The pool was a fair size with a small baby pool. This was constantly cleaned by staff. Unfortunately, the water was cold at this time of the year. The rooms were big, with big beds and cleaned regularly. Breakfast choices were good with fresh omelette station. Pastries and biscuits were delicious. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the spa facilities. Hammam, massages, etc. Therapists were very friendly. We had a great time celebrating my big birthday with friends. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and return in future. Btw, the beach is a short walk 5-10 minutes. Make sure you take water and snack as nothing available on the beach.

We visited in December so we didn't really have the opportunity to enjoy the pool.
Our seaview balcony allowed us to enjoy sunsets.
However, the balcony also faces a neighboring rooftop bar. 5 out of the 10 nights we were there, music was blasting til 1 am or later.

From the moment we were greeted upon arrival by Mohammed on reception we knew we had come to the right place. Hotel Timoulay really set the atmosphere for our stay in Agadir. The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and pay very close attention to detail, always one step ahead of what the customer needs and willing to assist and make your stay more comfortable, but never pushy. Mohammed was fantastic and went out of his way to make us feel at home. We also loved the security guard Khalid who was always cheerful, courteous and helpful.
The hotel was spotless and our room thoroughly cleaned every day with fresh towels. The pool is wonderful and very relaxing, breakfast is varied and included European and Moroccan specialities. The spa downstairs was also great: we treated ourselves to hammam and massage and trained in the small gym on a couple of days.
As we were on the top floor, the WIFI wasn't available but 5G reception is excellent. The rooftop bar next door does go on until late so do bring earplugs if you want an early night.
The hotel is a 10min walk from the beach where there are lots of restaurants and a couple of convenience stores if you need to buy snacks of water.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and would love to come back !

The hotel is within easy walking distance of a wide, sandy beach. We would definitely come back here if we ever decide to visit Agadir again.

Lovely place but in need of a glow up. Staff are 10/10. Pool is a bit small for the number of guests in hotel but well maintained. Good for families rather than couples or solos. The hotel is off the main strip so local shops and restaurants are a 15 min walk away or a short taxi ride which are always easily available out front.

This is a lovely property! Set in a fairly quiet area but not far to beach and shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely pool area and plenty of sunbeds available.
Great staff and lovely spacious rooms, comfy beds and good bathrooms. Exceptionally clean place, cleaners are amazing. Breakfast was really good too with plenty of choice. Only negative was no WiFi in the bedrooms (just balcony and public areas) but a good chance to digitally detox!!

The hotel on the whole very quite,however two days in a row woken early by cleaners,before 8.scrubbing in hall way, as it echos,then other time,moving and scraping of furniture in room above.Spoke to others that were staying and said the same.
No fault of hotel,but nightclub opposite lould,if your light sleepers .shops and bars further out then stated.if your not great walker, Again no fault of hotels but rough land out front,with quite bit of rubbish and stray dogs.
All hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

Did say shame that nothing going on in the evening.even some games like cards dominoes,as understand it is a quite hotel .
Plus maybe a dart board or French boul,in a small part of grass,for something to do during day,just to get couples talking??.loved that on whole it was quite,but just a little something to do,as everything out further then expected.

Wifi was weak in room 103, could only connect on balcony but very good everywhere else in hotel.

Amazing choice of food at breakfast including freshly made omelettes. On arrival given refreshments of Moroccan mint tea. Arranged taxi ride to bus station for us on our departure. Sadly our planned three night stay was shortened to one night due to flight cancellation from UK (storm).

Overall stay here was good. It's a little away from the main area of the town but taxi always available outside. Staff helpful, even if service was a little slow at times especially if there were many people checking in. Area by pool very nice. We had a suite and space was great. 2 bathroom, bedroom and living area with balcony. Main shower was very slow and poor to drain though, and wifi was very patchy and not reliable in room, but fine in main areas of hotel. Had a bit of an issue with shuttle service booked by hotel to take us to airport. Didn't realise it was a shared service and driver made us feel awkward about having to give change. Otherwise good stay and would consider using hotel again if in area.

Generally a good place to stay, v friendly staff and clean. Just little away from more lively town centers for good restaurants and cafes. About 30 walk or 5-10 min taxi. Hotel arranged transport are not any better than taxis outside and tend to be more expensive.

This is our fourth return to this hotel and the standards are as high as ever.
Not one problem.
Check in fast and polite.
Breakfast large choice, hot food, freshly made.
Room large, clean, airy.
Bathroom, the same as room.

It feels as though you are walking into a family run business. All the staff, from dining staff, pool staff, reception staff, everyone is lovely, helpful and supportive. Everyone is attentive and they provide so much information. The hotel is super clean, quiet and safe. Location is perfect, close to the beach, the amenities in the hotel is extensive and they went above and beyond for us. They allowed us to stay at the hotel after our checkin as our flight was an evening flight. Everyone was kind and we will definitely come back to again!

We had to get a taxi to most places (very cheap!) as walking by distances to beach/ restaurants etc was like 40 mins whereas the taxi would only take 10 min.

