Lots of shops and restaurants close by, staff are very friendly and helpful. Café/bar downstairs. Close to bus stops that took you into the city centre

It was a dead basic room, which was alright for the price but rhe worse bits were the bed - the bedframe was super noisy, the mattress sagged in the middle and pillows were tiny and lumpy. Also the radiator was constantly hot and could not be adujusted. The shower couldnt maintain a decent temperature too. Amd the window didnt close properly, it could easily be yanked or pushed open.

The staff were great and I appreciate them holding our bags. However, the hotel was not a comfortable place to stay and smelled entirely of cigarettes. The layout was weird and uncomfortable. I just didn’t feel comfortable what so ever. I would not recommend this place unless you smoke cigarettes and want a budget place to stay for a night.

Very dirty al over , old and damaged everything , i moved out and look for an other hotel as soon as we arrived , nothing even close to stabndard. It can not be called a hotel it is even wors than homless shelters.
That place ahould be closed down.

Great location and price, hotel staff were very helpful and the space was clean and functional. Our room didn't have towels, the walls were a bit thin so we could hear talking and phones ringing from neighboring rooms, and the mattress wasn't very comfortable, but overall the stay was pleasant and exactly what we needed for a brief, affordable stay.

No WiFi, no a/c no cleaning and very noisy late at night. Metro was just 2 blocks and the neighborhood was very nice and convenient if you like to walk.

It was very worn down but clean, the location was excellent and we were only there for one night so it was fine for that. Staying longer than that would have been too crammed for two people.

Bad experience

Even if the budget is low but i think the stay could have been better, the people could be nicer.... The water in the shower was too hot, there was no cold water and the employees didn’t do anything to fix it, they were convinced that we don’t know how to use it!! There was strange noises in the rooms, strange people... bad experience bad hotel!!

Bad, but cheap

Did not get a towel, nor a remote to the tv, the shower nozzle and tubes were set up in such a way that you had to hold the nozzle the whole time for the shower to work, room was not cleaned each day and one of the days it was cleaned some clothes and items I had Left on the floor were thrown away or stolen, I dont know which. The owners run some sort of old bar downstairs which they operate till at least 2AM. If you’re on the first floor like I was I could Hear them all night being loud. Walls are paper thin. My door handle was broken and when I told Them about it they did nothing. Overall I did Not enjoy my stay, but what can you expect for £25 a night?

Do not stay here

Shower water power great, temperature brill, size of shower - tiny. Toilet next to window and flush not good. Cracked floor tiles and damp through the ceiling - and you have to ask when u want toilet roll. Room squalid - small wardrobe door broken and someone elses shoes left in there. Found a viagra tablet in wardrobe. Room cleaned every other 2 days. Used outside window as fridge (good it was winter) not an option in summer. No fridge or hair dryer and only 3 plug sockets in room - not well positioned. Matress firm but covered in plastic - so you stick to the sheets. Bed leg broken and propped up by chipboard. Damp in room through ceiling. Was cramped and not well lit - which did have its advantages so you ciuldnt see the dust on the floor. . You have to pay 10euro deposit for towels and remote control. You have to hand ur keys in when you leave for the day and have to wait to get them back as the staff work in the cafe joined to the hotel. Close to metro but street nosy at night. Bus stop right outside the hotel which didnt help tge noise level and on sunday afternoon all we could hear was the tanoy at the tym japy which went on for hours. Their english ok better than my french but not multi lingual in every sense of the meaning of multi lingual. Stay here if you just want somewhere to sleep but do not stay if you want a bit of luxury (ie amenties in ths hotel room). Cigerate burns on fixtures and fittings as well as bed linen. Felt dirty all the time.

Top floor of a hotel was hotter than an attic especially in the hottest week of the year. No AC. No fan. No elevator.
Most of the staff was friendly. But room is very tiny.

Would not recommend

The hotel is not advertised. The rooms are incredibly small and very well cleaned. There is only one window per room (no breeze) and no AC or even a fan, the combination of which made it very difficult to sleep. The staff refused to allow us to take the key with us, and we had to keep it in the lobby. There was no real separation between the bathroom and bedroom. Definitely not worth the price.

noisy & busy streets even with sound proof window.

Did not have a good stay at the hotel. Arrived late in Paris. We were hoping to have a good night stay and sleep as we had an early travel the following day. But, the streets were very noisy. People were still talking, shouting and screaming up to 2.30 in the morning. woke up the next morning with a migraine.

