I had breakfast on one day which was a good continental with cereals cold meat,cheese, croissant,bread tea and coffee

The room I was assigned was very uncomfortable and unsafe .It was in an area with no elevator and 2 flights of difficult stairs . The washroom was accessed on the floor above using a very narrow very treacherous staircase . The upstairs bathroom had a beam in the middle of the room that you had to be very careful to not hit your head on. You could not stand up straight in the combo tub shower because of the ceiling height and the the shower was handheld only and difficult to use. No shower curtain . Led to slippery doors with no grab bars . The bathroom sink was very slow draining . Asked about it. No change. Pluses were nice public areas. Quiet hotel and room near metro . Good simple breakfast.

Issue with my shower half way through my stay and they moved me out and moved me to another room by the next morning. I have no complaints about my stay.

The decorations are classic modern and the property looks newly renovated. The room was comfortable as was the king-sized bed. Wonderful stay at this hotel. Beds were comfortable. Shower was lovely and hot. Room was ready when we checked in a little early. Only thing to mention is that this hotel isn't snt non smoking as advertised. My room was in the courtyard and guests do smoke there. However they were very polite and did move away from my door when i asked. All in all, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

This is a cute hotel. The room was a decent size but def on the smaller side. My two major complaints were that they don’t have kettles in the rooms which meant every morning I had to leave my room before I wanted to to get some hot water and tea. They also have no system to let them know you DON’T want your room serviced. I had to remind them every day and one day I forgot and when they cleaned, they threw away items that I was using and saving. I was very upset! Cute place in a great location but I wouldn’t stay there again. All the staff were nice except one gentleman but I only saw him one day during my four day stay

At first, I mistakenly thought I was reviewing Expedia and did not give a favorable review. When I realized my mistake, I immediately reached out to correct this error. The hotel is charming and the orchids and plants in the lobby and atrium provide a lovely environment. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are immaculately cleaned every day. Definitely recommend without hesitation.

This is not a 4 star hotel.

After staying in 4-star hotels in Bordeaux, Provence, and Lyon we decided to end our honeymoon here. It was an utter disappointment, and not nearly as nice as the other places we stayed.

When we checked in the staff at the front desk said, \"there is no elevator to your wing of the building, and you are on the 3rd floor, but you are young.\" It wasn't until we looked down at our 4 huge suitcases that he offered to help us with them.

I'm from San Francisco, where rent is just as high as Paris, and I have never seen such a tiny room. The big issue was that so much of the space was unusable. The room was only 172 sq ft IF you count the area at the loft area at the top of the steep stairs. However, nothing could be kept up there because there was no bathroom shower door and no bathroom door, so the entire floor was always wet. It was also not very romantic to not have a bathroom door...

Our second day there, we came back to nap and found the room had already been made up, which was excellent. But halfway into our nap we were awoken by the cleaning crew walking right in, no knock, for no apparent reason.

Our last day there, I was in the room showering alone, when I saw men on the roof (through the open skylight). I felt very unsafe. When we complained, they said they worked for the neighbor and they weren't told about it.

A good name for the hotel!

For our September (2023) trip to Paris we viewed over 300 potential hotels. We chose My Home In Paris, and it was the right choice. This is a family business staffed by the gracious and helpful owners and their very friendly employees.
The hotel recently went through a major four year renovation, so the photographs you peruse online are accurate. The location is on a safe quiet street, yet close to several Metro stations and a bustling business district. It is also close to a very clean laundromat. Less than half a block away is the charming and cozy Les Petits Papiers restaurant.
While we were there, the hotel was fully booked. I spoke with some of the guests and found that many are returning customers. If we are able to return to Paris we will be among them.
P.S. The hotel breakfast was wonderful.

Check in at 2. Had to stand on street for 15 min as no one at reception yet the lady said someone is always there lol.
Room bait and switch. Booked a classic double room but given an “interconnecting room” in a back building. No elevator. Also room had only a bed on the first floor (no room for anything else) and an attic bathroom accessed by very narrow spiral staircase. Accident waiting to happen. Also had to bend down to use mirror This room type doesn't even appear on Expedia, found it on the hotel’s website.
They changed our room after we showed them the picture that Expedia had for the room we booked.
Rest of staff nice and competent. The red haired check in lady should find another job.
With check in and room switch whole process took an hour!!!

This hotel is in a great location, near to multiple metro stations and options for dining out, while being in a back street that means it is nice a quiet. The hotel has been refurbished to a good standard and the staff were very helpful. Our only negatives are that the bed was so hard it gave both of us back ache and there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel was really nice, they gave us an upgrade the room was beautiful but small. The only thing was we wanted to bring food in and eat at their beautiful court yard but that wasn’t allowed. We were disappointed by that as it was late and we had an early flight so we just wanted to each quickly and go to our room. But that is not allowed. Didn’t make sense to us but other than that it was great.

The hotel is located close to Metro line 5,7 and 8 and it was so convenient. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and venue is very welcoming. There are several restaurants in the area, which makes the location great. I booked a double room without knowing that a loft room could have a two-story feature where the bed is located downstairs and bathroom upstairs. The layout is real cool but if dont feel like climbing the stairs to use the restroom, then you should contact the property to inquire for your room type.
There are also two buildings in the property, one with elevator and one without (taller building has the elevator). Overall, the hotel is clean, and we would stay again on out next trip to Paris.

Wonderful Stay in Paris at My Home.

The owner/operator and staff were very gracious and friendly. This is a classy place with easy access to underground rail system, quality restaurants, and provides its own very nice breakfast. The outdoor sitting area for certain rooms is a big bonus. We did have to ask the housekeeper to do a few items that had been overlooked but they were very polite and took care of our needs immediately. Security was ample - 24 hour front-door service - doors were kept locked all the time.

This Hotel, whilst not cheap, is everything you could want.
The service from the owner was very caring and personal, which made our short (2 night) stay feel really worthwhile.

My husband and I loved this hotel, the great location, and the staff! definitely recommend. Very clean. Comfortable. We were in the part of the building without an elevator so my husband had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs. Our room was great and cute. The bathroom was upstairs and didn’t have a door so it’s not the most private but wasn’t really an issue. We love the location and glad we stayed there. It’s about a 25 min walk to Norte Dame. Lots of restaurants. Close to shopping.
