It was my first time in San Andres and the hotel was great quiet and relax . Also staff member from door like Mike and Diane in front desk were so kind and helpful at all times making my trip easy and make me extend few days more at San Andres and the property . I definitely come back son to San Andres and to Arena Blanca soon.

This pool in the picture does not belong to that hotel. It goes to some other property. They do not offer free shuttle rides like advertised. We has very vague communication since they don't like to answer the phone and they told use to take a taxi. The room in the picture was actually a room that seemed very dated. They were no where near a beach you had to walk a few blocks and there was construction around the property. The bathroom was small and it looked old and danty. The pool was small and looked very mediocre. I was not happy and went to another hotel. The manager at the hotel tried to offer me another room but she wasn't understanding the services weren't met and that nothing from the advertisement is what it seems. They didn't have air conditioning as well. I was not impressed.

Anoche, después de cenar y de vomitar, llamé a Hotels.com para quejarme. número de referencia de hotels.com 9161982171313. Envié muchos mensajes incluso antes de llegar a este hotel e isla. no hay comunicación desde este hotel. Me iba a comprometer con mi novia y elegí este hotel para pasar mi tiempo especial con ella. Solicité la mejor vista posible y las suites por las que pagué. esta reserva también incluía un masaje gratis. al registrarse, este hotel ya no ofrece un masaje gratuito y no dio ninguna alternativa para compensar esto. Estoy atascado con una vista parcial del océano, pero lo que es más importante, la vista de mi balcón es de dos edificios recién construidos. mi balcón tiene cero privacidad debido a que los trabajadores de la construcción nos observan. Escuché a los trabajadores silbarle a mi novia cuando estaba parada en el balcón de tres hombres. Esta experiencia no ha sido nada extravagante ni agradable. por $1.000.000 COP podríamos haber comprado nuestra propia botella de alcohol por 75.000 COP. No comimos en un restaurante donde gastamos más de $100.000 COP. y en 6 días aquí en la isla ninguno de los dos vomitó hasta ahora. Debido a la mala calidad de las comidas aquí, hubiera preferido comer en otros restaurantes que aquí. He reservado más de 160 noches con hotels.com y por el precio de este hotel no recomendaría absolutamente a nadie que se quede aquí. No tienes ofertas en coches de alquiler. No tienes ninguna ventaja para ofrecer a los invitados upur.

Me gusto el hotel y el personal que trabaja allí es excelente, Roger en la recepción fue muy amable y me ayudó mucho con mis necesidades para que mi estadía fuera agradable. También David fue increíble desde el momento que nos dio la bienvenida, hasta el momento de tener que regresarme a casa. Lo único que no me gusto fueron los alrededores del hotel, esos edificios en construcción le dan un mal aspecto a la propiedad y se ve muy desagradable. La comida estuvo bien pero falto un poco más de variedad y un poco más de sabor.

Refrigerator was stained and disgusting. They had no hot water. They had no washcloths even when I called the desk. Breakfast was late so I didn’t get to eat before I left for the airport. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT a four star property. The view from my balcony was a slither of ocean in the distance. The rest of what I could see was open construction right underneath me and the side of me. No one has cleaned the ceramic tile on the balcony in a looooooooong time. Even the light switches had grime on them. I would not recommend this property if you have ANY standards.

The service from the staff is excellent. They take the time to talk to you and some even speak English. My room had an amazing view! The only thing I didnt like and they seem to be aware of the issue: the windows rattle and you can hear the wind. I stuck some cardboard in the windows and that eliminated the noise. The food was excellent!! Dont take any items from the minibar, its not included and you will pay quadruple!!

