Look elsewhere

For the money we spent, we found the people working there to be quite rude and unhelpful. Beds were uncomfortable and it was quite loud at night making it hard to sleep. Water park closed early on a hot day. Not worth it

Tropic Splash

This was not a stay at magic rock gardens. They closed that hotel and relocated us to Magic Tropical Splash. Fantastic hotel for families. Could use a touch up on the water slides and different access stairs as they’re kinda old but overall a fantastic stay. Great personnel and great food for being a buffet. A lot of variety and a lot of vegetarian options. Only negative is that they have a parking but that is almost full all the time so you have to park on the street.

Great value for money family hotel

Stayed for 3 nights with friends . Staff were really helpful sorting a problem out for us which was nothing do with hotel but transport to airport . We opted for the bed breakfast and dinner option and so glad we did, the food choice and quality was as good as any restaurant. Great value for money would def recommend

No where to park , food is not great cheapest they can buy and have stayed at other similar package hotels that provided great food. especially for £200 a night !
Drinks are good which i guess why people go for the all inclusive and ignore the food, waterslides are dated and pools cold.
would not be going back as after 14 days trip to Spain and 3 other hotels in 2 nights she was sick after only 2 days there !

Spent 4 nights here celebrating a birthday. Premium brand drinks served, my friend only drinks southern comfort, they didn’t have any at the hotel but arranged to get some in just for my friend. Food was fab, lots of choice, rooms were lovely, spacious & clean, staff were very pleasant, although we didn’t have kids with us I would highly recommend it as a family holiday, overall a fab place to stay. 100% fab

Water was too cold for kids to swim, price was €140 which changed to €192 once I arrived at hotel, parking is €45 for the day but u can get €30 back once u leave, lifts take forever and u can’t walk to all floors so u must wait for lift and hope it has space

Beautiful hotel! We went all inclusive and it's been one of the best I've stayed in. Great choice of premium drinks and the food was superb. Normally the food gets repetitive but not there. Great choice and so fresh. Great choice of deserts all well presented. The rooms were great too and close to the bars etc. People who complain about the hill it's on, it's not that bad at all. We were all in our 50's/60's and had no problem at all. Fair enough if you're pushing a wheelchair or something but if you're mobile it's fine. Would definitely stay again. The staff are great too.

loved every minute staff very friendly great selection of food at all meal times catered for everyone wine and beer on tap and soft drinks.would definitely return the only downside is the location at top of a steep hill ok for us but could be unsuitable for elderly or disabled.great value for what we paid.

Fun weekend with friends

Stayed here with friends for a long overdue catch up. Location was good but slightly higher up on the steep hill so be aware of this if you have young children in pushchairs or use a wheelchair or walking aid. Had the all inclusive which was great for drinks, can’t complain about the spirit measures!! Food was ok, a decent choice but not overly appetising. Room was comfortable and clean, my only real complaint about the room was the shower/wet room. It didn’t drain well so the entire bathroom floor was an inch deep in water after anyone had a shower. Not good when getting up in the night to use the toilet. Didn’t use the pool or the slides but looked great for those that did. No problem getting a bed by the pool for sunbathing. Overall, a good weekend stay if you’re not expecting 5 star luxury.

Just got back from a week in this hotel. We went all inclusive but we only had one days worth of food as all 3 of us got food poisoning from either the breakfast or the evening meal. The pool area is in the shade most of the day due to the surrounding buildings and so the pool is freezing and there isn't many Sunbed's at all so we ended up leaving this hotel during the day and spending our days at a nearby hotel. The slides only open at certain times during the day and only a couple open at a time. The Hotel room we had was a family room and was absolutely tiny, it was very clean but not much room at all in it. Literally a double bed and a single and we could only just walk around it. The room had no balcony/ terrace so it was hard to get our washing dry. They have a washing line in the bathroom with a little heated lamp but the bathroom was so small that we then couldn't use it whilst the washing was in there. Having the light on also made the bathroom smell of sewage. The hotel itself looks impressive but the important parts were a let down. On a plus note they had a foam party which everyone loved.

Jeg vil advarer alle turister at ikke booke den hotel..

Det var et meget dårligt ophold 👎 .. Da jeg bookede hotellet, var jeg meget imponeret over billederne og hotellets renlighed. Men da vi ankom i virkeligheden, var det meget anderledes .. Værelset var meget lille og beskidt .. Sengen var ikke ren, og dynen havde gammelt afføring .. Der var støv på sengen. Hver morgen kom der en kloaklugt ud af badeværelset, og da jeg bad om hjælp, kom en arbejder og arbejdede på badeværelset, men lugten var der stadig. Vi var nødt til at vågne tidligt på grund af den stærke lugt, fordi den er stærk hver tidlig morgen. .. Frugtplantagen var ødelagt to gange .. Hvad angår maden, var der ikke meget variation i maden. Skønheden på billederne er ny og smuk i virkeligheden, og meget travl, og intet fungerer.

