Most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The setting is so lovely , even this time of year. And the staff are wonderful. The breakfast was really good. I am sad we only booked one night.

The staff, rooms and property were above our expectations. Francesca provided a ride to the property and on our day of departure to the Rome airport (for a fee). The room was spacious, clean, provided everything we could want and was so welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful

The location is close to the train station. You can walk up to Orvieto - it’s a 10-15 minute walk. The owners were really sweet and helpful. My room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I wish I had stayed longer to enjoy the pool.

Lovely

What an excellent stay and experience we had at Podere Sette Piagge!! The service provided and quality of the property very clearly exceeded our expectations. Our guest room was clean, spacious and well decorated. Owner Francesca was very focused on servicing our requests. She also very effectively arranged our transportation requests. The daily buffet breakfast was excellent - superb pastries, fresh fruits and plenty of other assorted items in a very comfortable patio setting. Just over the top in all aspects of our stay. Very highly recommend this property.

Super sweet Italian family with a warm welcome. Very clean room. Great spread for breakfast included with an amazing Cappuccino served.

It is in a beautiful setting and very relaxing. Francesca, her father and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Nice and fresh breakfast. Easy to park if you have a car. It is a bit of a hike if you want to walk to Orvieto center- and I personally didn’t mind but you can take a taxi if too much. We went to the restaurant across the street one night which was very good, as an option close by. I would recommend this hotel if you enjoy having a nice outdoor space.

A terrific family run hotel, right under the historic town of Orvieto. The property has an extensive farm, and the owner took us for a tour complete with samples of blackberries and cherries. One of the originals roads that lead to the city runs right in back of the property that with a 20-minute vigorous leads you right to the Fortezza Albornoz.

While this property is not in the walled part of Orvieto, there is a path up the hill to the city gates. Wonderful way to start and end our day of sightseeing! The staff was so welcoming, from breakfast time to arranging our winery tour. The farm grounds and pool area were just gorgeous.

Lovely old house and gardens set in a quiet location. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Easy walking distance to old town (up a steep hill) and also to new town and funicular. Hosts provide a shuttle service from/to railway station. Thank you for your hospitality! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Lovely farmhouse surrounded by vineyards olive groves high in the hills of Orvieto. Hostess was kind to pick us up on several occasions from and to the teain station for day trips. A sweeping view of the farms below. We were fed a breakfast each morning in the charming bnb home. The family has sheep, chickens, and lots of beautiful acreage to explore. A short distance from old town with all the midieval buildings ,Duomo,and museums a 20 min walk up a steep hill from the property. Other ways to get to it are also posdible,by bus,taxi or lift. Beautiful city and great place to stay! We did have issues with wifi while we were there,but hostess tried to resolve several times. Just know it is a wonderful area and wifi is spotty here.
Enjoyed our stay! The chalet was fun,up the drivewsy a but surtounded by nature. Enjoyed our kitchen,private bath and cozy room. Things were quiet and peaceful. Thank you Francesca for your hospitality!

We loved the property & hosts who were kind, patient and very welcoming! Our rooms were nice and very quiet. This is a wonderful inn for travelers with a car. We were traveling by train and the local taxi was unavailable. Our hosts kindly responded to our need for transportation from and then to the train station.

What a lovely place to stay in Orvieto! The room was charming and clean, the breakfast was wonderful! There is a walking path out of the inn right up to Orvieto old city. The pool was a lovely addition on warm afternoons. The owner was so helpful and accommodating. We had a great experience here.

We had our own private chalet. It was very quiet and romantic. Enjoyed the walk all the way up to the town of Orvieto from the hotel. Alberto, Francesca and the staff were very hospitable. I would recommend dinner here one night. We would like to return here another time!

