Didn't use the pool but looked nice. Good location. Rooms are a bit tired, paint coming off ceiling. Bathroom pretty poor as shower leaked in 1 corner and door didn't fit properly so leaked there too.
Got coffee pods 2 on 1st night and that's all you get per stay without paying which is poor. Price was cheap but quality reflected.

Bed sheets stained when we got there and not changed during our stay.

What a great place to stay in Benidorm walkable to beach and Benidorm Palace.
We had a studio room with sea view and large balcony.
Small kitchen with good facilities and coffe machine.
Staff very helpful ,parking nearby.
Loads of bars restaurants in the area all reasonably priced.
Would definitely stay here again if going to a show at the Palace.

Despite failure to notify us that three days we would have to endure Jack hammers drills and work going on from 8am to 5pm and terrace would be out of bounds I will give the hotel full marks as anyone coming here on will not need to endure that. Lovely hotel and ideal site to explore beach and new town

Really surprised, excellent hotel felt totally refurbished. Location perfect for almost every thing for town to bus, dining out to local shops to supermarkets alao souvenirs. Also beech within walking distance jus a short walk staff very helpful. At the time we stayed the hotel was very quiet and slept well, other's we travelled with said the same.

Super stay

The rooms were bright and very clean. Really comfortable beds and a great nights sleep. We had breakfast in the hotel bar and it was delicious and great value for money. All in all a super little hotel and i would have no hesitation in staying there again. The only let down was Hotels.com not advising them of our booking!! However, the reception staff were awesome in sorting tbings out for us. I would heartily recommend staying here.

Paper thin walls & terrible wifi

We were in room 121 - first night ok as the room next to us was not occupied, 2nd night - next doors occupants may as well have been in the room with us.

WiFi not fit for purpose - kept disconnecting & extremely slow.

No warm aircon - chilly in the room and asked if it was broken. Response was - ‘It’s not cold enough yet!’

On the plus side - shower was nice & hot.

My booking with this company was cancelled without explanation and when I checked they had doubled the price of the room. I since found out that there was a big fiesta in Benidorm so they obviously rented our room out at the higher cost and just left us to find somewhere else.

We stayed here after deciding to extend our holiday by 3 nights and were unable to stay in our original hotel. It was only minutes from our original hotel so decided on this one and so pleased we did. We were shocked at how nice the apartments were and in fact, were better than the original hotel we were in as far as the room went. It was huge, very modern and clean. The restaurant downstairs was clean and the staff were very attentative and it was well priced. Breakfast was lovely. The pool wasnt huge but big enough and there were plenty of sun loungers, although a lot of the pool area was in the shade at times due to the hige trees surrounding. Great location, lovely hotel and we would definitely stay again as a couple but this time for longer than 3 nights

We enjoyed our stay. The place is exceptionally clean. The lifts are way too small so we didn’t like that and no real choice but to use them when on the 10th floor. No iron in the room. Pool area nice but not enough beds by far.

The cleaners only came round once (fairly early after being out at night time in Benidorm) when m asked if they would come back they said no. We also asked the man on the front desk for some fresh towels rather than cleaning the room but they left without giving us any, so when we asked the guy at reception for some fresh towels as ours were on the floor in the shower dirty us he told us we had to use them dirty towels as he didn’t have access to the towels which seems a bit silly! The pool also wasn’t cleaned over the night times.

Overall though, the room was perfect, good location nice and clean and comfortable

Was honestly a great hotel. 11 of us went for a stag do, 4 triple rooms that were all extremely clean, very nice and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Staff actually allowed us to keep a room on the last day for a small fee to store luggage and get showers after sunbathing. Always plenty loungers by the pool. Coming back next year.

the next room was so loud, we requested to be transferred to the other room no chance, booked a queen size bed,but given 2 single room, no coffe, and bottled water. And the Aircondition is set up to be in warm. Staff also not offering any help

Good and quiet location, spotless modern air conditioned room, huge English breakfast and friendly staff. In terms of what could be better - the shower head could not be adjusted plus the door to the bathroom was difficult to close. The continental breakfast at €5 for a slice of toast and jam was majorly over priced and on site parking is €10 euro

Was very surprised as its a 2 ☆, apartment spacious, u could smell the cleanness as you entered the apartment as also communal areas inc lifts all clean, i think its easily worth 3☆ The location is half up a hill not good for people with walking or breathing problems unless you take it easy or use a scooter, as the block does have disabled sloops for scooters and charging points. Nr indoor market and varios bars

Stayed several times October and November - excellent hotel - some of the best rooms in Benidorm and live the coffee machine. Quiet and well located. Too cool for us to use the pool but the area looks lovely. Plenty food and bars near by suites us for the walk up to Benidorm Cross - 45 minutes steep uphill walk fron the hotel !
