I loved my stay at La Finca! Everyone was welcoming, helpful and hospitable. The room was cozy and the bathtub was a real dream. The breakfast was delicious. Would absolutely stay here again my next visit to Paris:)

We came to Paris on a girls trip and this hotel was perfect for us! Convenient location close to a number of metro stops. Kindly stored our luggage for us on check in and check out day so we didn’t have to lug it around.

La Finca was a last minute option when we decided to arrive in Paris a day early to avoid a planned air traffic controllers strike. We picked it because it was close to our previously booked hotel-which had no availability for the extra night. It is a quirky combination of an Air BNB. Hotel, bar and cafe. We did not use the spa in the basement, nor the food option. Situated on an acute corner, the rooms are eclectic. It was more than good enough for a night. The best thing about it was the staff. They were extremely accommodating, taking our bags to the rooms and getting us transportation to our next hotel.

Walkable to Notre Dame. Other than that, you can take #69 to Louve museum. You can take metro to all other attractions. It’s in a very nice neighborhood. I highly recommend to dine in Chez Pradel Bestille. It is very authentic, delicious in a very reasonable price.

The staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, and the establishment’s location is highly convenient, offering a wide range of dining options and transportation choices. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near major attractions. The breakfast was light but adequately satisfying and filling. The sole drawback is the occasional noise emanating from thin doors and the inadequate cooling system.

What a charming location for our time in Paris. So centrally located, without being in a terribly busy area. Felt so taken care of. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for our one year anniversary. Every interaction was so pleasant. the room is small, but i think that's just Paris in general. Regardless the room was clean and super comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice hotel with fantastic service. Allowed us to check in early at no extra cost. Really great location with easy access to/from Gare du Nord, most Paris attractions, and close to some of our favourite areas such as Le Merais and Oberkampf. Excellent coffee, boulangerie and restaurant options in and around the area.

The spa is lovely after a long day of walking and is open until 2am, which is great.

My only slight critique is that the Standard room is teeny tiny and not a room for two. We really had to squeeze! I'd suggest getting the slightly larger Comfort room unless you're staying solo. However, the room size is a small compromise for a great location at a very reasonable cost. We adjusted after the first day or so, and you barely spend time in the room anyway.

The hotel was good, first time staying in this area, that I didn’t love but it was good and close to 2 metro stations.
The best was the personnel of the hotel, very friendly and accommodating people.
The room has AC but it’s controlled, so in the heat wave we were in it was hot.

Hotel La Finca, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris was a disappointment overall, despite the kind and helpful staff. We stayed in the large family suite, but the room looked nothing like the photos online. My son’s sofa bed was falling apart and fairly unusable. One side of the bed tilted down because the frame was in major disrepair. The bathroom was dark and awkwardly designed, with the mirror placed over two feet away from the sink, making it nearly impossible to do makeup or grooming. The shower was extremely narrow and dim, with poor drainage, and the toilet seat was loose and slid around with every use. The bathroom window offered little circulation, and the space became steamy, humid, and hot, making the entire room feel muggy and even more uncomfortable during the day. The worst part was that the air conditioning did not work. During a hot summer week, the room stayed at around 80 degrees Fahrenheit, making it very difficult to sleep or relax. Since the hotel is on a noisy street, opening the windows at night for fresh air wasn’t an option. The sound of cars and sirens continued all night and made it even harder to sleep. We skipped breakfast after taking a look at it. It consisted of a few slices of ham and cheese, one kind of cereal, plain yogurt, and a small basket of pastries. It looked very basic and unappetizing. The only redeeming part of our stay was the staff. They were truly lovely, warm, and attentive, but unfortunately the condition of room was terrible.

We booked for one night. We showed up early and found that they had us for two nights. The front desk manager said that hotels website denied canceling the next night. He lied, it was him. The place is a flea bag. The wait staff in the cafe are wonderful. The guy at the desk said commenting about Americans. I found out that they are taught that Charles DeGulle, was the person that assembled DDay to free France. I guess Eisenhower faked the photos with the other countries

We enjoy its location its close to the port, the train station and many great restaurants, but the room was not very clean, it was dusty and the coffee machine needed alot of attention, the sheets of the bed were clean but it did not fit the size of the bed so we ended up on the matress in the morning, the AC was old. The hole room was decorated in poor taste has 3 walls were painted a pale pink as the 4th wall was a trashy grafiti paint. The pool is more like a small pond on the roof, so dont go there in expectation to spend the day by it. staff was nice, and we haven't try the breakfast since there is many cheaper option around the hotel.

Really friendly staff and helpful answering any questions! The room was really small but cute, the toilet is tiny!! Pleasant stay for 1 night, only issue was the shower was leaking so there wasn’t much pressure! I didn’t realise we would be sharing the jacuzzi with everyone, that was a bit awkward as only 3/4 people fit so we didn’t get to use it as we’d hoped.

Would have loved to like this hotel but it fails big time where it matters. The internet is so slow you can't even stream video. Forget getting any work done if it's anything more than emails. I did verify with the front desk that it is ALWAYS that slow and drop in and out constantly. Also the AC does no more than blow air, it doesn't not get cold. This hotel is on one of the largest streets in the city, opening the windows is not an option. It's a 5/10 hotel.

Strangest hotel I’ve stayed at. On arrival I was asked to pay €150.00 in case I smoked in room. As a non smoker I objected, however I believe they charged my credit card. Tiny claustrophobic room, poorly designed. Comfortable enough bed.

We spent 7 days in the Suite at La Finca it was exactly as pictured and advertised. There was plenty of storage room for two and 3 if you pack reasonably.
The facility was also exactly as advertised and pictured - no surprises. I would have given it a 5 stars if the steam room was working. The hot tub was though.
The neighborhood is safe, and an excellent location for access to the metro dining and shopping. There is a grocery store across the street and a pharmacy a block away.
The staff is on par with a 5 star hotel - exceptional. Every member was friendly, responsive and extremely helpful.

This is a great spot with friendly service and comfy rooms. We opted for a larger room which was nice but probably not necessary since we were out and about mostly. The area is great, it felt very safe and quiet. Quick walk to the Metro and close to the Marais, which was a lovely area to stroll around in the evening. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Great little quirky hotel in a quiet, residential area of central Paris. Tiny rooms but enough for me as I was out all day. Liked that they had shower stalls with a fully enclosed door (water stays inside). Several outlets in the room (some I couldn't figure out how to turn on) that allowed me to charge all my devices.

Very close to several metro stops and many restaurants and shops.

Would stay here again.

If you're looking at this for the spa, I wouldn't recommend it though. Also, some parts of the hotel have been updated but other parts are not in great condition.

I really like this hotel. Small but cozy. There is like 3-4 Metro options. The downtown is 10-15 with Metro. There is a grocery store cross the street from the hotel. Staff is nice and friendly. This is a very \"tight\" hotel. Space is a premium meaning that the room was incredibly small for 2 people and virtually no room for 2 people with a suitcase each. So if you need breathing room, don't stay here. Hotel is tired and worn....photos look great but experience didnt reflect our experience. Tiny check in reception next to the hotel bar...small elevator. Bathroom was impossibly small, shower was dangerous with no anti-slip mat on shower floor. We just thought the property 'basic', worn carpetting, vinyl floors in bedroom...worst part was that the room was uncomfortably small, so much so that getting dressed had to be done seperately.

On the positive...bed was OK, bed and linen good, room was well air conditioned, room was clean, location was OK, employees were friendly.

Would we stay again? No.
