Room for 3 was nice with air conditioining and a small fridge.
Bathroom was a good size although the water would go over the shower tray even when we tried to move shower head many different ways.
We didnt have a pool side room and i can understand why it would be nice view. We had car park so didnt use our balcony as much as we may have. Overall nice hotel which was a short walk to the beach and 30 mins walk from Old Town.

Fantastic!

We had booked out of our original hotel due to poor standards, but we were pleasantly surprised when we checked into this fantastic hotel. Every member of the team we spoke with provided excellent service, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The entire team was proficient in English, and I even had the pleasure of speaking with a lady from the UK who worked at the reception. On check-out, they offered us luggage storage facilities and allowed us to access the hotel facilities until our late evening pick-up. I will definitely be staying here again.

Location great - right near strip, beach and shopping but far enough so still quiet.
Beds comfy.
Pool warm and no problem getting sunbeds.
Bus stop is few mins walk , means easy to travel around all benidorm.

Mixed bag.....

Hotel itself was kept clean albeit a little tired in places.

We had requested a family room, sadly it was a normal sized room with an extra bed crammed in. This left no room whatsoever.

Food in restaurant for breakfast and lunch was very good, nice selecrion and very tasty.

Major downside is the room walls are very thin and noise carries easily.... We had to listen to a women getting given a good time by a couple of mails for most of our last night. Not a great end to a short break

Best hotel in Benidorm.

Absolutely cannot recommend this hotel enough. Make sure and book a poolside room and you get the benefit of a distant sea view too. Staff amazing and friendly and they keep the place immaculately clean.

Booked a pool view room with the hotel before I arrived and paid a lot of money for this and was told there was not a room booked plus the room I was given to myself was very small only 1 power socket ontop of the bed to charge phone and walls were paper thin can hear people conversations complained to receptionist about bar staff short changing me when I arrived paying for 2 drinks hand over a 20 euro was told it was a ten only had 20 euro when I arrived was told I would be contacted about room and money by the hotel manager ask a few time was not available will not be back

Especially regarding the road works outside and the extemelly dangerous road crossing and tiny access they provided
They failed to notify that most of the popular visiting points were blocked by road works

I even asked for the bus number to the cala and they told me but given that at this time most of Benidorm is being dug up they could have warned guests
The room cleaning people were excellent though
The food was nice and the hotel immaculately clean but that reception staff were very indifferent and given that they’re many competing hotels in that vincinity you’d think they’d be a bit more friendly and informative
I don’t think I’ll stay there again
I used to live in Benidorm so luckily I knew how to get around.

Great hotel that I've used many times before which tells it's own story. Been using this hotel for many years on visits to Benidorm but have to say I think the food on offer has lost appeal for some reason. Quality and choice do not seem as good as in the past. Rooms are still very reasonable though and cannot fault service or staff.

Great location...everything is walking distance if you dont mind walking? Hotel is maintained very well, not a true 4 star though, the shower in my room was amazing, it was so powerful, food is very average sometimes bland, staff very good and helpful, the fixtures and fittings are a bit cheap, but it all does the job, would go back, but for some reason compared to nicer places, Benidorm hotels seem overpriced for what you get, if you need to go to Benidorm this is a good hotel

Location perfect for families, no scrambling for sunbeds, spotlessly clean & nice rooms. Good quality food and show cooking ( incl.fresh omelettes & pancakes everyday ). Only issue sometimes food could gave been hotter but there is a microwave & entertainment wasn't catered for younger crowd. But staff very helpful , no rowdy hen & stags and also a free trip to Benidorm palace is a must :) def be back

Last-minute break

Loved the view from the huge corner balcony (room 704). Bathroom had been recently modernised as it had a \"wet room\" style shower.
We were only there for 4 nights yet the cleaner came in every day.
Choice of food at dinner was excellent.

A little bit off the beaten track

This is an excellent hotel and I was very surprised to learn that it is due a refurbishment in the new year. That said, we go to Benidorm mainly for the nightlife, and the hotel is slightly far away from the main entertainment centre. This would not really have been a problem had we been blessed with decent weather, but we were not and were thus marooned for 4 of our 8 nights. Fortunately, the low-key entertainment in the hotel was of a good standard, and the 2-for-1 drinks offer ensured a jolly time.

Top scores all round! We wont stay anywhere else.

This hotel is a fabulous one to stay. The food is great with plenty of choice at every meal. The hotel is perfectly situated on the flat for the sea front, the outdoor market, the indoor market and shops. and for drop-offs. There is a very good entertainment programme if you dont want to venture far afield, and the drinkd are fairly priced. There is a sun terrace, and also a bar serving the pool area. We love this hotel and we will not look for anywhere else to stay.

The Nereo is a fabulous hotel which is on the level to the sea front and the shops, market etc. Cleanliness everywhere is second to none, and the pool area is great with plenty of sun beds. Check-in was quick and efficient, and all staff were very pleasant and helpful.Stayed in 4* hotels previously, but the Nereo is better. Food choice is fantastic,towels changed every day, and there are three efficient lifts so no waiting time involved. Top marks to this hotel and to Hotels.com through whom the booking was made. Will book with both parties again for sure.

Brilliant Break

Had a really good break. The hotel was perfectly situated with a short stroll to the beach. A short walk into the night life, but far enough away not to be too disturbed at night, apart from the odd noisy partygoer. Reception staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. Food was good and all the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.

The only down side is the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room as it isn't possible to get hot drinks in the hotel during the day or evening. Some alternatives might be to either have access to the facilities in the dining room after meals, install a tea/coffee making machine in the bar or install a self service machine in the hotel as I am sure guests wouldn't object to paying for this.