Do not stay at this hotel. This was not a 3.5 star experience. We booked 4 nights and quickly realized after check-in that the hotel was entirely occupied by hundreds of 15-year old girls for a school trip. The result was overwhelming—the pool was taken over by them and each night we had to endure girls screaming and slamming doors outside of our room until 3:00am. The hotel is old construction and the doors/windows don’t protect from any noise in the hallways nor outside on the street. Basically, we didn’t get any sleep for three days. We weren’t told in advance of the circumstances, nor did they seem overly concerned with our horrible experience. When we couldn’t take it anymore, and we finally told the front desk that we had to change hotels because of the noise, the front desk staff informed us that the “manager in Bogota” refused to issue us a refund for the last night’s stay (which we weren’t using). In addition to not being able sleep, there was a cockroach in our room, the WiFi sucked and the breakfast was basic at best. While the staff was fine and the location convenient, I would advise you to avoid this hotel, as it’s not worth the price and there are other/much better options; we moved next door to the brand new \"Samawi\" hotel, for the exact same nightly cost, and it was heads above Arena Blanca.

This place was beautiful exactly what you see in the picture, we had a lovely view however the pool is under construction but that wasn’t a problem because we went to the beach. The main problem was that the air conditioning started leaking in the middle of the night I woke up to hearing water droplets and when I called reception they came up with towels and left a bucket. They offered to send someone up to fix it but it was our last night so I said not to bother. Other then that the next morning I turned on the air con and after 20 min it started to leak again. Sort of ruined the perfect stay in this beautiful island

The internet was surprisingly functional, despite the reputation of all properties on the island. It wasn't fast, but I was still able to work in my room and use Skype to make International calls with decent call quality.

The hotel location was easy to walk to the beach, shops or restaurants in about 5-10 mins.

While not a luxury hotel, I have no complaints and would be happy to stay there again.

We were looking forward to stay in San Andres. Paid US $3000. For 4 people, 3 days stay for all inclusive. Hotel is old, updated in 1990s. Hot water did not work. Pool bar was very noisy pass 2am. We complained about that as we could not sleep. Food was mediocre. Staff helpful sometimes. Hotel is surrounded by 4 buildings in progress also very noisy during the day. In general we were very unhappy about the stay. Chances are will never go back to this island

Couples getaway!

Hotel is slightly overpriced! When I booked the the hotel it stated we would have a massage included in our all inclusive, we arrived Sunday am and there were no appointments until Tuesday night, by then we had checked out! The hotel advertised nightly shows and there were none! There were kids parties on both days we were there and the pool was dirty with food and what looked like streamers. The food was probably what made our stay worth it! There was a variety at all meals, drinks were decent and the location was convenient as you can walk to the beach and the city center! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable! There is no good view as the surroundings are either in ruins or a construction sight! It is noisy in the neighborhood but that did not bother us! Staff was friendly!

Wifi didn't work at all ... connectivity was almost non existent in the room but the real problem was that even where there was connectivity the actual internet never worked once for me not like it was really slow like it does not load anything. Effectively the hotel has no internet but has wifi routers 😏

The front desk personnel at check in were rude and during the stay at times difficult. The rules for visitors are very dated. You can only have visitors in the lobby until 6 at night. You cannot bring young or older visitors to the room for any length of time. The construction and noise were unbearable in the room.
The personnel at the meal were very nice. They should have been at the front desk.

WENT HERE FOR MY NIECES SWEET 16 AND A FAMILY REUNION, EXTREMLY HORRIBLE, THE HOTEL LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES, IS OLD AND DIRTY, THE STUFF IN THE BUFFET AREA THEY ARE REALLY NICE BUT THE FOOD IS AVERAGE NOTHING SPECIAL, BREAKFAST IS THE SAME WVERY MORNING, THERE IS CONSTRUCTION EVERY WHERE YOU LOOK! IS FAR AWAY FROM THE BEACH, THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO MAKE ACCOMODATIONS FOR YOU OR MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME!! YOU HAVE TO GET THE CHAIRS AND TOWELS IN A DIFERENT HOTEL WHEN YOU GO TO THE BEACH, NO UMBRELLAS ARE GIVEN EITHER, YOU HAVE TO RETURN EVWRYTHING BY 5:30 OR THEY CHARGE YOU AN EXTRA FEE.
CANT SWINM IN THE POOL AFTER 6PM AND THE FLOOR IS ALWASY WET AND SLIPERY.

Convenient and nice

Convenient location. Pool area is nice but some construction during the day. Food is okay. There are lots of restaurants walking distance away, so depending on price difference between all inclusive or not, it might not be worth it. But breakfast was definitely good with a variety of things. Staff were nice but a little pushy trying to upsell on tours. Room was clean and comfortable but nothing outstanding.

