Great hotel breakfast not up to much but ok for a quick grab & go bit of toast or coffee etc, the room was clean and but needed a little tlc must say probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in for a while, shower was hot & powerful & the room in general was clean. Bad bit this hotel is on an extremely steep hill that takes around 10-15 minutes to walk up so if your of limited mobility this hotel could be a problem!

We booked this very last minute minute as our plans changed.
When we arrived we recieved a lovely welcome from the reception staff who explained where everything was.

We made our way to our room, they are clean bright and have very comfy beds.
The shower was lovely and powerful.
My only complaint is no tea/coffee making facilities which I would usually expect in 4* but I didnt check the facilities on the website before hand so thats my error.

Breakfast was lovely, again well presented with a vast selection, everyone would find something to eat.

The little shuttle that pops you down the hill is a great extra, its a free service, with a small gap in the afternoon.

We didnt use the pool, but I did like that they didnt allow anyone into the pool area until 10am to prevent the sunlounger hoarders from getting the best location. Really good idea!

We had a lovely time and would come back again.

The 3 lifts in hotel are painfully slow and there was always a big queue for them! And they can only hold 3 people at a time 🙁👎! Canteen staff member was rude to me on first day 🙁 upsetting & unnecessary! Thick dirt/fluff build up behind door in room! Ill fitting ceiling tiles throughout! Mirror surround in bathroom all water damaged! Chipped paint on door architraves! The room looked shaby n dated and in need of a lick of paint at least! We had to keep getting cabs up n down to main bit (even tho there is a shuttle) but didnt want to waste our time wait wait waiting about for it in the heat! Not a good location imo! Up a very syeep hill! Would not stay here again!

Lovely hotel. Room was clean, and air con a god send. Food was good, lots of options. Lady in dining room was so nice, always smiling and friendly (Marie)a great asset to the hotel. Only 3 lifts, so is a pain at times as only small too.
Pool, well a non starter, queuing at 9.30 for 10am opening, couldn’t be bothered, although we managed to get a sunbed one day. Beds around us had towels on but were empty all the day we were there(10 till 3.30) went to beach rest of the holiday. Just a heads up the hill up to hotel is a big one, but there is a shuttle bus. Not sure where it picks up to get back to hotel as we always walked down. All in all we had a great time. It is what you make it.

The minute I walked to reception I was greeted by a super helpful and very happy girl called Carmen.
She made check in so simple and she was so helpful.
The only fault that I could find with the room was the door frame and door requires some work doing on them. It looked awful.
Would I stay there again. A definite yes

The room was small, basic shabby & not totally clean. There was a small tv on the wall below it was a desk with a plastic chair not exactly a work station & no plug socket anywhere there to use.
It said toiletries included so I didn’t bring any as only there 4 nights but that inc shampoo & shower gel that was it I asked at the reception for son conditioner as how else could I wash my long hair nope not inc I was told 😡
There was no tea making facility in the room so I asked could we have a kettle I was told you need to go & buy 1 at the shop.
And to top it off I didn’t see anyway but maybe wrong that the hotel was at the highest point at the top of 4 steep hills cardiac arrest !! We couldn’t walk it so each time we walked down we got a taxi bk up at the cost of €6-7 !! Especially after a night out !
They do run a shuttle bus just to the bottom of the hill every 20 min but it was Xmas so times differed.
Phoned down 1 evening as we didn’t go out & asked for room service , was told no sorry we don’t do room service.
And to top it off we had a Spanish family next door but 1 who were in & out slamming door kids banging bk on it & shouting from 7 am so 1 thing we didn’t need was an alarm.
Would I stay again or recommend it no definitely not !!

ONLY HAD TWO NIGHT , I WAS VISITING A FRIEND SO DIDNT REALLY USE THE FACILITIES TO THE BEST. STAFF WERE VERY NICE AND THE GENERAL CLEANLINES WAS GOOD, HOWEVER, THE VIEW FROM MY BALCONY (ROOM 104) WAS NOT THE BEST AND WASNT HEPLED BY THE ROOF OF THE TEMPLE ANNEX BEING SITUATED RIGHT OUTSIDE BY BALCONY, THIS WAS LITTERED WITH CIGARETTE BUTTS AND OTHER DETRITUS THROWN FROM THE ROOMS ABLOVE, QUITE OFF PUTTING WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO ENJOY A DRINK ON THE BALCONY, AS THE ANNEX DOESNT SEEM TO BE IN USE ANYMORE IM SURE IT COULD BE REMOVED. THE BREAKFAST WAS ADEQUATE WITH A GOOD SELECTION OF HOT AND COLD. CAR PARKING WAS SECURE AND COST WERE OK, 15 EUROS PER NIGHT. DIDNT FIND THE HILL TOO MUCH TROUBLE BUT I AM QUITE MOBILE. THERE WAS A LITTLE NOISE AT NIGHT FROM LATE TIME REVELERS BUT THIS IS BENIDORM.

One to avoid. Broken aircon and refusal by the hotel to offer a fan, change rooms or anything else for that matter. The reception was surrounded in fans and they wouldn’t let us borrow one. The only reason I booked this was due to aircon and our room was 28degrees all night. Complained to the hotel who said contact Expedia but Expedia tells us to contact the hotel. Absolute deadlock. Avoid if you want a hotel with working facilities and good customer service.