Todo bien menos la chica del comedor con camisa marrón era muy desagradable ya que el domingo a la hora del almuerzo trato a dos personas mayores mal .y a la hora de comer nos tocó a nosotros diciendo que estuvimos almorzando y que en la comida no íbamos a dejar comida lla que estuvimos en el almuerzo Llo me fui a dirección para decirle lo sucedido y la mujer que me atendió muy amablemente y nos ofrece disculpas y un café y algo de picar lla que mi mujer y mi hija no comieron me dijo que tomaran medidas espero que esta persona no siga estando en el hotel lla que empaña la imagen del hotel

En fantastisk bartender fra Cuba og ei resepsjonist reddet servicen på hotellet. Må kanskje ta med en renholder, en av underholderne ved bassenget og en morsom vaktmester. Ellers var maten svært varierende, samt rom og fellesområdene slitt. Preg av oppussings behov og sure ansatte

Bra och prisvärt all-inklusive hotell

All-Inclusive anläggning med det mesta man vill ha - restaurang, barnklubb, barer, pool och rutschkanor, spa och massage.

Även nära till den fina Levante stranden i Benidorm.

Mycket variation i bufférestaurangen.

Bra städning varje dag som får bort sanden från stranden.

Lite väl små pool i jämförelse till antal rum på hotellet.

Detta är välbesökt av framförallt spanjorer och en del engelsmän.

Passade oss med 3 småbarn.

En el hotel nos se puede pagar en efectivo.te obligan a llevar los vasos de plástico y te cobran un depósito por ellos.tienes que buscarte la vida para aparcar.la mayoría de camareros están como a disgusto y ni miran a los clientes es una pena el trato.salvo por una señora rubia en el restaurante africa virgencita que era muy maja y amable.la mayoría de la comida es frita y no hay mucha variedad.

Først må jeg bare si at vi gledet oss kjempe masse til å få litt familie tid i benidorm. Vi ble kjempe glad når vi så deres hotell på hotels.com, for dette så barnevennlig ut.

Det første møte med hotellet var da vi skulle ringe de for å endre på bestillingen vår. Dere møtte oss med arroganse og var ganske kvass i telefonen. Dette ga oss en dårlig magefølelse.

Vi bestillte all inclusive, og gledet oss til å spise lunch etter en lang kjøretur.

I restauranten ble vi møtt av ett stressa personalet, og det skjønner jeg godt. For der var det sikkert 100 løver som var sultne. det var støy, kaos, og maten var laget for løver også. Billig og virkelig ikke bra. vi fikk sjokk av lyd nivået!

Det ble desverre ikke flere måltider der, og betalte med glede en bedre middag på flere gode restauranter i Benidorm, men det blir en annen anmeldelse.

For å ikke gjøre dette for langt. kort oppsummert: Dette er ikke en 4-stjernes hotell. Dere ødelegger faktisk for de som faktisk ER en fire stjernes hotell.

Hvis dere ikke vil ha ett hotell som er så lytt, at du hører naboene diskutere, eller du ikke vil se fulle foreldre som kjefter på ungene sine etter klokken tolv på natta, eller mat som er kjøpt på den billigste dagligvare butikk? IKKE DRA HIT!

Gamlebyen i Benidorm var sjaEndrende da.

Buen hotel con personal bastante flojo

Las instalaciones bonitas y grandes , toboganes un poco peligrosos vimos más de un golpe,la animación para ser un hotel de familias un poco sosa lo mejor la sala de videojuegos el chico muy atento.La comida bien aunque falta un poco más de variedad sobre todo de primeros.La bebida son primeras marcas pero los camareros son muy lentos y algunos preparan mal los cócteles.Las habitaciones sin terraza.El hotel es un poco lioso hasta que sabes lo que hay en cada planta.

Hotel perfecto para ir con niños y no tan niños

El hotel está muy bien en todos los aspectos. El tiempo no fue bueno y aun así sacaron cosas para hacer los días que nos llovió. La ludoteca lo mejor del hotel!!! Sobretodo Maria que tiene una mano excelente con los peques!!!!
Mi peque de 4 años ha disfrutado y no quería irse jejeje.
La única pega la habitación; que el aire acondicionado es antiguo y el ventilador hacia bastante ruido pero el resto muy bien.
El buffet para los peques se queda muy escaso pero si comen de todo esta muy bien. Tienen cenas \"temáticas\" 2 o 3 veces por semana y la verdad fenomenal.
Repetiremos el año que viene seguro!!!!!
