the hotel is simply stunning, blending modern sophistication with tasteful touches that make you feel right at home.

Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, as every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was impeccably maintained. The professional staff made my stay even more enjoyable, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The concierge team, in particular, deserves a special mention for their friendliness and helpfulness, providing excellent recommendations and making my itinerary seamless.

Dining was a culinary delight. The food was not only delicious but also offered a large variety, catering to every palate. Each meal was a new adventure, with dishes that were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.

Its OK buy wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel is OK looking quite dated once you leave the lobby area. The lifts are small and old. The rooms are not soundproof or carpeted so you hear every bang and scape, why hotels don't put those cork bottoms on furniture amazes me. The beds are old and really soft. The breakfast is good as is the pool area but it is not heated.

It was very unorganized, prices varied, not many options on accommodations of food options to dietary requirements. Serve in some locations and other options were just room service. Want to sell package for some items and timing not convenient or open late. Tour prices or taxi prices 20 folds then average. Prices for same items from hotel were 8x more expensive from market or other restaurants, no fresh pure fruit juice options but sweetened and water downed, no water dispenser. Serve coffee in some hotel restaurants like coffee. No milk in room for tea coffee, no tea coffee packets in room. App screening options on tv but was not available. Couldn’t arrange for boxing match to screen on any terrace tvs or worked in room. Too much arguments between staff/ and overall differences

Great location to switch off for a few days

Had a great, relaxing time. The interior courtyard is fantastic and the pool area was tranquil. We did stay towards the end of November and beleive it was quieter than the usual season, which certainly helped with the peacefulness.

The concierge team were incredibly helpful, Ayoub provided some fantastic assitance and the front office team were also incredibly helpful and pleasant. I didn't quite catch her name but it may have been Soumia?

We did find that there were very limited vegan options so had to eat away from the hotel for most meals

Checkin took ages. We were there at about 1pm and didnt get our rooms till after 4pm!
The hotel itself was very good with lovely views of the sea and the breakfast was amazing!
Check-out again took ages and our credit card deposit wasnt returned either, due to some fault in their system.

However, the receptionist and her manger worked as quickly as they could when they realised my children were very young and that it was necessary. We were really happy with how graciously and quickly it was handled.

We went in October as a family of three with a 2 year old staff we’re all so kind and friendly the whole week. Welcomed with Moroccan tea which was delicious. The weather was perfect not too hot but still warm enough to lie out. The sunbeds are so comfortable like big double beds and spaced out so it feels like a more chic resort. Towards the end of our week was half term and it became a little more challenging to get a bed as the hotel was busier but we still found somewhere to sit. Cool is cold but we didn’t mind that especially when it’s so warm. Fresh towels everyday. Mostly French people staying in the hotel it was a very calm and relaxing vibe. Drinks were the same price as a city in the UK as was food. Breakfast and dinner were included for us and both delicious lots of variety, very fresh and no upset tummies. We asked to be moved to a run with a balcony or patio as we booked without by mistake and with a toddler needed somewhere to sit in the evening, the staff got us moved which was really kind. Lovely little biscuits and coffee in your room and water everyday. We didn’t use room service I’m not sure this is even available. Beach was lovely a lot of local schools using it for sports which we liked it was nice watching local children enjoy some football. Local shops have some basic bits but I’d bring everything you need. Robes, slippers, soap all in the room. If you want a “fly and flop” and not too bothered about seeing actual Morocco this is a great option.

Beautiful hotel, the bed was comfortable and the rooms keep noise out. Nice bathroom. ( rooms did vary, some rooms had been modernise, whereas others did not). Staff were very accommodating, our initial room had an ocean view but was next to the next hotel which is having construction done on it. We explained that we had a baby and it was impacting his sleep, they transferred us to a new room as soon as one became available. The new room was more morden.

Staff were really friendly and went the extra mile to greet my baby and speak with him.

Both breakfast and dinner were really nice. ( good quality, fresh food with plenty of options). At dinner drinks are not included ( soft drinks as well as water ) which was disappointing.