Opportunities to improvement

The staff are really nice, but some people of the reception are not very nice. Food is very good, facilities ok, clean, i dont know if inhad room service, but its ok. The big trouble was a communication problem between the hotel and the hotel administration. I paid before i get the hotel, but the moment i was checking in, the receptionist told me that i have to paid the same amount that i was already paid for it. Another problem, was that i selected all inclusive plan, but they told me, it was half board. To finish, when i was making check out the men at the reception told me that expedia charged me less money.mit wasnt too much, but, i think you have to check the way to communicate with them, because its really disturbing when you want to start your vacatiions with you family and you dont know what to do to solve this kind of problems. I printed the receipt, but they have different information. Last year, i made reservation for vacations, and everything was perfect.

This is the only hotel I stayed in, but if it's not the best hotel on the island then the better hotels must be amazing. The best thing about the hotel for me was the pool area and food. The food in hotel restaurant was great, and everything was included in the room price. Plus the hotel is within walking distance to everything. The only negative is the pool closes at 6pm.

Booked all inclusive package, Any snacks or water in room you use is not included. All inclusive to to hotel only means free meals, food is only average at best. Spent most days eating out. Hotel plays loud music till late hours of night. wifi was very poor almost useless. To sum up if you need wifi or want a place you can rest and sleep stay away from this hotel!

A estrutura do hotel é boa, mas, quando chegamos, não tinha água quente e, quando saímos, estavam com falta d'água (o que pode ser um problema de infraestrutura da ilha, não sei).
Algumas das pessoas da equipe eram muito solícitas (um salve para a Camila!) e nos ajudaram; já outras agiram de má vontade.
O sinal de Wi-Fi era bem ruim e não funcionava bem no celular da minha irmã - simplesmente, não conectava.
Os drinks eram impossíveis de tomar, sendo muito fortes, e a cerveja estava sempre quente.
Não tínhamos a opção de pedir para não limparem o quarto (só falando com as moças da limpeza, que nem sempre encontrávamos) e achei um desperdício de recursos trocarem as toalhas todos os dias - por mim, não havia necessidade.
A localização do hotel, porém, é excelente. E a comida é ok.

Al momento de la llegada , no tenían la habitación lista, aunque llegaban a las 4 de la madrugada, no han cumplido con las especificaciones de la habitación comprada. Compramos vistas al mar y al llegar dicen que no tienen habitaciones con esas especificaciones. MUY MAL....estamos a la espera de la solución y cambio de habitaciones

Nuestra estadía en el hotel fue bastante buena. Es un hotel cercano al centro de la ciudad y de la playa, y cuenta con todos los servicios; igualmente, cerca hay muy buenos restaurantes. El personal es muy amable, aunque la limpieza casi siempre la hacían a deshoras y a veces con afán, y cuando llegamos no estaban los letreros de no molestar y hacer la limpieza. Igualmente, el wifi no es tan bueno. El desayuno es bastante completo, y los servicios del bar muy buenos. Lo recomiendo.

Pontos altos: Bar com boas opções de drink (uma vez faltou limão, ingrediente que vai na maioria das bebidas); O staff é super atencioso; A localização é muito boa, cerca de 10 minutos de táxi do aeroporto (custa COP 15.000), 10 minutos à pé da praia do Centro e perto da área de onde saem os passeios de barco; O banheiro é grande e tem água quente no chuveiro. As toalhas eram trocadas diariamente. A cama era muito confortável.
Pontos baixos: A comida é razoável, não se tem muitas opções no buffet e algumas vezes não estava bem aquecida. A melhor refeição do dia era o café da manhã com opções de omelete, waffles, cerais, frios, sucos naturais e variedade de frutas.
A pisicina perdeu o sol por conta da construção de três hoteis ao redor mas o clima ainda era agradável.
Em algumas noites o salão de festas dentro do hotel era alugado para pessoas externas e algumas delas podem ser muito barulhentas, incomodando o sono de alguns hóspedes.
O wi fi era lento mas não muito.

