Everything was perfect! This is my second time staying at Hôtel Fabric and it won't be the last! The breakfast is delicious and fresh, the room service tasty, the rooms clean, and the bathtub SOOOOO deep. The location is excellent and the staff is great. What a treat of a hotel :)

A very stylish boutique hotel in a great location and with excellent public transport links. The contemporary rooms with high ceilings were designed with both flair and an attention to detail and the daily housekeeping was excellent. All the staff were very professional, helpful and engaging and seemed to take great pride in their work, the hotel and the city. The good breakfast buffet, the generous free coffee/tea available 24/7 and the small honesty bar in the evening rounded off a great 6 nights stay in Paris.

Perfect Location and Comfort

We loved Hotel Fabric and would recommend to anyone! The staff and services were excellent and very personalized. We loved the location which is slightly residential, near lots of cool restaurants and bars but not congested with tourists. It is also very close to multiple metro stations and walking distance to other sites. The coffee in the lobby was very convenient and the rooms were perfectly comfortable, with a great sized bathroom which you don’t always get in a city.

Wonderful boutique hotel

Our stay at Hotel Fabric was excellent. This hotel is conveniently located close to metro stations, restaurants, patisseries. What we really liked is the fact that the hotel is not located in the tourist area so it offers a glimpse of a Parisian neighborhood.

Great stay, the staff were very kind. Clean room, room is pretty small but does the job for a few days. Same for the bathroom, very small but effective. Didn’t have time to get to any amenities but there was a gym and sauna that were accessible to us. Location is great, close to many restaurants, bakeries and public transportation. It is my first time staying in Hotel Fabric, staffs are very considerate & friendly. I arrived Paris early morning, hotel staffs tried to arrange a room to me as early as possible so that I could have a shower after a long flight. Hotel room was cute & clean. Hotel fabric is next to many good restaurants, supermarket & pharmacy and metro. Super convenient, and I loved the breakfast there. Other than breakfast, hotel offered tea/ coffee and madeleine as snacks. I am grateful to stay in Hotel Fabric

I spent a little more than I normally would to book this hotel based on all the recent positive reviews, and I wish I hadn’t.
We were able to check in early, which was great but they rushed cleaning the room and there was feces on a towel that had been refolded and placed back as clean.
Additionally we were placed directly across the stairway adjacent to the elevator. This should not be a room for occupancy, rather a cleaning closet or storage room because of the location. Anytime the stairs were used, the door caused a loud slam. The elevator is quite loud during operation as well.
There is a laundromat 2 minutes walking for those who are traveling for a long time and need to use, which was very handy. Also a couple of great restaurants on the same street as well.
All in all I might have had a better stay if our room had been in a better location. Would rate this as an average hotel.

Helpful and friendly staff, accommodating to requests such as early check-in and efficient with check-in/out, requests, etc. Appreciated the 24/7 staff at desk (and night bell to get in after midnight for security) especially due to my comings and goings at all hours with the Olympics.
Large rooms and AC which can be rare in Europe, comfortable beds and very quiet. Wonderful rain shower and appreciated the surprise of personal touches such as a departure gift and coupon for a free drink after some issues with the fire alarm system; excellent housekeeping; only improvement to room would be to increase the quality of the sheets as I found them scratchy

A lovely boutique hotel in the 11eme arrondissement in Paris. We were able to check in a little early and decided to extend our stay by another day! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The area is sooooo nice. Small little street with a number of local shops, cool cafes, and other shops. Easy walk up Le Marais and close to Metro stations. Book your time in the Hamam as soon as you arrive, we waited too long and it was booked (our fault). Highly recommend the Dirty Lemon and make sure to get there for their Palestinian brunch!

The decor is nice and free coffee and snack is available throughout the day.

We stayed in a room for three people. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. However, there is no separate sink at the toilet area so it is really inconvenient. I have to walk around the room to wash my hands after doing my business. This would be my only complaint. They should install a toilet with a small built in sink.

Lovely quaint hotel in the canal area. Stayed here to be near Pere Lachais and Vantre (restaurant recommended the night before our flight). The hotel has coffee/tea/water all day, a nice social sitting area, and friendly staff. Rooms are modernized and boldly decorated. Will return.

I could not have been happier with my second stay at Hotel Fabric. First and foremost, the staff are superstars who never stop asking what they can do to help… and when you do reach out for assistance they never fail to deliver. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated with an open registration, gathering and refreshments area that is lively and comfortable. The neighborhood is off the beaten path, yet a short walk away from three Metro lines and areas where tourists overlook (to their great disadvantage). We will be back to Hotel Fabric the next time our travels take us to Paris.

Wonderful from start to finish!

This will be our go-to for Paris from now on, sans doute.

