This apartment complex enjoys a prime location in Benidorm's Rincón de Loix area, just 400 meters from Levante Beach and a short stroll from the vibrant town center. Guests will appreciate the wide array of nearby shops, bars, and restaurants.
The complex offers a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere and features a swimming pool for both adults and children, open from June 15th to September 15th. Apartments are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a private balcony or terrace.
Towels and linens are changed for stays longer than 11 days. TVs (Spanish channels only) and safes are available for rent.
Key collection details are as follows: Fincas Benidorm (23 Madrid Avenue), Monday to Friday, 4 pm to 7 pm; Saturdays, 11 am to 1 pm. For out-of-hours collection: Apartamentos Don Gregorio (8 Roma Avenue), Monday to Friday, 7:30 pm to 3:30 am; Saturdays afternoons, Sundays, and bank holidays from 4:30 pm to 3:30 am.
A pre-authorization deposit of €200-€300 is required on a Visa or Mastercard. Cash deposits are not accepted.
The deposit will be released within one week of check-out, provided the accommodation is left in its original condition, all keys and accessories are returned, and house rules are followed. Failure to provide a card for the deposit will result in denial of access to the apartment and forfeiture of the reservation cost.

The property had a great view of the ocean. Other than that, it was horrible. Room was dirty, bathroom was filthy. They gave you only 2 towels for the shower and the were really small where 1 person needed both to dry up. No hot water. Power went out every other day. Remote for tv and AC had to be returned personally to front desk or you'll get charged for them. No iron in room. When askef for one, was told I would also be charged for iron unless returned personally to front desk before checkout. Site said free breakfast was not true. No free breakfast, they sold you breakfast. I understood it wasn't a expensive hotel, but 3 stars should not be the rating. 2 at best. 1.5 more likely. Only use of money is a issue and you only plan on sleeping there. Would not recommend for any family and anyone not familiar with area. Room was not comforting and staff was not friendly. Staff Looked annoyed if you asked for anything like more towels or the iron that wasn't in room.

Unfortunately we got room 1008N with no hot water maintenance was called 3 times they finally came didn’t do anything but just checked and said they will be back never heard back from anyone my kids got sick was not able to shower with hot water also they have a cover in the ceiling that looks as if someone is watching you the cover kept on opening with no wind at all in the room since my kids were sick we didn’t use the air conditioner didn’t open the balcony doors since hot air was only coming in, terrible room if you can refuse it do it don’t recommend at all scary situation feeling someone is watching and they don’t help you or assist you

Beachfront view is 5 stars. Location is great many restaurants to dine in. Super clean hotel overall and the pools were my favorite spot. The only takeaway is parking lot is limited and parking spaces are narrow.

Elevators are down somedays but they try to work on the problem by having staff attend to elevator on reception floor. However, going back down can be a huge hassle- especially if you’re on a top floor. Shower head was completely ruined, water spraying in all directions. Lights for bathroom mirror would turn on but would dim completely out within a few seconds. Not much amenities but store/restaurants connected was of great convenience. Pretty view from balcony with the occasional stingrays sighting! Overall an average ok stay.

Looks nothing like the pictures. Rooms are dingy and dirty. Stains on the walls and furniture. Extremely outdated. Everything looks like it was caked in white paint, the lobby is sad. Needs an EXTREME facelift. Will not be staying here again. Not nice or pretty at all. Owners should really invest in a remodel as it would bring the place back to life. Tiene buena ubicación pero ya es una construcción vieja y las fotos que publican no corresponde a las habitaciones que nos dan y aunado a ello una de las chicas de la recepción con un trato malísimo hacía nosotros los huéspedes, manifiesta molestia a cualquier pregunta que se le hace, tuvimos problemas con la tv y jamás lo corrigieron aún que el personal de mantenimiento acudió y dijo que lo cambiaría y nada, la verdad no se los recomiendo, mejor busquen otras opciones

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena, excelente habitación con vista al mar, la playa Pequeña pero sube bien para meterse sin piedras, buenas instalaciones. Falla la televisión muy mala señal no nos dejo conectarnos ni a Netflix ni spotify aunque sea con nuestras propias cuentas. La señal del WiFi es abierta y esta saturada por supuesto y la de contraseña muy mala señal también muy lento. Pero definitivamente si regresaría por la vista, ubicación y buena alberca.

Realmente no es una cocineta completa, tienes que comprar hasta cucharas, si no dejas propina a la camarista no limpia adecuadamente, en general es un hospedaje para dormir, bañarte y estar en la playa, en la zona de la alberca si no compras comida no te permiten estar con la tuya, la cama es súper incómoda y con hoyos y por el precio pues minimo que tengan una cama desente, realmente prefiero pagar directo con los propietarios que con el hotel, es malísimo.

La habitación no estaba bien limpia varios lugares con mugre acumulada, la llave del lavabo tenía fuga dijeron que era un empaque que el almacén estaba cerrado que volverían y no regresaron, la regadera no cerraba bien se escurría el agua no sale de todos los orificios si abres más el agua golpea muy fuerte le ocasionó varios moretones a mi mamá, el cancel se atora y se sale el agua el asiento del wc se sube al subir la tapa hay q estar bajándolo es muy incómodo, la puerta de entrada al cuarto no se atoraba cancelaron la parte que entra en el marco de la puerta si no tienes la llave no puedes cerrarla si alguien se queda en la habitación no puede quedarse sin llave muy incómodo y poco funcional, el baño en la alberca siempre muy limpio pero las puertas están ya desgastadas y lamparosas de los filos da muy mal aspecto, pasas por la entrada a la alberca de torre sur se ven unas puertas de las bodegas están ya viejas sucias y se están desbaratando de abajo, vas al área de lobby y las puertas de los baños y de los consultorios médicos sucias también y en mal estado varios lugares donde hay jardineras para plantas en las rampas y albercas secos sucios y descuidados los lugares que no han restaurado como el restaurant dan mal aspecto, en la alberca hay pocas sillas y camastros después de las 9 ya no encuentras mucha gente aparta y no las usa, hay gente que necesita para sentarse o recostarse, el personal es muy amable, nos gustó mucho la playa es pública pero está muy linda

La habitación esta en malas condiciones. El mobiliario, herrería, refrigerador están muy deteriorados y oxidados. Las camas están en malas condiciones y las paredes sucias, de un lado parecía sangre lo embarrado en la pared. Se nota que no se le ha dado mantenimiento. Inmediatamente hicimos el checkout y nos movimos a otro hotel.