Overall really enjoyed our stay, would come back again.

From the moment we got there the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional! They gave us a personal check-in the beautiful riad setting lounge.
Mehdi and Soumaya were superb they offered us drinks whilst checking-in.
I would also like to point out that the staff were very professional warm and delightful.
The concierge staff were excellent and always ready for a helping hand. Ayoub was such really helpful, funny and good with the kids.
The pool staff were also excellent and always warm and smiling around the pool. The food was great and always fresh.
The room service was immaculate. Abderrahman was really helpful and always had a lovely smile when coming to the room.
Last but not least all the housekeeping was always on point and cleaning the room daily with all the accessories replaced.
All in all this hotel was a delightful stay, definitely a 5 star service.
Lastly Rachid the the GM was also a very friendly and professional Manager, always willing to listen and help.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to going back in the future.

Staff are lovely, but the place needs a serious renovation. The food is cafeteria food at 4 star hotel prices. Worst pizza I have had in my life. Mattress must be decades old as it was very uncomfortable. Not worth the price.

Sofitel Royal Bay Resort - A five star experience

We stayed at the Sofitel Agadir Royal Bay Resort from 24th Sep to 28 Sep and had a fantastic time. This was made possible by lovely hotel staff, in particular, Sara, the Customer Relations Manager who upgraded us to a magnificent room which was thoroughly cleaned and properly set up, baring in mind that I had an 18month old and I am very strict with hotel cleanliness. The staff on reception, at every restaurant were very friendly and welcoming, never hesitated to help and go out of their way to make our stay as comfortable, enjoyable and as safe as possible. We thank them dearly for making this happen. For our fellow travellers who are reading this review rest assured that the staff are friendly, hotel is of a very high standard, free WiFi everywhere, restaurants are fabulous, very child friendly, the pool area is of decent size, kids pool always had warm water, security is paramount, checks at gates and entry, hotel has a VIP night club for party goers, shisha spot for casuals and varied entertainment everyday of the week, Moroccan night of Fridays not to be missed. Overall we had a five star service and we thank the hotel staff for this. Finally, couldn’t finish without mentioning chef Zouhaer Hicham who does one of the best tagine dishes I have ever eaten, you have to taste it to believe it, so if you are still in doubt, rest assured that Sofitel Royal Bay Resort will give you a five star service. Many thanks for all who made it happen

Made to feel like a prisoner by security every time we entered. We had water and food confiscated by security (apparently it’s prohibited for our safety as they claim they would be responsible if we fell sick from eating outside food on their premises - nothing to do with the hotel’s own food availability at massively inflated prices). Security demanded to know our room number so they could search our room for more food. This caused about €40 of food to spoil. All this policy guaranteed is that we would not eat in the hotel’s restaurants.

Every time we came back into the hotel the security would demand our room number despite having seen us leave the hotel earlier. Showing a room key card wasn’t enough.

Housekeeping comes to the room not less than 4 times throughout the day to do the job that would normally be done in one visit in any other hotel. One visit to collect towels, one to make the bed, one to place new towels and one to driver complementary water and a chocolate. Some of these were routinely missed (the water and towel delivery) and needed to be chased multiple times per day. Housekeeping staff generally had a hard time communicating in English.

The room cleanliness was poor. Vents were choked with dust, the bathroom fogged window to the bedroom covered in water streaks. Dirt in corners of the room and windows, on top of door sliders. There was minimum attention to detail when it comes to cleaning.

Fantastic service with excellent hospitality on the day of Eid by Yussef (Concierge) who made us feel at home and even offered us complimentary breakfast. Spacious pool area and good swimming facilities for all ages. Great location set on the beach front and great beach cafe. Decor in the rooms in need of an uplift. Service and quality of shishas require major improvement.

The corniche andcthe fresh atlanyic breeze is lovely as well as the natiral 5km sandy coadtline.

As for the hotel only the Riyad which is spacious with a roof that retracts and the pool area were 5 star quality.