A really lovely, small hotel with great staff

A really lovely, small hotel on the outskirts of the main city of Agadir, but close to an up-and-coming new district with restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. Only about 5 minutes walk down to the beach and the promenade. The staff at the hotel were all super friendly, helpful and polite for us and were only too happy to help.
Nice little pool area with a good number of beds around it. We never struggled to get a spot at any time of the day.
All the food and drink we had at the hotel was nice and reasonably priced.
We had beauty treatments and massages in the spa, which we all thought were fantastic value.
The rooms were a good size and our balcony (2nd floor) had a nice view out to the sea. 2 separate beds instead of a double, although they were comfortable. Temperature in the room stayed a good range. Generally really quiet, other than the odd movement from people above. Décor simple, rooms clean and bright. Cleaners often added some really lovely touches to the rooms (towels in heart shapes, etc.)
My daughter fell in love with the cute adopted hotel cat, who mainly sleeps in the foyer.
I think overall, we really liked our stay and would definitely go back, if we chose to return to Agadir.

We stayed at the Timoulay for 5 lovely days. The hotel is lovely, modern and clean. We had a suite which had two bathrooms(!), a generous double bedroom and living room with a sofa bed for the kids. (No kettle for tea though which would have been nice)

On arrival we had a basket of fruit waiting in our room, which was lovely.

The staff are absolutely fantastic, polite and always ready to help.

We also had breakfast included, which was very good. Lots of options and a chef who would make your eggs just the way you wanted it, and also offered crepes and waffles on some days.

There is a lovely pool area - the hotel was quiet when we were there- I believe this was their off-season but it was nice to not have lots of people and actually enjoy the space.

The only downside for us, and why I haven't given the hotel 5 stars, is the location. The hotel is the middle of what felt like wasteland, with lots of litter strewn about and not much in the way of shops or other amenities nearby. To get to the main drag, (Agadir Bay), which has some fantastic restaurants, you have to navigate a somewhat intimidating walk, past abandoned developments and I just felt unsafe doing that at night. You could take a taxi but it's only a 10min walk so that seems an unnecessary cost. As much as I liked the hotel, I think I'd stay somewhere closer to the Bay.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and again the experience is surprisingly good. The hotel is intimate (compared to the beachfront behemoths) and well managed. Service and cleanliness - impeccable. Spacious rooms and well-kept common areas. About 5 minutes to the beach. The only minus (it's not the hotel's fault) is the ruined surroundings towards the city.

This hotel is sooooo clean. The rooms are lovely. THe staff are very friendly. I did ask for a kettle, given to me straight away. The prices in the bar are very good. Breakfast is plentiful. We walked to the Suke with ease. Pleasant walk downhill and along the prom to some great restaurants. Easy to hop into a cab outside the hotel. They also stop along the road to offer you lifts anywhere you wish to go. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Incredible boutique hotel. What a gem of hotel. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The daytime receptionist was outstanding: welcoming and noting our departure time said she would organise a packed lunch for us as we would miss breakfast. The night receptionist was very attentive and printed our return boarding tickets within 2 minutes. It was an absolute delight staying here . The hotel was immaculate , the pool was well maintained and clean. The huge room was spotless, very comfortable beds and freshly docorated. The food was delicious, plentiful and well presented. The large double sunbeds and plush seating area were cleaned every day. They obviously have great employees with a focus on customer service . Having previously been at the bigger all inclusives in Agadir I would defintely return to this boutique hotel with personalised service. Highly recommend for a tranquil and bespoke experience.

Hotel was great. It was very close to the sea and had a nice medium size swimming pool. The sea was wonderful to swim in and was clean and safe. The hotel should have a kettle and tea coffee facilities in the rooms. They provided us with a kettle when we requested and we bought tea coffee separately as we were staying for over a week. Food was also great and we hope to go back to it.

Pool guy was superb - friendly, eager to help.
Breakfast is a large choice - with omlettes to order fresh.
We were only B&B, but ate once at the restaurant. Food was good but service slow - really needed more staff.
Stayed in a suite - well worth it for the extra space and sea view.
Do not forget the spa - we used it on 3 occassions. Therapists excellent. Price really good. Well worth a visit.

My husband and i went for our honeymoon and the experience we had at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The housekeeping decorated our room every day also. The staff there are incredible. Always smiling and very helpful. We also had a spa there and it was really good! Definitely recommend getting a massage while you are there. Also the hotel is walking distance to many places like the beach, morjane (big supermarket) and Agadir bay which has many restaurants and coffee shops. The area is so beautiful and quite and also there are always taxis outside if you need one. We will most definitely be visiting again!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay. Hotel, room and garden/pool all immaculate. Great breakfast and value lunch/dinners.
Every member of the staff team were friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. All spoke fluent English and French.
Our 2nd stay at the Timoulay and it won't be our last

I recommend this hotel, they have lovely staff, Yaseen is a really gentleman, Omar and Mohammed from reception very nice and helpful guys, Kawthar fixed my reservation without any charge. The food in their restaurant is one of the best in Agadir, the kitchen staff are top. The spa is wonderful, reasonable prices, and the ladies are doing a great job, Raja is the best! I will definitely come back to them!

Peaceful hotel close to the beach

We had a lovely, relaxing few days at hotel Timoulay. The staff were all wonderful, especially Mohamed. The hotel was very clean, the pool area spacious and plenty choice at buffet breakfast too. We had a Hammam spa treatment and enjoyed it very much. Taxi ride to marina or the Souk was 30 dirhams. 10mins walk to the corniche and beach. Good place to stay if you want some peace, away from other hotels.