A perfect holiday and restful stay

Our stay was restful and excellent. Parking is easy, room is spacious, clean and the view is spectacular. It's only a 5 minute drive to the Orvieto up on the hill. We were coming back from Florence to catch a plane home from Rome and make a stop here as we have a day to spare. It turned out to be the perfect decision as there were so much to see. 我们从佛罗伦斯经Orvieto （也叫天空之城）到罗马乘机回国。原本以为只是歇脚点，却是一个值得停留2天慢慢享受的景点。酒店在山脚下，自驾5分钟就能到古城。由于时间不够又下小雨，没试用山后的小路上古城。古城里限驾，车子可以停在景区大门步行參观。古城里13 世纪的房子还保存完好。古城大街有土产店非常精美，餐厅也特多。回来点评酒店，客房宽敞，十分干净，窗外美如一幅画。wifi网速快，淋浴热水足，床又舒服，还提供免费早餐停车，别无所求了。好像住在自己的庄园里。夏天还开放泳池伴一山的果树，是人间仙境。下次会多停留几天也会再住这里。如果不是自驾，可以提前安排庄园到火车站接送。那里还能乘缆车上下山呢，收费1.3欧元一趟。We will return to stay more days with this hotel.

A country stay

Quaint and quiet inn. We stayed three nights, and really enjoyed it. If you are walking as we were, be prepared for an uphill climb along a busy road to get to the hotel and a further steep but more pleasant climb to the town of Orvieto if the shuttle is not available. In hindsight, we should have booked a room with a kitchen for evening meals. Otherwise everything was pretty perfect! The breakfast is great, and the staff are friendly.

Charming BnB on the road just beneath Orvieto’s old town. Beautiful pool and property. We had our own private guest house with a very comfortable bed, mini kitchen and a lot of space. Unfortunately we were only there one night and had an early departure for The airport so we didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast that everyone raves about including fresh fruit from their orchards. Would have loved one more night

The walk from the B&B to the town is a longish climb, steep in places, but
along a quiet sideroad and brings you out at one of the old gates in the city walls: it's a great walk. It may be worth noting the funicular closes at 2030.

The former farm has extensive grounds and offers some of its produce at breakfast.

Wonderful B & B, set in gorgeous surronds, pool, garden and view beautiful. Hosts Francesca and Alberto were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. With a constant supply of fresh fruit from the orchard which was delightful. Pool area great for relaxing after a hectic Rome. Steep walk up to Orvieto village but well worth it. Suggest calling ahead for transfers from train station. Highly recommend a stay here and will return if possible.

Rooms were great and beds comfortable. Nothing fancy or luxurious, but very much as expected. Buffet breakfast was beautifully served under the grape arbor covered terrace, and was very tasty. Even better than the previously mentioned item, how're is the fantastic setting just off the street up to The old part of town.

Return visit just a nice as the first

Warm welcome back after four years. Nice couple and their daughter offer clean and large accomodations. It's actually a farm with goats for cheese making. Tight turn from the road so look closely on the left as you go up the hill from the train station to the town of Orvieto. About half way up. There is a sign on the left too.

Great organic garden/orchard area (ask for the tour). Rooms were very nice, reliable wifi in-room, bathroom was spacious, and breakfast was above average compared to other places we stayed in Italy. Parking for your rental car and a great base for exploring the local Ovieto area, including Civitta and local wineries.

Perfect for families

Highlight of our vacation. So relaxing and refreshing to have a pool and small playground for the kids and just close enough to town. Very easy to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Orvieto,, then pop back to the hotel to relax and unwind, and then go back to Orvieto for dinner. Although, honestly our favorite meal was dinner at the hotel (available on request). As mentioned in other reviews, Alberto is extremely kind and generous with his time and the incredible amount of produce on the grounds of the podere. 20 kinds of figs! The most delicious peach I've ever had! And of course, tomatoes that melt in your mouth.

A perfecting ending to a month long trip

A beautiful facility with friendly accommodating owners. The location is perfect for access to Orvieto's hilltop with a steep but brief walk. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast was adequate. This would be our first choice to stay if we ever return to this quaint and vibrant town.