Our room was very comfortable, including the extra bed brought in for our tween. Wonderful bed, a nice big shower and slippers for all. I appreciated how quiet things were — we were spared any street noise or noise from guests in other rooms. We all slept great! Big windows in the bedroom and bathroom brought in natural light and the charm of the interior courtyard.

The lobby and sitting area are lovely — well-designed and still quite cozy. We curled up with books and coffee on the big couch and chairs.

The staff was so helpful, arranging an arrival birthday treat for our daughter and checking in on us during our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast one morning — so much to choose from and all high quality. Each night, our daughter had a hot cocoa and madeleine, a wonderful way to wrap up a long day of sightseeing.

The location was fantastic, super easy walk to several Metro stops and with plenty of dining options right out the door! The street is quiet without feeling deserted.

This hotel is a total gem!

Amazing hotel, clean and perfect location, higjly recommend. The best part about this hotel was the staff they were all exceptional, nothing was ever too much trouble. Free coffee and hot chocolate is fantastic, honesty bar is great too. Love reception, sitting area and the room was extrmely clean, also kept clean all week. They went over and above to make our stay that little be extra special, thank you to all at Hotel Fabric.

I have stayed before at Fabric and will continue to do so. The staff is very helpful and professional and has a great location as well. Convenient to metro station and an accessible location. I left something in my room and they offered to send it to me within hours. Beds are extremely comfortable as well

Hotel Fabric was fabulous!!! The staff were outstanding…and I mean everyone!!! The hotel was super close to the metro, had a nice breakfast every morning, the rooms are European in size, but the amenities, the decor and the bathrooms were fab. We will stay here again next time in Paris.

This is a tough one. There are many things to like about this hotel and a few things meh. The location is not the most attractive, but at the same time, it had a bit of a neighborhood feel. I love to walk and don’t mind a metro ride so for me it was fine. However, I can see how others might not find it very convenient. The room was very nice, clean and quiet. One negative was the staff. Some were very nice and helpful, others…not so much.
One thing I would warn you about is their so-called “driver” to the airport. I ended up paying a lot more money for the drive back to the airport than the initial drive from the airport. Seems I got charged by the hotel and then again by the”driver” for this service. In talking to him, it seemed he was just a taxi driver and not a designated “driver”. Then, when he dropped me off, it was as far as possible from my airline check-in. Then to add insult to injury, the tip percentage options were unbelievably high and I consider myself a good tipper. Such a shame that my last interaction with the hotel was so negative, because otherwise, I would have considered staying there again on my next trip. IOW, arrange your own ride.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Fabric. The property was beautifully decorated- understated luxury. Our duplex room was perfect for a family of four- with plenty of space and comfortable beds for all. The area around the hotel was well-positioned to enjoy great local restaurants and shopping in a safe upscale residential district. It was also conveniently located for transit and seeing the sights. The staff were superb- incredible friendly, welcoming and professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Fabulous property.

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Fabric. The room was modern and very comfortable. It provided plenty of space for my husband, teenage son and me to spread out. It was a very unique loft set up that we enjoyed. It is also in a great location close to lots of cafes and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable large room. Awkward bathroom designed for disabled persons. Poor clothing storage in faux packing crates. Love the area but may be far afield for some. Hip Decor already looks dated. Staff terrific. I’d stay here again but Please - all you new fun 4 star hotels- give us a drawer or 2. Or a wardrobe? Or - am I out my mind? - a closet?

Great hotel in a cute neighborhood with lots of cafes, shops and markets. The woman who checked us in spoke perfect English and was very friendly. She took time to circle places on a map that we should see with additional tips on the best ways and times to get there. The hotel is very clean and modern with nice beds and bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Our home away from home while in Paris. Whoever said that Parisians are not friendly clearly never stayed at the Hotel Fabric. The hospitality and attention to detail of the Hotel Fabric staff was unparalleled. The setting was a delightful balance of chic and comfort. One of the most charming aspects of the hotel was the honesty bar, which gave access for weary travelers to enjoy an evening glass of wine (or other digestif) in a relaxed setting to reset for the next day. The quality of the wine as well as the affordability was such a pleasant surprise, as we were able to sample French wine and local beers that we may not have otherwise experienced; all while our 12 year-old daughter was comfortable up in the room binge watching Emily in Paris while we enjoyed a little solitude😊 Situated just a short walk from the Marais, perhaps the most fashionable district in Paris, the location was an accessible walk to lovely cafés and shopping, but also due to its location on a less busy street perfect for catching an Uber to more distant arrondissements. As a family of three, this room worked well, with both a queen and twin bed, small refrigerator with fresh water daily and a little space for our uneaten goodies from the day. Another aspect that I loved was the digital city guide provided on the website that outlines the local restaurants and exhibits in the neighborhood. I highly recommend the hotel for families and couples alike!
