I stayed here for 2 night. It was overall a great experience. It would have been nice to check in at 3 but i didn't get into my room until around 4:30pm. I think the rooms and the dining areas can do an upgrade and revamp in the near future but would still come back and bring my kids.The showers are definitely interesting but an experience as well. The breakfast was amazing but there are many restaurants around the resort for one to find great affordable food.

This was my first time in Grenada—I came for a vacation with my mom and overall had a nice experience. The resort is beautiful and located right on the beach, which I absolutely loved. It’s not an all-inclusive resort, but they do offer free breakfast, which was decent. However, I noticed that the main restaurant was only open for breakfast. There was another small spot for food and drinks, but dining options were pretty limited.

The resort itself is very quiet. If there is entertainment, I didn’t experience any during my week-long stay. I do think the resort could benefit from adding more activities or events for guests. There was also some construction going on during my visit.

The rooms could definitely use some upgrades, as the furniture felt a bit worn down. Additionally, the pool area would benefit from more frequent cleaning. That said, the staff were very kind and welcoming, which made a positive difference in the overall stay.

Overall, it’s a nice beachfront resort with potential, but it could really improve with updated rooms, better amenities, and more entertainment options.

One drawback - US Dollars were not

Money for creases. Tears and writings and refused to accept them - my advise is to buy EC dollars at the Airport Entry via an
ATM or use card for purchases. My
Debit card was eaten by a bank ATM and had to cancelled forthwith by phone
All in all an excellent vacation. I recommend the Radisson Hetel on Grand Anse beach to all.

Checking in lobby was breezy with nicely arranged furniture. The checkin process was smooth with helpful staff. The hotel went on renovation recently and room we stayed was clean and comfortable except for the bathroom that didn't show any sign of renovation. Our room was on the first floor with a porch facing the ocean. The sunset view was magnificent. The hotel had several restaurants including one at the pool side that was nice. The breakfast buffet was also good with a wide selection of local foods. But since we stayed during the off-season, the service staff was very limited during the dinner time. The service was slow and quality of food was not so recommendable. Except for such problems with restaurants, overall stay was very pleasant. Good place for reluxation.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Radisson Grenada Beach Resort. The location is fantastic—with a beautiful beach front and walking distance to restaurants, bars and supermarket. The lobby area is beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly and professional.

The location of the resort is right on the beautiful Grand Anse beach. Breakfast was included and they had local food options. There are also several places to eat along the beach and near the resort. You can also purchase food at the resort bar. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were okay and they are planning to renovate them which will enhance the experience in the future.

My recent stay at Radisson Grenada Beach Resort was a beautiful experience. The staff was professional and always helpful. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and the surrounding layout of the resort was always well maintained. The pool and beachfront was relaxing with easy transition to the room and on-site restaurants. Appreciated the evening show activities, especially karaoke night.

Suggestions:
1) The grounds of the resort has mango and coconut trees. To bring the true Caribbean vibe to visitors, these fruits can be collected and used as welcome snacks/drinks.
2) Themed breakfast options with more variety of local dishes.
3) Kitchen a bit far from the evening dining area and inconvenient when rain falls. Covered area recommended.

We were initially in room 317 which flooded due to blocked drains, with grey water spreading from the bathroom into the bedroom. Staff resolved the external blockage quickly, but communication regarding remedial action in our own room was poor. A housekeeper later informed us that 317–319 flood regularly. We had to ask to be relocated and were placed in a beachfront room beside the main pool and bar. Unfortunately, excessive late-night noise made it unsuitable for a relaxing stay, and complaints to security and reception after 10pm had little effect. After further requests, we were eventually moved to a quieter area of the resort. We also experienced a breakfast billing error where two guests were incorrectly charged around $60 USD, which took over 48 hours, several discussions, and 4 hours of our holiday to resolve. Management staff other than Mrs Purser were generally unhelpful, however most other staff were lovely. There are positives: the location is excellent, the beach is beautiful, and the daytime atmosphere is relaxed. Early room access was appreciated. Special thanks also to Chef Joseph for accommodating my coeliac disease, although awareness of cross-contamination risks could be improved. Overall, many guests will likely enjoy their stay, but I would strongly advise confirming your room allocation in advance and avoiding beachfront rooms if seeking peace and quiet. And while we want to be able to offer a positive review, it would be misrepresentative to do so.

Deeply disappointing: Staff effort can't mask mismanagement

I booked a staycation with high hopes, but the experience was disheartening. While the staff are clearly hardworking and proactive, they are being set to fail by what appears to be lack of compentent management.

Safety: Most alarming was finding a needle on the pool steps. The pool area also had floating debris and empty water bottles. Pervasive smells of sewage and garbage in unavoidable areas of the property.

Room: The hardware was literally falling off the walls. A towel hook detached under the weight of a toddler’s rash guard. A rocking toilet and the bathroom had a persistent sewer stench.

Dining: A steak sandwich that looked \"pre-chewed\" and the juices were so heavily diluted that even my child, who never turns down juice, refused to drink them.

Nitpicking: Getting towels at the pool hut required calling the hotel's main external line, and maintenance chemicals were left unattended along the walking path. The sports equipment was in such a terrible state that it had to be handed to us with a rag. While \"please be understanding of our shortcomings\" signs are posted throughout the property, there is no request for guest surveys or feedback to actually address these issues.

Overall impressions: Staff were wonderful, proactive, and went above and beyond to fix problems that shouldn't have existed in the first place. It is clear they are doing their best with very little support.

