Room in need of renovation, Air Con didn’t seem to work, as we were on street level, couldn’t open the patio doors so room was very hot even though January!
Hotel is ok for a walk into the centre but an uphill climb to get back. Bar prices not competitive.

The hotel beds are camp beds the pillow is 1 long uncomfortable pillow.

Hotel was ok a bit noisy. Facilities were ok. Gym equipment was poorly maintained. TV remote didnt work. Broken stuff in bathroom. And based on an eco excuse the heating and AC were switched off. Really hot in room at night. Breakfast didnt start till 0800 which was pretty late. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was ok but nothing special

I would return though I think the hotel should be more alive. Window balconies were not clean. They wouldn't replace our glasses in the room, which I dont understand why. Shampoos and other things were not replaced properly! Entertainment should be more in the way people participate

It was a nice hotel in a quiet area. Staff were friendly, the hotel was nice and clean and food seemed good

Just a prewarning, it's located up quite a steep hill, so could be awkward to get to if you have mobility issues, but they do offer a free 'shuttle' down to the town every hour for most of the day which was good.

Only negative was it's starting to look abit tired In places, so could do with abit of a spruce up soon.

Little gem in hidden in L Albir

Very nice, delicate hotel, beautiful views from the 360 terrace/bar. Plenty of good food. The bed a bit too soft for my back, not located right on the beach (cca 8min walk downhill) but with a car everything is reachable. Very helpful and polite staff. Overall happy and thank you.

The facilities were quite nice in every respect except for one: The elevators were really confusing. There were at least 4 elevators on the property, but only one went to the swimming pool and only 2 went to the underground parking, and we had to figure out which ones by trial and error. Otherwise, we were very pleased.
The service was, in general, very, very good. However, housekeeping failed to replace the coffee pods we used on the first day there, so we could not use the coffee maker on the second or third mornings.
Those are relatively small things, and on the whole we thought the property was very good.

Stay was spoilt upon entering the room to discover it was a twin made up with two beds. We contacted reception to make them aware however they tried telling us a double bed is a request in a double room not a guarantee. I showed them the booking which clearly states a double room with double bed however they were not interested and told us that was the only room. We walked past reception an hour or so later and there was a queue of other people checking in so they clearly had alternative rooms. We also asked the following day and the day after that to no avail. We appreciate there are far greater problems to have but travelling as a couple and been our weeks summer holiday this kind of spoilt things and felt like reception just kept fobbing is off.

We missed the flight. And got the nect flight out my phone died . And we couldn't find the hotel for over an hour looking . And then when we got there we was told that we might not be able to stay because we never rang them . We had no drink for over 5 hours or so . And there was no drinks in the place. And wasnt told that we could have dinner so we eat out ever night and on the day we was leaving we was hungry and told we country eat there because we cheque out .

Beautiful hotel, great location although you have to take into account that you have to climb a little bit when you return from the sea. Very friendly and solution minded service on all my requests. I enjoyed my stay : comfortable room, clean room, friendly personnel, bar, terrace, sun lounges by the pool.

Great Hotel

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the hotel for you! Not advertised as adults only but there were no children at the hotel during my stay, mainly older adults, very chilled atmosphere. Reception staff were fantastic, they spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Rooms are basic and could do with a bit of an update but the beds are extremely comfortable and have a big flat screen tv, fridge, full length mirrored wardrobes and a safe available to use(extra cost). Bathroom was lovley with a nice big full wall mirror and bath and shower. Breakfast was nice with a variety of food available, some things better than others, but overall very nice. Pancakes were a personal favourite! Dinner was good too with salad, pasta, fajitas, chilli, nachos, chips, soup and all the usual. Pool area is beautiful but I will say the large marble ramp from the hotel down to the pool is very steep and can be slippy. Waiter service is available all day around the pool area and they are more than happy to bring your drinks to you so you never have to leave your seat. Cider and beer was €3 a pint and wine €2.50 and fantastic! The hotel run a free shuttle bus(8 seater) down the VERY steep hill to Albir Playa beach and shops. I’m reasonably fit but would have struggled to do this trip without this service! Buses run every hour on the hour till 8pm and must be booked at reception. Good hotel and would reccomend!

No Warmth in the Sun Palace!