Beautiful Location near Orvieto

This was a beautiful small farm with everything from fruit trees to a herd of sheep. The owner gave us a tour of his property with so much to see, Our room was a separate cottage with small kitchenette. Quite large and with a back way to walk up the hill to Orvieto in only 15-20 minutes. Hill was a bit steep but if taken slowly, no problem. The owner and his family was so very helpful also.

Great location within walking distance to Orvieto town centre. Wonderful breakfasts and lovely setting. Hosts are welcoming, helpful and overall extremely hospitable. If you want to relax and yet be close to restaurants and all Orvieto has to offer; it's a perfect place to stay.

Before we arrived we called to let the owner Alberto know when our train was scheduled to arrive at the station. He kindly picked us up and took us to Podere Sette Piagge. As soon as you arrive you are struck by the beautiful setting. The room had 2 single beds and a smaller roll away bed for my son. It was very clean and sufficient. We didn't need AC but you had a choice to use it for 10euros a day. Breakfast was healthy, simple and very good. it was served in the beautiful terrace area outside. My boys loved the swimming pool and spent most of their time swimming. The owner kindly let them feed his sheep and trout and pick fruit from the orchard. they loved it! It's about 20 mins on a very steep uphill walk to get to town but we enjoyed the hike. A car may have been helpful, but Alberto kindly gave us a ride to the station etc. Orvieto is beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay. Many families were there with children. Definitely a great family environment.

Great base for guests travelling by car, looking for a quiet get away location to relax in between days out in the surrounding area. There is a quiet back lane steep walk up to Orvieto for those without a car to get about. The swimming pool was a great spot with comfy chairs, sun shades and nice clean pool.

Country-like setting 20 minutes walk from Orvieto

One of the best places we stayed in Italy. Like being in the countryside but it is right below the ancient town of Orvieto. Historic building with new addition. Beautiful outdoor pool and lawn open May-Sept. 20 minutes walk up quiet lane to Orvieto, or walk to train station and take funicular tram up to town. Comfortable room with rustic furnishings. A little noise from cars on main road and distant trains every so often. Great breakfast served in common room from 8am. Outdoor patio to eat or relax on. Hosts provide complimentary pickup a train station, just let them know your arrival time. Fruit orchard and sheep on slopes above property. Amazing sunsets. Hosts are very welcoming and take pride in Podere Sette Piagge.

This is a lovely place with a great little pool and rooms. We stayed in the annex which had a small kitchenette, seating and table. It was beautiful. Easily accessible as straight of the main road up the hill to the beautiful hill town.

자동차 없이는 접근하기 힘드니 자동차 여행중인 분만 예약하시는게 좋겠습니다. 또한 진입구가 급격히 꺽여 있어 출입시 주의 요망됩니다. 농가 민박이라 큰 기대를 하지 않았찌만, 방 상태는 좋은 편이며, 조식 또한 괜찮습니다. 다만 2층 방으로 짐을 들고 올라가야 해서 조금 힘들었습니다.
100미터쯤 떨어진 다른 농가식당에서 저녁을 먹었는데, 매우 훌륭했으니 참고하십시요.

걸어서 절대 못 갈 위치입니다. 위험한 차도를 통해서만 갈 수 있습니다. 호텔 시설도 완전 구식이고 처음 도착했는데 문이 잠겨있어서 당황했습니다. 주인한테 전화해서 열었습니다. 어메니티 전혀 없고요. 시내나 역으로 이동할 때 10유로 택시지 내고 이돌하거나 주인이 운영하는 셔틀 타야합니다. 호텔에서 역으로 나갈 때 도저히 택시가 안 잡혔는데요 줌마가 장보러 나가는 김에 태워 준다고 들었는데 알고보니 한 번 셔틀 비용으로 나중에 15.4유로 받았습니다. (도시비 받으면서 셔틀 포함 총 20유로 달라고함)
