Beautiful, Contemporary and Money Worth

Was well received by the receptionist when I arrived. She is very friendly and welcome me with a smile. The check in process is smooth and quick
The hotel is very contemporary, modern and well furnished with art paintings and decors
The room is well equipped with mini fridge, safe deposit box, coffee making facility, ironing board and tele.
The breakfast lounge is so beautiful, a wide range of food to cater to the guests, I have nothing to criticize about. The workers in the breakfast lounge are very helpful and friendly.
On the day of departure, receptionist made a taxi call for me to the train station and really appreciate her help.
Not to forget, there is a Carrefour Supermarket nearby and it is so convenient.
Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and will definitely come back to this hotel again if I ever come back to Brasov.

Find something better. Ok for one night

Tried multiple tines and 2 days in a row to contact the hotel. Response was only received 3 hours after check out.
The hotel is very, very basic, no frills at all.
Breakfast is nothing to write home about.

Good place but not completely accessible\nToo bad

The place is decorated in a very pleasant and calm manner, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and tidy and there was nothing missing
There is a very big minus that is not answered on the spot, unfortunately, and it is the fact that from the parking lot it is not possible to enter the hotel directly, but you have to go down about 30 steps (with no place accessible to the disabled) or you have to go down to a road that is very narrow and dangerous anyway (and without an available sidewalk) and this is despite the fact that there are Beyond the hotel employees with 5 steps directly from the parking lot to the lobby. (very outrageous and dangerous)
Even after going through this problematic route, it is necessary to climb another 15 steps from the entrance to the lobby to the elevator (when we asked for help with the heavy luggage, we were told that there was no one who could help)
As far as I'm concerned, it's a very big lack of empathy to turn the guests into luggage sufferers (without reference to their age or the weight of the luggage)
It is important to note that we arrived in the middle of the day and not in the middle of the night
And for dessert - the dining room also does not have an elevator since it is located on the 6th floor and the elevator reaches up to the 5th floor.

The hotel is located in a very nice area with spectacular views. The room is a little bit too tight but the breakfast is very very good. One night I could find a slot for my car in the parking area of the hotel but the other night I had to pay somewhere for the parking because it wasn’t any available slot.

Comfort and convenience in Brasov

The Belfort is a modern yet cosy hotel minutes from the Old Town. It's got friendly staff able to provide recommendations and look after (reasonable) needs. I was impressed at how clean everything was and it has a lovely breakfast room overlooking the rooftops on the 6th floor. Recommended.

I will stay there again.

Clean, comfortable room with a fridge and minibar, wifi was reliable. Polite staff. They don`t serve food at hotel which is very annoying because the hotel is on an incline so walking to the town center isn`t convenient.

There were always parking spaces

They also provided umbrellas for guests when it was raining which is a nice touch

Solid business hotel

A new business hotel in a fine location for visiting Brasov as a tourist. Breakfast on the top floor was appreciated. Service desk staff was professional. Room was clean and in excellent condition. My only issue was with the single room I chose. It's a true single -- just a twin bed. While it did give much more walking space in the room, know what you're booking ahead of time. I wouldn't choose a bed that small a second time.

The hotel was well situated near the old town. Easy to walk into the centre. The rooms were lovely and clean, breakfast very good and staff particularly at reception very helpful and polite. Woukd recommend for a stay in Brasov.

Great location, but you need to be fit

Excellent hotel...with a great breakfast. Only problem. The lift starts one floor up from reception, and it’s a struggle with suitcases.Also you have to walk uphill on return from the old town.

Plus side...staff is really nice and helpful. Theres free parking. Room is big. Bathroom clean. Location good. Value for money good. 10 min walk from old town maybe. I dont like to be right in the center. Belfort is a close as you can be on outside.

Downsides..i had stitches in my leg and the Belfort has alot of steps. You have to walk up steps to get to the one lift. The lift is super slow. Waiting for it is frustrating. So you will want to use steps all the time. Also Belfort up a short hill, then steps to reception, then steps to lift, steps to breakfast. Really no big deal unless you have issues walking. I am mentioning it because before my injury I wouldnt have thought twice.

Room smelled like years of stale cigarettes even though its non smoking room. Every item of clothing i have needed to be washed when I left to get the smell out.

Bed not very comfortable. This is matter of preference. It was a hard mattress.

Smart modern hotel near Brasov old town.

Hotel is easy to find, it had parking outside with a small car park that has steep access. Check in was quick and friendly. The room is modern and well equipped with a mini bar and iron and ironing board. Breakfast was good on the top floor, and the WiFi worked well.

It's a short walk into Brasov old town, although it's a steep climb back. Next time I need a hotel in Brasov I'll stay here.

Super nice hotel, except the size of the twin bed

The hotel is in an impeccable condition with beautiful views and a great breakfast from the top floor (6th).
The room is super nice and large but the bed seemed smaller than other twin beds i’ve ever slept on - maybe it was smaller for real, or it could’ve felt smaller relative to the size of the room.

Very convenient free parking. All in all a great hotel (except for the size of the twin bed)

Great modern hotel about a 7 minute walk to the old town. There is a lift, but you must walk up about 8 steps to the reception counter and 8 steps to the elevator. Large rooms with big balconies overlooking Brasov. Comfortable beds with English tv and large bathrooms with a closed on shower. There is a full breakfast in the morning with a coffee machine, but no cappucino on the 6th floor; you must walk up one flight of stairs to get there because the lift stops on the 5th. Our air conditioning was broken the first night and there was no other room to move us to. It was fixed the next morning, but kept clicking on and off for our entire stay. The front desk was helpful when I tried to book a train trip and translated the Romanian text for me. Originally they told me I had to go and purchase it at the train station. Don’t know if they didn’t know it could be done online or they just didn’t want to bother. There is a bar in the lobby, but I couldn’t get a drink because no one was there to man it. I would stay here again because most of the cute hotels in the city are BnB’s.

No milk for the tea and coffee- asked for some and they said they dont provide it but we can ask at the bar- asked at the bar and they didnt have any either somehow, room was quite small, bathroom was very small but had a nice balcony with a really good view, room was modern and attractive but bed and bedding was uncomfortable, power cut for a while whilst we were getting ready to leave meaning we had to carry our bags down the stairs from the fifth floor and leave via the side door- no apology offered, good location near the old town and tampa but no proper pavement and quite a busy road up a hill right outside the hotel so a bit dangerous particularly when its really icy, service wasnt overly friendly- the guy who checked us in ignored me when he realised I spoke English and just spoke to my girlfriend, and the key he gave us didnt work so we had to go back and get another

I loved the convenience of the location, one bus stop from the city, which means it is in walking distance. The room was ultra clean, designed perfectly and provided all the necessary facilities. It would be great if the hotel staff had more local information like bus lines, costs, how to get to touristic places, etc.

Other than that, I have no criticism.
