The area, staff and comfort of the hotel was great. We booked an executive suite it was beyond our expectations. I must say though that although we had VIP benefits we weren’t informed about them and didn’t receive them. Apart from that we had a great time.

The property is nice, albeit the room being a bit dusty (which triggered my allergies). The breakfast was varied but not outstanding. The pool was not tempered (which was surprising to me as the stay was in late November) and you must use a hair cap (if you don't have one, they would sell one for about €2). The spa facilities (sauna and steam room) are gender separated. There is a massage menu on the hotel website, but due to time I could not try any. They have a private parking garage, with not many spaces but enough, including even an EV charger (big plus for me). The hotel proactively reached out to me before the stay in case I had any questions, and afterwards asking about the stay, which was appreciated.

On the negative side, there was an exposed wire in the shower (in the toiletries space, most likely as a local light) which I noticed on my last day, so no accidents, but was an unpleasent surprise. Also, the personnel did not talked directly with me in English, but to a colleague in Turkish, despite the reservation was under my name (this happened every time I went to the reception, with different people) or even if I started the conversation in English (they would start in English, and then switch to Turkish to address my colleague), which I felt quite rude, as I could not follow the conversation (even when I started it).

Although the hotel seems like a luxury hotel, there exists huge issues that you feel uncomfortable the minute you enter the hotel. In summary: Pros: Really helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast and good coffee, gym, really spacious and secure indoor parking. Cons: Non-smoking room and sheets smell cigarettes, dirty room (stained carpets, dirty and stained sofa pillows), technical problems in room amenities (our TV had a broadcast issue, so we had no TV first night, hot water was not coming from the bathroom sink), the room's latch lock was broken, serious management issues (although they are helpful and kind once you have them, you need to try hard to find staff if you have a problem)

I booked an executive suite, but the fridge smelled bad and had pieces of fruit inside. The slippers and disposable amenities were missing. The bed was so dirty that I had to ask for the sheets to be changed immediately. Although I booked a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. It was an incredibly bad experience—I left the hotel right after the first day.

It has good gym and swimming pool. First night there was too much noise from the bar downstairs, it was near to impossible to sleep. Second night I was moved to another floor so not music noise. I didn't like that the english of the staff wasn't good enough.
There were some misunderstandings with the breakfast and some problems with the internet. The majority of the staff was really helpful and nice, but the lady in the breakfast are for the last 2 days was border rude.

Bad service and reception.

Room was in bad condition the ac didn’t work, room cleaning didn’t come at all in my 4 night stay! Even when I asked for it.

The only decent guy (skinny guys unfortunately I didn’t get his name) was on the night shift super friendly and helpful guy.

Also the price for location is super high €400 for 4 nights.

Over all if I could give no star I would.

The location is very close to the convention center.

Property was clean and modern, staff were not always nice. Room service was not the best, they often forgot to add toilet paper, additional body wash and bath robes. They have com breakfast available which is nice and convenient. I would definitely stay there again due to the location convenience of the hotel.

Hotel located in a nice area of Bomonti with walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Rooms are quite small and room cleaning was not possible late in the day. Also late checkout was not granted when requested.

Disappointing Stay.My recent experience at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory, ranking among the worst accommodations I've encountered. The room was deplorable-carpets stained, furniture dusty&alarmingly, evidence of bed bugs. Extremely loud music persisted throughout the night, making sleep impossible for our family. The hotel's solution of moving one of our 2rooms made little difference, showing a lack of consideration for our comfort. Upon arrival, staff attempted to double-charge us. Only our vigilance&insistence on speaking with a manager prevented this. At checkout, we were denied a receipt until Monday, raising concerns about the & hotel's integrity.Basic amenities like the hairdryer, kettle, bathroom mirror were non-operational, significantly impacting our comfort. While some staff were friendly, overall service fell short. Many promised amenities weren't provided&housekeeping standards were abysmal. During our stay, bed sheets were merely straightened rather than changed. Towels were in poor condition&insufficient.This hotel failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, &service. As frequent travelers, we've never encountered such a negative experience. It's disheartening to see a hotel fall so short of providing a welcoming environment.I strongly advise potential guests to seek alternative accommodations to avoid similar disappointments.This experience demonstrates how crucial it is for hotels to maintain proper standards & consider guest comfort

Honestly the surroundings were good to explore. The hotel itself is lousy , noisy, staff need too much training … Breakfast buffet is limited..housekeeping is noisy , not professional ,, rooms are dirty, not maintained .. small rooms, and many more negatives.. I won’t stay at this property again..