Nous avons dû réserver une nuit dans un autre hôtel, mais nous n’en avons finalement pas profité pour plusieurs raisons. Bien que le monsieur à la réception ait été sympathique, la chambre ne nous a absolument pas satisfaits.

En effet, elle ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos proposées. L’ensemble était vétuste, avec des meubles usés. Les équipements étaient très limités : seulement une petite savonnette pour la douche et des serviettes remises à la réception.

Les taies d’oreiller et la couverture semblaient déjà utilisées, d’autant plus qu’il s’agissait plutôt d’éléments décoratifs que de véritables équipements de literie. Il n’y avait d’ailleurs pas de vraie couette avec une housse propre, ni de véritables taies d’oreiller : seulement un drap et une couverture très fine.

Par ailleurs, le couloir sentait fortement le cannabis, probablement en raison d’un client dans la chambre voisine. Bien que le gérant semblait surpris. Lorsque nous avons signalé ces problèmes, le monsieur nous a indiqué qu’il ne pouvait pas nous proposer une autre chambre, l’établissement étant complet, sans toutefois proposer de geste commercial. Quant à la dame, elle nous a simplement conseillé d’ouvrir la fenêtre malgré mes problèmes de santé.

Nous sommes très déçus de ne pas avoir été remboursés pour cette nuit d’hôtel, d’autant plus que nous n’avons pas pu dormir dans ces conditions.

4 dages ophold

Vi havde 4 dages ophold på dette hotel.
Det er nær metroen og der er gode restauranter i nærheden. Venligt personale, men standen er meget dårlig. Der er vandskader flere steder i skabe og lofter og der er fugtigt på værelset.
Beskidte håndklæder og sengelinned dufter ikke godt. Værelset var kun til 1 person, men vi har booket til to personer. Der er meget lydt og vi kan høre alt der sker i opgangen og på værelset ved siden af.

Je partais confiant à la lecture de l'annonce sur hôtel. com mais la réalité fut tout autre.
La photo de l'annonce ne correspond pas du tout à la chambre attribuée. Salle de bain vétuste et peu entretenue ainsi que le mobilier de la chambre.....

I am never going to stay there again. It was dirty, extremely loud and the \"blanket\" smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom smelled like feces when someone else flushed in their own room. We felt unsafe.

Le personnel est très gentil (ils m'ont donné un verre pour prendre un médicament à minuit) mais même si la chambre était propre, la fenêtre était impossible à fermer donc nous avons eu froid et je n'ai jamais réussi à avoir de l'eau chaude dans la douche même s'il y en avait au lavabo. Une lampe sur le chevet mais aucune prise pour la brancher.

tres salle un radiateur qui n'a pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps , le carrelage au sol se décolle ,on peut l enlever a la main pas de couverture avons eu froid
on est très mécontent de cet autel
comment ils osent louer ça !!!!!
les murs sont salle mobilier abime
du bruit jusquà 3h du matin ,sommes parti a 7 h

On m'a demandé des mon arrivée si ce n'était pas à l'hôtel d'à côté que j'avais réservé. Ensuite on ne me trouvait pas sur la liste.
On m'a remis une seule serviette éponge à la réception. Une fois dans la chambre, j'ai constaté que les taies d'oreillers et celle du traversin avaient bien servi. J'ai dû retourner à la réception. A cause d'un problème de machines à laver la personne devait retourner à la laverie. J'ai dû aussi me passer de tapis de bain.

chambre sale douche pleine de moisi. les murs sales. des cheveux dans le lit a notre arrivée. du bruit jusqu a 4h du matin impossible de fermer la fenêtre car elle était cassée donc pas nous reposer. j ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi insalubre c est honteux.

Chambre très très sale, pas de serviettes dans la salle de bain. Porte toillette ne ferme pour l intimité pas top. Armoire avec cintres mais pas de tringle. Très bruyant la nuit et la fenêtre ne fermais pas. À fuir seul point positif proche du métro.

Literie désastreuse, propreté limite, pas de remise en état de la chambre (poubelle vidée lit refait sol ect) lampe de chevet fixée sans possibilité de branchement, carrelage non fixé les carreaux bougent, moisissure dans la salle de bain, serviettes avec caution. La chambre est bien chauffée, isolation phonique extérieur correct, bonne situation.