I stayed here for two nights recently. I booked this hotel because on-line it appeared to have very good facilities and a four star rating. However, I found the hotel and my stay there disappointing. It does not merit a four star rating. The rooms are very basic. The soft furnishings are in need of replacement. The rooms could do with up-dating and thorough cleaning EVERY day! I found wrappings from a previous guest’s medicines and tissues on the floor of my room.
Some of the staff were unfriendly and not very professional. Some were very friendly and helpful.
The pool area is nice but can become very crowded.
The hotel has a soulless feeling.
I will not stay here again.

Lovely hotel shame about the food

Nice hotel, convenient free street parking but located up a long hill, so difficult for some to walk to bars and shops. Service was very good at check-in and in bar areas. Unfortunately the food was the worst we have experienced in any 3 or 4 star hotel. Very limited and basic choices, trays not refreshed despite being down to last morsel for more than an hour during peak meal times - leaving only dried up items stuck to trays - stay here if you can walk to town to eat!

A little out of the way, in a residential area, without any shops or restaurants. Quiet and relaxing. Onsite bar was handy, but no coffee until the breakfast started at 08:00. Check-in parking not so easy. Nothing terrible, but nothing that stands out.

Sábanas que no corresponden a la cama, se salen. La cama son 2 colchones unidos y se nota la hendidura, además de ser muy blandos.

Baño anticuado y sin casi luz. Un espejo de aumento sin brazo a casi 1.80 encima del bidé, por lo que resulta poco útil.

A estadia no hotel, relativamente curta, correu muito bem, em especial, no que respeita à simpatia e disponibilidade dos Colaboradores.
Possibilitou excelentes momentos de convívio com amigos, em boas condições de conforto e alimentação.
É pena que a praia de Albir, com o “areal” de godos e pedras, force a procura de outras mais agradáveis e distantes - Calp e Villajoyosa.

Oppholdet var greit og verdt prisen. Hotellet har helt ok standard med både positive og negative sider. Jeg bodde i 2. etasje med terrasse.

Pluss:
Rommene ble rengjort daglig. Sengen var komfortabel, med fungerende integrert varmepumpe og mørkeleggingsgardiner. Badet var rent ved ankomst. Hotellet har parkeringskjeller (10 euro/natt) med mange ledige plasser, noe som er praktisk da gateparkeringen var nesten alltid opptatt. Vet ikke om parkeringskjeller blir full i juli måned. Det var stille om natten, og personalet både i resepsjonen og renhold var hyggelige. Det ble snakket bra engelsk i resepsjonen. Fin utsikt mot byen og stranda fra 3. etasje (Teraza 360). Eldre gjester kan benytte minibuss til/fra stranden.

Minus:
Lydisolasjonen er dårlig, man hører godt dører slå igjen og folk trampe i gangene. Foregikk oftest på dagtid, men plagsomt hvis man befant seg på rommet for å ta seg en lur. Gardiner, ventilasjonsventilene og varmepumpe var støvete, og dusjhodet litt slitt. Noen kosmetiske forbedringer på rommet hadde gjort seg. Hotellets beliggenhet kan være krevende for personer med redusert mobilitet, da det er lang oppoverbakke fra sentrum på vei mot hotellet. Kan også være plagsomt i lengden for dem uten redusert mobilitet som drar ofte ned til sentrum.

Jeg testet verken restaurant, basseng eller spa tjenestene på hotellet så kan ikke vurdere disse.

Ankom tidligere enn innsjekk og fikk parkering og oppbevaring av bagasje.
Skulle nye bassengområdet, men her var det få solsenger, det var en ledig «stol» og den andre måtte ligge på bakken. Fikk et rom med fin utsikt (201), men kjøleskapet og aircondition virket ikke.
Frokost var kaotisk og ikke mye å skryte av, fikk tak i toast med speila egg, jus fra kartong og lang kø for å få kaffe!
Det er et 2+ hotell, ikke 4!

Bokade rum för bröllopsnatten, skrev detta till hotellet. Inget speciellt anordnat på rummet när vi väl kom dit.

Dom flest solstolar vid bassängen var reserverade från tidig morgon, trots skyltar.

Frukosten var okej men inget speciellt.
Väldigt fin utsikt från rummet, men rummen var slarvigt renoverade och vem lägger parkettgolv på badrummet.

Allt som allt, definitivt inte värt det priset, då finns det bättre alternativ centralare i Albir.

Desayuno flojo, faltaría más variedad y alguna zona con alimentos específicos para deportistas Excelente la opción de poder dejar la habitación, salir a rodar en bici y al regreso te permiten ducharte en la zona del SPA. Fantástico detalle y muy acertado. El hotel empieza a necesitar algunas mejoras. Habría que ver de unir bloque izquierdo con parking y SPA, solo se puede acceder por bloque derecho.