My stay at The Mill Hotel Bomonti was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with every corner shining and spotless. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better - close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful atmosphere. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Ibrahim, the receptionist. Ibrahim went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. His warm welcome and attentive assistance made us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived.

In summary, The Mill Hotel Bomonti exceeded all expectations, offering a combination of cleanliness, spaciousness, and convenience that made for a truly unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples, families and anyone looking for a memorable experience in Istanbul.

I had rarely left a review .... but this time I have to share my experience :
I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. If you think that this hotel is comparable to a 4 star, 3 star or even 2 star hotel , you are completely wrong ! The hotel is understaffed, the furniture is old and full of stains, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, the TV has very basic Turkish TV channels, and the breakfast is just terrible !
Speaking about the breakfast, the breads and croissants were always stale and hard to eat !!! Some of the vegetable plates had gone to the refrigerator and back to the breakfast room for days ! We saw an employee in the breakfast room spraying water on the plates to give the impression that they were fresh ... while obviously they were not ! Speaking the internet : You need to set up the connection every single hour.
Conclusion : Please do not ruine your vacation.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it was a great location and nice and quiet most of the time at night. It would be great to see a slightly more looked after room - some carpet cleaning wouldn't go amiss and some good quality cleaner to polish the granite in the bathroom - but otherwise great!

Great stay overall, good staff, room servicr of good quality. However a big problem with AC, at maximum power our room temperature never went below 25⁰ while being set at 21 by hotel staff themselves.
Also, the breakfast is WAY too expensive for what's served...

The hotel was good ,, the room wasn’t clean the bed sheets had stains and yellow spots and the carpet too, the chairs in balacony was so dirty and there was an underwear leftover from previous people who stayed before us and the table was full of cigarettes ,, the housekeeper didn’t clean it ,, and the important point was about the manager hamza he was so rude and not helpful he is the worst manager ever unprofessional and racist ,, but the rest of the employees were very kind and so helpful especially the girl that has red hair color she must be the manager not hamza

Save your self and go somewhere else. The room was unclean, dirty and messy. Tables unclean. Floor appears dirty. Bathroom table needs cleaning. Bath dirty with hair. The place is really run down i was surprised by the ratings of this hotel. I think they really don’t pay attention to the quality of cleaning and over time it got worse. I definitely wouldn’t recommend. However the location is totally ok. If you’re driving keep in mind it’s uphill in a narrow busy street. That bothered me a lot as well. The tv in the room is not smart. You’re stuck with local channels. Etc. bad experience overall. Due to the quality of cleaning. Which terrible. Oh yes. There was some construction happening early in the morning. Very very noisy. Worst thing was. I woke up around 7 am due to smoking cigarettes smell. It felt someone was smoking next to me the whole room smelled like smoking cigarettes. The people who were doing the construction 🚧 have the ability to smoke and continue their construction. Horrible horrific experiences in this hotel

Extremely dirty hotel. Walking in there was a horrendous smell, bed sheets were stained with makeup and what looked like coffee. The chairs were stained as well. The table, desk, and bathroom vanity were covered with dirt almost as if the room had not been touched or dusted for a long time.

So the pictures look very nice and are most likely very old pictures, don't get me wrong the hotel at some point must have been that nice but due to poor management the hotel now looks like that but old, stained and not very clean. The chairs used to be pink, now that are a greyish pink, clearly never haver been cleaned, the carpet is stained... They used metal trashcans and the legs of the tables are metal as well so the carpet now has oxidation stains, the shower has mold... It was not horrible but definitely should have been a lot cheaper since the condition is really far from excellent. We took the breakfast option, and if it were not for some VERY stale bread and CHUNKY milk (what was that?) It would have been very good... However... Both of those things happened so it was very disappointing... Specially taking into account that the breakfast was an additional charge, not worth it, maybe try the Subway sandwiches two blocks away.

For the location and price, this was a super good deal. The best part was how quiet it was ( I was on the side of the building away from the bar.) I enjoyed being able to get a good breakfast onsite. Plus some really nice restaurants are close by. Note that this hotel occupies only the lower stories of a residential high rise.
