They did not have my room available. Which was a swim out room. Instead “upgraded” me to a room with a jacuzzi and acted like that was okay. That was not nice at all. A room with a pool and a room with a jacuzzi are 2 different experiences. When asked why I wasn’t able to get the room I booked no answer was given.

Room and overall resort was very well maintained and clean. Most of the staff was friendly, some were not. It was pretty frustrating to get bottled water. You could only get it through mini bar service into the room. That was as not a quick process. Multiple hold times on the phone to get the request and then waiting for hours for it. The bar stocked with “snacks” just means one bag of plantain chips. Nothing else. The liquor/drink options were not “all inclusive” like other places I have stayed. It’s tiered so you get basic liquor and one type of beer or else it’s an up charge. The food everywhere we went was VERY good. There was no wait time to get into any walk in restaurant, but the time it took to order and get food was entirely too long. I don’t want to spend almost 2 hours trying to get quick lunch food. There was also a significant draw back on food availability. From 5-6pm there’s literally no food options. Everything is closed. Should have something available. This resort also tricks you into “meeting with your concierge” which is really just spending two hours to hear a pitch similar to a time share pitch. I’m not paying thousands to go some where that’s all inclusive to then try to be sold to spend more. Would not stay here again.

I paid for privilege service and was highly disappointed. Had to fetch my own drinks while others around me were being served. I had to ask another gentleman to order on my behalf due to this. I wish I could post the photos but was highly disappointed. There were some staff there such as Kash Joseph RuthAnn Claudine Millicent who I have gotten to know and made my stay comfortable but as for the pool and butler service would like a complete refund

The over all experience was ok. Check in time was 3. We waited an hour and a half for our room. We are not very adventurous when it comes to foods, lunch and dinner options were limited. The spaghetti at the Italian restaurant was very good. The swim up room was great! The pool was massive, plenty of room to move around. The room was clean.

Great location. Beautiful property. Many options for food just difficult to find food when you want it. Hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner had gaps. And only other bad thing is the beach is very rock and not really ocean accessible and the hot tubs were not hot.

This hotel is must go!!! if you are looking to have a wonderful time in Jamaica at an All Inclusive Hotel.

When first arriving you are greeted very well and given drinks, but if you don’t drink no problem. The hotel lets you feel as though you dont have to lift a finger to take your bags or do anything, but relax from here on, which is reassuring for the amount that you pay.

Check-in process wasn’t too long but if you don’t get there early you will wait a bit in the line. After check-in has been completed, if your room is not ready, they have shower rooms ready in case you’re sweaty from your travel or just need to refresh. A wrist band is provided to enjoy the resort amenities while they get your room ready.

The only issue I had was not receiving the correct room, and the AC was not working on the given room, but that was resolved while touring the property, the AC aspect at least. The room situation was resolved within 24hrs and they call you personally to make sure that all needs were met.

Overall I would come back to this if hotel, no questions asked for a longer stay than 6 days and I would recommend this for anyone.

We always hang out at the pool, it does need more shade, if they added umbrellas, it would be great. The staff in all the dinning were wonderful. All the staff were nice and helpful. Enjoy hanging out at Mike's in the afternoon for Chai Latte. Early mornings when it's quiet, I like walking the length of the pool or the lazy river. I also enjoyed feeding all the cats on the property.

They will not honor your room choice when booking through 3rd party even when they confirm with you and even if you paid extra. Be prepared to spend money if you want to go anywhere it will be at least $70 one way. The food is so so except the Japanese restaurant which you have to reserve. There are a lot of extra expenses even though it’s all inclusive if you want anything good. They are not good with allergies to foods but they do ask. You basically are going to be very limited on choices. Most of the lobby staff is pleasant and some of the restaurant staff but it is hit or miss. They do not offer food 24 hours so you better not miss meal! Activities are limited in the resort but they will help group shuttles if you book through them. There is absolutely no transportation to and from the airport you have to pay for your own taxis. The massage is good but want to charge $175 for a 1 hour session. I don’t think I would stay here again everyone me met out and about including the locals advised Sandals is much better!

We had an amazing stay I very much recommend. Not a huge party place, they had lots of activities during the day but you could still lay by the pool and enjoy your time if you didn’t want to join in. Nichelle our waitress at the pool was fantastic. Such a sweet girl. Kyash was so entertaining and friendly. He made us laugh every day. Junior at the lobby bar is such a talented bartender. He was the last person we saw every night and became a good friend by the end of our stay. We are so sad to leave and will surely be returning!

My overall stay was excellent, and the service, atmosphere, and overall vibe truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, everything felt intentional and well thought out. The property was beautiful, relaxing, and created the perfect balance of luxury and comfort.