Noch nie so schlechten Aufenthalt gehabt

Personal im allgemeinen nicht besonders freundlich.
Ameisen im Bad, auch nach dem Sprühen nicht geholfen. Frühstückt war disaster, ungeniessbar und kalt. Essen ehe wie in einer Kantine. Kaffee war total ungeniessbar.
Hatte mit Frühstück für 6 Nächte gebucht-nur zwei mal gefrühstückt-nicht mehr auszuhalten. Ging danach ins Restaurant ausserhalb Hotel. 100 mal besser!
Putzfrauen reden so laut miteinander im Gang am Morgen, kann man keine Ruhe haben. Zimmer schlecht geputzt, Fusel am Boden und Staub. Einen Tag sogar „vergessen“ Zimmer zu putzen.
War froh endlich weg zu gehen. Nie wieder!

De kamer was uitstekend. Goed ontbijt. Echter de kamer is erg gehorig. We konden letterlijk verstaan wat in de kamer ernaast werd gezet. Wij verbleven er voor één nacht en dit is nog te doen. Maar als je dit meerdere nachten mee dient te maken, dan gaat het irriteren

Maten på hotellet var ensidig/lite variasjoner. Er glad i egg og bacon, men baconet på dette hotellet var lite innbydende pga lite stekt. Drikke til middagen var heller ikke inkludert slik det er på mange andre all inclusive hoteller. Renholdet var bra med renhold hver ukedag. Sitteplassene i resepsjonen og i barområdet virket slitne og skittne. Pluss for at hotellet var i et rolig del av Albir.

Lite hyggelig personale, ikke imøtekommende eller interessert i å hjelpe. Elendig utvalg på frokosten, ingen grønnsaker som tomater, agurk, løk, paprika, kornblanding var alt blandet i en skål, bare 1 kaffemaskin, konstant kø ved den, fikk heller ikke lov å ta med en kaffekopp fra frokostsalen til rommet. Badehåndklær til bassenget måtte leies, det kostet 20 euro. Generelt en kjip opplevelse ved dette oppholdet, skuffet!

Was passing trough the city and needed a bed for the night. Booked the room 30 min before arrival. Nice clean room, good bed and a nice bathroom. Parked in the street just outside my room. A Reasonable quiet street. Had my terrace door open all night and was not disturbed. Checked out before breakfast and headed further south. If I will need a room I will come back.

El hotel perfecto para desconectar

Hace bastante tiempo que vamos a éste hotel, es el lugar perfecto para desconectar.
Tanto el hotel cómo el entorno tienen algo que te envuelve de paz y tranquilidad. Las vistas al mar son espectaculares y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas.
El personal está siempre a tú disposición con un trato insuperable, del primero al último son todos unos profesionales.
El servicio de comedor es excelente y la comida está bastante mejor que en muchos hoteles a los que hemos ido.
Sí quieres descansar puedes hacerlo, te recomendamos que uses la zona chill out de la piscina o simplemente tomarte algo en alguna de sus terrazas.
Para nosotros ya es como una segunda residencia.
Lo difícil es hacer reservas de última hora, cada vez cuesta más reservar con poco tiempo, esto es debido a que el que lo prueba repite.

Majoitus sujui oikein hyvin. Henkilökunta oli erittäin mukavia. Huoneen lattiat olivat hieman likaisia. Allas alue oli kiva. Äänieristykset eivät olleet parhaat mahdolliset, sillä käytäviltä ja huoneista kuului kaikki melu huoneisiin. Sänkyjen siirtelystä kuului myös järkyttävä meteli muista huoneista siivouksen yhteydessä ja se aloitettiin hirmu aikaisin.

The hotel is very nice, been there before. The only issue we had was the Air con wasn´t working. The personal told us that it was because they were exchanging from Hot air to cold air and unfortunately it was in the day we were staying there. The room was nice, good quality. Parking in the street( free) or inside( 10 euros).

Tranquilo y cerca de la playa

Reservamos solo para una noche, y nos dieron afortunadamente una habitación con vistas al mar, lo que recomiendo porque tiene unas vistas fantásticas de la costa.
Las instalaciones están bien, y el spa nos gustó mucho. La playa a 10 minutos andando. Lo único, pienso que las habitaciones están para reformar y pintar con muebles antiguos. El personal del bar cafeteria muy bien.

