Clean Rooms, really good area for food and drinks, felt really safe as well! The rooms and bathrooms look way bigger in the pictures, especially the bathrooms are a tight squeeze. Other than that everything was amazing. The staff is super kind and helpful.

The saying “you get what you pay for” is correct with this hotel. Very modern reception and downstairs area, lift is tiny, can only take 1 person with luggage at a time.. the room.. also tiny, good for 1 person but for 2 not so good. Very dated and small room, the bathroom was larger than expected but trying to get in and out of the tub for a shower was difficult with knee and back issues. Our view was of other rooms and a vacant space.. at least we were able to see snow from the door to the “balcony” that really isn’t a balcony. It is really close to shops and bistros which is good and as there is no restaurant in the hotel, it was good being so close to somewhere to eat. This is a lovely although simple hotel. The staff are super friendly and help wherever they can. It's clean, new towels every day. And the absolute best fact about this hotel is how close it is to public transport (bus stop in front of the door, metro 5 minutes walk) and the 5 minute walk and you're right in the middle of life, with shops and bars and cafes etc. We would come back and stay here!

This was our second stay. Room-size was small but no different from other 3 star hotels in Paris. We did run into noise issues one night when neighbouring guests came back at 2:30 am. That can happen in any hotel but it is true that this hotel has thin walls. Luckily most guests seem to make an effort to be quiet.
Room could have done with some cosmetic maintenance but nothing too bad. Street was quiet at night and there are a good choice of restaurants and such a couple of streets away.

Good quality for the price. Room and bathroom are small as others have said but no smaller than other Paris hotels in this category. Bed was large for Paris (queen size) with comfortable mattress. Shower had good pressure. Neighbourhood fairly quiet and the windows did a good job of toning down the traffic noise (would still recommend earplugs if you are sensitive to noise but that goes for anywhere in a city!) We found the staff efficient and polite despite comments by other reviewers. We will be staying here again at the end of our trip.

The room was small and the bathroom very small, but this is what is to be expected from small Parisian hotels. Bathroom looked a bit tired, but it was fine for me.
I didn't have any noise complaints. You can hear well what is happening in the corridor, not sure about neighbours, mine were quiet. No noise from the street. The curtains were good and didn't let any light in.
Enough towels. No hard soap and the liquid soap was in small packs - not very convenient.
There was complementary water.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not eat there as both of us have dietary problems. The room we had was incredibly tiny though this may be a normal thing in that area. My complaint would be that the bathroom is so tiny, you have to sit sideways on the toilet and the shower was pretty dirty around the outside. Also, the elevator broke down and it was a long climb up to our room after walking all around Paris that day.

Great location near the Bastille, convenient to bus and metro stations and walking distance to many delicious boulangeries & restaurants. Lively neighborhood at night but room was good at keeping noise out from outdoors. Noise from surrounding rooms are noticeable but manageable. Staff members were helpful & pleasant, and available 24 hours. Bathroom was very small, but all we needed and very clean. On the last day of our stay, there were issues with the elevator which set off the building alarm twice in the morning which frightened us. Otherwise, a wonderful stay in Paris!

The hotel is ideally located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris with 2 different metro lines nearby and a bus stop in front of the hotel. The rooms are really small and noisy. The bathroom could use an upgrade…. If you are just looking for a bed and shower at a decent price, this is your place. If you need quiet and comfort, look somewhere else…

Decent location to get to metro .. we were able to see at the sites easily this way. Its been renovated but the rooms were painfully small, the hallways not renovated so kind of creepy. The hallways were loud, no soundproofing, no air conditioning, the elevator only fit 2 people. The area is a bit lower budget. It was a budget choice for us, so a clean place to lay our head but zero frills. Staff were friendly. Clean.

Great location for the price and very friendly staff (the night receptionist was fantastic! He was very willing to help and have a chat :). The hotel itself is quite outdated and could really use a refurbishment – the walls were peeling in places, and the mat/rug in our room was quite worn. Our room was larger than what we expected according to previous reviews, so we were stoked with that; although the shower is very small and was quite awkward to use. That said, it has potential. Despite the age of the property, we had a wonderful stay with smooth check-in and check-out. The location made it easy to walk to all the central Paris attractions we wanted to see.

Very basic room. On the surface looked clean but the bathroom flush was filthy. There was a lot of dust on the floor under the bed. The shower wasnt great and the shower head was full of limescale. The beds were very small but really comfy and the sheets were clean. Short walk to metro and bus routes which took us to where we needed to be.

There is no hot water in the showers. Upon asking the people at the front desk, they said that it is fixed or they have someone coming in to fix it. However, after three days, only ice cold water coming from the showers. We would like at least a portion of our money back.