From the food to the spa and all the way down to the pool, everything exceeded expectations. The dining options were consistently enjoyable, the spa experience was relaxing and well-managed, and the pool area was one of the highlights—clean, inviting, and perfect for unwinding. It was clear that attention to detail was a priority throughout the resort.

The only downside was with the Privilege service package we booked. It included butler service, but we were never properly assigned one because, during check-in, we were not given full information on how to access that service. We also were never informed that Privilege included one special meal experience, so unfortunately we missed out on that entirely. That was disappointing, especially since it was part of what we paid for.

The majority of the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful, with only a few exceptions who seemed like they may have just been having an off day. Overall, the experience was still wonderful, and I would absolutely stay again—especially now knowing how the Privilege service works for next time.

this was a trip for our 20th anniversary
the resort was beautiful and clean! beach and pool were fabulous, food and drinks pretty good. Spa was amazing.
there are a couple issues that kept us from loving this place, definitely due to some poor management:
1) we upgraded to the privilege package at check in. did NOT get the amenities we paid for, they way over promised and way under delivered. then they tried to sell us on their travel club. it was a no for us.
2) if you are hoping for an adults
only time this is not it. if you want to relax on the beach forget about it. the parents will invade the adult section and plop their screaming baby down right next to you for a diaper change, they will let their kids run around what is supposed to be the adult side throwing sand and rocks. the staff just allows it.
Overall we just gave up and made the best of it, the staff was delightful, Jamaica was a great experience and so glad we went!

The resort is absolutely beautiful, one of the prettiest I’ve ever stayed at! There are so many restaurants to choose from, and the staff were all super helpful and friendly.

The only downside is that, for an adults-only resort, it felt a bit slow-paced and honestly kind of boring at times. None of the bars open until 10 AM, and the pool closes by 6 PM. The “foam party” was also underwhelming and didn’t really live up to the name.

The whole resort is amazing! The food was delicious in every restaurant, the rooms were very clean, the staff is amazing, the pool was awesome, very large and has seating in the pool everywhere. The entertainment crew was the best. Checking in and out was quick and they greet you at the entrance, take your bags to your room where you have a stocked mini bar and a bottle of rum waiting. Very pleased and planning a trip back already!!!

The location was excellent with a large hill at the entrance of the resort and large cliff just beyond the resort's beach and came right down into the sea. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The design of the resort was also impressive with beaches, two large pools and a lazy river to enjoy during the day. The boulevard came to life during the evening with a variety of entertainment.

Check in was very quick and easy. We had a swim up suite that looked exactly like the photos. Swim up pool was a little chilly, but when it’s 85+ with humidity, was very refreshing. The main pool was warmer, and gigantic. The swim up bar was fully stocked and everyone took great care of all the patrons.

Checked out a few of the bars. All were decent. The best bartender we came across was Amanda at the Marlin bar! She rocks. Close second was Javier (not the proper spelling but I don’t want to butcher it) also at the Marlin bar.

For dining-steakhouse was quite good. The Marlin was decent. The Red Snapper was very good. But the jerk shack on the beach was the best. Both buffets were ok-had something for everyone.

Being able to access the Ocean Coral Spring side was key. Most of the restaurants are on that side.

As for the beach-it is a little small and a little rocky. But plenty big enough. Never once saw all the chairs taken.

If I had to pick one thing to be negative about, it would be housekeeping. Even after we put the clean the room sign on the door daily, there was one day we didn’t receive service. Another day, we did get service, but no towels even though all the dirty ones were left in the tub. Another time, we didn’t receive any water in the minibar. It just seemed off. Could be a newer staff, or too many rooms for just a few people. Not sure, but it wasn’t great.

All in all, a very nice resort. Would definitely return.

The staff was absolutely amazing.... there was not one rude person in site. The check in process was smooth. We arrived before check in so there was a wait. But we were able to grab lunch while we waited. There were so many people who enhance my stay Dontte who worked at the bar on the Spring coral side, all the bar tenders in the Ocean side...Makailha who worked the hookah stand and the wine event. Billy who was everywhere. Savaughn who helped set up my Bob Marley dinner and a show and all of the dancers who were amazing Jeremi, Brittany and the two lovely women who helped us in the privilege lounge. Gina in housekeeping who always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable my entire stay.... plus so many more I hate that I didn't get everyone's mane

OEB has a 5 star staff.... the resort itself was more like a 3.5- 4... Im a very visual person so seeing things out of place makes me feel unsettled.. There was missing titles in the pool. There was orange stains on the shower grout. There was a hole in the bench in my room there was a stain on the couch and the lamp shade, the cabinet door to the mini bar was broken and was disguised by moving the fridge up more I could tell where all the pervious repairs were made because the patch work was visible.. and the tile on the balcony was chipped.