Check in was very slow compared to other 5 star hotels.
Our room was specially decorated on request which was a pleasant surprise for my wife. They also upgraded us to a pool view room. However the room had a foul smell and had many defects.
After complaining to the manager she apologised and said she would change our room and upgrade us again.
The room change took best part of an hour even though I was told 10 minutes. Our new room was better.
I was informed I would also receive some complimentary snacks which never arrived.
I requested an iron 3 times which finally arrived over 12 hours later.
Our first evening was wasted waiting to move room and receive the iron.

Breakfast was nice with a large selection, however the service was poor.

I would not recommend this hotel due to its poor service. Nothing like other 5 star hotels I have stayed at

Hotel needs big uplift it’s old and and knackered staff try their best. Specially Sarah from customer relationship manager was brilliant. She made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible after slight problem with room service. Every day she spoke to us and sent flowers and sweets. Also the guy called Omer from house keeping was great too. He was very friendly and helpful. Over all good stay with 4 young kids. I booked a suite and discovered it’s just 2 connected rooms , very strange and layout !!!.
Front desk staff very ineffective and slow in addressing guests needs , I’m not talking about my case only but many other guests as well , many times the front desk left empty and simple issue like faulty room keys replacement takes about 15 min without even a word of apology!!! Staff and their management are inexperienced and not around in case of need . I tried to have breakfast in the open air and they make it a big deal that called for special management! exemptions !!! Although I’m paying for my breakfast , they said you can have it either in the room or in the buffet restaurant which was closed by that time !!!
The hotel atmosphere is very dull and boring , I stayed for 5 nights and they never brought a band or a Moroccan singers like other hotels !! It’s very un satisfying experience for a 5 star hotel .
I will seriously consider not coming back to this hotel

Fantastic hotel ; excellent staff ; great food. The private area of the beach is a roped off section so you still have locals around. Family friendly hotel a lot of kids. A little Far from where the action is (30 min walk) but it’s great if you want to go relax. The disco is dull. In the evening they transform the main lobby into a cafe with live music and shisha which is absolutely divine

Overall great for couples and families or a getaway relaxation weekend - not for solo travellers if you’re looking to meet people

When we arrived we noticed the bath had white stains which could not be removed when rinsed and the staff said it's bleach or something and the place needs renovating the chips in tiles and walls, then ants walking all over our troothbrushes etc in the bathroom, explained the problem to a member of staff in breakfast buffet because she happened to go by and ask the problem. All they did was quick mop and wipe the ants away from the basin and the floor, strangely enough we were in 1st floor above the ground and she said they come from the garden and we explained we don't have a balcony and the trail is from the lobby front door. Instead of shifting us to a new room they just wiped away the ants. It's a shame as it was our first trip to morroco and probably last. It has put us off that much, would not come back to agadir

Really enjoyed outdoor dining between the pool and ocean. Fish Market restaurant offered a nice selection of sea food. Room was fine...not really five star...but fine enough. Bed was too soft for us and it was difficult for me and my wife to get a good night's rest. The quality of the breakfast experience could definitely be improved by adding an egg/omelette station.

I would not recommend or stay at this Sofitel.

The place is in Hogh need of renovations. The hallway carpets are so smelly and tired. The room and the place 8n general is not just dated but worn out.

Considering the rates we paid or at any rate. We stayed at Rabbat's Soffitel which even though it is also an older facility it did not dissapoint.