Check in was terrible. The man on reception was on the phone. After the call had finished the phone rang again. Completely ignored us and started talking on the phone again. We waited for him 15 mins. He was full of self importance. Horrible man. There is not any information in the room. We wanted to ring down to reception. There was not any information who to dial. We didn’t have any tea/coffee making facilities. We didn’t have a safe. There were no extra pillows in the room. Certainly not a 4star hotel.

Hotel was pretty good. Stayed there as we were going to see a show at Benidorm Palace. Good location. On a bit of a hill. Mannon reception was a bit unfriendly and took ages. Room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was busy but well organised. Lifts were very slow and didnt like 4 people, even though that is the design load.

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern rooms cleaned by maids daily. Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds available. Staff friendly and welcoming although a little slow in reception so don’t go last minute for anything. Slightly out of the way and up a long incline but the hotel put on a free bus service to the beach throughout the day every 15/20 mins up until 18.50. Would definitely stay again.

Saw the other reviews after booking this hotel and was a concerned by them. However, I have to leave a review to set the record straight.
This hotel is fantastic and the staff are fun and friendly. The buffet was amazing and full of variety.
As soon as we arrived we got checked in. I saw a review complaining about the elevators, we had no problem with them. The bed had a few black hairs on it when we arrived. The black hairs appeared frequently after cleaning. Even on my toothbrush so that was weird. Strong cocktails. The hill to get to the hotel is very steep but there is a bus to the beach. Half board is breakfast and dinner and the dinner menu changes from night to night

Rooms pretty basic but ok, shower broke but they fixed while out! The main issue was noise, we found it very hard to sleep, above and rooms next door showing no consideration! This was late as well after 12 O’clock. They need to put up signs to consider other people at night! Star rating 2-3 stars no where near 4 star rating!

The room had recently been refurbished which was welcoming and the staff were friendly. The location may be a challenge if you have walking difficulties, however, there is a bus that can take you down and back to the promenade & entertainment.

The hotel felt a bit tired generally. Very clean but In need refurbished at some point.

Ideal if you have a car. No problem with parking right next to the hotel.

Overall, pleased with the stay.

All communal areas were very grotty. This place is extremely shabby. The bathroom was well past it’s sell-by date. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had - cheap, nasty food - and the orange juice was like squash. The whole place felt grimy. There is an indoor pool and gym. I went to swim some lengths in the pool and there was a group of guests in the pool with a bottle of Malibu. I wouldn’t expect to find drunk people in the fitness area

Stayed 1 night which was enough, rooms are a bit tired, guess it’s what to expect in Benidorm. Check in procedure was farcical, queues being jumped by Spanish tourists and receptionists not bothered. Quickly learned to be assertive or would have been a long wait!!

This is not a four star hotel. Very dated in need of an upgrade. On the plus side it was very clean and the air conditioning was really good. I did not eat in the hotel but was told the breakfast was ‘okay’. I did not like Benidorm, too many high rise buildings and very little greenery. Also hard to find Spanish bars and restaurants.

information was of course lacking a little. Seniors probably should not reserve at this location. Elevators are a little antiquated and forget about taking a lot of luggage. with the hill to the beach going down it was not too bad but coming back up in that humidity is taxing on the body. There is a shuttle provided by the Hotel that stabritishbrts at 1015 AM and ends a 715 PM When you read about the roudy group, you can bet that it is annoying. Did not know that all those young and old could afford so many tattoos. I did not see another person from the US there but staff and fellow tourists were friendly. Food at all locations was based on English likes and dislikes baut they must make money somehow! Not quite my cup of tea but if Americans were there, I am sure food would be a little different

Decent hotel for the money paid. Up hill from everything in Benidorm soon becomes tedious when walking but shuttle bus available and taxis cheap. Very friendly staff. Could do with a coffee machine in lounge or on floors as can't get 1 until restaurant opens unless you want the hill climb back.

Don’t know how this has four stars? The air con in our room was non existent. Our fridge didn’t work, I asked reception to have someone look at it but was dismissed with a shrug and a comment that they are all like that.

We witnessed a fight between two locals around the pool where the lifeguard did more to stop it than the actual security.

Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Average hotel with very average guests

Hotel was ok, the rooms were good. However, the guests were appalling. Security guards frogmarched one guest our the door and beat hit with a baton and then .. tasered him. I am not joking. Separately on the terrace two groups of English yobs (idiots) were singing football songs at each other (our of season) when things nearly kicked off and our groups quickly left before chairs were likely to be hurled at each other. Breakfast is average. Overall not a four star establishment in my books by a long shot.

This was a fabulous hotel. Very clean and lots of variety. The pool area was lovely and the entertainment was good. It’s was good value for money

The room and bathroom was clean. The room was booked for 3 people which was allowed, but this did make the room pretty cramped and the plug sockets were then not ideally placed for using. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. There was a safety deposit box which is in a room behind the reception desk, not a safe in the room. The key had to be obtained from reception everytime you wanted to access the box so not ideal. There was no kettle in the room so no cup of tea could be made first thing, although there was a fridge in the room so could keep water cool. Aircon in the room worked very well. Toiletries were also provided in the bathroom so that was very helpful.