Como all Inclusive deixa a desejar .

Hotel pra um resort all Inclusive deixa a desejar . Comida simples . Poucas opções de bebidas. Mas os funcionários são muito agradáveis o que melhora bastante a hospedagem. Custo benefício acaba valendo a pena .

El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, las habitaciones cuentan con lo necesario y son limpias. Desafortunadamente no nos sentimos bienvenidos. En recepción no dan toda la información completa, las señoritas no son amables, nos acercábamos a preguntar algo y parecían molestas.
El botones Pablo fue muy amable y también un caballero no recuerdo el nombre que solo estaba por la noche en recepción. No hay mucha opción para desayunos y cenas. La comida no es rica.

Hotel razoável.

O Hotel Arena Blanca, com certeza já foi excelente, porém, atualmente, considero de status médio. O edifício já é um pouco antigo. A vista para a praia está bloqueada por novos prédios que se instalaram à sua volta. Fui cobrado na chegada, pelo pessoal da recepção de uma taxa de US$ 80,00 para mim e minha esposa, a titulo de SEGURANÇA, que não entendi. Solicito inclusive que a EXPEDIA verifique se essa cobrança é legal ou normal. Caso não seja, solicito gestões/orientação para que me seja devolvida a referida quantia.
Apesar ter gostado muito de San Andrés, o hotel deixou muito a desejar, principalmente, quanto ao restaurante. O cardápio não esteve à altura de um hotel 4 estrelas. O ALL INCLUSIVE parcial oferecido é fraco, com bebidas de qualidade baixa (vinho) no jantar e café da manhã, também.
Resumindo, não correspondeu às expectativas.
Solicito à EXPEDIA um retorno quanto à taxa acima mencionada que me foi cobrada na recepção em nossa chegada.

Hotel bom porém com custo elevado

Hotel bom, com boa localização, pertinho do centro porém com custo alto, banheiro antigo com cortina de plástico, possui água quente. O Wi-fi era mediano. All inclusive era razoável pelo preço cobrado pela acomodação. Existe a possibilidade aproveitar a estrutura do Hotel Eldorado que fica na praia principal. Muitas construções ao redor que tirou a privacidade da piscina e tampou a vista pra paria de alguns quartos.

Ótimo custo beneficio! Ainda mais por ser all inclusive. A comida não era lá grande coisa mas era ok. Bebidas são inclusas também. Apesar de não ofereceram, você por solicitar vinho no jantar. E também podia pegar drinks no bar a qualquer hora. Localização não é de frente para o mar, mas estava bem próximo. Recomendo.

Muy bueno..

Me gustó mucho la limpieza, la comida es variada. Colaboran en lo que uno necesite aún quizás no le compete al hotel. Están pendiente de que estés cómodo y antes de decir un \"NO\" buscan alternativas. Mi puntuación en cuanto al servicio fue baja porque hubo dos personas con una actitud arrogante, pero los demás fueron muy amables. Realmente volvería al hotel.

Recomendaciones para el hotel: tener más actividades por las noches shows, bailes, recreación, rumba etc.,

Excelente custo beneficio!

Tirando o entupimento do vaso sanitário no último dia, foi tudo excelente. Foi uma grata surpresa, saber no Checkin, que era all inclusive. Café da manhã, almoço e jantar com bebidas. O show na beira da piscina, bem legal, sem falar no bar man, preparado drinks o do todo ao lado da piscina!

Fomos muito bem recebimos no Hotel Arena Blanca! Hotel muito bem localizado (próximo a orla do Centro - apenas algumas quadras - e próximo às marinas onde saiam a maioria dos passeios que fizemos e próximos aos melhores restaurantes da cidade.
Quanto ao serviço, não temos do que nos queixar. Fomos muito bem atendido, por funcionários atenciosos e educados.
Ficamos bem satisfeitos com as dependências.
As únicas sugestões que fazemos é quanto ao translado do aeroporto ao hotel, que poderiam disponibilizar este serviço (mesmo que com algum custo) e quanto a troca de moeda (poderiam ter este serviço na recepção, pois tivemos que ir até o aeroporto para nossas trocas).