Hotel was very nice but in our opinion in need of refurbishment.The grounds were amazing and the location on the beach was really good .The staff were very helpful and attentive .The breakfast was nice but could have had larger range e.g. scrambled eggs , smoked salmon etc altho the pastry selection was very wide .Overall a great experience in a lovely hotel

Unfortunately my family and I have been let down and our experience at this hotel was disappointing

Save your money and stay away

The outside decor and grounds was very nice, but the room was dark and dated. 5* more like a 3*. If your English you don’t stand a chance because all the staff know is French. So when you go down for breakfast and ask for tea it takes at least 20mins to arrive. No baked beans for breakfast. Same exact food every day with no difference. Beach was dirty with camel waste as they roam up and down on the sand.
And do not book any massages especially outside the hotel.
We booked a massage through our rep and it would appear the place was was a brothel rather then a massage parlour. And the women want you to be butt naked. Few days before I left started to have belly issues had to go to the doctor for medication.
There was even other guest who were so fed up that they checked out a few days early and paid for a flight home. This place was a waste of my hard earned money. Also my room had a mould issue which appeared on the 3rd day, so had to change it. At 1st the maid wanted to wipe it down. But we insisted we changed rooms as we had a child with us. Interests me that people actually return back there. I’m guessing they haven’t travelled much.

Fantastic Hotel

Very lovely Hotel direct on he beach with lovely big pools. All very clean and neat.
All staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and Dinner fantastic. Rooms and bath were spacey and clean. Bed very comfi.
Special effort was made at the 30th birthday of my daughter with roses, cake and singing at the breakfast table and free room upgrade for her.
We will come again in the near future.

I booked this hotel at agadir as a five star hotel however the rooms had a terrible odour it was also very hard to get any towels by the pool or in my room, I had to stay wet in my room for over two hours to get my towels after calling them three times and going down to the reception myself . Once I receive the towels they would be sticky and have mysterious stains.
The prices are very high and most of the staff are very rude, please think again if you want to stay in this resort

Amazing weather but sofitel is quite a way out from the marina and the main areas. So taxi was bit expensive each time because we was travelling from sofitel. The hotel staff was lovely specially the cleaners. Really kind and always happy. Communicating with staff was hard due to them mainly speaking nd understanding french or arabic. Sofitel its self has an amazing pool/beach area and the lounge is what made my holiday. Loved it. But the downside was the room service was not the best. Bedsheets didnt get changed. Kettle we asked for was all dirty and they would just walk into your room whenever they felt like. So you have to make sure you lock door from inside. Besides that. All good

Excellent hotel staff made for a terrific holiday

First time in Morocco and the experience of staying in this hotel made it worthwhile. Hotel décor and rooms were Moroccan style and comfortable. Location was beachfront with 45 minute promenade walk to the main tourist area, although a few restaurants on the way.
Spa options and cost of eating/drinking in the hotel was high, but taxi to the main area was maximum £5.
Staff throughout the hotel were invariably cheerful and very helpful/friendly, especially Said and Azman.
Tour reps appeared to be on-site every day, although the hotel itself did not actively promulgate activities other than notices (mostly in French unfortunately) opposite the lifts.

I don't even know where to begin. This \"so called\" 5 star hotel was a major waste of money. Lets begin with check in with the front desk clerk. After a 15 hour flight, you would expect to be treated with a little bit of respect on your first appearance with staff, but not at Sofitel Royal Bay Resort. The person had a bad attitude and was very unfriendly. Next, DO NOT waste your money getting the all inclusive like I did because that was a big scam. Very false advertising. First off, I have stayed at a 5 star all inclusive before, and it was ALL INCLUSIVE! Not at this hotel. First, they tell you that there are like 4-5 restaurants, but only 2 are all inclusive. Also for the bars, \"what a joke\" there are 2 bars that are all inclusive, but here is the kicker. You can only choose from 3 drinks! Mojito, Margarita, and another drink. That's Not ALL INCLUSIVE! Here comes the best part. The bar closes at 11:00 PM for All Inclusive guests, but remains open until 1:00AM for other guests who paid less than I did for their room. So the All inclusive was a big joke. Plus no all inclusive room service like other hotels that I have stayed at. Oh and the mini bar of stocked sodas and water is Not included with the All Inclusive. So now I learned why I was one of the very few guests wearing a plastic wristband. The room was definitely not of 5 star caliber. Maybe a 2 star. The walls were in bad shape, lots of ants. Toilet would not stop running. Window curtains were old and smelly.

unfortunately when we arrived we believed we had booked and paid for t bed and breakfast, and were told they only had us down for room only? we then had to pay a additional money in order to have breakfast which wasn't a great start to our holiday,

Great hotel that has continued to improve

Great hotel which we always stay at in agadir. Some recent improvements which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only other small improvement they could make would be to greet you at breakfast and show you to a table which they used to do a few years ago. We will always stay here!