After reading negative reviews on this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and had everything we required. It was a reasonable price and did what it said on the tin. Was 2 mins walk from Metro line straight into centre of Paris, had shops around and bars and restaurants and an amazing bakery on the corner. Daytime staff were lovely. Night time staff were ok. Had a safe, fan, hairdryer etc and staff came into clean it daily. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that but the bakery on corner was lovely for breakfast. Previous reviews said the rooms were tiny - ours was fairly small but there was enough room and we were hardly in it. For a budget hotel, I could not complain and would stay again.

The only good thing about this property was the price, and even then I would argue if you have more time to plan your travels to find somewhere else more centric. The rooms were tiny the door would not fully open because of the furniture and the toilet and shower shared the same space, it didn’t have a light switch for the bathroom. The staff treated me like with cautious twice and had me show my keycard twice, which had never happened previously in any hotel. I have traveled to 16 countries btw. The breakfast was bad and way too expensive for what it is, just two slices of bread and some cereal. 9 euros when you can go to the shop a street from there and get the same for 5.

A reasonable hotel in a good location within walking distance of Bastille. The room was clean, but it was not well designed; the shower curtain did not really stop water from the shower from spilling onto the floor, the power sockets were few and awkwardly placed, and the light switches could have been placed more conveniently too. The check-in was smooth enough, but there was little sense of welcome: the receptionist was just doing his boring job.

Our initial room had very thick molds hidden behind curtains. Told staff and he was very dismissive and acted like we were causing trouble. Explained why molds are dangerous and he was having none of it but I was persistent and he asked another staff to check. He saw the molds and took a picture and agreed it is not safe. Asked what is going to happen now and he told me we were going to be contacted but without any explanation. Finally got moved to a different room (he did say at first they are fully booked and cannot offer refunds or change our rooms and suddenly there is this vacant room). Have not received any apology from them. NEVER GOING BACK. AVOID THIS HOTEL

La chambre est plutôt propre, mais très petite, comme la salle de bain.

The guy at the front desk said we can’t get into a room till 3:00 even if the room was ready. Strictly no early entry nor late checkout. I’ve never been to a hotel that we couldn’t get into before checkin if a room was ready.

I must admit, I read the reviews for this property after I booked it, they made me anxious.
We had none of the issues stated, the staff were friendly and helpful, leaving the room card was not a problem as there was always a member of staff available to return it to you. The room was warm and clean, the bed was made daily and the towels were changed when requested. The room was on the small side but didn’t cause an issue, we were seeing Paris so didn’t need somewhere posh or fancy, we were hardly in it. The location was perfect. You can hear noise from the hotel, no road noise though, I’m a light sleeper so I took earplugs. The noise didn’t bother my partner.
For the price this hotel gave us everything we needed. If we were to return to Paris I would use here again!

All staff (apart from one female receptionist) were incredibly rude. The room was dirty, there was a broken wire which they had just tied a knot on which is extremely dangerous, the toilet was so small I had to sit with my legs to the side! There was mould in the bathroom and I couldn’t sleep all night because the doors and was were so extremely thin I heard doors slamming and even peoples phones in other rooms ringing. My bag was left in the storage room and when I came to pick it up it was at the very back with about 6 suitcases in front of it, and I was told I could get it myself. So I had to personally move other peoples suitcases to get to mine. There were no tags given so I could’ve taken any bag I wanted, and the door wasn’t even locked, so security was very bad as well. Will never stay again.

Entire hotel does not have air conditioning

Hotel (a man) did not knock before entering, just opened the door 9pm without an intro. I had just stripped my clothes off. Felt violated and scared for the rest of my stay.
To cool off one would open the window, but no screen and had to deal with flies and flying in.
They demand your room key be turned in before leaving the hotel
Say you can use the computer and printer, but would not give the sign-on and you have to wait in line before the desk clerk comes and types the password.
Even though the printer is next to the computer, you have to send the requested print to one of their private mobile. So you have to send your private business to their personal cell phone.

Went to Paris for the Olympics for 4 days.
Hotel gave us exactly what was needed - comfortable bed, nice shower, continental breakfast.
Staff friendly and helpful.
3 walkable metros.
Loads of nearby bars and restaurants.
Olympics brilliant.

Handy for Gare de Lyon, plenty of eateries nearby. Reasonable choice of chilled options on the buffet.
Having to hand in keys every time we went out wasn’t convenient as when there was only one member of staff on reception we had to wait each time we came back.
Kettle and cups provided but no tea or coffee but there are handy shops very close with long hours.
Room cramped and very hot and no air conditioning.