When I think 5 stars. I think nothing out of place. I would think the owners of OEB would want their property to match they're 5 star staff

I had a really beautiful stay here overall. The property itself is stunning the pool area especially is exactly what you picture when you think of a relaxing, all-inclusive escape. It’s clean, well-maintained, and easy to settle into.

The staff were kind and welcoming, and you can tell they work hard to keep things running smoothly. There were moments where things felt a little slow or unorganized, but nothing that completely took away from the experience more just something to be aware of if you’re used to super polished service.

The spa and amenities definitely helped me unwind, and I appreciated having space to relax without feeling rushed. It’s a great place if you want to slow down, enjoy the atmosphere, and just be for a few days.

I’d recommend it for the overall vibe and beauty, just with the mindset of going with the flow rather than expecting everything to be perfectly seamless.

The room was clean daily that was fine, but I was only offered turn down Service once and it was never offered again the entire week I was there. I was given a robe, but the Cleaning Lady accidentally took the robe when she took the towels and I was never given another robe. I tried to get another one. They said I had to call Guest Service. It was a thing I didn’t even worry about it. They forgot to bring my bag to my room when I initially checked in so I didn’t get it until almost 9 PM when I arrive my door to my room the lock was not working so I had to walk back down to where I checked in twice to get them to try to fix it and they still didn’t fix it. Someone had to come up and actually take the lock off and fix it.

The room wasn’t impressive. Booked a junior suite, furniture and feel of the room gave antique. It was a long walk to the activities. Breakfast is not offered complimentary as part of room service and the menu is very limited for room service. No iron available in your room, so pack accordingly, as only steamers are available complimentary. Someone stole our expensive sunglasses at the pool and security was a joke. No follow up calls received after filing a report. Overall, the service is lacking in all aspects but aesthetically it’s a nice resort.

The hotel was great. Not completely amazing but little complaint. If I had to think of areas for improvement, I would say the beach needs to be upgraded to include more sand and activities. The staff in the lobby in the white shirts are being made to try and get people to sign up for a vacation club. The approach should be changed. Maybe add a welcome packet which is left in each room or add a channel to the television that explains-the opportunity. The face to face interaction, persuasion and passive aggression sort of created stress for me and my wife in the middle of our vacation. I would have enjoyed my time more without that interaction. But the people were very nice. Not rude or disrespectful. It just took me away from vacation mode and I did not enjoy the experience.

We were at Ocean Eden for four luxurious nights. The property is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the drinks are plentiful. We particularly enjoyed dinner at the following restaurants: the Blue Moon Restaurant, the Steakhouse Restaurant, the Red Snapper, and Sugar Cane. Breakfast and lunch at the Marlin Restaurant were delightful and far less crowded. A cold front moved in after our first night bringing up a huge amount of seaweed, making the beach area essentially unusable for a few days, but the views were still amazing. The pool is the drawing point, so if you are a big beach fan, this may not be the place for you. There was live music each evening, and the sports bar is a fun spot. We would certainly come back again.

Our stay at Ocean Eden Resort in Jamaica was, without a doubt, one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was absolutely outstanding—every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly cared for.

The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options that never disappointed. The beach was simply beautiful—glorious, relaxing, and picture-perfect. The pool, the entertainment, the atmosphere… everything was just right. And the bar service? Incredible. The cocktails were top-notch, and the bartenders were some of the friendliest people you could ever meet. Every interaction felt genuine and warm.

One moment that really stayed with me was when we first arrived. I noticed guests who were leaving saying very emotional goodbyes to the staff—almost like they were saying goodbye to family. At the time, I didn’t fully understand why there was such a strong connection. But by the end of our stay, it made perfect sense. You truly grow to care about the people there because they treat you like family. There’s a real sense of love and connection that you don’t find everywhere.

By the time it was our turn to leave, we felt the same way. It wasn’t just a vacation—it was an experience filled with warmth, kindness, and unforgettable memories. Absolutely amazing.

Our stay at Ocean Eden Bay was a mixed bag. The staff service including check in, food quality, and food service were not up to par. We did not check in on time and we did not get a proper tour or understanding of the hotel and amenities. The only time we had a conversation with the lobby staff was to convince us to sit in an hour long presentation (probably for a timeshare). The room ac was also very weird and the room was a little bit more dark and outdated compared to the pictures online.

Our couples massages at the spa, the pool including the pool entertainment with Kyash, daily entertainment, and the drinks were amazing!!