Fuimos 4 días de escapada y nos encantó, el personal muy amable, la comida del bufet espectacular y todo muy limpio. Ideal para unas vacaciones de relax, pese a estar lleno el hotel no había jaleo y podías descansar perfectamente. Repetiremos seguro!!

Hotel con ottimo ristorante. Personale molto gentile . Camere spaziose e bagno grande con bidet . Balcone molto comodo . Grande armadio . Frigo in camera molto utile . In zona silenziosa lontano da qualsiasi rumore . È in leggera collina quindi senza auto potrebbe essere per alcuni un po’ scomodo ma si tratta di 600 metri in leggera salita . Ha un servizio navetta per la spiaggia molto comodo ad ogni ora . Per chi desidera utilizzarlo come base per esplorare la zona in auto è perfetto perché non avrete problemi di parcheggio, noi in strada abbiamo sempre trovato a qualsiasi ora e non si paga. Vale la pena la mezza pensione , come tutti gli hotel di questa fascia si tratta di cena e colazione a buffet con molta offerta. La cucina è di tipo internazionale, non aspettatevi la cucina casalinga spagnola. Ma è molto valida. Per gli amanti del cibo molto salato armatevi di sale, perché giustamente resta tutto sull’insipido , com’è giusto che sia. Unica nota negativa il buffet dei dolci assolutamente da migliorare, forse esagerano nell’assortimento e perdono di qualità , peccato perché il resto è buonissimo . Abbondanza di frutta fresca! Grazie a tutto la staff di questo hotel per averci ospitato. Alla prossima.

Vriendelijk personeel en hulpvaardig.
Mijn verblijf in het hotel is wat minder.
Ik had een kamer voor invalide personen maar daar heb ik toch wel klachten over.
Door mijn handicap moet ik zittend douchen alleen was dit niet mogelijk.
Het douche krukje was gevaarlijk omdat het los op de douche vloer stond en er geen mogelijkheid was om het te borgen. De kamer was zwaar verouderd en versleten.
Al met al zou het hotel echt een grondige renovatie nodig hebben om het naar de tijd van nu te brengen. Mijn beoordeling over het ontbijt en diner is zeer positief, voldoende variatie.

Helt greit hotell.

Klassisk sydenhotell med ekstremt lytte rom og bråkete underholdning på kveldene. Man kan høre hva naboen sier uten problem. Rommet ble ikke vasket en eneste gang på 1.5 uke, det ble kun skiftet håndklær. Dette ble gjort hver dag. Andre steder på hotellet var også skittent, man kunne se skitten ligge i trappene. Bassenget var fint, med noe slitte senger. Lite stykke å gå til stranden, men helt overkommelig. Stranden er av rullestein, ikke sand. Ta med badesko! Frokosten var av de bedre når det kommer til hotellfrokost i utlandet, men dårlig når det gjaldt allergivennlige alternativer. Syns kanskje ikke prisen matchet standarden helt..

Besöket var bra överlag tyckte vi. Våra klagomål gäller främst att rummet ej var ett dugg ljudisolerat. Detta blev ett problem om man försökte somna innan kl 00, då både på söndagkväll och lördagkväll spelades det otroligt hög musik utanför (på hotellet). Vilket gjorde det omöjligt att somna innan midnatt. Ett annat klagomål gäller incheckningen. Vi fick inte all info som vi behövde. Däribland att man behövde betala för att använda kassaskåpet på rummet, vilket vi inte fick reda på förens vi redan lagt våra saker i det. Men till det positiva så var maten väldigt god! Mycket olika alternativ och goda efterrätter, fanns något som passa alla. Poolen var också trevlig och solstolarna var mycket bekväma. Hotellet låg dessutom väldigt nära en mycket trevlig och enkel promenad till en fyr med en under utsikt. Bekväma sängar och bra AC på rummet!

La experiencia en el hotel ha sido increíble. A nuestra disposición si lo necesitábamos y siempre muy agradables. El personal ofrece un trato inmejorable. El desayuno del buffet muy recomendable, la comida muy buena y una gran variedad. Además, nos gustó mucho el spa y la piscina. Las fotos se corresponden con la realidad, y también encontramos la habitación muy limpia.

Cuando nos recepcionaron nos dio un poco aspecto de desastre, ya que, nos comunicaron que el aire acondicionado no funciona y el ascensor que comunicaba con nuestra planta estaba fuera de servicio. Tampoco nos gustó que el primer idioma para dirigirse a nosotros fuera el inglés. Y nos sorprendió que el hotel disponía de un servicio de transporte hacia la playa y nadie nos lo comunicó.