Soulless and Noisy at night

Firstly its a half an hours walk form town but this is fine don't be persuaded to take taxis.
Breakfast was fine but expensive at 15 quid nice if you can go all day on breakfast but much cheaper to go elsewhere.
Concierge helpful but maps they give out are rubbish and they can't direct you anywhere and try to get you a taxi which means you will probably end of up in a carpet shop.
Rooms are definitely not sound proofed as advertised and I had very little sleep due to scraping furniture and noisy families shouting.I had to mess about with the windows as they were open every night for some reason
Also spent half a day trying to get an adapter that worked with my iphone as the two i'd brought wouldn't work.
The pool is not heated as advertised and too cold to swim in.
Didn't try the food as too expensive.
The room cleaner was the most friendly and helpful.
I was not clear if the bottles water was complimentary so I bought it elsewhere.
I'm not sure what the tourist tax was they added at the end.

This hotel was amazing! The pool was fantastic. Lots of lounge chairs and seating. Private access to the beach which was incredible. The private beach had lots of cabanas and seating.They had hooka / Shisha at the bar / pool area. The food at all the restaurants were good. The lobby was really nice. The whole staff was really nice and accommodating.

Had a really nice week here, but not sure the hotel is a 5* rating.

It may have been a few years ago when first opening, but i think it needs a face lift.
there were cracked tiles, worn backs o doors, faded fabrics on the day beds, towels faded in colour, lights that need reattaching to the walls, bulbs that needed changing, and missing tiling from around the pool.
its only a few things but in my opinion for 5* it should be perfect.

Admittedly i do have a bit of a perfectionist so i do notice little things like this, but i do stand by what i mentioned above and don't think it is a 5* with what has not been repaired.

Food is good but do not stay here.

I was disappointed with the quality of the hotel and the service. The food was AMAZING (though extremely overpriced!) but the rooms were not up to par with cleanliness. Dirty bed spread, dirty throw pillows, dirty bench, dirty shower head and tub. Thankfully the bed was clean at the very least. Next door to us the neighbors were extremely loud -- they took their party into the hallway with their own portable speakers -- and the hotel did nothing to interject or apologize to me or my husband. This was our honeymoon trip and I was very disappointed. Would not stay here again.

Amazing Staff! Best trip to Morocco

We enjoyed and loved our stay there from the moment we arrived until the night we left.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. We always got more than we asked for. Everyone seemed happy to be there and enjoy their job.
Even the cleaning staff asked us if they could improve on anything when they bumped into us.
The resort is truly a small village with lots of facilities. We used the gym, massage, pool, buffet, restaurant and coffee place. Every entity of the hotel seemed very well managed and organized.
The hotel concierge was the best tour guide in town.
We really couldn't ask for any more.

This hotel is very close to all you will need near the tourist area of the beach. There is just one thing that irked me....for a country that survives on tourism, they absolutely rip you off at every opportunity...right to the end, when the hotel charges for a 'city tax' per person, payable only in cash at the time of checking out. This tax is not made clear to guests until they arrive and have already made their budgets.

Out for every penny and disorganised

Check in took over an hour. We booked two rooms under one booking for my children and I- we ended up getting the rooms on separate floors! The staff expected us to move rooms a day later meanwhile they had inter connecting rooms available all along but wouldn't give them to us as they had sea view and we paid for pool view. On check out the bill was a joke as they had charged for a £100 massage when we hadn't even been in the spa and the room rate was astronomical and not what we had agreed. They wouldn't produce the receipts either. Ridiculous! Has put me off Sofitel and morocco altogether