The breakfast menu very limited and the employee serve you a very small portion of food like they want to feed 500 people with the same container and the mayority of the employees serving the food always looks not friendly at all..like not customer service skill at all...The rooms are totally differents from what the picture on internet shows...they are so simple and low quality ...very old facilities and infraestructure..looks like this hotel was built in the 70's...Super boring if you stay in the weekdays...not show on night ,not activities at all...just a swimming pool and the beach that is nothing special like the internet show...That beach is promoted as the most beautiful on the island, and for that very reason, I decided to stay at this hotel. However, upon arrival, you encounter something truly unprecedented—something I have never witnessed at an accommodation in any country. Running right through the center of the hotel—between the guest room buildings that supposedly overlook a garden—is an open sewage channel. You are forced to walk right over it every time you head to the dining area or the pool, and it emits an unbearable stench. The saddest and most deplorable part is that this channel empties directly onto the very beach where hotel guests and locals go swimming. When I looked up information online, it turned out that this specific area serves as a discharge point for sewage from three different locations across the entire distric...

Breakfast was absolutely on point, easily 5-star quality and so satisfying you wouldn’t even need lunch after such a packed, healthy start. The café was irresistible, with freshly made cakes and delicious ice cream that kept calling our names. To top it off, the hotel lunch and pizza went beyond our expectations… and you simply can’t beat the location. Waking up and stepping straight onto Grand Anse Beach felt like a dream. It’s truly one of the best beaches in the world. A memorable experience from start to finish!

The gardens and pools are beautiful and the beach is very nice with a wonderful view. The staff is quite nice. Before booking. I read reviews stating that the hotel was in dire need of updating. The room was quite comfortable. Simply painting the walls and painting the furniture, and adding a picture or two, would make a huge difference in appearance. That being said, the room and bed were quite comfortable. The location is great and all of the meals we had at the Radisson were tasty and fairly priced. I would stay there again.

My wife and I spent a week at the Radisson Beach Resort on Grand Anse Beach in Grenada and we loved it. We appreciate the warmth and love received from Richie, Ariel, Ashley, Kendra C, Rena, “Slice”, Shenique, Azania, Desiree and many others (names we can’t remember right now). My wife didn’t enjoy her first day’s breakfast but it got better as the days went on.

Dodgy dock on a Wednesday night was recommended, but it’s not for everyone. Brisa Mar is a must, Khun Thai Restaurant & Bar, Franko’s is a win. 473 restaurant and BB’s Crabback were local restaurants to try.

Our taxi drivers Claude, Spanks and Mr Campbell got us to where we wanted to go without fail.

Its so pretty. Beach access. Clear water. Absolutely stunning. The resort itself is beautiful and I felt comfortable there.
One thing I will mention to Travellers is that in the Caribbean everything moves at a snails pace. So prepare yourself for that. Patience is a virtue. You will wait. For everything. Check-in, food, drinks. They do not carry the same greetings and pleasantries some other countries have in customer service. They move on their own time and their is zero sense of urgency. So prepare yourself for that.

First couple times I stayed at the Radisson the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. This last time, the managing staff was not understanding not fear or accomiding I requested an early check in, didn't get any. I asked if my family could have breakfast on arrival instead of the day leaving as we where leaving at 3am in the morning for breakfast I already paid for. Not understandong at all. Not fair. General staff where top notch. Rooms clean, Great Breakfast! I will stay again, but I think the managing staff need more understanding, reasonable flexibility, and welcoming.

Serving staff was efficient and friendly especially at breakfast. However, staff in reception area was not. We got our room an hour late after sitting in the lobby for 2 hrs, and seeing a multitude of guests arrive after us and given their room keys. Its only after asking twice then we were given our room. No apologies while we waited, and absolutely NO refreshments offered although every guest received after we arrived. No attempt at compensation for this issue was done. Everything else at the hotel was great.

When we checked in - it was a HORRIBLE room - dirty, broken things, unacceptable. After some time we were assigned another room - at another wing of the property - and everything was fine there . So he average of 1 and 5 is 2.5 - I give it a 3 - to be generous. The food service was awful. Slow service, wrong items served - after waiting for almost an hour - dirty dishes left right next to us when guests had left. We stopped eating on premises. The beach was lovely and the property is beautifully i landscaped.

This resort is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Grand Anse Beach. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is lovely — especially the pancake station (thanks, Asha!).

However, it’s worth noting that the hotel isn’t actually part of the Radisson group, so usual perks don’t apply. The rooms are spacious with great balcony views, but the property feels quite dated — especially the bathrooms, which need upgrading. Common areas were dated and cleaning could be more done more regularly.

The resort is large and confusing to get around, and many guests seemed lost, so better signage would help. Food is decent but overpriced and limited to basics like burgers and grilled fish — the “fish of the day” was always tuna.

Overall, a nice location and great staff, but for the price charged, the experience doesn’t quite match expectations.

Location was great. Close to SGU campus, off site restaurants were good. Grounds, pools, and facility were very nice. Breakfast was included but food on the buffet was cold. You can choose made to order omelets, waffles, pancakes, or hot cereal but bacon, potatoes, sausage, scrambled eggs, and any other hot foods were all on the buffet and cold. On the weekends the buffet breakfast is open to the public and they could not keep up with the volume. Restaurants on site were just okay in terms of menu, quality, and taste. Room furniture worn and tired. Bath was clean and updated.

Property was very nice, beautiful pools, right on the beautiful beach. Breakfast was great. Only issue was the staff at check in (need more staff, nobody wants to wait 45 minutes to check in after a long day of travelling - I even did the online check in) and the staff at the Tradewinds were exceptionally slow.
