The staff from the front desk to the dining area and also bar service was superb. They were all great. Everyone I encountered even housekeeping was a pleasure to deal with. They always smiled and provided the best customer care there is to offer. I comment the entire staff. Also the new addition of the pastries at the gourmet coffee counter was so delicious.

Beachfront room, bottom floor, patio was really nice with a great view of the beach. The room was a bit dated, but kept very clean. That said, we never really knew when it would be cleaned - some days it was in the morning, some times while we were out for supper. We were told the hotel was full but it never seemed that way - it's very spacious so no one area ever felt busy or crowded. There was one day that we couldn't get beach chairs, but I think that was due to cruise ship visitors using some, plus it was a day that we didn't get to the beach until mid day.

We had a wonderful vacation at Radisson Grenada Beach Resort. My husband and I stayed in an ocean-facing room, and the views were absolutely beautiful — waking up to the sea each morning was a highlight of our trip.

The included breakfast offered a delicious variety of options each day, and we really enjoyed the live music in the evenings, which created such a lovely atmosphere. Most of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, making our stay even more special.

We would definitely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Grenada.

The property is beautiful with tons of colorful plants and multiple pools. it’s right on the beach with loungers provided. we had a great ocean view room and could hear the waves at night which was so nice. breakfast buffet was fine. the decor of the hotel including the rooms is pretty outdated. the AC was powerful which was great but the display lit up the room blue at night making it hard to sleep. Would stay again but there are nicer places to stay that I would go back to instead.

Our 2nd visit here. Only a few minor improvements, removal of parts of fencing along the beach, updated lounge furniture and the addition of Georgie’s by the beach. However, there needs to be much more to bring this place up to par! Not sure why they got rid of the nightly entertainment and closed down that bar which is just a sad eye sore now. Aside from the Sunday karaoke nothing else was going on. We and many others raised the issue at the Mgmt Cocktail meeting and were told they would be reinstating it the following week. Well! We were there for 2 weeks and they did not add the entertainment the 2nd week. In previous visit we enjoyed returning from dinner to the nightly entertainment with a couple of drinks, the bar used to be packed! 8pm and it was dead except for Sunday nights.
The location on Grand Anse is the best part of this hotel!
Breakfast wasn’t as good this trip either. Would have appreciated more healthy options - plain yogurt instead of only high sugar option would be good. Also, there was usually granola but none this time. Even peanut butter would have been a good addition instead of just high sugar syrup and caramel options.

That said it was nice to see some familiar faces Michael, Joseph, Asha and Prince 🙂

Also, who decided the priority was to put giant tv’s in the rooms (Jasmine) but ignore the drapes with holes in them. 🙄

Also, prioritize your guests with the beach chairs instead of giving them to the hoards coming off the cruise ships!

This resort is in an excellent location. The beach is beautiful with popular eating spots in walking distance. The pools were beautiful. There was a variety of restaurants and a place to get coffees. The hotel was being painted and you can tell that they keep up on the maintenance. We had a bottle of shampoo that was no longer attached to the wall, which was not a problem but the next day the 3 attachments for conditioner, body wash and shampoo was replaced.
We used the gym, ping pong table and watched the Olympics on a big screen at the bar. Pickleball court were close by but not on the resort.

All staff were very attentive and kind. Rooms were clean and had key elements upgraded like the air conditioner and overhead fan. The biggest issue is how long it takes to get food after placing your order. Waiting 2 hours was common so you need to pack your patience.

It was a great stay I really only have minor complaints. Let’s start with the good:

Beautiful clean property. Excellent customer service by all of the staff. They are very kind and move with urgency and did everything to accommodate my requests.

Beautiful property right on the beach with three lovely pools .

Room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Water gets hot enough and there was a fridge and safe in the room.

Loved the breakfast included. Such a life saver. Also the pizza is super good too.

The minor things : such a huge property. Takes a while to walk around from place to place . The pillows sucked, they were feather and flat . They have two “hot tubs” but they weren’t hot, they were cold!

Forced to find hotel accommodations after flight home was canceled and booked a room through a 3rd party site. Upon arrival was rudefully told they had no rooms available and there was nothing they could do. It was midnight and the rudeness and lack of professionalism was a bit shocking. Based of that interaction i would not even consider staying there in the future

The hotel is beautiful but much of the staff were very rude and unfriendly with exception of Alana and Sheena- they deserve promotions and are a bright light to the experience we encountered during our stay- the staff we encountered at the front desk did not smile and made us feel unwelcome and like we were a burden to them
They were also very slow and inefficient
We had several terrible dining experiences as well- including very long week times and expensive prices with subpar food
We loved Johnson in security department- he was very helpful and extremely friendly

We loved every single thing about this resort. There are many reviews about clean room, great breakfast, on the beach, amazing pool. We agree with all of this.
What we can add is that you don't need or want to rent a car. The resort is 10 minutes from the airport. Their taxi and local van/bus system is great. We took the local van/bus into St George's. It is $1 US per person one way!! Definitely not luxury but that is what we loved. The local people use this for their transportation.
Roads are tight so we are very glad we didn't rent a car.
We will be bringing our kids and grandkids with us next year.
The property has a lot of shade trees which we really appreciated because we burn easily!
Also the chocolate museum in St George's was really fun to go to. The dark chocolate that is made on the island does not melt! You have to check out the museum to find out why!
Sorry for the long review but our airplane is delayed 2 hours so We are killing time.

