We enjoyed our weekend stay very much. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable with very soft linens. The hot tub was terrific to soak in at the end of the day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout or stay. The location was perfect for all that we planned to explore in The Marais.

The hotel's proximity to the Marais (and nearby museums, restaurants, and shopping) is its strength. Staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms (we had two) were clean and comfortable. The biggest drawback is all rooms, except two, have showers in tubs that are high and narrow. Not easy to manage if you are not sure footed.

The best thing about villa beaumarchais was the location in Le Marais Paris. The staff Imad at reception was so helpful but the room smelled when we arrived. The cabinets in the room don t close. The bathroom is so old and the bath so high u can brake a leg when getting out. Carpets r old and smelly. Dommage cause this hotel has so much potential it needs a big makeover.

Room was much smaller than 215 sq ft. Not sure how they came up with that measurement - maybe they included the common areas. However, good decor - furniture and bedding.

Staff at check-in were young and inexperienced. (Staff at check-out were better.)

We loved the hotel and wanted an extra night. Unfortunately, they were booked with a group coming in the next day. Plan ahead next time and book the extra night! Parking was available below ground but was a bit tight getting in and getting out--be careful and be quick.

It's a very nice hotel: very quite and convenient. However, the service is not as good as expected. It seems that there were communication issues. Our soap bottle and conditional bottle were not function properly, but after many times talking to the front desk, the issues were not resolved. I wish the four star hotel could pay attention to these details.

The staff is lovely! My room was so quiet, no street noise AT ALL! Very comfy bed and daily cleaning.Close to so many shops and good restaurants, also take out spots which I used often. Two blocks for the metro which I used very day. I will definitely come back!

This is my second time staying at this Hotel. I’d love that it is in a quiet neighborhood. It’s far enough away from the touristy area, but close enough to walk. The Picasso museum is not far. There’s a fantastic bakery across the street and the supermarket is a block away. I would stay here again

Around the hotel there is a diverse range of cafés and restaurants.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The first few days we had to ask at reception for extra towels, extra toilet paper and coffee. Daniela at the reception was incredible and helped us every time and made sure that we had the things we needed. She also guided us and highlighted some things we shouldn’t miss during our trip. The room was spacious and clean and the 3 of us felt we had plenty of space to organize our personal things. The neighbor is close to many restaurants and little shops. Transportation access was very easy. I highly recommend staying here.

Villa Beaumarchais is an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the hotel’s beautiful interior—elegant, charming, and full of Parisian character. The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll to the Marais with its fantastic cafés and boutiques, and close to the Bastille neighborhood, perfect for an evening at the opera.

The service at the front desk was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was incredibly comfortable, with a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. And if you’re considering an upgrade, the room with the jacuzzi is absolutely worth it—a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the city on foot!

I highly recommend Villa Beaumarchais for anyone looking for a stylish, well-located, and comfortable stay in Paris. I can’t wait to return!

Un bon hotel à quelques pas de la place des Vosges. Idéalement situé dans une rue très peu passagère, l'établissement est très calme et le personnel d'une exceptionnelle gentillesse.
La chambre était relativement petite et la decoration un peu \"à l'acienne\" mais des renovations seraient en cours car , il est vrai, l'équipement de la chambre était un peu défraichi.
Le petit dejeuner est varié et de qualité, et le cadre simplement magnifique.
Lors du check-out nous avons eu la possibilité de laisser nos bagages au lobby pour une dernière promenade avant de repartir.
Pour moi les gros atouts sont l'emplacement et le calme.
Je reviendrais sans hésiter.

Our stay in Paris as a family was great, the city is fantastic. The hotel however, didn’t live up to the photos when booked. It is dated and cleanliness was average. We had a good stay but the hotel does need an uplift. We didnt eat breakfast so can’t comment and there were no other meals offered by the hotel. I won’t be looking to stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend to friends or family. Poor 4* for the money spent.

We never had enough towels or supplies in the bathroom. The whole place is shabby and in need of refurbishing. It is just barely a three star hotel.

I did not like the hotel. It's very old and inside the shower had mold over the ceiling and the bathroom is very old. No fan in bathroom and steam was covering the mirror after showering. The bath top was so high and I hit my knee several times to it. Its very difficult to get in the shower if you have knee or foot problem. However, the staff are friendly. The location was very far to everything, and I had to get Uber. I think I paid so much, and I didn't expect to have a dirty bathroom with mold on it. I don't recommend it to tourist.

Nothing really to love…very dated, 80’s motel vibe

This hotel should not be valued at over $250 a night due to poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, and misleading advertising. As a Hotels.com VIP member, I expect that the hotel (1) be clean and (2) actually resemble the photographs. Unfortunately, neither was true for this establishment. Similar to other reviews, the property was outdated, and our room was not upgraded despite the hotel being nearly empty. The air conditioning didn’t work, and when we requested a late checkout, we were only given an additional hour—nothing beyond the standard, at least within the U.S. My husband was locked out of the room after 11 a.m. because they didn’t update the key fobs. The decor was bulky and took up too much space in our small room, making the stay not worth the price.

This is one of those hotel rooms where you just sleep and stay out all day because there is absolutely no feeling of comfort. Like other reviews mentioned, it felt more like a motel. The low beds were very uncomfortable—good for putting on shoes, but terrible for sleeping.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re accustomed to a simple Marriott or Hilton experience. VIP benefits were not honored. Right after we checked in, two French couples received “complimentary upgrades” because the hotel wasn’t full. So I’m not sure what was going on with that.

I stayed at the Villa Beaumarchais for two nights during my trip to Paris and it was a fantastic place. It’s tucked away in a great location of the city with lots of places to eat and grab coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they had no problem accommodating me in English. Everything I needed was provided for me. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom was very good. Water pressure was a little weak and the shower is a little narrow but not enough to affect me overall impression. Will definitely stay there again.

Land & Monkeys is right across the street and everything there is amazing (try the Mediterranean sandwich and monkey cookie and croissants) - would stay there just to be so close to the best bakery! Nice little hotel - quiet in a lovely area

The hotel is in a quiet street - the rooms are small but comfy. We had a great time. The bathroom is dated and the design is poor (so it gets pretty wet), the coffee pods were not refilled and the only cups in the room are espresso - minor details. As soon as you leave the hotel you are in a lovely part of Paris.
