After a long trip travelling from Parkes after travelling from Toowoomba, QLD, to turn up and have no power, with two kids, one with ASD and certain feeding requirements that need power, being made to alter and hope he didn’t have a meltdown. Turned into a very unhappy stay and honestly, didn’t return for the second night, I drove back to Parkes after a long day in Sydney, it just tainted the stay for us…
Also with no communication to a refund or reimbursement, our choice but honestly, we literally paid for a bed, in a hotbox. It was just, a waste.

The Room and Amenities were nice. Needed more coffee and Milk went to the front desk, the receptionist said they didn’t have stock but will ask housekeeping to bring some to the room. No one came till 5 in the evening. Which was when we left.

Great place to stay - I highly recommend. I stayed in the Studio Cabin and it everything I needed: full kitchen, large fridge/freezer, air con and heating. The park is quiet and safe with beautiful grounds. The permanent cabins are all well looked after and everyone is lovely.
It’s a really nice place and I will be back! :)

Check in process was easy even though we arrived after hours. The place was well equipped with easy parking. Facilities were well maintained. We were just a bit taken back as the unit just in front of us had dogs that were at times on the front deck. Many times we saw dogs roaming around which made us feel a bit unsafe. I wish we were given a place which was away from the dog keepers area.

The cabin was beautifully clean with lovely crisp white sheets on a comfy bed. The washers in the taps in the bathroom needed changing as the taps dripped or had to turned off so tight they were hard to turn on. I reported that and it will be fixed. The roads around the caravan park need repair as they are very rough with holes. I arrived late so I was given instructions on how to access my cabin details and that worked well.
I had cabin 9 B and these types of cabins are a set of two facing each other with glass sliding doors. The cabins share a common verandah area which would not be ideal if you had noisy neighbours or if they were a smoker and you were not. I was lucky and had no problems but I would not stay in that style of cabin again.

Unconventional but spot on!

We stayed here for a couple of nights after flying in from the UK and just needed somewhere to get over the jet lag away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We stayed in the little lakeside cabin and it was perfect for our needs. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and great shower!

Original cabin was run down and not practical but once we were moved to different cabin was so much more spacious and comfortable.
The only issue was flood lights on all night and unable to block out light from doors.

Overall the services and facilities are average. The room and other facilities in photos were more attracting than real. I stayed there with family and we were given a room right Infront of a single person who was smoking all time in the common area (outside of the room).

Stayed for a week. On arrival, front desk was lovely and helpful. First night was good, quiet, but the bathroom was gross and bedsheets had some form of brown stains on them. Get back the next day and there's cockroaches everywhere, didnt know where from but killed a few and left it at that. Next day get back and there's more, upon searching we found they were living in the jug and toaster which weren't clean either. We had to result in putting them outside or in the bathroom to avoid them getting our stuff which was in the beds. After solving that we come back and now there's ants everywhere but no food/liquid was out to attract them. We had to clean all our luggage as they (ants and cockroaches) managed to get in when they werent on the ground. Bathroom reeked of urine right of the bat though so had to clean it.

Very disappointed in the cabin . The curtains were mouldy, tv remote battery compartment was held together with a bandaid so made it impossible to change the channel. The hot water heater for the shower had run out of gas, there was an uncovered drain pipe outside our room that was dangerous and it smelled horrible. But the double bed was very comfortable. Needs maintenance badly.

Beware the road to the north

I arrived late, but the routine for collecting the key had been explained.The accommodation was clean, well set up. The bed was particularly comfortable.
My only suggestion would be that warning should be given to any who approach the holiday park along Commercial Rd from the north be advised of the atrocious state of the road in that direction. Obviously Ingenia is not responsible for the condition of the road, but clearly indicating the best direction of approach would be a helpful courtesy to guests.

The accommodation we booked didn’t exist. We were mislead / deceived. We were given a unit that smelt of stale milk and was in poor condition . It didn’t feel inviting.
On the positive the double bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful which was nice
I would not recommend property and please be careful with this website as they don’t check for property misrepresentation .

We arrive and aircon was faulty after chasing a lot my room was chased late night. Property was full of cockroaches and mosquitoes also there were mouse bait station. It’s very small not for families. Cabin was smelly bathroom was small n very smelly. Also entry to this place the road is demaged like nothing was good at this place I will rate it really low and it price should be very low too like $30 per day this is just a day light robbery.

The property was convenient for our stay, however the cabins require maintenance. We were assigned cabin 150 which was fine however on entry discovered that the air-conditioner was leaking (water all over the floor) No mop. spoke to staff and they re-assigned us to cabin 148 without issue. Cabin 148 was dirty, cob webs and insects throughout including cockroaches. Door knobs broken draws broken and generally unclean. The service roads around the park really need to be repaired as they are in a terrible state,

Is was a very nice and relaxing place to stay, especially a place in Sydney felt like I was out of Sydney. To be honest it appeared clean but wasn't as clean as I'd expected it to be, especially the toilet it was like I hadn't been cleaned in months just seemed like the seat was wiped, really disappointing it made me feel disgusted especially because I had young children with me was really putrid I really couldn't wait to get home to use my own toilet.