The only complaint that I have was checking in. The staff was wonderful, however the system seems to be an old system which had us in line waiting for nearly an hour. This is the second time I've visited this resort with the same problem. I'm sure with all the money they charge, surely they can afford a more updated system.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and cleaned daily, and the breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The location is excellent, with a local supermarket, restaurants, and the beach right on the doorstep, as well as a bus stop with easy access to the town centre. This was my third stay at the hotel, and I would definitely stay again.

Believe the reviews I definitely give it 8 out of 10. And really the high marks for location, location, location! When it comes to service I would give it a high 5. If you’ve ever been to the Caribbean please know island time is a real thing!!!!! Do not expect fast service. But that’s not my issue. I did not feel like the people there were welcoming. I had sent the hotel messages the week prior to no answers. Was there to celebrate my boyfriend’s bday. No type of recognition. The beach service is non-existent. Which reallly surprised me. They definitely would get more revenue if they had beach service. Local phone calls from the room cost 3EC. Which we weren’t told (was trying to book a massage locally). Oh and the included breakfast was great but again service was nonexistent. They would make so much more money if they asked if you wanted to pay for drinks from the bar but no one ever offered and I didn’t think to ask until our last morning.
The beach itself is great- you can snorkel but not much to see. The pools also looked great and there were always a lot of people there but I came for the beach so we never went there. We left the resort every night to eat. There’s a pool table. I did see a coffee bar but never ever saw anyone working so I wouldn’t bet on that. The sink and bathtub stop seemed to be stuck on closed. Annoying but not enough to call someone to fix, wasn’t worth waiting. The property itself a very lush and well kept. Rooms dated but ok with that.

Location was awesome— right on the Grand Anse Beach. Food was delicious. Pools were nice. Rooms were clean albeit somewhat dated (not a dealbreaker at all). Felt like staff were helpful but slow and not attentive to needs. This was still a great option for a long weekend in a central spot in St. George. I would not pick this if you were trying to celebrate something super special.

Resort location is great short walk to many restaurants, grocery store and more. Rooms were clean but a bit tired however management is actively updating a wing at a time. Daily room cleaning and fresh towels a plus. Hotel staff ok not over the top friendly. Food at the resort was good if you didn’t want to venture out. Be careful not to pay for beach chairs they are for the guests, some are $30/day. I would definitely put this island and hotel in our rotation of island choices.

The level of customer service at this property was completely inadequate during a national emergency. When hundreds of people were affected and stranded, the lack of empathy shown to guests who chose to stay at your hotel was unacceptable. Refusing to refund nights that guests were unable to use, through no fault of their own, added significant stress and financial burden at an already traumatic time.

In a situation that was unimaginable for the world, Radisson’s response felt disrespectful and dismissive of customers’ well-being. Instead of support and understanding, guests were met with rigid policies and no meaningful accommodation of their circumstances.

Additionally, the hotel did not provide warm water, so guests could not even rely on basic comforts such as a hot shower. This failure to meet fundamental expectations only compounded the overall disappointment with the stay.

I’ve stayed at the Radisson before & always had a great stay, this time will forever stick in my memory. I booked the room using my hotel.com credit & sadly I think that’s the reason we were treated so badly. We booked a room for 4, consisting of 2 “double beds” in the past these have always been king sized beds, we were assigned room 120 that had what looked like 2 large single beds. The mattresses were at least 20 years old & only fit to cause severe back problems. It was so bad that we requested to move rooms, we were then assigned room 424, which I truly believe was staff quarters. It was tatty & the mattresses were 19 years old. Not one of us slept, debated leaving at 1am but didn’t have the energy, so we just laid in bed & waited for the sun to come up. In both rooms we were given 2 towels, in a room booked for 4, we called reception a number of times & the phone was never answered. Also the pools were absolutely freezing, catch a cold freezing. If this is how you treat customers for using their reward points, then maybe you shouldn’t be part of the rewards program. It’s a joke. This in no way reflects the attentiveness of the staff, they are great & do their best to help where they can.

The room’s size was quite small, despite the size of our living space, it was a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team did a great job in keeping our room clean. Staffing was great. Mr. Joseph, Shenard and a few more staff members that I cannot remember their names were very attentive and helpful. Shenard always went above and beyond when we attended the restaurant for dinner. Shenard always had a genuine smile on her face, and was always ready to help us pick a good meal when we didn’t know what we wanted to try. Mr Joseph was always so welcoming and helpful during breakfast time. He always had small talks with us to find out how our stay was going and if we needed assistance during breakfast time.
The kids adored Shenard and Mr. Joseph.

We loved the new upgrade Radisson made to the main pool and the new beach bar they added. This hotel was close to everything we needed, transportation, banks, near by restaurants, the beach and a grocery store. We had a pleasant stay at Radisson, and we are looking forward to come back for a fourth time.

Stayed the end of December, 2025 for 3 nights, the location is good, its on the beach and there are two pools, there is lots of parking, a supermarket and gas station is nearby, food options are close, the road is terrible. The property is fairly maintained. There is a drain running through the property, it is an eye sore and has a pungent scent, this shoukd be addressed. There are lots of options for breakfast which are average, likewise is the taste of the food. You have to pay separately for cocoa tea, $10 EC I understand, I did not buy it, I would not pay separately for that. For those who read this, no need to stack your plate like a dump truck at a buffet and then waste the food, you can visit the buffet as many times as you wish, please dont waste food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean with a couple amenities like kettle, coffee machine, safe and refrigerator, my wife found the bed uncomfortable. I noticed that the buffet did not offer honey and to me, the bread was very crumbly. Overall, I will rate this hotel as 3.5 stars

The food was too salty and greasy. There were very few healthy choices at breakfast. Lunch and dinner options were generally bland. Service is pretty lousy. I got the feeling that the Radisson Resort was more interested in pleasing the staff than the guests. The bartender and some of the waitstaff were rude and seemed put out to be dealing with us. Terrible music blasted at both pools and at the beach. It was very hard to escape the noise. When I asked the staff to turn down the music, some did without complaining, while others insisted that they could not turn it down — it was for everyone to enjoy. Not sure who everyone was supposed to mean. Most of the guests were elderly or young couples with kids. No one was dancing. As for the rooms, there was no hot water, only cold. The cleaning staff did a good job of coming in every day and making the beds, but the linens smelled like mildew. The worst part of the whole stay was that the gym was out of order, as was the hot tub. I only chose this place because it claimed to have a gym. Imagine my disappointment upon arriving and learning that the gym had been temporarily closed - that was 3 days out of 5!

My stay at the Radisson was good because of the staff. However, this isn't my first time staying at the Radisson. However, during this stay I've noticed some of the changes compared to my last stay (July/August, 2025). The Radisson would no long provide microwave in guest rooms and guest has to request 'cocoa tea'. It is no longer place as part of the breakfast selection. Room service can improve on the length of time to deliver food to the guest. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay

Most of the staff were not hospitable at the reception, restaurants and housekeeping. The fitness center and one of the pools were closed, with no notice until our arrival. Guests had a small room to workout in which could not comfortably accommodate more than two guests at a time. Food was mediocre. Cleanliness standards are low throughout the property. When we return, we don’t plan to stay here again.

The hotel has a great location as it’s on Grand Anse beach itself. The rooms are quite basic and can do with some upgrades. The mattress needed replacing at least 5 years ago and the duvet was very lumpy. The cleaning of the rooms could also be improved because I could smell urine the minute I walked into the “freshly cleaned” room. I also had to walk all the way to the bar for ice because the ice machine was down and room service never brought the ice that I called for.

Our first room was by the kitchen and out on the patio we could smell cooking. The receptionist was wonderful. She gave us the choice of another room away from the kitchen or upgrade to beach view room. She asked bellman to show us both rooms. We chose to upgrade and did not regret it. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.!

Being in such a hot tropical place I always make sure the Ac is doing its job and at this place it was more than enough! Beds were comfortable, staff were super helpful, taxi driver Larry very nice and always on time! Flies were a pest at breakfast and at the bar outside, pools were great, good walking distance to other food locations on the beach, beach was soft little to no rocks, stray dogs here and there overall it was an average stay.

Location is PERFECT right on the Anse beach, it is NOT crowded and I loved this. Maybe 20 people ont he beach we went in Nov., resort is very well kept, pool and grounds are gorgeous. Rooms are clean and had daily service. Bfast was included and it was the usual buffet style and an omelette maker.
At night they had some music by the bar and that was it- I didn’t mind since I’m not a big party person.
We rented a car and drove around all over- it was easier than I thought but still stressful bc of traffic.
Would 100% recommend!! Pics are wo filter and just morning / sunset from the bar area.

The room was clean, serviced everyday with clean towels, bottled water & the staff was very accommodating. The pool & the beach being right out front was the highlight of the trip for me as well as the fact that there were many food places walking distance if you're not eating at the hotel.Breakfast which was included in our stay had a wide variety. My husband and I stayed for our 5th wedding anniversary this week & I cant wait to return!
